This desire of the Defense Ministry deputy head of the General Staff explained that it is necessary to streamline the work of training units in the army - if earlier soldiers had been trained in them for five months, now it is planned to transfer them to three-month training in the centers.

Sergey Sobyanin signed a decree on the initial registration of military citizens of 1994, born and citizens of older age, who did not come to the city military registration and enlistment offices on time.
