Mass migration and the question of the survival of the Russian civilization

132
Mass migration and the question of the survival of the Russian civilization Without a doubt, mass migration to Russia is currently one of the most painful issues in the country, and along with the demographic problem, with all cruelty raises the question of the future of the Russian people and the majority of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation. “Babylonization” or “Americanization” of Russia (mass delivery of migrants) can put Russians on the position of American Indians living on reservations, separate enclaves who have lost the position of the master of their Fatherland, created by sweat and blood for many centuries.

Russian assimilation is gaining momentum. In particular, from 2002 to 2010 a year, the number of Russians in Russia decreased in percentage terms from 79,83% to 77,71%, and the absolute decrease in the population was 4872211 (−4,20%). This is the 2002 and 2010 census data. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the reduction in the number of Russians is accompanied by their moral and cultural degradation, the loss of Russianness. Almost all mass media form a matrix not of a Russian person, but of a cosmopolitan, an “American”, a person without roots, without a clan or tribe.

"Ivans are rootless" at the household level, in principle, can not resist immigrants from Asian countries. Migrants live according to the notions of the tribal system, where there is the principle of “one for all and all for one”, they help each other only because they are of the same nationality. Hence the clan system, nepotism, nepotism, the strengthening of the corruption component. The Russians are the “imperial people,” who have long lost such ties. The Russian people are ready, on the instructions of the ruler (the tsar, the secretary general), to tackle global tasks - “build communism”, fight evil, injustice at the planetary level, make a breakthrough in space exploration. At the household level, the Russians cannot resist the “creeping invasion” and the gradual settlement and development of their territory. They are accustomed to assign the solution of such tasks to the government. Russians leave conflicts, give in, leave for other regions, abroad, find “way out” in a bottle and drugs. In addition, there is an understanding that in a conflict situation, the advantage is likely to be behind an “outsider”, since it will be supported by a community that has connections among the local administration and security officials, which has the ability to hire good lawyers or exert a violent influence.

The migration issue reflects both the consequences of the collapse of the USSR (negative trends in the socio-economic and cultural fields prevail in most of the former USSR republics) and the complete inadequacy of the existing socio-economic model of the Russian Federation to our national development. Capitalist relations, which have been introduced in Russia for more than two decades, are essentially just one form of the slave system. They are trying to fit Russia into this model, letting millions of slaves into the country. However, the matrix of Russian civilization contradicts this system, it is closer to socialist relations. Attempts to make Russia and its peoples a part of the world “pyramid” of consumption, parasitism of some over others, destroys the Russian Spirit, Russianness, all the foundations of our civilization. A whole parasitic layer of “non-slave-owners” has been created in Russia, exploiting both migrants and compatriots. However, the fundamental contradiction between the essence (matrix) of Russia and capitalism, the slave system leads to the collapse of the Russian Federation, its current political elite. The fact that Russia may not survive the new crash in such a short time is obvious. historical By the standards, we have already experienced two geopolitical disasters in the 20th century (the collapse of the Russian Empire and the collapse of the USSR).

The problem of migration will be exacerbated literally every day, and we need to respond to it urgently and to the point. Otherwise, Russia will face social destabilization, further degradation of the Russian ethnos, culture and the Russian economy.

Taking into account the “Syrian scenario”, it is necessary to note the geopolitical danger of mass migration. Millions of migrants from Central Asia (plus internal migration from the North Caucasus) carry with them viruses of aggressive forms of Islam, have strong connections with the criminal world, including the drug mafia. Therefore, for states and network organizations of the West and the East, they are a convenient ground for the formation of a “fifth column”, which, in alliance with the liberal opposition and ethnic separatists, will try to crush Russian statehood. Last news from Tatarstan, they only confirm these conclusions: the migrants strengthened the social base of Wahhabism and act in alliance with the local ethnic separatists. Interest in the situation is also shown by the Russian liberals, who express the need for a wider autonomy of Tatarstan, even separation from Russia.

We must not forget the fact that the region of the Near and Middle East is on the verge of a great war that will irreversibly capture the South Caucasus and Central Asia into its orbit. The war will cause a new wave of migration, millions of people will turn their eyes to the more or less stable countries of Europe and Russia.

Unfortunately, the current Russian migration policy copies the policies of Western countries in this matter. And the old policy, because in recent years, leading EU politicians have recognized the failure of multiculturalism. And in Europe, more and more votes are being received by parties that are proposing to tighten migration policies, stop the process of assimilating European ethnic groups, and return Europeans to traditional values. In June 2012, by presidential decree in Russia, the Concept of State Migration Policy was adopted. In accordance with it, the economic and demographic problems of Russia are proposed to be largely addressed through mass migration to our country. This is the essence of the current migration policy of the Russian Federation. This is a completely disastrous path for Russia. Migration leads to systemic degradation of the economy, securing its raw material nature and the status of Russia as a raw material appendage of the West and the East. Mass migration strikes at the Russian labor market, undermines the basic mechanisms of demography and reproduction of the population, leads to the gradual replacement of the indigenous population.

In fact, the policy of the Russian authorities in the field of migration is very similar to the long-established method of attracting foreign labor in the colonies. Western colonialists in America replaced the local population with imported Negroes from Africa, and Asians — Chinese and Indian workers. By this, they irreversibly changed the ethnic composition of the population, resolved the issue with the labor force - the cost price of the imported workers was very low, and reduced the possibility of resistance. To facilitate the management of imported slaves and practically disenfranchised workers (after the abolition of slavery), they were brought from different places, cultivated and maintained a state of hostility between them and the indigenous population.

Russia currently acts as a colonized territory of the West and the East. Neocolonizers are both foreign corporations, state structures, and the local comprador, cosmopolitan in its essence big bourgeoisie, having a support in the political elite of Russia, in the form of its liberal wing, which supports migration, educational, juvenile and other initiatives directed against the population of our country. Inside Russia, the ancient strategy of “divide and conquer” is used: aliens and indigenous people, aliens among themselves (for example, Uzbeks and Kirghiz) are vented. Thus, the cosmopolitan authorities and big business have the opportunity to increase the level of control over the situation.

We must clearly realize that the main problem of Russia is not in the migrants themselves, not in the archaic customs that they bring with them and the growth of crime. This is all a consequence. The root cause is the socio-economic system created in Russia in the 1990s. The Russian cosmopolitan compradors consider themselves not Russian, but part of the global “elite” parasitizing the entire planet. It is easy to understand, looking at those who are buying property in London, Britain and other places outside of Russia. For them, Russia is a conquered, alien territory. Only a return to socialism can fundamentally change this vicious practice.

Migration - a threat to the national security of Russia

Geopolitical danger - well-organized and numerous migrants represent for some countries of the East and the West a convenient tool for conducting the so-called in Russia. "Syrian script." In the context of a planetary systemic crisis and the approach of a big war, external forces will try to destroy Russian statehood with the support of any opposition forces, ethnic separatists, radical nationalists and migrants. Naturally, this undermines the country's defense.

The head of the Volga Center for Religious and Ethnopolitical Studies, Rais Suleymanov, during a meeting of the expert club of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISI) in Kazan in December 2012, on the topic of Islamic fundamentalism and migration in Russia in the post-Soviet period, noted that mass labor migration from Central Asian countries led to the flow of Islamic fundamentalists in Russia. He noted that in his homeland the radicals are subjected to strong pressure by the security forces and feel well in Russia, with its liberal legislation. The active process of creating migrant organizations alternative to the national-cultural structures already existing in Russia was noted. They are beginning to have an ever stronger influence on the information field of Russia. Rais Suleimanov made a sad conclusion for Russia: “We absolutely can really find ourselves in a situation in Western Europe, where there is no longer any integration of migrants, but the population is being replaced with the imposition of radical religious beliefs under the idea of tolerance, which has long been transformed into a minority ideology over the majority” .

