Even the Balts, and they keep quiet, noting perhaps that the duty phrases about the "Russian threat", while not attaching these statements directly to the Russian maneuvers that started. Either they decided for themselves that “Kavkaz-2016” is too far from the borders of small, but incredibly proud, Baltic republics, or for now they are picking words to express their concerns once again.
In Russia itself, the reaction to the teachings is also restrained. And especially it is necessary to do this taking into account the fact that individuals, who plunged the country into chaos of strife at one time, have opened huge Centers that by territory and content are many times superior to all domestic museums in memory of the victims and heroes of such conflicts.

The General Staff of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation organized several segments for conducting exercises: marine and land. So, at the Krasnodar and North Ossetian landfills, Molkino and Tarskoy motorized infantry formations of the Southern Military District and Western Military District carried out an operation to encircle and destroy a conditional enemy. The operation to destroy the group that was in the fire boiler involved servicemen of the Russian military base deployed in the Republic of Abkhazia. The conditional enemy was destroyed using BMP-3, BTR-80A, tanks T-72BM and T-90A, Msta-S self-propelled howitzers, multiple launch rocket systems, anti-aircraft missile launchers.
Black Sea Forces fleet and the Caspian flotilla conducted exercises in diverse groups, naval strike groups, as well as units of landing ships. During the maneuvers, warships of various classes are involved - frigates, small missile ships and missile boats. Naval combat exercises were conducted, emergency and rescue missions were solved, as well as anti-submarine-sabotage and mine defense missions.
The Crimean test sites are also involved in the Kavkaz-2016 SKSHU. So, the crews of aircraft VKS of the Western Military District conducted a bombing and worked take-off and landing activities on unfamiliar airfields.
