"Traitors" from the Russian military industrial complex, or How do you want to ruin the defense industry from patriotic motives

169
How interestingly arranged man! More precisely, how interesting are the ways of human thought! A person is sure of one thing, and at the conclusion of his conclusions, the opposite is obtained that is conceived by another. Man rejoices in the construction of a grand object. Reprimands everyone, from a construction worker to a president to a country's president, for the deadlines for putting the object in check, for lack of funds to “speed up”. But when someone, regardless of position, finds a sponsor, often from competitors or foes, a loud “crying” about patriotism and national interests begins. They betrayed us! The foreman for an extra drawer of tiles gave the worker a neighbor to help in digging the pit for the restroom! And our construction from this can get up!

"Traitors" from the Russian military industrial complex, or How do you want to ruin the defense industry from patriotic motives

And a person does not care deeply that there are no building materials. Do not care that the worker at "our" construction site just sits. Without work, which means without salary. The main thing is that the neighbor will not have a new restroom. And try this patriot to say that he is a fool. That he is not a patriot of "our" construction, but an enemy. Rush to fight in the holy self-righteousness. "I agree once again to pierce a hole in the trouser belt! I will tighten ..." So what? From the fact that you "tighten" and "pierce a new hole in the belt," there will be money? Construction is expensive.

If right now you go to the pages of any media of a patriotic or military-political orientation, you will surely find one or even several articles about the backlog of our defense industry in ... Then you can insert anything you want. In the construction of ships. In the modernization of aircraft. In the creation of new aircraft in general. The delay in the rearmament of our Armed Forces to the new "Almaty". In the near termination of the development and further testing of many machines based on promising tank. And everywhere the angry comments of the "patriots." Sabotage!

But the most interesting thing is that no one wants to look at the GOZ for military industrial complex. On how much reduced orders for the Russian army. So, how many previously "planned" works and studies have stalled. Production is slow, but moves to the usual "hungry ration."

However, “patriotism” can strike on the other side. According to the serially created and even manufactured by our industry products. Moreover, this is also quite an interesting fact, such blows appeared not so long ago. And the main thesis of such “patriotic” radicals looks quite beautiful. It looks right. "New weapons and equipment must first fully meet the needs of the Russian army, and then be delivered abroad!"

Does anyone want to argue? The thought really "warms the soul." It’s hard not to agree. However, if you look at the very recent past, we will see a lot of interesting things that did not cause our indignation. Nobody shouts about the need to rearm the Strategic Missile Forces on the S-300 with letters. Behind the Urals, the “old men” are still armed with much worse than the 300s. Although anyone knows that it is these letters that make the complex simply magnificent for performing certain tasks. And the fact that, for example, the Varshavyanka submarine was larger than the Russian fleet? Not much, but more. And there was no "patriotic indignation"! And there are many such examples.

Today there is a lot of talk about the supply of Russian C-400 complexes to the Turks. How so? We arm a possible enemy! We ourselves strengthen our own opponents! Are the lessons of 08.08.08 forgotten by us? The Georgians shot down our planes with our own Bukami and Osam shipped from Ukraine ...

It’s easy to learn "where do legs grow from" this "patriotism". If we had delivered C-400 to Venezuela or Indonesia, none of the "defenders of the Russian army" would have even choked. On the contrary. Great deal of our "Oboronexport"! But we have one sluggishly smoldering, but not yet resolvable conflict. Nagorno-Karabakh!

A conflict that cannot be resolved yet. There is no way to convince both parties to compromise. Both Armenians and Azerbaijanis are sure that they are right and are ready to fight for Karabakh. Russia cannot offer any solution in this matter either.

Meanwhile, over the years that have passed since the collapse of the USSR, a completely new geopolitical situation has developed. Armenia became a union state. Today, its security is guaranteed not only by Russia, but also by other countries. Azerbaijan conducts its own foreign policy. And he concluded an agreement on friendship and mutual assistance with Turkey. And with "offended" Georgia, which is very eager for revenge, Baku has good relations.