Ethnic and cultural danger. For the last decades, the Russian ethnos has undergone an aggressive cultural attack, which leads to its erosion, assimilation, the loss of its face, its Russianness. Not only has Western (American) values actively promoted in Russia, such as tolerance for all sorts of perverts, but now it has been hit from the other side. The country was flooded with immigrants from Central Asia, that is, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and partly Kyrgyzstan, the Transcaucasus (plus internal migration from the North Caucasus). These states were part of the USSR, but after the Union was disintegrated, they actually sunk very heavily both by economic level and educational level, by the level of the general culture of the population. As a result of active cultural expansion from the East and the West, given the degradation of the system of upbringing and education in Russia itself (Soviet standards have been severely eroded, and their safety margin is coming to an end), Russian citizens are gradually becoming “non-barbarian”.

I must say that this is a problem of the entire planet, there is a "barbarization" of the masses of the population. Western elites contribute to this process, thus trying to maintain power. Russia is still held at the expense of the generations that received education and upbringing in the USSR, their life foundations could more or less master the 1990-2000-s generations, but this “inheritance” of the USSR is not forever. The massive importation of migrants dramatically aggravates the situation with the general culture in the country. A very characteristic case was 19 February in St. Petersburg, where, around 30, Azerbaijanis fought with cold, traumatic and firearms. weapons. The cause of the conflict was the difference in the wedding traditions of the "guests" and "sedentary" Azerbaijanis. Following the mountain tradition, friends of the groom stole the bride, which caused the anger of her relatives.

A blow to the demographics of the country. Migration kills the ability of the indigenous population to reproduce, since the majority of Russians lose the opportunity to find a decent income in a developed labor market and, accordingly, to create a large large family. The best years for procreation will be spent on job search, making money to maintain a certain level of consumption.

Economic danger. If Russia continues to attract millions of migrant workers, low-skilled labor, plans for the restoration of industrial potential, innovative development, technological breakthrough of the country, will remain on paper. Russia will remain among the states that live only due to the supply of raw materials to neighbors. Considering that back in the USSR, backlogs were created to transfer the country to a new technological structure that does not require a mass of low-skilled labor, robotization of a number of industries, Russia simply does not need millions of migrants. They are needed only by those representatives of large and medium-sized businesses who do not want development and are satisfied with their current position. In fact, they are inscribed in the world pyramid of consumption and do not want revolutionary changes. Business lives by momentary gain, and not by the medium and long-term interests of the Russian state and its peoples. Migration actually kills the economy of advanced ways, a real competitive economy.

The growth of the criminal threat. Back in 2011, Moscow’s prosecutor Sergei Kudeneyev told Rossiyskaya Gazeta in an interview that every fifth murder, every second rape, every third robbery and every fifth theft is committed by foreigners in the capital. A similar situation exists in St. Petersburg. For ethnic groups, Russia, the drug mafia (most of the drug traffic passes through migrants) is a “hunting zone”, a “cash cow”.

It is enough to read the crime chronicles to make very sad conclusions for Russia - the country has become a “hunting ground” for guest workers and criminal Caucasians. So, only 17 February February 2013 in Moscow three ethnic groups were neutralized. The first gang of three people broke into the apartment located in the 7 / 9 house on Pravdy Street at night and began to demand, threatening with a pistol, the 200 woman living there thousands of rubles. When the bandits were detained, they were two natives of the Chechen Republic (the third managed to escape). Moreover, one of them presented a certificate of the senior lieutenant of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic. The second gang was caught outside the gop-stop. In the morning, in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district, a resident of the capital was severely beaten and robbed, who left the entrance of the house number 11 on Stratonavtov Street. Employees of the local police department detained four thugs in hot pursuit. They were visitors from Dagestan. The third gang was arrested for kidnapping people. In the cabin of the stopped car were a Tajik, a Kirghiz, an Uzbek, and a new Russian (Shamil Murzaev).

According to experts, if the world community and Russia enter into a new wave of crisis, the situation will worsen even more. Many migrant workers will lose their jobs and there is a high probability that a significant portion of them will not want to return to their homeland by joining the ranks of the criminal "army". Even today, many visitors can not get a job and are looking for other sources of income.

What needs to be done to make a difference?

All representatives of the Russian people and indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation should realize the simple fact that if we all together cannot make the Russian authorities radically change the socio-political system, then our children and grandchildren will lose the right to be masters of this land. Historical Russia will no longer be.

The most important thing is to realize the Russian public - the problem of migration is a reflection of the situation of the general degradation of the country. The more the country “eats away” the Soviet legacy and goes to a civilizational catastrophe, the more Russia sits down on the migration needle. Separately, the problem of migration cannot be solved in principle. All other - administrative, criminal, educational and other measures to regulate migration - this is all irrelevant. In this regard, the only cure for all negative trends, including mass migration, is a change in the country's development concept. Rejection of the idea imposed on us from the West that there is no alternative to the capitalist, neoliberal path of development. By the way, it was he who led the planet to a systemic crisis that threatens us with a new world war. Russia must be returned to the rails of socialist development, with its genuine democracy, where the rights of the whole people are not protected, but the rights of the whole people, where expediency and common sense stand above artificial “liberal-democratic” values.

In geopolitical terms - this is the construction of the Eurasian Union, the re-establishment of the empire, a great power. The time of empires is back. For Russia to survive in a new raging world, it is vital to reunite with Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Apparently, there is no other alternative than complete destruction, in the Baltic States, Moldova and Armenia. In one way or another, they will enter the sphere of influence of the Eurasian Union and Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, otherwise they will have to be “Afghanized”, joining the Islamic Caliphate or partial “Chineseization”. The Eurasian Union (Russian Union) will be able to adequately protect its interests on the world stage in the geopolitical, military-strategic, economic and cultural plans. The Eurasian Union will be able to offer the world and an alternative development project (globalization in Russian), alternative to Western, Chinese and Islamic.

Part of the globalization project in Russian can be large-scale investments in Central and Central Asia. They are necessary in order to create there, on the spot, job opportunities for hundreds of thousands of people. This will reduce the migration pressure on Russia, residents of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan will not have to go to Russia to find an opportunity to feed themselves and their families. On the other hand, it will work on the Russian economy, reduce the military threat from the south - the possibility of “afghanization” of the Central Asian republics will disappear. Strengthening Russia's economic position in these republics will allow them to influence their policies. Such an investment of capital is much more reasonable than their spending on the purchase of foreign sports clubs, yachts, and also completely insane investments in the Olympics in Sochi. Apparently, Russia will have to “return” to Afghanistan, otherwise the problem of drug production cannot be solved.

In Russia itself, it is necessary to launch a number of projects aimed at restoring its power and turning the country into a global leader. This is the launch of a new real industrialization, about which many words have already been said. In particular, much was said about creating new 25 million jobs before 2025, but in fact for 2012 the year when 1 million new skilled jobs were to appear in Russia, 150 thousands of jobs in the manufacturing industry were reduced. New industrialization will allow indigenous people to get decent wages on the ground, which will positively affect the demography of the country.

This development of the regions, including large-scale programs for the socio-economic development of the North Caucasus - it is necessary to create jobs in the region in order to stop the mass migration of representatives of Caucasian nationalities to traditionally Russian regions, which causes an increase in tension and undermines social stability. Other large-scale programs should be associated with the development and re-development of the Urals, Siberia, the Far East and the Russian Arctic.

