Army, Navy, communications and professionalism

Short so I will write a few words.

I just returned from a business trip to one of the naval radio centers Fleet Russian Federation. What can I say about my general impression of what I saw? That the company of Gavriks, headed by stool marshal Tolya Serdyukov, which includes the superprofessionals of their business, Tom Fraltsov, Katya Priezzhaeva and others and others, it is clear how the wind brought to the Ministry of Defense, will soon complete all the tasks assigned to them to finally undermine the remains of the combat readiness of the Russian Armed Forces Forces.

Personally, I am not clear just one question. How to qualify all that this sweetie company gets up with the army and navy? Is it their utter stupidity, stupidity and lack of understanding of the simplest things, or is it an elementary treason to the Motherland?

Of course, I was not thrilled with what was happening in the army and navy in the 80-e and 90-e years. It was disgusting to serve me when dishonest people received the rank of general and shamelessly used their official position (For abuses, the generals from my railroad station are now seated at a rate of one or two pieces a year for the term from 5 to 10). But even then, no general could cause such damage to the defense capability of our country, which was inflicted by non-supernaturals.

The simplest example is the constant chatter about the "professional" army. The most interesting thing is that in the USSR and even before 2000, we had exactly the PROFESSIONAL army. The professionalism of this army was provided by a professional officer corps, the vast majority of whom had a higher education and were trained in what is necessary in a war. The remnants of this professionalism can still be seen - for example, during 08.08.08 events. Even in those conditions when communication between units and subunits was provided not by military communications, but by the mobile phones of officers. Someone from the local network operators rose well at the expense of roaming, paid from the small salaries of Russian officers, I think so. Thanks to the Americans. After all, they probably said Saakashvili, so that he could not even think of undermining the cell phone towers - this is PRIVATE PROPERTY, especially since with a certain amount of American capital.

The modernism of the modern army and navy, as everyone understands, is now provided by the aforementioned Tolya, Tom, Katya, etc., etc.

But I wanted to say a few words about the connection ...

One of the reasons why the Wehrmacht so nakostylyal so great in 1941-42's. Red Army, is precisely the fact that the radio communications in the Red Army was not so thick, but the main means of communication in general was a field telephone and kilometers of wires unwound and unrolled by signalmen. Of course, when knowing what a modern war is, Tolya, Tom and Katia build the unforgettable Nikita Sergeich by the movie Burnt by the Sun - 2, to explain to them what a Navy radio center is a useless exercise.

And to all the rest I will tell you what I saw.

1. Passing (earlier it was called a checkpoint - checkpoint). But this is precisely the GATE. With free access. At the checkpoint, two old women, who for some reason were dressed in camouflage jackets, are on duty in shifts. This miracle is called - wahr. Thank God they are not given any weapons, and the center commanders would fly out of their posts once a week. That is - the gunman needed a barrel for a wet business, he drove along the road to the checkpoint to the “military unit”, took the barrel and quietly went to do his gangster work.

Grandmas, when they do not knit socks and do not drink tea, sometimes raise their eyes to those passing through the checkpoint and ask who is, why and where. Of course, those who arrived at the military unit on business, once again do not want to swear and wait until the grandmother deigns to call somewhere. I got sick of it on the second day and I just passed by, not paying attention to their screams. On the fourth day, the grandmothers also stopped “noticing” me.

2. Protection, security and defense of the object.

I was told that recently the local commander with some of the officers drove across the territory of some idiot on a quad - he drove to ride over rough terrain. It seems like they caught and pierced the tires. This is the whole protection, security and defense of the object (By the way, the guard on duty in the room has several posters “Protection and defense of the object” with curved lines “trenches” and firing sectors. Of course, there are no marks, but about training shots for sailors, I did not even become interested in).

3. Professionalism.

The number of officer posts at the center is reduced from time to time. Soon, apparently, there will be only one - the commander of the unit. With a stamp. It is possible that the only weapon left him - PM. So that in case of anything, well, there is an armed conflict or robbery of some shantrap on the “military unit” entrusted to him in order to collect non-ferrous metals (and there are there) or search in the equipment of precious metals (and there are also there) simply shot himself.

On duty in the departments go women. Their main task is to hear which transmitter on which frequency and mode of operation should be set up and transmit this task to a “professional” sailor. “Professional” sailors with a lifespan of 1 a year, after the officers teach them the most basic things, are still somehow able to perform the simplest work on setting up the RPDU. Although sometimes, it happens, there are guys who like radio amateurs, but there are less and less of these, because there is a cellular connection and the Internet. Therefore:

(4.) Maintenance and repair

on their own almost not carried out. The few remaining officers do not have the strength for this, yes, it must be confessed, with such an attitude towards them - and desire. And to allow for the repair and maintenance of under-trained sailors - who needs it?

Therefore, all such works are caused by outside specialists who cost the military budget exactly 20 times more expensive than if specially trained officers and military officers were doing this, as it was before. But on the other hand, out of the money paid for the work, these are the most third-party organizations that can produce some kind of “rollback” (more precisely, a “tide”) for higher sailors ...

The sad picture ... A little bit more and the center, built in the hungry post-war years on the instructions of Joseph Stalin and the Council of People's Commissars, will simply die ...

And in fact, why our Navy radio? If there are cell phones? After all, this is how military connection to Marshal Tole is seen! Imagine, a SSBN (a nuclear submarine with ballistic missiles) floats up somewhere in the 32-80 square, well, somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, a couple of thousand kilometers from the US coast, the hatch opens, and the boat commander pulls out a mobile phone and starts poking fingers in the buttons ... And - lo and behold! - hears - "Your phone is out of network coverage" ... Damn Beeline forgot to put his cell tower here ...

So, personally, I will do the same with the Russian Federation to repeat the 1941 of the year and the peaceful European Union with even more peace-loving ones that they did with Yugoslavia in the 1992 year, and then in Serbia in 1999, they are morally READY. With what I congratulate all the citizens of the Russian Federation.

Our army and professionalism do not combine.
