The developers say that this tank is a new stage in the development of Russian tank construction. As a result, it was a waste - for 2009 a year its revenue amounted to 36,2 billion rubles. Thus, the net loss of the company amounted to more than 7 billion rubles. Practically the same tendency was preserved in 2010, and only state subsidies in the amount of 28 billion rubles made it possible to correct the situation a little. Therefore, the specialists of the company have placed many hopes on receiving subsidies in the amount of 64 billion rubles. This will allow not only to pay off debts, but also to carry out a number of upgrades at the plant.

Results of the exhibition

Nizhny Tagil proving ground "Staratel", where the exhibition was held, will become the main federal platform for demonstrating the capabilities of military equipment. In addition to the visit of the Prime Minister, the exhibition was marked by the presentation of many new products, the main star was the modern T-90С tank.

The exhibition was even more successful than expected by the organizers. And, although the information about the concluded contracts was not disclosed, the information that 11 states were interested in the new domestic tank was announced.