What does this look like from a "sober-minded" person? Russia "betrayed" Armenia and armed the air defenses of the aggressors with their best complexes! Now Baku and Ankara will be able to shoot down planes with our own missiles! But this is not the "Buki" or "Wasps".

Only here the question arises. Simple. Whose planes will shoot down the Turks and Azerbaijanis over Karabakh? Armenian? Are we so naive?

Think about it The concern of the Armenian media is clear to me. On May 1, joint tactical exercises of Baku and Ankara began. Today they are finished. But the venue of the exercises is Nakhichevan. This territory has long become pro-Turkish. And the goal ... Joint actions of the Turkish and Azerbaijani armies in the context of counteraction aviation enemy in the highlands. The Armenians quite reasonably ask what enemy Baku is talking about? Moreover, practicing actions along the borders of Armenia.

And if I add to what has already been stated that the Turks are planning to carry out tripartite exercises this year? Ankara-Baku-Tbilisi? And if I add that, according to some information, the Turks planned to initially purchase similar systems from NATO? And if I add that negotiations are underway on the sidelines about the possibility of organizing the production of C-400 in Turkey? It remains only as in Ukraine - "Oboronyaku to Gilyak!".

Probably enough to "pour water" on the mill "patriotism." It's time to switch to cold logic. Switch the brain from the "patriotic frenzy" and search for enemies to a formal logic. And above all a few questions to readers.

Does anyone believe that Azerbaijan, even in alliance with Turkey, will fight with Russia? Or to provoke Russia to send troops to Armenia to cover the border? The past years have shown that Baku conducts a very adjusted foreign policy. And the maximum of what can be expected is provocations at the border. And on both sides. But for this we have a military base there.

Does anyone believe that Erdogan, having obtained almost unlimited power, would want to risk it in a conflict with Russia? Does Turkey have a chance to win? Immediately "cut off" those who have already opened their mouths to remind me of the membership of the Turks in NATO. We saw this membership. After downed aircraft VKS Russia.

Maybe someone believes that Georgia will again try to regain lost South Ossetia and Abkhazia? Repeat the 2008 war of the year? Tbilisi is well aware that for the second time the Russians will not stop in front of their capital ...

So why is selling the latest weapons profitable? Profitable Russia and profitable buyers. The first thing that needs to be understood is that the weapons we produce have analogues abroad. In some indicators worse than ours, in some better. Those who graduated from the Soviet Higher Education Institutions, remember very well how we were preparing for the examinations on the secret armament of the Soviet army. Our secret grenade launcher has almost the same characteristics as Karl Gustaf. And about the "Carlos" you can safely read in the "Foreign Military Review".

Second: weapons - a product of high technology. Modern weapons can develop and produce a limited number of countries. Therefore, the price of such weapons is "transcendental." Selling a single copy allows the plant to additionally release several new ones.

Third: truly revolutionary designs, which are not yet among competitors, are not exposed to the external market. Even when the world already knows about the existence of such weapons.

Fourth: the supply of modern weapons and equipment has a number of very significant advantages for "related products". The American Javelin is from 200 to 250 thousand dollars, and a rocket to it from 100 to 125 thousand dollars. But the system must also be serviced, repaired, changed "consumables" ...

Fifth: remember our famous Caliber cruise missiles. Just remember the tactical and technical characteristics of these missiles before and after the strike. For Russia, as the heiress of the USSR, armament is probably the only commodity that we did as all "progressive humanity". The best for yourself, and the rest is something similar ... But in the same "package."

There is one more detail about which they say little. If I produce weapons, then I thoroughly know its capabilities. And I have in the arsenal of protection from attack by just these weapons. Which one? But this is the secrets of manufacturers. In all countries.

so what? Traitors are our defenders or statesmen? If in conditions of a limited resource, states find opportunities by selling their products to fulfill a government order? Do not wait when the budget money after a month or two from the beginning of the year will come to the accounts of the plant, and make products? If you do not expect money for "science", and use their own, earned on exports? If, sorry for the pathos, do not take away money from old people and children?