Social and economic development of small cities and regions of Russia, equalization of opportunities with several megacities where Russian young people are trying to get (like foreign citizens). Otherwise, we will get in a couple of decades 10-15 "Babylon", where almost everyone will be migrants, including Russian citizens. The rest of the territory will be “optimized”, i.e., cleaned of small cities, towns, villages, schools, hospitals.

Demographic program. Its main goal is to have at least three or four children in a Russian family. To achieve this result, it is necessary to develop and implement a whole range of activities. In particular, large families should receive free homestead in rural areas, or satellite villages in the cities. A family should receive a house without the right to sell, rent out, etc. It should pass into full ownership after a certain period of time. For example, 10-15 years of work in a rural school or clinic. Another important measure should be the refusal of abortion, with the exception of some cases (child as a result of rape, the presence of severe chronic diseases, the threat to the life of the mother, etc.). All children from the moment of conception should receive the right to life. In case of refusal of parents, relatives from the child, it must grow and provide all the necessary state.

good, article, but I'm afraid our rulers, even patriotic people do not realize this, the Soviet "international" education is making itself felt. but slowly another wave begins, the "guests" really begin to not just "dislike" them, they begin to beat. At the moment, there is an age rotation, in the power of the low and middle level, people come free from "rootless cosmopolitanism" and the mood in society is radicalized, "thanks" to the infanticide from Asia and representatives of the "religion of peace" from the Caucasus

Yes, the article is topical, but I do not agree with the author on everything. He suggests returning to a socialist economy. If this is an economy of the Soviet type, where everything is state-owned, and private initiative is prohibited, then I am against it, nothing good will come of it. A reasonable combination is needed. But the main problem of our country is corruption. The development of the country is impossible without a tough decision. And massive illegal migration, and crime, and the plunder of the country's resources are possible only under the rule of a corrupt anti-people "elite".

And who said private initiative was banned? And in the USSR there were private cooperatives. But it is necessary to return to the public sector all the sectors that are vital for the successful development of industry and agriculture. It’s just a very difficult task. Good only in Russia it was necessary to put in the place of presumptuous officials and oligarchs. But how to do it in the former fraternal republics?

An open letter from the head of the portal Superjob.ru, Alexei Zakharov, to the President of the Russian Federation
          Dear Mr. President!
You set the task of creating 25 millions of “good and well-paid" jobs by 2020 year. This is a great challenge, and we, as employers, are both in favor of it.
But the real human resources policy is that by the year 2020 there will be additional 25 million jobs created for low-skilled migrants. This is in addition to the 10 — 15 millions of jobs that are already created for them.
As a result of state policy in the coming decades, the number of low-skilled migrants attracted from abroad will be more than half of the economically active population of the country.
Of course, we understand that a course has been taken on the innovative development of Russia. What is innovation? This is an increase in competitiveness through the application of advanced production management methods, cost reduction, etc. etc. In this sense, attracting a large number of low-paid and low-skilled labor force, which also works mostly outside the legal field on slave terms, is an unconditional innovation that allows organizations to reduce costs and become more competitive.
This is a great solution! But it makes tens of millions of our fellow citizens completely uncompetitive. They already can not compete in the market of low-skilled labor. A Russian citizen cannot and should not compete for a job and a beggarly salary with visitors from Central Asia. Russian citizens are not ready and should not live in bestial conditions for 20 people in a room, getting meager wages for their work. And our citizens do not want.
But, I emphasize, this does not mean that they do not want to work. They do not want to work for a salary that does not allow to give birth and raise children, eat normally and be treated. Moreover, according to our research, today 18% of our citizens feel real competition with visitors from Central Asia. But this is in general, and among low-skilled Russian youth and low-skilled older people, almost 25% already claim competition! These are terrible numbers, Mr. President!
What advantages do we have from attracting tens of millions of low-skilled migrants? I see none. We blur the Russian culture (I emphasize, not Russian, but Russian). Uncontrolled migration creates problems not only in Moscow and other “Russian” megalopolises - in our “Muslim” regions the influx of cheap labor from abroad creates the same difficulties.
Could someone ten years ago imagine that there would be classes in Moscow schools where children do not speak Russian fluently or do not speak the state language at all? Today it is a reality. If the flow is not stopped, then in a short time there will be schools and areas where it will be difficult to hear the Russian language. Five years ago the word “Moskvabad” did not exist in Russian. And today, this is no longer perceived as a joke.

The problem of migrants was discussed on the site several times. So what? Did any of the Russian bosses say a word? Why did the Asians open the border? Has anyone asked us? Moscow and the Kremlin are terribly far from the people. I am sure that many visitors to the site voted for the current government and here: the result. It’s rightly said: in another ten years the process will become irreversible. And then either we will lie under the Asians or they will be knocked out of our land by us, but this is war. With all the consequences. But no one reads our comments, except for ourselves.

That's for sure! Migration cannot be stopped. And, for someone it is profitable ... We'll have to come to terms with this ... And this article is not a real consideration of the situation, but a good job of a freelancer, or copywriter! Everything in general, and around the bush ... But would it be better to listen to the opinion of the migrants themselves ?! And to find out the very essence of the situation, and not read the articles of "advanced experts" on this topic, and everything beautifully written, Yes believe!!!

          Fox,
Under Stalin, artels worked, but PrirHrushchev took everything away. And in the Criminal Code, an article appeared for entrepreneurial activity. The cooperatives under Gorbachev were mainly engaged in speculation and withdrawal of funds from state enterprises. In general, in the Soviet economy, there were a lot of things that weren’t big, most of all I was outraged by wastefulness and mismanagement. If you remember at the beginning of 90's how much metal was, including non-ferrous metal, was dug from the ground and handed over. This metal as surplus was buried in previous years. And how many oil products are poured into the ground. As the Soviet zavkladas said, surplus is worse than shortage.

It is necessary to strictly restrict the entry into the territory of Russia of citizens of Central Asia.
These people have nothing to do with us, letting them in to us, we plant a time bomb.
The policy of "multiculturalism" is officially recognized as a failure by leading European rulers.
Here is an example of what the importation of migrants from Asia leads to:

        CONTINUED:

What modern economy and its development can we talk about when using slave labor? What kind of breakthroughs are we talking about if the average person living in Russia will hardly read and speak Russian in twenty years?
We plan, through the Ministry of Labor, to spend hundreds of billions of rubles in the coming years to attract and adapt migrants. If the same money is additionally sent to the education of our citizens, there is still a chance that in 20 years we will still not forget how to fly into space.
But just not enough money! It is necessary today (tomorrow it will be too late) to completely close the Russian labor market for unskilled migration from abroad. Completely! No quotas.
The inability to attract cheap labor will force business to invest in those very innovations, increase labor productivity, and create “good” jobs. There is no other way. Either degradation (and its speed increases), or hard political decisions.
The CIS, military bases, geopolitics ... All this is wonderful, just who will need all this in 20 — 30 years?
I urge you, Mr. President, to take tough political decisions aimed at the complete prohibition of the importation of cheap labor into the territory of the Russian Federation.
The world will not collapse. And prices will not rise. Salaries of a significant part of Russian citizens will grow. First, low-skilled, then those with higher qualifications: everything is interconnected. And this money will remain in the country - they will be spent on the development of the Russian economy. They will create new jobs for citizens of the Russian Federation.
        PS
Why did I decide to write this letter? I have been talking about this for several years now: newspapers, radio, television, the Internet ... And if only I’d be alone. I am discussing this topic with high-ranking federal officials with whom you, Mr. President, are also personally acquainted. All hair stand on end on what is happening. But ... I ask my friends: well, you are the power, why are you silent? And in response, I hear: we are not there TAM (meaningfully looking up).
        Hear us, Mr. President!

