"Dry" will rise to a new levelFor the first time, a Russian aircraft engine is certified according to international standards.

The SaM146 engine, designed for the Russian regional Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft, received an international certificate of the type of the European Agency for aviation Security (EASA).

As reported, the engine for the aircraft, developed with the participation of the Russian side, was certified for the first time to international standards.

Starting and at the same time the largest customer is Aeroflot, which was supposed to start receiving these planes in December last year. According to the airline, 30 Superjet 100 liners were ordered.

The SaM146 engine is based on the principles of a strategic partnership between the Russian NPO Saturn and the French company Snecma. To provide a single supplier, the company established a joint venture PowerJet. According to NPO Saturn, some of the parts for the new engine are manufactured at the Russian-French joint venture Volgaero opened five years ago.

According to industry experts, the main features of the engine manufactured are not only a high level of reliability, low maintenance costs, low fuel consumption, but also full compliance with the existing and future environmental requirements of ICAO. Engine certification is carried out according to European, Russian and American aviation regulations. This will allow you to operate Superjet 100 without any restrictions in all countries.

As explained by Sukhoi, the Sukhoi Superjet 100 family consists of two 75 and 95 airplanes with basic seating configuration - SSJ100 / 75B and SSJ100 / 95B - and an extended range - SSJ100 / 75LRR SSX100 / 95B - and XJUMNBXJXNUMX / XNUMXB - SSJXNUMX / XNUMXLRRXXXXRR, XJUMXB - and XJUMNB / SSNXXBX SSJXNUMX / XNUMXB - SSJXNUMX / XNUMXLR XXUMXB

Aircraft family Sukhoi Superjet 100 created in an unprecedented close international cooperation. The partner is Italian company Alenia Aeronautica, the risk sharing partner is Snecma. The project consultant is the leader of the global aircraft manufacturing "Boeing".

In total, more than 100 of leading systems and components suppliers participate in the program to create the Sukhoi Superjet 30 aircraft family.

Aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100 integrate the best solutions of modern aircraft industry. Technical and operational characteristics of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 provide competitive advantages and high export potential of the product. The market size for aircraft of the family is estimated to be 1040 aircraft up to 2027, while the projected demand for aircraft of this class reaches 6100 aircraft by 2027.

The company also noted that the uniqueness of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 family of aircraft is that the latest technologies are used not only in the aircraft itself, but also at all stages of its creation - from design to assembly, which in turn guarantees the creation of a modern aircraft meets the requirements of the global market.

When designing the cockpit, such promising solutions of modern aviation industry were taken into account as the “passive” side handle and “active” engine control levers. The use of the Human Centered Design concept has made it possible to optimize the placement of control levers and instrument equipment in such a way that it is possible to complete the flight with the help of a single pilot even in the event of an emergency situation.

The organization of pilot and serial production of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 family of aircraft is carried out using the production capacities of the Sukhoi holding aircraft manufacturing plants (KnAAPO, NAPO) and VASO, which possess modern technologies and experience in manufacturing aircraft parts from composite materials.

The company "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft" carries out the final assembly, flight tests and acceptance of aircraft, and also has a supply center, located in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

As Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said, in 2011-2013, the technical re-equipment and support of aircraft manufacturers will continue.

“In 2011-2013, the United Aircraft Building Corporation expects to increase the output of civil aircraft three times, that is, to move from piece production to mass production,” Putin said, stressing that to implement these ambitious plans, “it is necessary to continue the technical re-equipment of aircraft manufacturers ". The premier added that "a similar program of technological development exists or is planned in a number of other industries."

The KLA includes 18 enterprises, including Sukhoi AHK, Aviaexport Foreign Economic Association, Ilyushin Finance Leasing Company, Irkut Research and Production Corporation, Yu.A.Gagarin Aviation Association of Komsomolsk, Interstate Aviation Construction Company "Ilyushin".