Our government today is forced to "make a calm face", answering questions about the budget and the possibility of financing a variety of social and other programs. Although anyone understands that in the face of sanctions, it is difficult for us. But we do not refuse these programs.

So, dear "patriots", turn on the "thought" before shouting about treason, sabotage, arming enemies. We have no war today. And "defense" is our usual industry. She produces goods! The goods that the state buys from it in the domestic market. But the same product is in demand in the foreign market. The task of any production is to earn money. Yes, a specific product. High-tech goods. But the product is expensive ...

You will not say anything - a powerful argument from Staver. But for some reason he did not say a word that the roots of this problem lie in the colonial (raw-material) economy, inscribed in the Western market and completely dependent on the dollar. We can procrastinate as much as we like about the patriots and the fifth column — the opposite poles of one process, both of which are bad because they are not the “Golden mean”. This applies to everything, both industry and production, and the state defense order, as well as to all spheres of society’s life without exception, but so far we are living in the capitalist system of social and economic relations, the State Ideology of which was proclaimed in 1991 - “Enrich who can and how can ", all the" fiery "and flameless speeches - a shaking of the air ...

This is not a matter of faith. They believe in churches, but in politics they do not rely on faith. What can be expected of Erdogan’s psychopath, his impulsive behavior, is known both in Europe (his direct accusations of Nazism) and in Moscow. It was madness and an adventure to bring down a plane of a country that could in two counts smash all strategic objects in Turkey! But, nevertheless, Erdogan went for it. Transferring the issue of Turkish aggression against Russia, from the hypothetical to the practical part.

And then, how much of the proceeds from the sale of weapons is returned to our economy, and how much is offshore and deposited in the accounts of "businessmen." It was GDP that continued the policy of destroying the structure of the economy of the USSR, going in the easy-to-use raw material direction, ignoring the reorganization of industrial production, giving it up to frank hucksters and crooks. Thus, a severe blow was inflicted on traditions and personnel in the workplace. Russia has lost many technologies, primarily in the military-industrial complex! There was a reboot of consciousness from creative to consumer, and "the train goes further and further in this direction!"

You should not find fault with words, if I write something - I write consciously. -) The Russian economy is based on the raw material principle, this is the main sector of "production", and the financial one depends on a private "firm" called "Federal Reserve System", which I mentioned.

The reasons for the "patriotism" of our oligarchs are in the raw materials economy: unlike production, the deposits that give them income are tightly tied to the territory ... I don’t want to share with strangers, so globalization is not profitable. In addition, the commodity economy helps to slow down the development of society, which allows us not to change or even archaize the management system (to get more pleasure from the government). In such a situation, only an external threat requires the development of military equipment, and only sanctions - the development of at least some kind of production.

With father, he also said: "we have, although tiny, but OWN" apartment "'', which means you go .. If that interests me, the geyropa" accepts ".
But building socialism in a single state is difficult. Take Cuba, Fidel MUZHIK is SMART and his brother Raul is also not a doldon, but NATO gives Cuba donations to watchmen, although the junk is complete, but the fact remains. Alone now, "among the wolves" can not survive.

This money is really not ours ... request But a lot of our money is exported to the west! Firstly, it is the withdrawal of money to various funds, and state ones. Even in American securities, our money received from the collection of our taxes is kept. Secondly, a lot of money flows through almost only the designated barrier of currency legislation. Submit a contract with a foreign counterparty to the bank - and send money over a hill! I couldn’t return the money or goods within the contractual terms - they renewed the contract, and the state will have no complaints against you! This is revealed only when the jur. the face stops working. Further jur. the person is fined, but money from this is not returned. And fines are exacted - at the level of half a percent! Due to the fact that it could not cope with this last year, the Federal Service for Supervision of Financial Supervision was disbanded, and its functions in this regard were transferred to customs. But under current law, no one can handle this. And you just need to go from the contractual terms for the return of goods or money to strictly established ones. It is necessary to increase the period - no problem, but the decision is made individually, plus measures are taken to ensure the transaction - insurance, bank guarantee, etc.
But we now have laws adopted at the beginning of the XNUMXs, why they do not change - it’s not clear! hi