        What about Japan? smile

"..."It can not be!" People who have visited Japan on tourist trips will indignantly declare. There they were met everywhere with a smile, hospitality and courtesy. The tourists simply do not know that they lived and ate in special establishments for foreigners, their service staff was also special. In addition, ignorance language did not allow them to understand what the staff was actually saying to them, traditionally smiling broadly.

The rapid economic development of the Asian region forced the natives of other places to look for work and their place in the sun in it. It is these people, in the first place, who are faced with such an attitude towards themselves that the word "discrimination" is increasingly heard. Moreover, foreigners by nationality are practically not divided. There is only a strict separation of "One's own - another's."

Obtaining a Japanese visa is extremely difficult. Even a short visit requires a Japanese guarantor. The requirement to set a very high minimum wage level for foreigners makes it impossible for them to be legally employed in most areas. Since it is simply unprofitable for the employer to hire them.

In practice, only top-class specialists in the following areas can get a job in Japan: scientists, translators, programmers, and teachers of foreign languages. 95% of all foreigners legally employed in Japan work in these areas.

Moreover, a work visa is very strictly regulated by the permitted type of activity. Even a small step beyond it entails a gigantic fine, or even imprisonment. The employer must very “long and tedious” explain the desire to hire a foreigner. Even in a foreign company, at least half of the workers must be Japanese.

But getting a work visa does not mean the end of discrimination. The search for an apartment runs into the refusal of most agents to work with foreigners. And usually ends with an apartment rented by the company for this specialist.

Obtaining a permanent residence permit requires a ten-year permanent stay in Japan. Citizenship can only be acquired by marriage to a Japanese citizen. At the same time, you still will not become your own for the Japanese, you will only be someone else's spouse. In a divorce, children and all property are taken by a Japanese citizen, while the second spouse must leave the country within a month.

In the daily life of a foreigner, the already mentioned signs in stores, denial of entry to bars, night clubs, etc. are waiting. Taxi drivers will often refuse him a trip, and even if they are lucky, then the most uncomfortable and long route.

If a foreigner learns Japanese and constantly admires the "Strange Rising Sun", this will not change anything in relation to him. Except that the prefix henna, meaning strange ... "is added to the term gaijin, which means a foreigner in general."

The man died and ended up in purgatory. They looked there were no sins, and not the righteous in general, and decided to send him to hell or to paradise of his own free will.
At first he went to heaven and saw paradise, angels playing lyre. Nice but boring.
He went to hell. Looks: sinners at tables full of food, various wines, funny women. Of course oh decided to stay in hell.
Only he decided to devil grab him in the boiler. He is surprised, but what about food, drink and women. And they answer him "DO NOT MIX TOURISM WITH EMIGRATION"

Everything is as you write. Only one maaaalenkaya correction. Japan is a unique state in its mono-nationality. They killed the last Ainu 120 years ago. And this monotony is extremely treasured.
Our situation is more like a Chinese one. And by and large, the Hamburg account is generally unique and inimitable. Initially, we are the Empire (and in no way the Federation)
The Federation is the United States.
And peoples of different cultures, faiths and even races are able to live exclusively in the empire. The USSR of the times of Stalin is a typical example of an empire without a monarchy. It is this form of state that allows us to realize the common potential.
Sadly, it is precisely in the very mechanism of the Empire's existence that its main drawback lies - the dispersion of the passionarity of the "imperial", state-forming nation (Russians), because such passionarity is all spent in solving the global problems of the empire,
A vivid example of this is the "depopulation" of the Russian countryside in the years following collectivization-industrialization, and during the Second World War.
Most of the able-bodied peasantry joined the process of industrialization, then an even larger part laid their heads in the fields of the Great Patriotic War. There were no similar processes on the national outskirts, and could not be.
The wave of migrants from Central Asia that we observe today in Russia, which is urbanized to the limit, is only an answer to the challenge of time from the peoples of Asia. This, if you will, is their collectivization and industrialization.
The Russian response should not be Tajik genocide, not millions of deportations, but de-urbanization countries. Private low-rise construction in the country, roads, infrastructure, communications and land allocation for residents of megacities. We have a lot of land. Unfortunately, over the past 40-50 years we have completely forgotten how to work on it. Even maintain it in a more or less decent condition.
But it is in life on its EARTH that the possibility of the revival of the Russians is laid.
It is very difficult for today's city dweller to pull him out into the fresh air, to tear him away from the iPhone and Wi-Fi. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the infrastructure of the village, regardless of the notorious "profitability". Otherwise, instead of a Russian village (which is dying a natural death), we will get a Tajik aul or a Kyrgyz kishlak.
As for megalopolises, they are doomed to be a trap for "passionaries" who will never run out. In search of "work", the refuse of all nations and parasites of all stripes will flock there and further. And the city bosses will always try to cross a snake with a hedgehog and have a gratuitous and free labor force, and at the same time prevent the growth of crime and the decline in the morals of the population. This is a hopeless business, but extremely monetary.

Looked signature - Samsonov. Man perfectly knows the intricacies of history. But what draws him to speak about modernity and prospects is unclear, because he utters patterns and platitudes.
The phrase, “Part of the globalization project in Russian can be large-scale investments in Central and Central Asia” is simply outrageous.
The answer, for starters, is short: man, go to x * p.
The Tsunarefs lived for seventy years at the expense of the Russians, and again equip them to feed.
      This will not work.
      And it will do.
Visa regime, strict control over those who entered, harsh penalties for those who committed violations, not to mention the crime. And by the way, a review of all decisions on granting citizenship since 1992.
Russian (Ukrainians, Belarusians) and peoples who do not have national territorial structures outside the Russian Federation - citizenship in an unconditional manner. The rest - a residence permit with the right to work (mainly a temporary permit), citizenship - for unparalleled loyalty and usefulness.

The organizers of the invasion of foreigners must be deprived of their citizenship and deported from our country. RI and the USSR tried to re-educate, treat, even punish them. Useless. This evil does not give in to any influence. Just as they did in ancient Egypt - get out of the country. As they did, in antiquity, Titus and Svyatoslav - to destroy to the ground the nest of enemies (Judea and Khazaria, respectively). As medieval Spain did, get out of the country, a year for training.

The question is solved if desired very simply.
First, a Russian law is being adopted stating that the salary of any foreigner in Russia must not be lower than the average salary in Russia, and in addition, the employer transfers from his own funds to a special "integration fund", for example, 30% of the specified salary.
Secondly, the employer of the identified illegal migrant, based on this average salary, pays all the established taxes, and in addition this 30% increase for the entire identified period of work is illegal, but not less than 1 year.
Thirdly, strictly observe this law and collect the accrued amounts from employers not at the expense of firms, but from personal funds. In a year there will be no problem.

Do they really think that this problem will not affect them personally? Are they really hoping in case of something to slip into Israel or the United States? After all, they will be cut in the first place .. Does history really teach nothing? Or work for Uncle Sam is more important than their own security and their future .. Who will need them if Russia does not exist.
In general, the most radical way of precisely these liberals is to cleanse these liberals from power and business, to move away from the liberal economic scheme that they have imposed to national state capitalism oriented towards development and not speculative consumption, then the issue of migrants will be resolved by purely economic methods. since they will no longer be a priority in the labor market. Now the so-called "liberal model" is nothing more than a tacitly legalized form of slavery based on the cooperation of an irresponsible business that thrives on slave labor, robbing "illegal" corrupt officials and supplying "live goods" to ethnic organized crime groups in Russia.

