EU-TC: the war of Ukraine, the war for Ukraine or the war against Ukraine?

57
In 1991, the Soviet Union lost the information war to the West and was dismembered into 15 separatist subjects. The elite betrayed their people, the liberal intelligentsia wanted to live like in Europe and America, not realizing that they exist at the expense of plundering the rest of the world. The industry of the USSR served as a nutrient substrate for the United States and Europe, which allowed them to delay the crisis and to live comfortably until 2008. Now the inflated bubble of the neoliberal economy is bursting, everything is cracking and falling apart, but Ukrainians are strongly inspired by the idea that their happiness is only in the bosom of the European Union.

EU-TC: the war of Ukraine, the war for Ukraine or the war against Ukraine?Who benefits?

The 21st century is the century of civilization unions, not national states. Geopolitics have been talking about this for a long time, and within the framework of this trend, the European Union was built. The United States has practically created a North American alliance with Canada and Mexico - NAFTA. Muslim countries are trying to promote the project of the Islamic caliphate. China unites around Asian countries. Under these conditions, Russia made the only right step by creating a Eurasian Union within Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. Persistent appeals to Ukraine with the proposal to join this union run up against a wall of misunderstanding and obvious opposition from the Ukrainian European integrators, consisting mainly of grant eaters and NGOs. Deputies and politicians who uphold the European choice of Ukraine, basically simply manipulate unfounded slogans, and base their choice on one thing: if only not with Russia. At the same time, almost none of them even saw the Association Agreement itself and the provisions on Ukraine’s entry into the Free Trade Zone. This 906-page document exists only in English, and no one, despite the long-playing record about European integration, did not bother to translate it into mov. Given the level of intelligence and responsibility of the majority of deputies, it is clear that hardly any of them read it, and if they tried to read it, and even in English, it is unlikely that they could “asil”. What can we say about the simple “small Ukrainians”, who only endlessly hear the empty cries of deputies and politicians who are upholding positions about which they have no clue!

But all the documents on the Customs Union, regulations, the Customs Code, phytosanitary standards, transport contracts - are in the public domain, they can be read by anyone. There are also calculations: the real benefits of joining the CU will be billions of dollars for Ukraine.

But the Association itself - it is an association, no more than a carrot, suspended in front of a donkey's nose. Such treaties were signed by the European Union with many states - Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, Lebanon - but this did not make them more European. Associate membership itself is just a figure of speech used by politicians for greater persuasiveness - well, such as membership! One of the representatives of the European Commission clearly stated: "... to use the phrase" associate membership "is inappropriate. These states are participants in a certain process, but the word" membership "is not mentioned anywhere. The EU has members as well as candidate countries and potential candidate countries. Therefore the word "membership" should not be used.

It remains perhaps that the association - the connection that occurs under certain conditions between the individual sensations, perceptions and ideas. In a word - like ...

The leaders of the European Union directly and openly declare that in the next 20 years they do not see Ukraine in its composition. Well, whether the EU itself will exist through 20 years is also a very, very controversial question. The last country that "joined" the EU was Croatia. And this despite the fact that most residents were against this entry. Mass protest demonstrations and rallies against joining the European Union were held in Zagreb. A little less than 44% of the country's citizens came to the referendum on EU integration, of these 44% voted, two thirds - 66,27% - were in favor of joining. However, the opinion of the entire population turned out to be uninteresting to European integrators, and Croatia was swallowed up by the European Union. At the same time, the head of the European Parliament made it absolutely clear: Croatia is the last country to jump on the steps of a European train, at least for the next decades.

Such small countries with a population of several million people do not pose a serious danger to the EU, even considering that it now has more than enough problems. If the USSR was built according to the principle that backward margins were comprehensively developed and pulled up according to their economic and social development towards a developed industrial center, then the European Union was built on a different principle. Here, not the economy played a major role, but geopolitics played a role - they tried to surround Russia with hostile states with NATO bases located on their territory. Today, economic problems threaten to simply bury the European Union. The industry of underdeveloped countries, such as Bulgaria and the Baltic countries, was simply destroyed in order not to compete with the West, and the land was bought up by transnational corporations. However, the financial and economic crisis and rising unemployment put an end to the prosperity of developed countries. Germany and France, which are donors of the European Union, are no longer able to pull on a heap of problems and feed numerous freeloaders who, having ruined their own economy, are now begging with outstretched hands for more developed countries.

