British manual machine gun "Bezal"
G. Falkner developed the Bezal light machine gun (BESAL). Automatics of the Bezal machine gun worked due to removal of powder gases, locking was carried out with the help of two larvae, the rate of fire was 600 shots per minute, the Bezal store was unified with the Bren machine gun. The piston and bolt carrier had a rectangular section, the gas tube and the receiver were made by stamping, the sight had two positions on 300 and 500 yards, the bipods were not adjusted. However, the factory in Enfield did not stop production, and no orders were received for the Bezal machine guns. Despite this, the machine gun remained an example of successful sample design. weapons having the most simplified production that for wartime was important.