The project is currently under consideration. Strategies of the national policy of the Russian Federation until 2025 of the year. As you know, the project was developed by a team of authors, three of whom at one time headed the Ministry of Nationalities of the Russian Federation or those who were responsible for developing national policies in the 1990s and 2000s: Valery Tishkov, Vyacheslav Mikhailov, Vladimir Zorin and Ramazan Abdulatipov. That is, it is precisely those individuals who bear personal responsibility for the failure of national policy in the last twenty years.
Particularly strange in this composition is the figure of Academician V. Tishkov, head of the Ethnological Monitoring and Early Warning of Conflicts Network (EAWARN), which formally provides non-governmental Western organizations with operational information on processes in the field of interethnic relations. With the name of Tishkov several scandalous incidents are connected. In particular, the pickets of the Eurasian Youth Union were repeatedly held under the slogans "Tishkov - CIA spy." Coincidence or not, but after a while Tishkov was removed from the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
Conceptually V. Tishkov stands on the methodological position of the so-called. multiculturalism, that is, recognition of the equivalence of cultures of the host and migrant populations.
Openly criticized the policy of multiculturalism was made by President V. Putin, who declared the inadmissibility of creating closed migrant enclaves in Russian cities.
Thus, the introduction of the main Russian theorist of multiculturalism to the working group openly contradicts the position of the Head of State and the positions of the leading countries of the European Union.
An analysis of the document allows us to see a strange symbiosis in it: atavisms of Soviet national policy (this line is personalized by R. Abdulatipov) and the Western theory of multiculturalism (V. Tishkov). However, the two multidirectional vectors of the draft strategy are united in one: in it there is no place for the Russian people, the main creator of the Russian (synonymous with Russian) state, which constitutes the vast majority of the population of our country and produces the main national wealth.
The second conclusion that can be drawn is that the efforts of the authors (mainly V. Tishkov) are not aimed at reaching consensus between Russians and other indigenous peoples of Russia. The latter are de facto the main suffering object of the new national policy. In relation to them, an arsenal of police and ideological propaganda measures has been proposed (to cultivate tolerance or punish for its absence). The carrots and sticks bring up a new historical community - Homo Rossiyanicum. Russians and other indigenous peoples are offered to abandon their ethnicity in favor of an artificially constructed Russian community.
          1. +6
            25 February 2013 13: 48
Thus, the efforts of the developers of the draft Strategy are not aimed at increasing the demographic level of the indigenous peoples of Russia (primarily Russian), improving the socio-economic conditions of their lives and developing national cultures. And on the adaptation and integration of "labor migrants into the socio-cultural space of the country's main population." In other words, in the cited there is a substitution of objects of knowledge and goals. The authors of the project essentially act as lobbyists for external migration, concerned about the weak level and "intolerance" of Russian migration legislation in relation to migrants.
Russian and other indigenous peoples of Russia in liberal projects, one of the examples of which is the draft National Policy Strategy, has no place in the strategic plan. Russia and the peoples living in it are invited to step aside according to the same scenario that was previously implemented in Western and Central Europe. The criticism of the theories of multiculturalism in the document is on duty and should not be deceived, since it comes from its main advocate in Russian academic and political circles. The peoples of Russia must realize that our existence as collective individuals with ethnic, cultural and historical memory is in danger. The real and imaginary contradictions that have accumulated in the field of interethnic relations should give way to unity aimed at preserving cultural and territorial-political unity. Which, in the first place, implies a categorical rejection of liberal theories of auto-annihilation.

Who benefits and who encourages the mass and uncontrolled delivery of migrants to Russia:

Some excerpts from Peter Sutherland's speech in the House of Lords of Great Britain

Mr. Sutherland is the UN Special Representative for Migration, the founder and head of the UN Global Forum on Migration and Development, a man whom the US Secretary of Commerce once called the "Father of Globalization" and the former general director of the WTO, which he actually created. Former and current member of the boards of directors of major banks and transnational corporations, He is also a member of the board of Goldman Sachs International, Honorary President of the Rockefeller Trilateral Commission, and is also a member of the elite Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Club.

“Migration is a critical driver of economic growth” in some EU member states “and it doesn’t matter how hard it is to explain to the people of these countries”

Just like with an echo matzah quote

"The United States, or Australia, or New Zealand, is historically a migrant community, and therefore they are more willing to accept people from a different culture than ourselves, since we still cherish the feeling of our national unity and our difference from others."

Naturally, we must take an example from the most developed and civilized

“In my opinion, the European Union is obliged to destroy with all force any manifestation of our inner homogeneity ”
              .

Well, gentlemen, Westerners-liberals in Russia follow these instructions

“It is completely impossible to imagine that the existing homogeneity will be able to survive, since countries must become much more open about people who inhabit them. This was brilliantly demonstrated by the UK. ”

“Stop selecting only highly skilled migrants and block the path for the poorly educated, since people in the lowest layers of society should have the right to choose to come and study or work in another country.”

In fact, here we are dealing with already familiar neoliberal traits, which is ready to saturate the UK labor market with uneducated migrants, until social support becomes unbearable for the state and wages along with social guarantees of workers do not fall to the level of Africa itself. In some ways, he is right - if this scenario is realized, the poor half-starved Briton will cease to be different from the same black refugee. What is not a gift for corporations in need of cheap labor and illiterate consumers..

Now it is clear to whom it is beneficial and by whom this scenario is encouraged and whose proteges are free or involuntary civic activists with white ribbons.

An article on the topic of the day. I believe that it is necessary to tighten the entry into the Russian Federation of guests from Central Asia and the Caucasus. Everyone, to the best of their understanding, works for themselves, and to the extent of misunderstanding, to those who understand more. Therefore, I consider it appropriate to keep a tight record of emigrants, for violating Russian law, a lifelong ban on entry into the Russian Federation. This problem arose due to the lack of goal-setting in the management of migration policy by those responsible. And I wish compatriots to lead a healthy lifestyle, improve their educational level and measure of understanding of what is happening. And officials to increase professional competence. Well, bring up children and build a bright future for the evil of other states

Unfortunately, the current Russian migration policy is copying the policies of Western countries on this issue. Moreover, the old policy, because in recent years, leading EU politicians have recognized the failure of multiculturalism.

Does anyone expect from us that the comers are integrating into Russian society?

So what to do? Firstly, in Moscow itself, it’s local work, not Tajiks, and secondly, planting, planting and planting again, without hesitating to establish the status of a problem region, if necessary, so anyone who looks like someone from there can be immediately sent to the station.

Good afternoon! Article "+" as it affects several layers of our life with you! First, they really make biorobots of us (Soulless consumers)! Goal? Very simple! Then, when our culture (with the help of the cosmopolitan matrix imposed on us by the media) falls to a critical level, we will simply be pitted against each other, partly for religious reasons, partly for national reasons, and the especially smart will go under various banners from white ribbons to red flags (Application of politics - "Divide and rule"). Just look at what is happening in our country! Even an economist student with a low grade understands that if migrant workers (Slaves) with a low level of both culture and intelligence work in Russia for relatively little money, this will inevitably lead to:
    1. The degradation of the sector in which these migrant workers will work and, as a result, the loss of millions of jobs, the lack of development technologies for improving construction, the lower quality of work, services, etc .;
    2. The enormous losses of our economy due to the shadow structure of hiring cheap workers, the money that does not go to the budget of our country simply goes by echelons to the homeland of visitors, while giving at least some chance for people to survive, and the government of the Central Asian countries has released enormous resources as a result of economies in the social sphere, money is simply plundered and the foundations of statehood and relative independence are gradually being destroyed (Then Kabbalists simply tear the country for debts);
    3. The most important thing! Millions of semi-literate visitors with a low culture simply come to us with their charter and live according to their primitive laws! And this inevitably leads to the fall of our culture with you, they simply dissolve us with these hordes, which can give us nothing but degradation!
And as a result: You don’t need to go far for examples, look at the chronology of events over the past 50 years and you will understand that all my words are confirmed and are reflected in this chronology of days gone by! Everywhere in the post of the Soviet space, where they expelled, cut out, poisoned the Slavs, life no longer boils and beautiful cities do not shine, huge industries do not work, schools and kindergartens are empty, people do not aspire to be astronauts, writers, scientists! There is devastation everywhere, crime, drugs and corruption! And all this awaits us if we do not defend our culture and train our spirit!