The freed labor force is used in Europe for the most unskilled jobs, since migrants can be paid several times less than their own workers, but gradually the sources of income run low. Government budgets are increasingly losing weight. Millions of migrants living on unemployment benefits suck out all the resources of industrial states.

The middle class is shrinking, the locals are ready to take on the work they used to disdain. Simplification of the visa regime, which is trying to lure in the FTA of ordinary citizens of Ukraine, will not bring them special preferences - work for foreigners is less and less, and the attitude towards illegal migrants is getting tougher. The UK has already announced that it is tightening the rules for providing social and medical assistance to immigrants so as not to overload the social part of the budget, and in Spain, due to the record crisis in the labor market, even a record decline in 17 years occurred in the number of people - the country began to massively leave labor migrants.

But what will the simple Ukrainians bring the signing of an agreement on joining the FTA?

Today, 80% of Ukraine’s population lives on the edge of poverty. They do not even have enough money to pay for utilities, basic products and medicines. To buy the same ticket to Europe, even if there is a visa-free regime, they are simply not able to. Of the 14 million pensioners, two-thirds live on retired at a thousand and me hryvnias. They are this European Union - absolutely to the point. They can only watch Europe on TV. Those who today can afford to travel abroad, and so do it without problems - well, sometimes some people are denied visas, and this happens even with the rich and famous, after which the stars get offended and the media make noise (here’s a nightmare and horror which Irene Karp was not allowed to go to Germany, and Kamaliya was denied a visa to the UK!), but is it really a problem across the country? The overwhelming part of the working-age population, which lives more and more "better" every year, cannot go abroad now, and then cannot, and the matter is not at all in the visa regime, but in banal poverty. For many, and in the neighboring area for a tour go a problem.

Within the country, the transition to European standards will necessarily lead to an increase in utility prices, and Russia will definitely not reduce gas prices. Most likely, it will be necessary, as Yushchenko bequeathed, to drown dung.

Millions of Ukrainian peasants will remain without sources of income after signing the FTA, as they will not be able to sell their products grown on their own plots under European law. All the assurances of officials that these restrictions apply only to the external market are shattered about the realities of life. After the entry of Latvia and other Baltic states into the European Union and the FTA, local farmers were deprived of the opportunity to sell their goods in the bazaars or hand them over to co-operators. Agricultural products are sold only by large firms that have bought up all the land. Peasants simply lose their land and become homeless, as it once happened in Argentina. This will definitely cause a rise in food prices, or we will have to eat garbage from GMOs, which Europe will dump here. And, it is still possible by insects - recently the UN has advised more grasshoppers and butterflies to developing countries (in our case, degrading).

Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian workers will lose their jobs, as the remaining enterprises still functioning are integrated into the economies of the former post-Soviet countries and, first of all, Russia, and are focused on trade with them. In the European Union, sales are only found in first-handled products, bringing minimal income to the manufacturer.

The plutocratic model of power that prevails today in Ukraine is oriented towards the West. As a matter of fact, all our deputies, high-ranking government officials, representatives of big business have long been European integration. Their money is in European and American banks, their children study there, families and mistresses live. That is why they are afraid to say a word against Ukraine joining the FTA and lobby this project in every way. Otherwise, their capital is threatened with the prospect of arrest, they may lose their estates if Western financial authorities are interested in the origin of all this good. For all the idle talk about the need to strive for European values, our "elite" is very different from the western one, primarily because everything that "has been gained by overworking" our oligarchs and bureaucrats is actually acquired through frauds, frauds and bribes. That is why they are so persistently supporting the demands of Washington and Brussels, fearing to remain at the broken trough when they have their stash confiscated. And in this issue in a ball of kissing snakes interlaced as representatives of the authorities and the opposition. The only question on which their own interests converge into one point is the mythical entry of Ukraine into the European Union and the actual entry into the FTA, which will finally finish off the Ukrainian economy, but allow them to save their capital and get kickbacks from transnational corporations.

