The army is a school of life for any man, but the army must not only train military specialists, but also educate young people. Unfortunately, to say that our army is truly a tutor is impossible. First of all, it is connected with such a negative phenomenon as hazing. Dedovshchina is struggling and eradicated not one year, but, despite all the attempts, it continues to exist, and this is one of the factors that make young people not willing to go to serve. They just do not want to be humiliated. However, these same young people after a certain period of service themselves humiliate younger co-workers, and so from year to year.

A few years ago, the Russian army moved to a new term of service, and senior military officials assured one and all that there was no bullying now and it could not be for the simple reason that after switching to a one-year term of service, all appeals are almost equal in age and between them non-statutory relations can not be a priori.