We have no roads because repairing roads is more profitable than doing quality. Penalties and punishments for a poorly made road are ridiculous, and are not always applied. Abroad, the warranty period for using the road is 25 years. Repair in which case - full-scale, with the replacement of the entire pillow. A couple of large-scale repairs during the warranty period lead to guaranteed bankruptcy of a large company. Feel the difference? There are faults and legislators-doumers - according to the standards, roads must withstand the load typical of the times of the USSR. Trucks now ride several times heavier on our roads. The very substrate of the road can’t stand it, it floats. And fines for congestion are again ridiculous compared to the cost of repairing roads. And - if they catch that is not a fact.
The lag is overcome with a competent approach, this is true. It remains to wait for this competent approach, and in some areas a competent approach has really appeared.

As for C-400, the question is how promising this complex is in general. The superiority of 5, 10, 20% in any TTX is hardly technologically critical and cannot be eliminated by competitors in a fairly short period of time with not too large investments. And what exactly are they selling? Although most likely no one knows the exact answer, including because the technical appearance is not disclosed according to the agreements.

But when someone, regardless of their position, finds a sponsor, often from competitors or foes, a loud “cry” about patriotism and national interests begins. They betrayed us! The foreman for an extra box of tiles gave the worker a neighbor to help dig a pit for the restroom!
It’s famously wrapped in a fur coat, and, what an illustration! If you compare C-400 and Su-35 with a tile box, this is "cool" ... So, we found "sponsors" for the military-industrial complex, by the way, the enterprising foreman had this "tile box" in his pocket, and not for the "construction" . Degenerate traders were offended that they were considered fools or traitors, they ordered an article, "guardians" of the Fatherland. Firstly, the latest weapons must first be supplied to your army, and secondly, you must control the merchants, tie their immense generosity to the issues of geopolitics, to whom and what to sell. And when they exclaim that "If we supplied C-400 to Venezuela or Indonesia, not one of the “defenders of the Russian army” would have choked. On the contrary."Yes, like India, Greece, study geopolitical issues, Mr. Staver. If our" friend "China already sells C-300 clones, it’s not with great mind that they sell C-400, like Su-35. It’s China’s territorial claims to all neighboring countries, not India, and not the Indian army are pumping power on our deserted borders. We survived, patrol boats and motor boats were an achievement in launching, but how many ships were sold and built over the hill. a gamble with "Gorshkov", in general, it was necessary to put the perpetrators against the wall, such "guardians" of the military-industrial complex. my main thing is, if capitalism was picked up from the landfill, so the traders will live by other people's charters and count other people's candy wrappers, not their rubles. Science, education, without them, the military-industrial complex also does not have a decent future, if you destroy it, look, cooperate in development, it’s not only with India, but it will reach Ethiopia ... As for the Su-35, so it is supplied to the Russian army, moreover, as a new, more advanced model from existing ones. When China sucks everything that it cannot “debug,” it will not need Russia

When we learned to produce something ourselves, then we, too, were not needed by strangers. China is not obliged to think about us. We are obliged to think that regardless of whether we sell something to China or not, he will receive it anyway, or he will do it himself, or buy from others. And it can do it much faster if you do not sell him something, but leave the Chinese market to the Chinese manufacturer, so that he debugs everything in large series. At the same time, what exactly is secret in Su-35 to argue for a non-specialist does not make sense at all. In general terms, China itself is trying to do something similar, it doesn’t work out very well, but it is a matter of time, resources and, most importantly, readiness and the need to allocate them.