In this plan Ukrainian oligarchs They differ not only from the Western elite, but also from their Russian colleagues. If the Russian oligarchs rely on the resource and industrial potential, then a part of the Ukrainian oligarchs are representatives of speculative capital, who receive income from the trade in Western goods on the Ukrainian market and hide the money obtained in foreign donuts. Those who own industrial enterprises fear the arrival of Russian capital and the loss of their assets. This is what explains the dual position of Ukraine. On the one hand, many enterprises are focused on the market of Russia and former post-Soviet countries, as in Europe, Ukrainian products are not competitive, on the other hand, all their capital lies in the form of dollars and euros in Western banks, and they themselves are afraid of losing them if supported joining the CU. In fact, all Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs are on the financial hook of the West.

And what is the profit of the European Union and the United States, also supporting the European aspirations of Ukraine?

Entry into the FTA will fully open the Ukrainian market for European goods, subordinate Ukrainian legislation to European Union laws, destroy the remnants of competitive enterprises, destroy agricultural production residues, turning Ukraine into a raw material appendage of the West, a market for stale goods and a source of cheap unskilled labor. Compared to Arabs and blacks, who do not even think of integrating into European society or working there, Ukrainians are ready for a beggarly, by European standards, wages, to do the dirtiest work, without making protests, pogroms and not irritating European society alien to him religious and cultural and social traditions.

The US is interested in Ukraine’s European integration on another occasion. It is based on geopolitical interests.

First, it will allow to place on its territory its military bases. Let not immediately, but gradually weakening its relationship with Russia, it will be possible to carry out the Yugoslav scenario and divide the country into several small enclaves.

Secondly, the entry of 40-million Ukraine (by the way, Ukraine is the fifth most populous in Europe) to the EU will further weaken it by undermining the euro, and this is perfectly understood by Germany and France, who will lay bones, but will never accept millions of Ukrainians evil from poverty, into the European Union. They have enough problems with Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and Portugal.

The only ones who hope to receive preferences from Ukraine’s accession to the EU are its most underdeveloped members - Poland and the Baltic States. No wonder they are so courting European commissioners, lobbying the interests of Ukraine. Germany, which together with France actually carries all EU members around its neck, has only 12% of votes in the European Parliament, which makes all decisions. The entry of 40-million Ukraine into the European Union would allow the poorest countries to have a majority in the European Parliament and successfully milk their sponsors.

As German Chancellor Angela Merkel stated at the meeting with the Estonian Prime Minister, “the case of former Prime Minister Tymoshenko is not the only obstacle for signing an already-ready Association Agreement with the EU. This is generally about the legal system in Ukraine and human rights issues and civil liberties. " There is not a word about economics, land, social issues, because there are figures, concrete initial data and consequences. And about human rights and civil liberties can be talked about forever, as about the struggle between good and evil. It's all clear. Ukraine just has to accept the conditions of unconditional surrender to Europe, and then it will be infinitely milked, until it is overwhelmed.

The war continues

Ukraine’s entry into the FTA will mean the actual surrender of national interests to the West and its final transformation into a raw materials appendage, a source of cheap and beautiful prostitutes and equally cheap, though not always beautiful, trenchers. This is indicated by independent experts, who still remained in Ukraine, but their voices disappear in the chorus of grant eaters, imprisoned for drawing Ukraine into an FTA. This will bring a solid negative to Ukraine, but the Ukrainian media, which today have turned into SMRAD (media advertising, agitation, misinformation), and journalists paid by foreign sponsors do everything to make Ukraine citizens believe in the advantages of the Western project and the benefits of entering the Free Trade Zone. A similar situation was observed several years ago, when Yushchenko was persistently trying to draw the country into NATO in five-year plan, and propaganda was choking on us, describing the benefits of such entry. But the NATO leadership was smart enough not to even consider this question. NATO hysteria in the media has subsided, and today citizens do not even remember this abbreviation.

