At least seven cities in central Ukraine are faced with a situation where the population is not provided with heat in their homes. The most difficult situation is in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Residents of Krivoy Rog took to the streets with calls to restore the heat supply. Disconnection of heat supply in the middle of November was called a crime by citizens.

Local media reported that by November 10, several thousand residential buildings, 78 schools, 22 hospitals and clinics, dozens of cultural objects (theaters, cinemas, etc.) and military units (No. 3011) were left without heat in Krivoy Rog.

It is noteworthy that the heat supply was stopped by the state enterprise Krivorozhteplocentral, which is part of the structure of the State Property Fund.

Official explanation:
Naftogaz does not supply gas to GP Krivoy Rog heating plant due to the fact that the company has not entered into relevant agreements and has a large debt for previous periods. The company is at the stage of recognition of bankruptcy.