This is not true. In any country in the world, the defense industry is an “unusual” industry.
It is always under special state control and operates within the framework of special legislation. Like the nuclear industry, for example.
Therefore, for the whole world, arms export is not an economy, but a continuation of a STATE policy in a particular region. The appearance of our weapons in one country can change the attitude of Russia to other states. And, therefore, to each of us, in general, and to Russian business in these countries, in particular.
And if they start killing the citizens of these states with our weapons ...
Further. Another statement by the author:
... she produces goods! The product that the state buys from her in the domestic market ...

The citizen does not understand what he is writing. If a weapon is simply a “commodity” that can be sold at a cost over the hill in a simplified version, why would a manufacturer sell a cheaply more sophisticated option domestically. He will raise this price by hook or by crook, twisting his hands to the state. Or put aside the "disadvantageous" state order for later.
Thus, the armed forces of the Russian Federation on a limited military budget will receive LESS of modern weapons and in the longer term. That we, in fact, are observing.
It turns out that many people's concerns about this situation are well founded. And with their heads, everything is in order. And with patriotism too.
But the author with all this is somehow not very ...

What, "Well then?" Do you have a "star" disease, and you confuse real stars with virtual ones?

... in the USA, France, Germany? ...

Exactly. It is in these countries that the most stringent legislation is in relation to arms exports. And it is public control. In general, in any country with a developed economy this is so.
And it cannot be otherwise. The export of weapons is only a PART of export activity for them. Sometimes insignificant. However, it can create problems for other, BASIC export items.
Well, simply put, exporting oysters or tractors will not create problems for arms exports, but rash arms exports can create serious problems not only for other export items, but also for citizens of the country.
Why? I wrote about this in a previous comment. To repeat, I'm sorry, just laziness.
It simply happened historically in the USSR that the defense industry in our country was a separate industry ...

This is not true. But there is no point in arranging a debate on the topic "The structure of the industrial production of the Soviet Union in the 80s of the XX century."

And where did you get that the market is endless beyond the hill? I am really struck by such stupidity. The same Su-30, for example, sold very large lots of all 3 to customers: India, China and their native Moscow region. There are very few such fat customers, and in order to sell even a squadron over the hill, you have to tear your ass. At the same time, its own market is very large and protected. Moreover, it is so protected that no WTO can affect it. And where did you get the idea that delivery schedules are approved only by the manufacturer, which is generally state-owned. office? He is part of the state and does what is required of him. If the task is to deliver the squadron kit to yourself, and a dozen more cars for export, then it will deliver like that. And some private “Loch kid Martin” is also part of the American state. Just because it cannot but be there and business conducts in accordance with the state, which for its part also fights for its interests.

Unfortunately, politics needs a cold calculation. In making decisions, the president must think about the consequences for more than one year in advance. For military products are not consumer goods, which is why it should be solid and durable, and not be a disposable can, like the current automotive products. Looks like the one who wrote the article is stupid, but the fact that the edrosnya by all torture does not want a true investigation against Prime Minister Medvedev is curious Isn’t it strange that for some reason the former Minister of Defense Serdyukov was ousted from criminal prosecution, you can cite quite a few facts when the money was in full, but they are simply stupidly and brazenly being stolen by those in power, which is a reminder of the construction of the Cosmodrom strategic military facility where workers are not paid half a year. and the authorities at the same time suddenly learned about it only in a live broadcast with the president, only now the media and the authorities are silent, and what happened to the person who announced this problem? I can confidently say that in RUSSIA there is no crisis, there are no sanctions against Russia, but there is an intentional and stupid dusting of brains to the people, about the total looting of the treasury. After all, as I recall, it was shown on TV when Putin asked about money to help industry, to which Dvorkovich said that they had been working in banks for 3 years. And what happened to Dvorkovich after this was said to Putin and all of Russia? nothing, he’s not only not in prison, but he still sits in power. This is the system, only the government feeds us with patriotism, and that we would be patriots, but at the same time I write again, the children of those in power live and learn how and work as if they are not strange in a hostile west. Which in turn speaks of only one thing, this power already in fact lives for the sake of the West, and not for the sake of RUSSIA and the RUSSIAN PEOPLE.