But with a new force, Euro-hysteria sounded. Sociological polls, depending on customers, show different figures of citizens' opinions on the choice of Ukraine, but on average, one can say that opinions were divided roughly in half. Slightly more than 50% are in favor of joining the European Union and the FTA, a little less than 50% prefer the Customs Union and integration into the Eurasian Union. But these figures can hardly be called reasonable; rather, in a society where "sagging of meanings and social amnesia" prevails in the formation of public opinion, a conscious opinion based on real preferences cannot arise - people make their choice based on those hackneyed postulates that politicians give them under the guise of truth MASS MEDIA. The usual manipulation of consciousness. Europe is good, Russia is bad. Point. And why, how, why, what will happen, if and when ... - this is not necessary for people to know.

The basis of modern methods of social management is Operational Research (Strategic and Tactical Methodology, developed by the Military Manual of England during the Second World War). In 1948, the Rockefeller Foundation joined this research, and then the Tavistock Institute and the RAND Corporation, the main centers of the ideological war against the USSR, took part in them. The strategy of a silent or information war was formed, which is successfully used today against the population of Ukraine. In conditions when people are forced to wage a war for survival literally every day - health, work, normal food, communal living, brutality in society, arbitrariness of power, lawlessness and lawlessness - they simply have no strength to participate in the information war, therefore they prefer to sit out on the couch and just listen to the order from the TV - where to go and what to do tomorrow.

"Spiral of Silence"

One of the main principles laid down in the activities of European integrators is the so-called “Spiral of Silence”. For the first time the concept of "Spirals of silence" was developed by the famous German sociologist Elizabeth Noel-Neumann, in connection with the problem of the formation of public opinion. The essence of this theory is that most people tend to avoid sharing those opinions and perceptions that are not dominant in the media. If a person everywhere hears opinions about the advantages of the European Union, about the European choice of Ukraine, then even if he adheres to the opposite point of view, he will try not to advertise it, since a different point of view prevails in society, even if it is persistently imposed. Similarly, his opinion, which does not coincide with the opinion that prevails in the media, will be wary of expressing people around him. Few people want to look like a black sheep, which also needs to defend their point of view. In the end, for those who want to stand out from the crowd, today there are enough ways - from hair and clothing to organizing the most stupid flash mob in the main square of the city. With your own opinion is more difficult - you need to justify it and defend in a crowd of opponents, swim against the current. As a result, a social pressure phenomenon is created in society. A person is afraid to express his opinion if it does not coincide with the opinion of the majority. Thus, a conspiracy of silence is formed around vital problems. Such a spiral of silence will exist until a different point of view breaks through the media, like a sprout from a dried earth, and the number of its supporters does not increase. Only then will indecisive and doubting citizens be able to express their opinions.

That is why in Ukraine, despite the loud cries of politicians about democracy and freedom of speech, despite even several programs with this name, in reality, access to the media is limited to those who make critical statements or provide objective information both in the internal and in the external politics, including those related to the European Union. The most rated talk show, conducted by a foreign citizen Savik Shuster, who was forced to leave Russia at one time and warmed up here by Pan Yushchenko, gathers crowds of supporters of the European choice, despite the fact that people who reflect the opposite point of view are represented by a single communist. The public has the impression that all civilized people around are striving exclusively to the Free Trade Zone, as if they are simultaneously smeared with honey, jam and condensed milk. Beautifully combed uncles in expensive suits and with manicure, beautiful phrases and gestures tell viewers about the virtues of European integration, while the absolute majority of performances of European integrators are reduced to empty demagogy, which does not carry any meaning. Instead of real meanings, people are shoved with simulacra, and they take it for their own coin, which is about to be in their empty pocket.

A similar situation is observed in the Ukrainian parliament, where representatives of the government and the opposition are in one voice shouting about their European choice and European values and even signed a joint “desire for the European Union. What a unity of opposites!

