According to the existing portfolio of orders and intentions for the direct purchase of weapons, the volume of Russian military exports in 2011 year, according to TSAMTO, will be at least 10,14 billion dollars.

With this indicator, Russia will confidently retain the second place after the United States (28,56 billion dollars).

The ten largest world arms suppliers in terms of the predicted export volume of defense products in 2011 will, in descending order, include: Germany (5,3 billion dollars), France (4,02 billion dollars), United Kingdom (3,44 billion dollars), Italy (2,94 billion dollars), the category of “tender »(2,34 billion dollars), Israel (1,38 billion dollars), Sweden (1,34 billion dollars) and China (1,16 billion dollars).

In the geographical aspect of Russian military exports in 2011, the Asia-Pacific region will take the first place (6,324 billion dollars), the second place - South America (including Mexico) - 1,51 billion dollars, the third place - North Africa - 1,27 billion dollars.

For certain categories of weapons, the first place in the structure of Russia's military exports in 2011 will take aviation equipment - 3,384 billion dollars (33,4% of the total export), including fighters - 3,014 billion dollars, UTS / UBS - 230 million dollars, BTA aircraft - 100 million dollars, BPA aircraft - 40 million dollars.

Second place will be taken by naval vehicles - 2,103 billion dollars (20,7%), including submarines - 730 million dollars, combat surface ships of the main class - 1,94 billion dollars, boats and small landing ships - 330 million dollars.

Armored vehicles take the third place - $ 1,759 billion (17,35%), including the main combat Tanks - 929 million dollars, armored combat vehicles - 830 million dollars.

The volume of supplies for the category "helicopter technology" is projected in the amount of 1,358 billion dollars (13,4%), including attack helicopters - 360 million dollars, anti-submarine helicopters - 400 million dollars, multi-purpose helicopters - 600 million dollars.

The volume of supplies of air defense equipment will be about 750 million dollars (7,4%).

In the missile and artillery armament segment, the order book for delivery in 2011 was 48,4 million dollars (0,5%).

For all other categories of weapons, supply volume is projected at a volume of 735 million dollars (7,25%).

The conclusion of the largest contracts in 2011 is planned in the field of military aircraft. As expected, the first export contract for the supply of Su-35 will be signed. The most likely customers are Libya. Venezuela and China.

Indonesia is expected to sign a contract for the supply of X-NUMX fighter Su-8MK.

With India, it is planned to sign a contract for the purchase of additional fighter Su-42KI 30. In addition, more specific content should get the intention of the Indian Air Force to modernize the Su-50MKI Su-30 fighters, which were delivered in the first installments.

Contracts for the supply of the MiG-29 may be signed with Sri Lanka and a number of other countries.

In 2011, the Ministry of Defense of India will decide on the winner of the tender for the supply of 126 medium multifunctional combat aircraft, to which Russia presented the MiG-35.

It is planned to conclude contracts with China for the supply of the next lots of RD-93 and AL-31FN aircraft engines.

The conclusion of new contracts for the supply of Yak-130UBS. In addition to the tender, which holds Indonesia, the conclusion of agreements for direct delivery is possible with Syria, Vietnam and Belarus.

It is also expected to continue the program with India on the delivery of an additional two Falcon airplanes and the Falcon. In the case of a contract, Russia will provide Israel with two more IL-76 platforms.

In the field of military transport aviation, China will continue negotiations on renegotiating the contract on new conditions.

It is possible that at least partially package contracts with Saudi Arabia and Yemen will be implemented. Most likely, the package contract with Venezuela in the amount of 5 billion dollars has not yet been fully formed, and this work will be completed in the 2011 year.

On the helicopter theme, the largest contract is expected with India for the supply of 59 medium transport helicopters Mi-17-1В. In addition, Russia is participating in four tenders for the supply of helicopters held by the Indian Air Force and Navy.

Obviously, negotiations will continue on the supply of helicopters with Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Nicaragua and a number of other countries. With China, it is planned to conclude a contract for the supply of one Mi-26 helicopter. In addition, China expressed interest in supplying a number of other types of Russian helicopters. Large helicopter shipments are expected in Afghanistan.

In addition to countries with which package contracts have already been concluded or are planned to be concluded, the most promising customers of air defense systems are Venezuela, Brazil, Egypt, Cyprus, Syria and Vietnam; in the submarine segment - Indonesia (tender), Syria, Venezuela, Egypt; in the armored segment - Indonesia, UAE, Sudan, Bangladesh (in 2011, the final clarity on the planned purchase of the BMP-3 by Greece should also be included); Brazil, Argentina, India, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan will also be promising partners in the segment of armored vehicles (work with China will also continue); in the segment of combat surface ships of the main class and boats, new programs can be implemented with India, Vietnam and Indonesia.

A number of countries have expressed interest in purchasing coastal missile systems, in particular, in the Middle East region.

In general, the projected volume of contracts that will be concluded in 2011 year will significantly exceed the volume of deliveries, which will further increase the portfolio of export orders in Russia, which currently stands at about 45 billion dollars.