Ahhh. Now it turns out the Slavs are carriers of good, culture, science, and without them the country has no future. There are no Slavs in your country - it means there is complete chaos. All clear.
But you, the Slavs, have gone far. Your ancestral territories make up less than 20% of the entire territory of Russia, but you managed to breed up to 80% of the total population. You yourself have long been at home, and do not live by other people's laws. And at this time, many small nations are gradually losing their language, culture, customs. You don't give a damn about everyone but yourself. Shameless, rude and wild you people. High-tech barbarians. No better than the Anglo-Saxons ...

Our government, blindly adopting the experience of Western countries, for some reason takes only the bad. We are constantly trudging in the wagon train near the West. After all, Western countries have already "eaten the dog" during migration and have been burned a hundred times in the migration issue. So take their experience. No need to open the gate in front of anyone. Enter your visa entry. After all, there is the internet. Qualified specialists from the near abroad can track the job market at Russian enterprises on the Internet, send their resume IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE and, in case of a positive decision, come to our country at the call of a specific company, enterprise, institution, on a work visa. People will come to us, but it will not be UNCONTROLLED. Those who want to find work in our country will still go with visas. But on the other hand, we will close the valve for the rest, which includes various sludge, which is not needed in our own country, and even more so in our country. And, of course, we need to stop the general distribution of Russian citizenship. At one time, these peoples abandoned and turned away from the Russians. So let's have our national pride. The migration problem can be solved. But migration in the form in which it exists now suits only one - officials who can make money on migration. In our country, 99,9% of all problems are not solved because the officials on whom it depends will simply lose their "feeding trough". Migration in our country is a very large source of "black" money for those who are "tied" to it. And it is unlikely that in the near foreseeable future there will be any positive solutions to the migration problem.

And at the domestic level, Russians cannot resist the “creeping invasion”

piterkras, I gave an example, so it turns out that Russians are paid less, etc., and these are questions not to the janitors, but to their employers. On the website of the "special auto industry" before the Tajiks there was a vacancy for a janitor with a z-that at 12 tr., so Why do Tajiks dance at 16? Yes, in our country at least 15% of the rural population would go to the city for 16 z-you, overalls and paid housing, so there is no need to carry nonsense about "eternal laziness"

After hiring a migrant worker to work (instead of a local worker), the migrant inflicts five financial blows on the interests of the inhabitants of our country and our state itself.
    1. A local worker was left without work. First hit.
    2. If a Russian citizen needs to pay personal income tax (personal income tax) - 13%, then a foreign citizen - 30%. Accordingly, the migrant’s employer does not apply, the migrant works in black. There are no tax revenues to the federal, and more importantly, to the local budget. By and large, our state at the federal level does not give a damn about any taxes other than gas-oil, because they are insignificant against the same gas-oil. But for local budgets, low tax fees are much more painful. Second hit.
    3. What is the purpose of the migrant? Save money and take it out to your family, i.e. from Russia. He spends at a minimum. She won’t go to the hairdresser or cafe, which means that he reduces the earnings of the local small business and, indirectly, also contributes to the growth of unemployment. Third strike.
    4. A migrant is ready to start working for a smaller amount than a local resident. A guest worker does not need to pay for a communal apartment, kindergarten and school. With their willingness to work for low wages, a migrant undermines the level of wages of specialists in all related industries. Fourth strike.
    5. Having worked and earned, the migrant worker takes all his savings and immediately takes them out of the country. Nothing will be bought for this money domestically, no one's labor will be paid. The citizens of our state are impoverished by this exported amount. And this cannot but affect every local resident. The export of $ 1000, of course, will not particularly affect, but if once a year a million guest workers exchange the earned rubles for a billion dollars and take them out, this will be a huge pressure on our economy. This is the fifth, final blow.

And what? If an unskilled worker is ready to work for a low salary, then it is natural that the employer will choose him, and not another worker with too large suits. Nobody works for the idea. The employer needs revenue. So he increases it, hiring less expensive workers. Everything is fine. I would have done so.

Now there is someone to work in low-paid jobs, these are just retired Citizens, after all, will not live on retirement, so there is always a way out. And the off-topic question "I wonder how you will start talking when walking around the city with your wife and child, these kind guys would have accidentally pushed you with their shoulders and said that you are superfluous here !!?" ? " I think they would have kept silent, swallowed so to speak, because because of your position we have what we have.

As a person who has repeatedly resorted to guest workers, he noticed that there are always a couple of people with a good unbought education in the brigade. It is interesting to talk with them on different topics, discuss news, culture, history. But their fate was such that it is more profitable to earn repairs in the KZ than to work in their specialty in their own country. They work without whining, they usually maintain a healthy sense of humor over the situation (at home, I somehow had a Karakalpak — an ex-major of the Uzbek Ministry of Internal Affairs and a Kyrgyz teacher of physics — they worked on themselves to be in this situation). And many of these gastas are more pleasant to me than some native Kazakhs who bought a diploma and vomit out of nowhere, imagining themselves to be the fucking navels of the Earth.

I work in the office in the morning, and to feed my family, after work I have to bring them home on the way to the house, on weekends I decorate apartments using high-quality materials (I’ve been taught to work since childhood and I like working with my soul) and I’m ready for that money who pay Tajiks and Uzbeks to clean up their homes! Yes, I’m ready to clean up my house for free as I remember the institute of subbotniks in the USSR well! I turned to my Criminal Code with a request to arrange me as a janitor (I already can’t pass by if I see a mess), but they told me there are no vacancies! I was not given the opportunity to clean up my yard for money! And after that, there will be people who say that Muscovites are snickering, do not want to work? For example, after leaving the Armed Forces, I worked as an electronic engineer of the first category at a gold mining enterprise in Kamchatka. For two years, the double tariff is the full northern coefficient, and under these conditions, it pulled out a salary of 23 thousand rubles. per month. At the same time, on the sites of employers in Moscow, without any northern allowances there, my work was estimated at a minimum of 85 thousand rubles per month. The difference is not impressed yet?

