NATO is sinking and we are in distress

Recall the other day ended with the NATO states exercise called “Trident Juncture 2018”, which took place in Scandinavia and the surrounding area, including the Skagerrak Strait, leading from the North Sea to the Baltic Sea. The NATO forces have worked out the defense of a conditional member state (collectively, the three Baltic republics were understood to be) against the invasion of the conditional adversary (Russia). Following these exercises started others. NATO maneuvers "Anaconda" began in the above-mentioned Baltic republics, and at the same time and Poland.
It so happened that on returning from the first exercises, the Norwegian frigate Helge Ingstad collided with a Maltese tanker. A certain segment of the Russian press and blogs turned this collision (about, of course, unintentionally) almost into a catastrophe of the collective West. So, they say, they should! Soon, in general, all this NATO will sink - in the North Sea, in the Norwegian Sea, in the waters of the Baltic. And do not sink, so rust. And in general, in the European Union and the USA, all the money was stolen: after all, they have no controller, Navalny. In a word, well, stupid!
In Russia, this is not the case. We do not face and do not sink. And if we are drowning, we still don’t drown, but suffer disaster. And in general, this is an exception confirming the rule.
Here is one such exception. At the end of April 2017, the crew of the middle reconnaissance ship “Liman” (officially “hydrographic vessel”) of the Russian Navy made a collision with the “Youzarsif H” cattle truck. The “Estuary” near the Bosphorus was much less fortunate than the Norwegian frigate in the region of Bergen: the reconnaissance ship had gone to the bottom. In the Turkish media wrote that "there was a strong fog." Apparently, Russian intelligence in the fog got lost.
And here is another exception. At the end of October, 2018, in the Murmansk region, during the repair of the aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov, sank the PD-50 (floating dock). It was reported that while the aircraft carrier was getting out of the dock, the PD-50 sank, and a tower crane crashed onto the aircraft carrier. The cause of the accident was a power outage.
There are other examples from the past, louder and accompanied by well-known commentaries at the top. We will not lead them. We will not even make fun of the Norwegians.