And it’s impossible to counteract this effectively. The same is true with the salary at the spaceport - the management of firms and enterprises has not paid salaries for months, the workers are silent in a rag so that they are not fired, and Putin is certainly to blame. And who else? Bravo. Another fighter for all good versus all bad.

"A people who do not want to feed their army will be forced to feed someone else's" - the golden words of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Ever since the time of Peter the Great, the Russian people had to sacrifice something to create a combat-ready army. Remember the bells from the temples, melted into guns. And so it was always, while the Boss was with the people. And it doesn’t matter who the owner was, the King or the Secretary General. At all times, the best went for the army until it came
The hunchback-Yeltsin period and its consequences. More precisely, the “followers” who occupy administrative and managerial posts, including the military-industrial complex, and Rosoboronexport, etc.
The golden rule of defense is to sell YESTERDAY to create TOMORROW. But in fact - we will sell “YESTERDAY” and “TODAY”, and “TOMORROW” will be dumped over a hill with a dough.
Russia has always been famous for its weapons, at all times. And on x @ th sculpt cars when the tanks are better. And the demand for this product will always be, as long as there are boundaries - there will always be those who want to redraw them.
At the moment, it is necessary to revive the entire defense industry. What is happening now - highly technological
we create the technique "on the knees", as an example: turning operations in the production of screw wing converters for TUpol are performed, ATTENTION !!!! on a lathe Magdeburg, Germany, 1936,
I'm not talking about anything else (believe me, I worked there myself). And this is the situation for many defense enterprises.
And where is the money from GOZs for the modernization of equipment, the introduction of new technologies, staff training, the creation and development of development projects, etc.? Most, quietly lay in offshore.
So the problem is not WHAT we sell, but HOW this is done and WHERE the money goes.
And we have technical achievements - Mama Do not Cry! With 400 was developed at the border of 70-80 x !!!!

It is intended for the defense of large industrial and administrative facilities, military bases and command posts from attacks of the enemy’s aerospace attack. Able to hit ballistic and aerodynamic targets. She became the first multi-channel anti-aircraft missile system capable of accompanying each complex (SAM) to six targets and directing up to twelve missiles at them.

Aerospace Forces (VKS) is a type of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, formed in 2015, as a result of the unification of the Air Force (Air Force) and the Aerospace Defense Forces[3].

Started to carry out the tasks with 1 August 2015, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin [4] [5].

The creation of the Aerospace Defense Forces was required to unite the forces and facilities responsible for ensuring the security of Russia in space and from space with the formations that solve the tasks of the air defense of the Russian Federation. This was due to the objective necessity of integration under the unified leadership of all forces and means capable of fighting in the air and space sphere, proceeding from modern world trends of armament and re-equipment of the Armed Forces of leading countries to expand the role of aerospace in ensuring the protection of state interests in the economic, military and social areas.

I think Turkey is buying the S-400 not for use (if only then it will resell to Ukraine, but this is a different topic), but for study. They will sort it out, study it, and they will know how to get around it or suppress it.

It seemed to me that the article lacked a permanent co-author. In order to get better at clinging to "alarmists and defeatists" who have fluttered on the site (and possibly spoiling the overall picture). There is an association with an agitator explaining doubters on Saturday evening June 21 in a village club TASS statement of June 13, 1941.
The author famously solved the geopolitical equation with many unknown quantities (or rather, very well-known) at the Caucasian regional level. In order to justify what? Benefit from the delivery of advanced equipment of our air defense to a NATO member.
Isn’t it easier for very good money to immediately transfer the design documentation to amers? Surely more can pay. And with this money to develop something new! Raise salaries, purchase US Treasuries ...

Here they were and for some reason didn’t. And how many such electronics come to us without our knowledge ?