At the heart of any problem is a conflict of interest. In this case, on the one hand, a business that wants to get extra profit from slave labor, an official who gets kickbacks for closing his eyes, a guest worker who needs to feed his family and governments of states that export labor resources, you need to understand that for them it is same export as oil export for us. On the other hand, the Russian population and the government are faced with the problem of tax evasion and people's discontent. The population does not have tools to solve the problem, the government has tools, but also has doubts about how to use them. Moreover, the main problem is the weak economy of Central Asia, which creates the need to export migrant workers, the rest is all a consequence. A compromise between the parties is needed here, namely limiting the use of low-skilled labor of foreigners in Russia, a guest worker can get a job, but only at infrastructure facilities, which are operated by companies only under state control. Control over the restriction should be strict, up to the criminal liability of both the employee and the employer. Moreover, control is simplified by the fact that workplaces are localized and work in other places is already a violation. Let them build roads, bridges, kindergartens, etc. and pay taxes, some of which go to the budget of the country from which he arrived. This will limit the contact of the population with visitors, the guest worker gets a legitimate job, his government has an additional interest in the form of a tax, which will contribute to his interest in legal migration, the Russian government also receives an increase in tax collection and possibly cheaper infrastructure. After the restriction is imposed, business will have no choice but to attract local workers, change the broom to special equipment, and squeeze extra profit. An official who does not receive kickbacks has no choice but to quietly suffer and insert sticks into the wheels. There is so much work in Russia that it was necessary to do yesterday in terms of infrastructure that the participation of workers from Central Asia would not be superfluous, otherwise we will never build roads and houses in the right amount. Such an approach will make it possible to make the transition to legal migration painless for its main participants. In the future, the nationalization of the Central Bank, the pumping of these states by the Russian ruble, and the Russian business will come behind the ruble if there is cheap labor, will give local economic growth and reduce migration. Something like this.

    DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
    RUSSIAN MAN (RUSSIAN PEOPLE)

Preamble: All peoples are equal in rights, all peoples have lands and their leaders on planet Earth. However, one people is deprived of rights and representation - this is the Russian people.
    Main part:
    1. Evidence of the lawlessness of the Russian person (people)
    • The Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 65 on the national-territorial structure of the Russian Federation does not define land for the Russian population to live in
    • Lack of Russian representation in local authorities and self-government, determined by the norms of the percentage of the population
    • Absence on Russian (which are allegedly Russian) lands filling and leadership in law enforcement agencies and courts of representation, determined by the norms of the percentage of the population
    • Deprivation of the right to have references to nationality in personal documents
    • Absence of the Russian Government as a result of the deprivation of Russians of the right to land in Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation
    • Absence of the Russian President, as a result of the deprivation of Russians of the right to land in Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation
    • The absence of a profitable part of the budget of every Russian person from the exploitation of the subsoil, as a result of the above
    • The imposition of a religion of worship of Christ as the basis of the ideological position of the Russian people, neglecting the referendum methods of choosing a state ideology
    • The use of Russian soldiers as cannon fodder to resolve bloody conflicts between other nations and peoples, in order to maintain control under the auspices of the Russian Federation and persons who do not meet modern Russian requirements, as the people of the titular nation
    • Renunciation of the right to use the results of the work of previous generations by the method of voucher privatization and further coercion of Russians to recognize these economic actions
    • Uncertainty of the attitude of Russians to the solution of issues of peace, war, use and ownership of land, and other important issues of the functioning of the Russian state
    2. Primary steps to eliminate the contradictions associated with the non-recognition of the Russian people de jure:
    • Or the introduction of the word "RUSSIAN" in the name of the territories of the state of the Russian Federation
    • Or exclusion of the words "NATIONALITY" from the names of the national territorial entities of the Russian Federation
3 Final part. I would like to believe that the leadership of the Russian Federation, in persons in public office, will have enough state wisdom to study the situation with the situation of the Russian people in the Russian Federation and make a decision to peacefully resolve the contradictions associated with the non-recognition of the Russian people. Otherwise, the current leadership will be fully responsible for the next bloody development of events RF takes over

The only pity is that when they finally understand, it may be too late. And those who sang beautiful songs from the TV screen about the development and restoration will simply disappear. "All representatives of the Russian people and indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation should realize the simple fact that if we all together cannot force the Russian authorities to radically change the socio-political system, then our children and grandchildren will lose the right to be the masters of this land."

All representatives of the "Russian people" tomorrow, on February 26, 2013, at exactly 6-00 Moscow time, can realize this "fact", but without the will of the state in the person of its leadership, what the hell will come of it. Loners and groups of “realized”, who decided to throw out their awareness on the streets, will go to prisons for inciting ethnic hatred. And the whole system will operate exclusively "within the framework of the law", suppressing Russianness in Russians by sowing fear a la 37th year.
    In principle, you need:
    1. What would the authorities decide and tell the citizens about this: I want Russia to be a multinational state, but "without fanaticism and banks." We will invite specialists from abroad according to your needs.

"The position of American Indians living in reservations, separate enclaves, who have lost the position of the master of their Fatherland, created by sweat and blood for many centuries." is very controversial. The American Indian population has actually grown. And they never had a Fatherland in their lives, they lived under a tribal system. I am not making excuses for the British, Franks, (Russians, too), but the Europeans brought firearms, horses and all other "benefits" of civilization there ... No?

It is impossible to agree with the thesis about the reconstruction of the empire and the construction of a new union, at least in the foreseeable future. Only after solving all the other problems identified by the author, you can think about the Eurasian Union, if, of course, by that time this topic will still be relevant. The author did not take into account or consciously lost sight of the fact that citizens of the new union will have the same rights as all other citizens of Russia, including the right to freedom of movement. This is called uncontrolled migration, which he seems to be opposed to. And, by the way, the authorities (Khristenko) are now engaged in this very union, not particularly promoting it, but not hiding their intention to create it in the next few years. After the implementation of this plan, any of the good wishes of the author will be impossible.

The path of development is generally a separate issue. On the agenda: development of conditions for the preservation of the Russian nation and Russia. I would never believe that such a condition is the formation of a new union. This is propaganda of unhealthy political games for the sake of promoting the Russian nouveau riche business in neighboring territories.

There are many controversial points in the article, but they will be discussed without me. But regarding "Islamization from Central Asia" I want to answer.
Islamists do not go from Central Asia to Russia, but vice versa - from Russia to Central Asia. The Türks - Kyrgyz and Uzbeks - are rarely found in Russia in religious fanaticism. Tajik gastas are also not up to it. But emissaries from the Russian Caucasus come to Asia with the aim of recruiting youths to the Caucasian war. It is not from us that ideas of radical fundamentalism come, but from you to us.
Only a person who has never been there can accuse the Central Asian countries of Islamization. Yes, Islam is the dominant religion in our country, but any person "a la wahabbit" causes a lot of negative emotions among the local population. Such a person looks in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan - like an emo or a goth surrounded by Babkina's ensemble ...

And regarding restoring order among the gastes. Look at the experience of Kazakhstan. We have more migrant workers per capita than in Russia. And there are no special problems with them. Yes, the fact that the Gastes commit part of the crimes, but much more crimes are committed by our own citizens who came from other regions to large cities. In Russia, the same thing. In Moscow, visiting ethnic Russians from other regions of the Russian Federation commit an order of magnitude more crime than gastes.
But in general, our ghasts walk smoothly, do not buragozit. The local population has no complaints about them. In addition, the Kazakhs say thank you to the ghasts for saving the Kazakhs from the need to work in "dirty" jobs. Why should a Kazakhstani compete with a ghast for the vacancy of a janitor, laborer, loader ??? A Kazakhstani must occupy other niches that are better paid and require more knowledge. The Kazakhs have such a logic. And if the ghast has good qualifications, then he can be given citizenship.
I don’t understand the Russians who whine that the guest workers are taking away jobs from the locals ... Russians should work as managers in their country, and not spray their ethnic group on low-skilled vacancies.

And the lamentations about the fact that there are almost 80% of Russians in the country are incomprehensible for Kazakhs)))) In Kazakhstan, Kazakhs - 60%, and that's okay)))) And a foreigner wants to dance Lezginka on the street or burn stuffed animals on Maslenitsa - for God's sake. No pity.

