It is also known the ratio of officers of the Air Force to the air defense - 7: 1. Possible loss of the Tver Academy of East Kazakhstan, there is no one and no one to train officers. The fact that there are enough officers in the Air Force only makes us happy as patriots of the Fatherland. And after all we solve the same problem - we defend the Russian sky.

Of all the army radio engineering units (of the order of the 30 individual battalions), only two remained, and those remained only thanks to the entry into the ZRB. District radio units disbanded. Training of military specialists terminated. And the loss of the last specialists for many years will leave troops without reconnaissance of air targets.
The newly created districts were not left without air defense troops and include:
- command centers of air defense;
- ЗРБ С-300В (ВМ), Buk-М2 and М3;
- ZRD combined arms armed with:
• Strela-10M;
• ZPRK "Tunguska-M";
• SAM "Osa-AKM";
• ZSU-23-4 "Shilka";
• ZRS "Tor-M1 and M2";
• MANPADS "Igla".
In each unit of the military air defense there are radio engineering departments with radar stations of various modifications.
Military specialists are trained at the Academy of Army Air Defense, there are training centers for training junior military specialists, a training ground, and anti-aircraft training regiments.
The total number of target channels in the system of military air defense fell several times, compared with the time before the adoption of reforms.
In the 2-x districts there is not even the required number of ZRB, the same situation in the 2-x combined-arms associations.
80 percent of the equipment and weapons of military air defense have a service life of more than 25 years, the equipment and weapons are not only outdated, but also in a very poor state.
What can we have
More recently, information has been obtained, taken from the websites of the Ministry of Defense, about the prospects for the development of military air defense.
According to the information, over the next few years, new military units will be deployed in the armed forces in the armed forces; The number of serviceable weapons of military air defense will reach 10 percent.
I want to believe, but what do these 10 years do, how many parts and specialists will be cut down, and who will serve in the new divisions on the new technology.
You can even start counting all these promises regarding the armed forces. Virtually none has been fully implemented, and many have not been more than half. The promises made are alarming and only give hope to believe in the best.

But a couple of years ago, modernized C-300ВМ and С-300ВДМ were designed using two rockets:
- long-range anti-aircraft guided missile with a possible directional detonation near the target;
- high-altitude anti-aircraft guided missile without failures in the affected area.
The missiles were tested almost five years ago, showed characteristics that were not fulfilled even in the C-400, and this at a cost three times less than the C-400 SAM.
The last thing you want to pay attention to is the C-500 complex. It is good that the complex will be able to hit the stated goals. And who will destroy low-flying small-sized targets to cover their military units on the battlefield?
After all, the C-400 and C-500 complexes will carry out their tasks, and the aforementioned ones will remain military air defense.
It is quite possible that the new troops of the aerospace defense will eventually take over the solution of these tasks, and the wax defense will simply die out along with its problems.
