The most complete forward! About miracles from Morsvyazavtomatika

19

It is always nice to talk about the fact that somewhere with us everything is in order. It is doubly pleasant when this something is a complete surprise for you like “Well, wow! We can! ”

Today we have a story that hides behind the abbreviation of the ISA. Meet the company "Morsvyazavtomatika", St. Petersburg.

Generally, there are three in one.

The best thing about the company could tell her commander. Because the word CEO Andrian Yuryevich Pravdin

By the way, Andrian Yuryevich is our regular reader, which pleased us a lot.

"Morsvyazavtomatika" is the development and production of ship and common industrial electronics, electrical boards and other metal structures, console structures (consoles).

NPO "Unimash" - the production of industrial technological lasers and complexes of automated cutting of sheet materials. (This is to the question that the machine tool industry has been completely killed.) 70 laser cutting systems per year is weighty, given 100% of domestic origin.

Unicont SPB is engaged in research and development activities, the development of process equipment, advanced electronic devices, laser emitters, and research into the use of robotic systems.
They also organize and control tests and certification procedures.

Let's start with the NGO "Unimash" story which is quite funny. As employees told us, it all started with the fact that ISA had problems with the supplier of instrument cases. And it was decided to purchase a laser cutting and welding complex. In China, because it is cheaper.

Expected machine failed after some time, and the engineers of the plant decided to study it with an eye to repair their own. As a result, it turned out that it was enough to design and organize the development and production of machines on its own from domestic components.

Today, more than 60% of products sold - namely, machines for laser cutting and welding.

Well, once the “process started,” then God himself ordered to use his machines for his own purposes. And here the developers of Uniconta and the ISA itself entered into the business.

The result is in front of you.

Everything presented at the exhibition is not single copies, except for concepts. All products are not only manufactured, they are in demand. And the important moment - renders worthy competition to foreign manufacturers, gradually displacing them from the domestic market.

Ship communication and alarm systems, including batteryless. The generator and accumulators allow, through a short rotation of the generator knob, to carry out voice communication up to 15 minutes of time in the event of a power failure in the vessel.

Modular control systems. Navigation consoles and consoles for the management of the ship’s facilities are used to integrate the radionavigation complex, the controls and the ship’s controls. Depending on the place of installation, they can be installed in the wheelhouse, on the wings of the bridge, in the premises of the CPU.

The bottom photo shows an example of how the navigator’s workplace may look like. In addition to a large map, data from the 5 devices on the upper screens are also displayed to help plot the course. It is noteworthy that each navigator can choose the layout for themselves by simply moving his finger across the screen, as on the phone.

The system of accounting and coordination of ship personnel. Each crew member who has a special bracelet on his arm is included in the system, which tracks all his movements in the compartments. A useful feature, especially when emergency.

Ship control systems. Here are combined in one running, steering and thrusters (for the respective vessels) device.

In general, given that everything is developed and produced in one place, it is very easy to assemble digital workstations for any crew member, from the ship's commander, navigator to the operator of any complex. This is a huge advantage, in our opinion.

Ship air conditioning systems, another important development. With intelligent air pressure adjustment system. If in one cabin a member of the crew will block the flow of air from the system for any reason, the system will independently adjust the air supply to other rooms in accordance with the sensor readings.

The most important thing is not tomorrow. This is already real today. Ship electronics, automatics and communication in modern design and fully domestic development and production.

If we talk about independence from deliveries and developments of foreign manufacturers, this is just an example of both independence and security in modern conditions.

Speaking of mass production, as an example it is worth citing the list of some ships and vessels equipped with various systems from ACI in recent times.

SOS-18 project. Multifunctional sea diving vessel.
21180 project. Diesel-electric icebreaker "Ilya Muromets".
22100 project. Patrol ship "Ocean".
Project TG-17. Peny, tug with firefighting functions.
20600 project. Special purpose tug.
92800 project. "Ecologist", bunkering vessel with oil gathering equipment.
16450 project. Research vessel.
15310 project. Cable-laying vessel.
20118 project. Maritime transport weapons.
02690 project. Self-propelled floating crane.
22800 project. Corvette / small rocket ship.
Project MPSV-12. Multifunctional rescue tug for the Arctic
22220 project. Nuclear-powered icebreakers "Arctic" and "Siberia".

Everything we saw and heard was very, very pleased. There is an understanding of what the work of these people embodies. We hope that we have normally shown what the St. Petersburg masters are doing and how busy they are. There are no doubts that they are truly Masters and Engineers.

That they are truly Masters and Engineers, we have no doubt.

So nice to read such news in the morning!
And not about another explosion or accident ... Tired.
Children should be raised on such, and not on, corrupt officials, journalists, and the "revelations" of the 5 column.

Unfortunately, not everything is so rosy.
The components are all imported (electronics, they simply don’t have their own), software too (racks from St. Petersburg appeared - they still don’t install them), linear drives developed in the USSR were manufactured in Belarus - Belarusians sold licenses and now they put Taiwanese (they say better), linear bearings in In principle, we do not produce, etc. etc.
Even the fiber-optic laser is an IPG joint American-Russian company (developed by the USSR), the owner of Russian lives in the United States (money and taxes are also floating there) and the head office is in the same place. Komplektuha is all German. The cost of one module, four of them in the 2 kW, was lifted 2014 times to a million with the 10 crisis.
AMADA refused to work with them because of prices and a monopoly and spent 4 years developing its fiber-optic laser - this is import substitution!
It’s good that the iron itself is painted and compelled by rot - all the competitive advantage.
All that is written on this topic is to divide tales into 10 (There are no industrial giants producing elemental bases yet). Well at least they do something.