Some kind of messy and not logical article.
Someone believes ... or does not believe ... but the author seems to need to be unconditionally trusted!
It turns out that everything is guilty! They cut it, they steal it ... but it’s to blame for everything!
Fullness, Professor, take off your bike glasses! Do not engage in fraud and do not confuse a thing with scrambled eggs.
Why are we going to build nuclear reactors in Turkey for our money on credit with installments for 50 years? And why not 150 years or 250 years? Will we wait when either the donkey or the padishah dies?
Ha..ha..who will Azerbaijan bring down there?
Hi..hi .. and whose plane was shot down by Turkey’s ally Azerbaijan?
What a scumbag! Well, they give it!
Not an article, but a pile of nonsense. Besides harmful.

We have no war today. laughing Now after these words it becomes clear that the author is either a donkey or paid. The war never ends. But over time, changes shape. And we live in an era when, before our eyes, the emphasis on its effectiveness shifts from primitive physical influence to social - economic and mental. Export of weapons is a double-edged sword and this should always be remembered. Weapons are certainly goods, but countries with adequate leaders do not deliver ANY goods to enemies. And the pursuit of momentary profit will result in huge losses. True, all citizens of the Russian Federation will pay for them, and the defense industry will warm their hands again.

Russia does not consider Turkey an enemy, we are cooperating with the government of Erdogan. And the fact that there is talk of a possible sale means that we look forward to continued cooperation. Maybe we also want to play on the contradictions within NATO, to show that it is better to be friends with us.

The next Russian attack aircraft will be shot down from 400. And on the topic, judging by how the American tomahawks went through the Syrian-Russian air defense (like a knife through butter) and calmly hit the targets, all these Russian missiles have long been outdated and have little ability. That's what they sell for special pose no danger.

The author clearly did not study either world history or the history of Russia.
And it is better to learn from the mistakes of others than their own.
    A few of his arguments:
    - "Does anyone believe that Erdogan, having received almost unlimited power, will want to risk it in a conflict with Russia?" -
    - And did someone believe that Hitler in the 1941 year, having absolute power, would decide to attack the country - the USSR - having an army superior to the German army in terms of number and quantity of weapons?
    - USSR - helped Germany to revive their military industrial complex and train their army, and someone believed that Germany would fight the USSR
    - Russia helped China to create its own defense industry, and now China is competing on equal terms with the Russian defense industry for the sale of arms for export. China has multiple launch rocket launchers with which it can covertly attack its entire group of Russian troops in the Far East and arrange for us its 22 on June 1941. Tell me, have we never fought with China? So always something happens the first time.

I will not give any other reasons for their long listing.
    The conclusion is:
    - Only a mentally abnormal or hidden traitor can arm a potential enemy of Russia. Including Turkey and China.
    - only a mentally abnormal or hidden traitor can keep state savings from a potential adversary - America.
    - only a mentally abnormal or hidden traitor can slow down the rearmament of the Russian army.

The author assembled in his article all in one pile ...

"New weapons and equipment must first fully satisfy the needs of the Russian army, and then already be delivered abroad!"
that's right! I will say more, and all domestic products should be focused primarily on the domestic market, and only then abroad. In the domestic market, technology, production cooperation, and product quality are being developed. An appropriate infrastructure is being created for this purpose. How do you think to develop domestic production?
The problem is that, stuck in this liberal economy, the government desperately needs dollars. So they are trying to stimulate exports by any means, just to get an influx of currency. Remember how in the 90's everyone was taken to China and not only ... Of course, this ruins domestic production, domestic technological equipment and cooperation.
I would now ask a respected author, and what percentage of the products of enterprises (from which the state order was cut) goes to the domestic market? I don’t think it’s big .., although there is a task to bring the share of domestic market products to 50%.
The state order cannot provide the enterprise with 100%, this is utopia. It is necessary to use the potential of the enterprise in the network infrastructure, look for various forms ...
In my opinion, the author would have to make an effort (creative) to create an internal market for technological interaction, technological capabilities, goods and services.
Does this mean that we must completely abandon exports - of course NO! Instead, sell ...
And through horizontal integration, you try to increase production so that the domestic market is also closed and there is no loss in external demand ...

