After all, their offspring F-22 stealth aircraft is strictly prohibited to export, and so far none of the states can compete with the Americans.
According to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, the first batch of the long-awaited PAK FA will go to the troops as early as 2013, but mass production will begin in 2015. However, V.V. Russians react differently to this information. Not everyone looks to the future with enthusiasm.