Not so long ago here at VO there was already an article about the “wunder” equipment manufactured by Morsvyazavtomatika.
Today, apparently, the development of this topic.

      1. Judging by the presented photos, there is nothing revolutionary at the exhibition. Just glad that more or less modern equipment for ships can produce a domestic manufacturer. But these are all achievements. Because the question remains, “Which ships and / or ships will all of these“ miracles be installed. ”The list of manufacturers and suppliers is huge: Germany and Japan, the USA and China.
      2. About accessories. The following "conventional" set of navigation equipment on the navigating bridge of a modern ship includes the following conventional devices and mechanisms: gyrocompass, magnetic compass, radar, AIS (AIS), GMDSS complex (GMDSS), steering device (autopilot). As well as graphic displays that display on the screen all the information necessary for safe navigation - maps in the ECDIS format.
      3. MTBF. When everything listed in subsection 2, Morsvyazavtomatika will be able to produce itself at least partially in order to ensure the correct pairing of currents (magnitude) and signals (NMEA) with third-party equipment (I am tormented by vague doubts that St. Petersburg are capable of independently producing gyrocompasses at Tokyo level Keiki, Sperry, Furuno or Standadrd), then you can talk about "miracles."
PS And these are the minimum requirements. The issue of modern forms of communication, in addition to Inmarsat, is subject to separate discussion.

Well done! - copied from venerable copiers and recycled to fit their production capabilities.

They did not copy anything there, just their own layouts of ready-made non-personal and not even Russian solutions. These are fairy tales for our stupid government of economists and lawyers and other LADIES.
I chose a cnc-type lathe at the exhibition of metalworking, all of our production is 80-90%, you look carefully at all of China and only our bed - yes, it really pulls 80% by weight.
In Russia, they also don’t make turning chucks - we are waiting from China. Well, the turret only from Taiwan.
If the factory employs up to 1000 people - this is only an assembly!

So getting Voronezh bearings actually turned out to be Chinese in the "Voronezh" packaging.

And didn’t you receive auto parts with a sticker on the box "Made in Germany" and Chinese contents inside? laughing

Now, unfortunately, you rarely hear such news (see)! For some reason, we like to broadcast more about the "negative": fires, accidents, killings, disasters ... What a pity! It is very nice to read about achievements and successes. Thank you for the article! Success and good luck to Morsvyazavtomatika!

Well done, of course, that they can do this. However, everything that is shown here has been successfully operating in international shipping for at least 25 years.

In international shipping, this was not 25 years ago!
Everything that was shown here is quite consistent with foreign counterparts today! Do not forget that we are talking about equipment for the military!
Visit, on occasion, the naval bridge of a NATO warship - chopped-up remote controls, conventional (unprotected) monitors, plain paper cards ...

Container ship CSAV Shanghai (aka ER Hamburg), with a capacity of only 2200 containers (even at that time is far from a giant), built in 1994, photo of the bridge:

there is communication, navigation, and control of the main engine from the bridge, and radars, and
electronic cards - and everyone exchanges data with each other and forms an integrated system.

For some reason, in Russia, everyone hangs noodles on our ears. But it’s necessary, as in a clinic for alcoholics, to tell the truth to yourself is the only way to recovery. They demolish factories to build ghetto areas there and broadcast about uniqueness and import substitution.
They are building the Crimean bridge, the Kola shipyard nuclear plants - this is true and real achievements that everyone sees and begins to respect Russia. I hope soon and the plants will be built again.

“Bracelets” with “positioning” are a “nice little thing” - now, in many logistics companies, “effective” managers “indulge” them, link them to a program that tracks your “tracks” throughout the working day with an accuracy of a second and then they give you hands a piece of paper with a description of how you "processed" "positions" -type one "position" spent so much, but Vasya-so many, you need to move more efficiently here, don't think about it, but don't get distracted, etc. In general, the "sweatshop system" in a "digital manner" is to make your work not so much effective, but rather to "drive" you like a horse .. "I love" such "innovations" ...

What does the logistics center have to do with it! We are talking about warships, where you need to take into account the requirements for radio frequencies, as well as bulkheads and the hull of the ship! Wi-Fi with GPS will not work here!

At least BTSka (battery-free connection) is quite decent, they themselves began to do NMEA multipliers and power supplies, the combined ATS / GHS / Broadcasting at their level is also concrete cases. Surprising is some dull thinking flaw in some critics. They show here, they say, well done guys, they began to do something themselves. They didn’t take up the WHOLE INDUSTRY, but from the concrete end, and they succeed. The fact that the element base is imported all the controllers is a separate industry !!! take it for yourself from this end, give it to them and they will gladly do it on our element base! No fucking, they are talking about Thomas, and they are talking about Yeryoma, one of them has bearings and foreign drills of the other, they don’t give a shit under the door, where is my glass. Try how they, under modern conditions, ORGANIZE something with the same bearings or drills. A lover of criticizing himself especially rolls the level of competence in our shipbuilding industry. But you need to snub yourself and see the good, but how a proctologist looks at people only the fifth point and describes a person only through what he knows about him.

All of this is just "wonderful." But it is no secret to anyone that in the USSR they always knew how and could do something similar to the best foreign models, and sometimes even more abruptly.
Here are just Sperry, Furuno, Sailor and some others - all boatmasters are well aware that almost everyone held (or held) this equipment in their hands. That's when the ISA will not list individual ships and vessels on which its equipment stands, and "modestly" will report thousands of sets of integrated systems installed only in the last year - then there will already be a topic of conversation.
In the meantime, this is only a pilot production.
    Alas.
