Chelyabinsk incident: beat your own so that strangers are afraid

Banal story

Unfortunately, everything that will be discussed below becomes commonplace. history of the average Russian city N. At one fine moment, guests from Central Asia come to the city. There is nothing shameful in this - Russia, as officials assure, is chronically short of workers. And indeed, guest workers become drivers of economic development - they help build, clean streets, trade and repair.

Again, this is what businessmen and officials say. Citizens of Russia will not go to work for the money offered to foreigners. Whether they tried to increase wages - employers are modestly silent about this. They probably didn’t try it, since a large part of people from neighboring countries work illegally, which fills the pockets of businessmen well.

One of the mechanisms for promoting corruption, which the country has been fighting for decades. But even that can be dealt with. Conditionally, but possible. Somewhere in parallel there is a world in which people work, transfer money abroad, come and go. The main thing is that the common man should not be touched. Our hut is on the edge, otherwise they will write down as nationalists or, what's good, skinheads.

But this does not happen - a boiling cauldron will sooner or later throw out its contents, and it will be painful and bitter.

In some cities, N managed to close the lid in time - somewhere the administration worked, somewhere the security forces, and somewhere it was necessary to connect the civic consciousness of the inhabitants. Usually, after such stories, zealous migrants, who considered that now Uzbekistan or Tajikistan are here, noticeably cool down. Not always and not everywhere, unfortunately.

The other day in Novosibirsk, a small undergrowth from the local Central Asian diaspora beat up a Russian guy like a jackal in a crowd.

The cause of the conflict is being established, but there are big doubts that local law enforcement officers will dare to punish the perpetrators. The notorious national question is very painfully perceived by the authorities. Ombudsmen, heads of diasporas, the Tajik Foreign Ministry together with the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs will rise behind the crowd of brutalized youngsters, and if there is no reaction, then Emomali Rahmon, on occasion, will tell our president how to protect migrants.

"We want to be respected"

- this already happened in October last year in Kazakhstan. Well, on the streets of Novosibirsk, they once again proved what respect for national minorities is.

But in Chelyabinsk it is not so. Only one incident that stirred up the whole country, and even more so the Urals.

According to local sources, for several years certain Firus and Zinatuloh mastered the local glade, that is, they extorted money from teenagers and took away phones. All those who disagreed were beaten, since the guys were not frail. This is a general trend - the average youngster from Central Asia is stronger and healthier than the average Russian high school student.

In a close and friendly diaspora, an indisputable cult of power is no other way. It is interesting how interethnic conflicts are often resolved. Someone who called himself the head, overseer or headman of the diaspora, bails out naughty fellow tribesmen on parole. It happens that the Criminal Code can be circumvented by such tricks.

It is not known whether the mentioned Firus and Zinatuloh were on bail, but the locals suffered from them. Sooner or later, this would lead to a big disaster - a local girl raped, an unfortunate man beaten to death who dared to object, or kilograms of selected Afghan heroin. There is no thickening of colors here - impunity gives rise to even greater impunity. An illustrative example is Great Britain, where immigrants used minors as "white slaves".

Unbanal turn

But at the very beginning of February, the heroes of the Chelyabinsk racket stumble upon Nikita. Everything is according to a proven scheme - if you want to live smoothly, pay. Nikita refused, he was offered to resolve the issue at a general meeting of collectives, which has been called the “arrow” since ancient times. Further events developed in the best traditions of Guy Ritchie's films. Firus and Zinatuloh reacted irresponsibly to the event and were unable to ensure numerical superiority.

And Nikita, on the contrary, managed to gather an impressive group of like-minded people. Because there was no longer the strength to endure the lawlessness of visitors. Again, the Internet has widely spread the version that the team of Firus and Zinatulokh has been methodically and for a long time knocking money out of local schoolchildren. This is indirectly confirmed by local residents, as well as numerous screenshots of communication in social networks. In any case, only a court can reliably speak about the guilt of migrants, but there are big doubts that at least an administrative case will be opened against the visitors, not to mention a criminal one.

A long conversation at the arrow did not work out - the natives of Central Asia, who felt the strength of the enemy, rushed in all directions. The instinct of self-preservation led a couple of fighters to the nearby "Educational Center No. 5". Video cameras at the school recorded how some people in masks beat others, and probably even with hammers. Someone grandiloquently declares a massacre, but nothing critical was found in Firus and Zinatuloh in the hospital. Although the hammer is known to weapon terrible and in a fit of rage can send to the next world.

Either our boys were very cold-blooded in a fight, or there were no hammers at all. Now the incident is being investigated under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code - this is hooliganism with the use of weapons. Guys from 14 to 18 years old, and they face punishment from a large fine to 7 years in prison. The juveniles were released on a subscription basis, and the eldest of them, Dobroslav, remained in the pre-trial detention center. As is clear from history, no one from the group of migrants was detained.

One of our guys posted a video, the transcript of which is attached:

“I went to defend my friend, who was mocked by this gang of bandits. I don't know what else to call them. Who took everything from them all the time and just mocked them. This is all very difficult, as it were, for me, because there is a lot of pressure on us that we can be imprisoned for this, although this is just an ordinary domestic conflict.

Residents who are not indifferent to history have already collected several hundred thousand rubles for lawyers.

In connection with the history of Chelyabinsk, which is still waiting for its resolution, a lot of questions arise. Why is the public so outraged? No, not the fight itself, but the choice of law enforcement officers. As we remember, only Russian guys were taken to the police station. Packed according to all the rules - face to the floor, hands behind the head. It seemed that here they are, the notorious skinheads, exposed the cell. Yes, and the boys are strong, shaved, look straight, point-blank. They beat, it turns out, the Uzbeks only for their brown eyes, swarthy skin and the shape of the nose.

