IRobot's military robot is mastering a new specialty. Now the robot, which is called Warrior and is a lightweight version of the Python robot, uses the Mk7 APOBS (Anti-personnel Obstacle Breaching System). The robot will be able to effectively make passages in various anti-personnel obstacles: minefields and barbed wire fences. Moreover, the robot itself does not enter the minefields, but works at a distance.

How does it work? Soldiers remotely bring the robot closer to a field where anti-personnel barriers are set up. The robot then fires in the desired direction. rocket. Fragmentation grenades and a small parachute are attached to the rocket on a 45-meter cable. After firing, the rocket flies and falls to the ground, pulling the cable with grenades in line. The grenades explode on the ground, detonating mines and obstacles. The result is a clearly visible and safe path for infantry and vehicles.