The unity also lies in the fact that in all the news and talk shows, appearances with calls for European integration are shown, plots are purposefully selected that show the advantages of the European way of life. If protests, strikes and demonstrations of workers and employees of European countries are shown, then they are immediately leveled by streams of horror stories from Ukrainian life - they say, we would have their problems! The Ukrainian viewer is already accustomed to the fact that every final evening broadcast of TV news necessarily begins with another bloody accident, fire or communal accident, then there are stories about crimes, murders and rapes, then - about corruption, bribes, killer doctors and werewolf cops ... In general, Ukrainian life is terrible without a European choice. The viewers get the impression that all European hardships are such trifles in comparison with Ukrainian reality, not only that all our reality will immediately turn white and fluffy as soon as we accept the European choice for ourselves. In addition, they will also show a plot about how some rally in support of Pussy Riot was dispersed in Russia, how envelopes with money were seized from Sobchak, and how Navalny is being judged, and they can also blurt out something about Lukashenka's "dictate" - and everything, the picture is complete.

After the whole picture of how “scary to live”, people are depressed, they bring up a feeling of learned helplessness, when citizens are only able to quietly whine in their kitchens or sofas, instead of making real protests against the existing regime. I am not talking here about the amusing "Rabbit Rising" and the neo-Nazi processions. It is also part of the information war against Ukraine and the preparation of the next "color" revolution according to the western scenario, paid for by the State Department. It is not for nothing that Yatsenyuk goes to the American embassy, as if to work, Tyagnibok immediately went with a report to State Department representative Wendy Sherman who arrived with the inspection in Ukraine, and Klitschko constantly goes to Washington for instructions, as if serving as a liaison between the State Department and the opposition. Even a regime victim released to the will - Lutsenko - first of all ran to the American ambassador - for instructions, or what?

At the same time, trouble-free technology - the search for an external or internal enemy, the separation of people according to the principle of "friend or foe" with the help of such markers as language, historical the past, the attitude towards Russia or the European Union, - allows you to maximize mobilize the nationally concerned and other pseudo-opposition public. As a result, all this political, pro, anti- or near-power public pretends that they are fighting in mortal combat for the bright future of Ukraine, while the people are cracking at the time, and there is less and less faith in this bright future, as well as the present. and less.

Shock testing

Thanks to the mathematical theory of shock tests, the field aviation has made the most significant contribution to the development of technology for economic management. During these tests, a projectile is fired from an airplane that is on the ground. Special vibration sensors attached in different places of the aircraft register the rollback force and record the results in the form of graphic diagrams.

The Harvard Economic Research Project (1948 g.) Pursued a goal in the discovery of the science of economic management. It was assumed that with sufficient mathematical support and the availability of the necessary data, economic forecasting and control would be as easily accomplished as the control of the projectile trajectory. So it turned out.

When shifting the method of shock tests from aircraft manufacturing to the economy, this method is applied to the goods (shock prices) with a thorough analysis of the reaction of the masses of consumers. The resulting economic shock and the response of people (resonant processes) are transformed into data for computer processing, which makes it possible to identify the psycho-economic structure of society.

Globalizers carefully choose some major consumer product, for example, ham, buckwheat, meat or sugar, and create shock by drastically changing its price or availability (shortage), shaking the budget and consumer habits of most citizens. After that, they study in detail the shock waves (consequences) created by abrupt changes in advertising, prices, sales volumes of certain goods.

The purpose of such studies is to identify patterns that can be used to clearly manage and predict the economic situation, even to impose a situation in which the population will be convinced that certain people - “experts” - should control the financial system and ensure safety for all (and not at all freedom and justice).

Through this process, reactions to future economic shocks have been identified, and all reactions become predictable, which is used to manipulate society, to turn it into a submissive herd of animals, controlled by a computerized accounting system that controls social energy. In the end, each individual element of the structure falls under computer control, which, among other things, implies the determination of personal preferences — this is ensured by a computer accounting system of consumer preferences (universal product code — bar code on packages), consumer identification (using personal credit cards .

Through shock testing, a direct correlation was found between the amount of cash flow in a country's economy and the level of psychological recovery and the reactions of people in a given country. This allows you to completely subordinate and control society by undermining the economy.

