Today in one of the blogs I read about how a regiment was sold in 1992. At first, I just wrote a comment, and then I realized that this commentary translates into an entire article.Many servicemen and military retirees are offended by my sharpness. However, by the nature of my activity, I have to deal with a large number of protest groups, people uniting against the ruling regime, and at the same time, almost daily communicate with military personnel who have become completely similar to the civilian population, and all their wrongdoings are dumped on the Internet.
In Russia, there are daily protests, hunger strikes, right from the 2005 year. The people before the military, including and voyenpensy, realized that trouble occurred in Russia. The enemy is inside the country. And, of course, they hope that the army will protect them. And the army was silent until the reforms of Putin and Medvedev began And in the army itself ..
Those. monetization of benefits, administrative reform, school, health, etc. the servicemen did not feel themselves, or chose to remain silent, according to the military discipline worked out over the years.
And then it happened suddenly! Yes, even the hot summer with fires ... The people again looked at their army with hope, and those in incomprehension, they could not understand that there would be no external invasion of the enemy, and there was a real war inside the country for a long time. But they do not want to believe in it, hoping that the commander in chief and those whose orders they are ready to carry out have long since betrayed the whole army. It is really very difficult to realize. And the military needed a reboot. The government has arranged this reset to their fullest extent. But! Again it is very difficult for them to believe that the army was sold in the bud.
And they checked the landing force for strength. So, just in case. It turned out - they are loyal to the authorities, and in fact - the landing party betrayed its people at that rally. But even the former and current military personnel do not want to understand this, as they do not want war.
And it goes and grows: informational - from the TV channels intoxicate the people, educational - after school reform, social - to kill the weakest (medical care, low-quality medicines, products with harmful additives, combined, not tested, vaccinations), economic - with the killing agriculture, industrial enterprises. And of course, subversive in the enemy's rear - military reform removes the entire military elite.
And as on any war in Russia marauders reign. They rob everything, take it abroad, sell it off. At the same time created the appearance of the legality of what is happening. Judge for yourself:
On the one hand, Chapter 1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: “State power in the Russian Federation is exercised on the basis of separation into legislative, executive, and judicial. The legislative, executive and judicial authorities are independent ”(Art. 10 of the Constitution). The only source of power is its multinational people. (Art. 3 of the paragraph 1 Constitution).
However, on the other hand, in the following sections of the Constitution there is a gross contradiction: (Art. 83 para. "E" of chapter 4, art. 102 paragraph "g" of chapter 5, article 128, p. Item.NUMX of chapter 1,2), namely: Judicial power is formed through the appointment of judges of the Federal Courts by the President of the Russian Federation, judges of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts - by the Council of Federations on the proposal of the President
The judges appointed by the President are not independent and independent !!!
In this part it is important to understand that the Basics of the constitutional system, i.e. The first part of the Constitution is the main part of the Constitution on which it is necessary to rely and which must be left in the future. And in accordance with Art. 16 The chapters of the 1 article 4,5,7 of the Constitution are illegal.
In fact, all court decisions in Russia are illegitimate.

In general, the whole system of power is illegal, since one of the main principles of the organization of a democratic state is not observed: the principle of separation of powers. Consequently, our state is neither legal nor democratic, which also contradicts the Foundations of the constitutional system of Russia.

There is no judicial body in Russia where we can appeal these provisions! DOES NOT EXIST AT ALL!
But the Fundamentals of the Constitution states: this type of court is carried out directly by the multinational people of the Russian Federation (Art. 3, p. XXUMX of the Constitution).
That is why any competent lawyer, judge, prosecutor in Russia KNOWS that by swearing on the Constitution, the Presidents quietly violate it. I hope you remember that before the inauguration of Medvedev, the State Duma adopted amendments to the law on the referendum, that questions about the government can not be submitted to a referendum! And this is the purest totalitarian, fascist regime. And the elegant element of war against his people.
Everything. There is nothing more to talk about with authority. But servicemen of all types of troops continue to write pleas to the Kremlin. As one colonel said: There is no need to send letters there, but cruise missiles ...
So the whole point now is that by protecting the power, the employees of internal troops and affairs, in fact, are fighting against their people as a whole. And their activity is very similar to the work of the Gestapo.