But the people of the Urals in general and the people of Chelyabinsk in particular do not agree with this interpretation. According to the father of one of the guys, they managed to raise about 300 rubles and pay for the services of a lawyer four months in advance. The process is started, it remains only to closely follow the course of history and hope for the best. The public outcry was not weak, and this is the main guarantor of an impartial consideration of the case by the relevant structures.

Without clarifying all the circumstances, Russian guys were announced as the instigators of the fight - the opposite side of the conflict, if they appear at the police station, then as witnesses, or even victims. The beaten Uzbeks will now, portraying the victim, diligently play the national card. Let's now make our boys ashamed that they are Russian.

We already have enough cosmopolitans who have realized since February 24 the sinfulness of the Russian tricolor. Let's go on - such a vice will become ubiquitous. What future awaits us in this case? The question is rhetorical.

The second question, on the contrary, requires an answer - how did it even come to this? No one is going to justify the methods of the company of Nikita and Dobroslav - hitting faces has never been prestigious. This is always a last resort and should be avoided if possible.

According to the locals, the group of guys with a "Slavic appearance" was never shy, but no one saw them with swastikas or zigging. Why have law enforcement agencies been brought to such a state when interethnic conflicts have to be resolved by force? And this is clearly an inter-ethnic conflict, whatever its causes.

Did they indulge visitors too much or squeezed too much locals, who were ready to explain to foreigners on their fingers how not to behave at a party? Paradoxically, there are too many unknowns in this story and at the same time everything is extremely clear. If this is the logic of the category “beat your own so that others are afraid,” then it does not work - strangers are not afraid, and there will be less and less of your own with this approach.

    1. They beat the weak
    2. Where is the Ministry of Internal Affairs (with its system of teaching staff and local police officers) looking?!
They must prevent both of them.
    3. Apparently, children need to study in sports sections (for free and by normal coaches who do not receive 17 thousand rubles / month) and especially talented ones should be promoted further (also free)
    4. Apparently, there were pioneers and Komsomol members in the USSR for a reason.
    5. Apparently, teachers should be normal in schools, and not on a residual basis (with a salary of 17 thousand rubles), then children will listen to them.
    6. Apparently, the school curriculum should teach, and not push uneducated children overboard (and now this is the case).
Now all schools force students to study with tutors, and if there is no money for this, then the child will simply read and write.

    This is a systemic problem.

Russians don’t go to work, Russians to be more precise, and it’s not about the money, lazy, first salary and on a spree, they know little, I’ve been working on roofs for 20 years, in the region, central Russia, there’s a lot of work, but I can’t get crews, we’ve been working for 10 years already with 2 teams, the guys are getting old, they need to change, but there’s no one, I don’t hire foreigners on principle, so 70 percent of the work in the season flies past me, now migrant workers already get a little more than locals, I recently learned about the price tags in St. Petersburg, there are 3- 4 tons a day are paid to general workers from neighboring countries, Russians in the same jobs receive 2-3 thousand, the situation will only get worse, from school, for example, a welder, out of 30 people in a group, 4-7 people from the group go into profession and so on everywhere

Russians, wake up! They only hit the weak. Your fragmentation will play a very bad joke on you, and then on all of Russia. In those cities where anyone who is presumptuous is beaten in the face, everything is calm there with migrants, etc. And where everyone is for himself, there are problems. And it doesn’t matter with the Chinese, with people from Sr. Asia or Transcaucasia. In addition, local law enforcement and government agencies consist mainly of Russian personnel. Who take bribes from diasporas for the problems of their fellow countrymen, for employment beyond the limits, etc. If you do not become masters in your native land, then all of Russia will have a very hard time together with its small nations

And those who arrested these boys - why didn’t they have any questions?
Tomorrow they will be ordered to burn the village with all its inhabitants - will they answer “yes” and rush zealously to carry out the order?

Diasporas feed policemen and prosecutors, so they always protect strangers. Russian guys are no weaker than Asian savages, they are brought up to respect the law, which is why all sorts of vile creatures become impudent, feeling the protection of corrupt “law enforcement officers” from Chelyabinsk to the Kremlin.

In the post-war 40-50s in the Southern Urals in the mining town of Dzhetygora, Chechens exiled there began to come to dances with knives, brazenly pestered girls and stabbed a guy with a knife. The miners are friendly and stern people; basically, they all went through the front and knew well how to deal with enemies.
Chechens who appeared on the street in the evening were simply killed. The police and the prosecutor's office also had front-line soldiers, they began to detain Chechens, and if a knife was found during a search, they opened a case for the murder of their fellow tribesmen and imprisoned them for 15 years. The impudence of the strangers was knocked off very quickly.

Why have law enforcement agencies been brought to such a state when interethnic conflicts have to be resolved by force?

    - Because the first thing the diaspora does in the city is buy the city leadership of these same law enforcement agencies.

If somewhere in Dushanbe, a local will only say that you offended him... that's a lost cause. In a minute, local law enforcement officers will tie up, sweep away and sew up the case. I think in Chelyabinsk parents have contacted the police more than once...

I don't care about prestige. Sometimes cleaning the scoreboard is the only right decision. And there is nothing to be ashamed of.

This situation has a complex development. Gypsies (Gypsies) have lived in the Czech Republic since 1200. Among the Slavs, who are white, the Tsikani are colored, brown. There are not many of them, but they dominate society. I don't work, they are represented among crimes from petty theft to murder. The state generously subsidizes them; mothers give birth to children, for which they receive money from the state. Many areas on the border with the Czech Republic are occupied by Roma. Is this a problem that has no solution in our case? am
