Israel Defense Forces will use soldier sling

For rescuers and the military, the Israeli company has introduced a novelty - a backpack designed to carry the wounded.

The Israeli company Agilite Gear has come up with a personal wounded carrier (IPC) and is engaged in its production by order of the Israel Defense Forces. A simple backpack is a very ingenious solution to the serious problem of carrying wounded soldiers on the battlefield. It allows you to transport a friend, while both hands remain free in order to use weapon and all the equipment that a modern warrior has.

This idea is simple and convenient: the weight of the carrying device is only three hundred grams, and when folded, the personal carrier does not take more than twenty-five centimeters, thereby not very burdening overloaded soldiers. When the need arises to transport a wounded comrade with ribbons, his legs, back and shoulders are covered, and thus secured retention is ensured, in which the hands of the carrier are left unoccupied.

According to Eric Setton, a retired Israeli soldier, a former leader of an elite rescue unit and one of the developers of the backpack, the personal carrier of the wounded manages to maintain maneuverability by safely and safely holding the wounded man behind his back and freeing both his hands and the legs of the transferring fighter.

The IPC system is likely to be widely used not only in the army. This backpack can be used by civilian rescuers, firefighters, doctors, and other services. Moreover, the cost of one backpack will cost 80 dollars, and anyone can order it. There is nothing secret in it.

He introduced himself, a 100-pound, on the back of a soldier-draftee. And plus ammunition. And if crawling, or crouching, then how?

Anyway, the wounded will have to be evacuated by a creeping, non-crawling device.

If the load is properly distributed, then it is normal. Better than standard carrying on the shoulders.

Of course it looks ridiculous, but it seems to me much more convenient than dragging a wounded comrade with one hand, and tearing the machine gun with the other.

And you in vain ironize ..! Their developments have gone so far that not everyone will be able to catch them in the near future .. but on the account of the fact that our guys have already come up with, so they come up with a lot .. but just where is it all? We bought strange things and drones from the Israelis and cars that produce snow for the Sochi Olympics .. !! we even import black caviar from Israel ... But we are no worse and dumber ... just instead of gnawing ... you need to learn and then everything will be with us!