Regarding illegal migration - these laws need to be corrected, and not the Gastes themselves. Two-handed migrant workers for legal work, only locals themselves prefer to earn money on them without paying any taxes. About ten years ago, we made legalization of illegal immigrants and toughened the penalties for the locals for ignoring the law. Of course, there are still illegal immigrants, but overall the situation is healthy.

Kazakhs are not afraid of assimilation. But the different cultural achievements of foreigners do not shy away from adopting - whether it be culinary, musical or something else. Yes, and interethnic marriages are commonplace with us.
Is it really that the Russian ethnos is so weak and weak that it is afraid of assimilation ??? Russians are a people who, on the contrary, absorbed hundreds of peoples and nationalities, and therefore became numerous and great from a cultural point of view.

Marek, first of all, it's too early to talk about any experience. It is not so great in Kazakhstan. Secondly, how many of these "ghasts" remain in Kazakhstan to live with their families, receive citizenship? Statistical calculations, please, personal opinion is not so important. Thirdly, visiting fellow believers who are close in spirit and mentality work in Kazakhstan. Can the same be said about the situation in Russia?

Great experience, not great, and the system works unlike the Russian one. Moreover, in all other reforms, Kazakhstan is several years ahead of Russia. So why don't Russians carefully study the situation in the KZ?
A significant part of the guests works in the KZ seasonally / on a rotational basis (as in the Russian Federation). However, there are a very large number of people permanently in the country with their families. Regarding obtaining citizenship - so immigrants from Asian republics make up the bulk of those who received Kazakh citizenship. Migrant workers from the south usually assimilate very quickly and look frankly funny when an Uzbek mows under a Kazakh Chimkent.

Yes, you can rightly say that Central Asians are co-religionists, but for Kazakhs it does not matter, whether they are even Buddhists or Catholics. By the way, in recent years, many ethnic Russians from the border regions of Russia have come to work in KZ. This is especially noticeable in the northern KZ. In Kostanay region, I have repeatedly come across Ukrainians from Ukraine who come to the sowing and harvesting campaigns. Brigades of "road workers" from Armenia constantly come to Astana in the summer.
Least of all are I interested in religion and the mentality of a foreigner. The main thing is that he abide by the laws of my country. Everything else is not my dog thing. And if the Russian layman is more concerned with the confession of the janitor and bus driver, then this Russian is clearly not thinking about what he needs.

We will miss the moment of low culture. It has a place to be among the local population, although as you all probably understand, other people's shit always stinks more.
But the influx of migrants, together with ineffective laws, oligarchized power and widespread corruption, is what scares people in the first place. Over the past two decades, the last three components have soaped our eyes and taken root in our minds and lives that we will have to fight them for a very long time.
But what is constantly in sight - on the streets, in criminal reports - is much more annoying to citizens. And I agree that this can and should begin. Especially when you consider that the fight against corruption has been going on for a good ten years, and now it’s not only there, but also sitting in a swamp of bribery by the most unbearable.
In addition, do not bring abstract 5%. You first calculate where these 5% settle, where they go. If they worked for the benefit of their families and Russia in villages and towns (the benefit of the vast expanses of the country) - perhaps there would be no such heated debate. But they are mostly crowded where the big problem of internal migrants already exists: Moscow, St. Petersburg and ... (the list is not that big by and large).

I largely agree with your comment. But, at the same time, it would be wrong to believe that a ban or a significant restriction on the access of migrants could at least partially solve the problem of social employment. In the overwhelming majority of cases, migrants occupy a certain niche in the labor market, and do not pretend to highly qualified workplaces of citizens of the Russian Federation. In addition, unlike migrants from Africa and BV who are seeking Europe, Central Asian people in Russia still have a Soviet (general) mentality, rather than foreign religious attitudes.
In total with broken laws, oligarchized power and widespread corruption

This is what we need to fight in the first place, then with the rest, there will be fewer problems.

Nyman, don’t you know that Tajiks are fierce monsters? Since ancient times, Tajiks have become famous in Asia for their militancy and ability to assimilate neighboring nations. One guest worker of average height and weight can carry 10 tons of drugs across the border in the stomach, is able to hypnotize an employee of government agencies with his gaze and knows how to rape 20 blond children per hour.
You read Russian free media, and you don’t perceive more Tajiks in a different way. Only naive steppes underestimate the danger of the Tajik Dragon laughing

Next time, when we want to reach the Last Sea, we will need to hire Tajiks instead. If they enslaved the legendary Russians in a few years, can you imagine how rustling they are in all sorts of Germany, Spain?))))))))))))

Today on "Russia-1" they showed a dude who was taken during the operation of the Federal Drug Control Service in the suburbs (in bags with radish processed with dog fat, they transported the purest Afghan heroin!), So he has triple citizenship: Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia. Well, good, this was caught, but new fighters will rise in his place, and their name is Legion! Internationalism must already be forgotten and the country must be saved by tough radical measures!

At the same time I saw your message from the side "The Russian was trying to bring the Dessert Eagle pistol to Ukraine and a thousand rounds of ammunition for it" ...

Russians should not start looking for an excuse in migrants, saying that Russian civilization is dying out through their fault. Yes, there is nothing good about gasters. But the Russians have stopped reproducing themselves. In the Caucasus, the demographics were positive even in the 90s and therefore there were many not very good incidents with their participation. A Russian family needs 3-4 children on average, and then the demography will go into full swing! You need to start with yourself and then things will go uphill. The campaign will have to solve other problems and problems.

For the authorities, migration is a political super weapon. If desired, the authorities can always stop it by giving a kick to the migration service, thereby gaining points with the electorate - O great United Russia, O great and irreplaceable Putin, he stopped illegal migration!! There is another option - the next census will show that the population of Russia has begun to grow and this will also be the merit of the GDP; how this increase will be achieved will not worry anyone.

It’s interesting when such topics are brought up in discussions. A discussion begins that smoothly flows into outright fascism. stop

Modern Russia is somewhat reminiscent of Ancient Rome, just as large and multinational, and the problems are similar: when the country weakens, barbarians can destroy the empire, but on the other hand, this is a historical process and nothing can be done about it except radical measures, and you know that leads to such consequences as fascism, genocide, etc.

but on the other hand this is a historical process and with this there's nothing you can do, Besides radical measures, and you yourself know this leads to such consequences as fascism, genocide, etc..

Very good interesting phrase. As I understand it, comrade Max_Bauder is of approximately the following opinion:
      - there's nothing you can do - It is useless for the Russian people to struggle. You're doomed.
      - radical measures - Let's all die, but we won't take radical measures for anything. This is not politically correct.
      - leads to such consequences as fascism, genocide, etc. Well, yes. It’s normal to commit genocide of the Russian people. But the Russian people are neither. Even if they kill you, do not resist under any circumstances. This is now called genocide.
Oh, in the 41st I wish you were. Why would they say this phrase about the Germans? They say everyone should lay down their arms. You cannot resist the Germans, even if they burn our villages and kill our women and children. Still not possible. The Germans are innocent after all. Evil Hitler simply forced them to fight, but they are white and fluffy. You can’t kill them - this is genocide of the German people! Everyone give up! I would like to see the reaction of my comrades from the NKVD.

Why should the authorities regulate or stop the influx of gastrics? After all, with the help of these “bodies” they can distract people from pressing problems. An Uzbek killed a child, a howl was raised throughout the media, and this case was broadcast in parallel with the news about the introduction of a tax from 14-15 on privatized housing. It is worth thinking about whether it is beneficial to stop the influx of animals and stop their criminal inclinations? Then, in large cities, “plankton” will begin to see a more complete picture.
