The truth is always in the middle: it is necessary to combine the experience of business entrepreneurship in the West with the experience of state management based on planning, the ability to concentrate resources in the main areas, the ability to more or less successfully solve educational, cultural and social problems. And, as has now become clear, this must be done with great pragmatism and prudence.