You are completely right! Unfortunately, many effective managers in the government and around it only pretend that they are working, but actually are engaged in themselves and their business. This is evident from their tax report.
And many enterprises of the military-industrial complex are put on hungry rations, there are not enough funds to pay for the very necessary spare parts for equipment: everything is strictly regulated, and electronic tenders only exacerbate all the problems ...

The question is not whether it is necessary or not to export weapons, we must understand that progress does not stand still, that today there is innovation, and tomorrow with the advent of new ideas it loses its meaning and will always be so, therefore, as soon as something new appears, the old must be sold, and money invested in new and cutting-edge developments\.

Does the author even know what the Strategic Missile Forces are, and why they don’t put the S-300 into service there? (all that remains is to laugh).
Arms export is a very, very slippery topic... And you can approach it in different ways. Nothing personal just business? Business is on blood, however. However, if you think about it, there is no other business. It doesn’t happen in nature at all - a sheep eats grass, the grass feels bad, a wolf eats a sheep, and the sheep feels bad.
The government cannot allocate enough funds for the development of the military-industrial complex because they are not in the budget. Roughly speaking, they are not there for anything at all - not for education, not for medicine, not for pensions... not for weapons. Why? Because they don't go there. Because our income tax is paid only by hired employees with a white salary, of which only about 20% of the employed population. By the way, this is somewhere around 40% of budget formation. the remaining 60 comes from the sale of oil and gas, and a little more from a small number of normally operating enterprises. Very little. However, even if we introduce progressive taxation, luxury taxes, bring the oligarchs out of the shadows and fight corruption, there will still be no money. Why?
Yes, because Russia in 1914 was unable to put the required amount of modern equipment and weapons on the battlefield, but the Soviet Union was able to in 1942, under conditions of partial occupation.
Our economy must work exclusively in line with geopolitics. The Soviet Union did not simply spend 20% of its peacetime budget on military spending. 20% of the Soviet economy as a whole worked for the army and military-industrial complex - population, finance, production. And now we need even more. But under capitalism this is impossible. Capitalism is the absence of patriotism, first of all, it is globalization and the destruction of statehood, and the Second World War proved this very well - capitalist super-industrialized Europe, sitting on free colonial raw materials, did not break the back of the Soviet Union with its socialist mobilization economic model.
So yes, there are no traitors in the government - just “effective managers” who know how and with what to replenish the state budget in the context of the spread of the “law of the jungle” within the state. The law of the market is that if weapons are bought, then they must be sold, otherwise the money will flow to another seller, and there will be nothing to produce new ones with. Commerce.
No one will dispossess the oligarchs, confiscate their property, jewelry, and there is no particular point - everything is in overseas accounts, you can only block the circulation channels by arresting the accounts, but then their factories, oil rigs will shut down, and people will be left without wages.
I think that it is not in vain that the deadlines for the defense order, the rearmament of the army, and other related things have been postponed. Our entire economy, including the military-industrial complex, is now tied to the personal benefit of several dozen, maybe a hundred oligarchs. And the only way to force them to work for the state is to put a gun to the back of their head. So far we have only been able to show this pistol to some people, and even then, only to some, and from afar.

“But the most interesting thing is that no one wants to look at the state defense order for the military-industrial complex. How much orders for the Russian army have been reduced. This means how much previously “planned” work and research has stalled. Production is slow, but is moving to the usual “starvation rations” "
Do you at least know that the defense industry never left the “starvation ration”, even in Soviet times. Do you know how the military department makes decisions about placing a particular type of arms and military equipment for supply (and only after that there is a conversation about production)? Yes, exactly the same as during the construction of any facility (take the Krestovsky stadium in St. Petersburg). That is why units of promising weapons are purchased, since their cost is tens of times higher than the cost of similar weapons systems in the West. And if you take components for the manufacture of weapons and military equipment samples, then turn out the lights altogether. Gloomy? But unfortunately this is true.