Now pay attention to the results of shock testing in Ukraine. If in Greece, while reducing social benefits and wages, a wave of strikes and clashes of the people with the police has rolled; if in France, raising the retirement age by 2 has led to mass protests; while in Bulgaria, the increase in electricity prices led to demonstrations of hundreds of thousands of people and the resignation of the government, then we are calm in Baghdad - peace and quiet in Ukraine, the people are silently silent and not capable of any resistance. From which it follows a logical conclusion that the people turned into a stupid herd and calmly lead to slaughter. 90% of the population is victims, cannon fodder, 9%, possessing versatile information, are able to adequately assess the situation and make the right conclusions, and only 1% is able to produce information and change the situation.

Information war

In fact, Ukraine today has become a springboard of the next information war, which has turned into a consistent war for the consciousness of people. Newspapers, magazines, television are in the hands of several oligarchs and their clans and carry out a massive processing of consciousness, raping and brainwashing the brains of the citizens of the country with the most overt false propaganda. The Goebbels principle is used - if a lie is repeated many times, then it becomes true.

Brainwashing technology is actively used when a person is forced to take on trust what he is taught and substitute for his beliefs. At the same time, of course, not forgetting to recall the "ganebna nonsense of savvy propaganda of the makhin".

Information in the media is carefully filtered and served under the desired sauce. The fact that you do not need to know, just silent. Instead of censorship, there is today a so-called editorial policy (and, understandably, no editorial staff at all, but the media owner) forms it, and what does not comply with this editorial policy will never be aired or printed.

Citizens of the country are attacked by a stream of information noise, in which certain sensible voices drown, telling people another truth.

The Internet, which in Ukraine uses about 35% of the population, while only 1-2% are interested in political and economic issues, also does not save globally, since even there the number of resources giving unbiased objective information is limited. Most of the sites, if not owned by the same oligarchs, exist on Western grants and are fed from Washington or Brussels. Residents of villages, pensioners, this type of communication is practically inaccessible, but in every rural hut, in every Ukrainian apartment there is a “zomboyaschik” telling the horrors about the Customs Union, the fears of the Russian “empire of evil” and painting the charms of European life.

Memotechnology

Another technology widely used in the information war is the introduction of memes into the collective unconscious that reflect the point of view of Western globalists.

The term "meme" was introduced in 1976 by Richard Dawkins, a biologist from Oxford: "Meme is the basic unit of the cultural transmission (transmission)." According to this formulation, everything that we call a culture consists of memes, like matter from atoms. Memes pass from one mind to another just as genes are transmitted through eggs and sperm. Memes shape our basic life priorities, which, in turn, at a more superficial level, affect our behavior and decisions. Memes affect all choices we make in life. The same meme can penetrate stadiums, the media, parliament, offices, cathedrals and student audiences.

Memes are simple, consisting of a single word or concept, and complex, including a multi-level structure. An example of the simplest meme is the concept of "scoops", which was introduced into the minds of most people, especially young people. No one thinks about the meaning of this term. In today's unthinking society, it is customary to call in a good form “scoops” on people who built a great power, created a powerful industrial potential, nuclear energy, a powerful transport structure, an efficient army armed with nuclear weapons. weaponswho defeated fascism during the Great Patriotic War, launched man into space, built an effective education and healthcare system, raised scientists and people of art recognized all over the world. In short, the "scoops" are declared those people who have created all that huge potential that still could not be completely destroyed and plundered during the time of independence.

For the collapse of the Soviet Union, another cunning meme was used - that "the Moskal were our lard" or its Russian-language interpretation "Ukraine is a Moscow colony." Having received considerable financial support from the West, and especially the United States, who slept and saw how to tear Ukraine away from Russia, Ukrainian nationalists began to distribute leaflets in millions of copies explaining where our sugar, meat and grain disappear — it turns out that the Kremlin occupants ". As a result, the people, intoxicated by a powerful propaganda attack, gave their consent to the dismemberment of the USSR. However, if they knew even a tenth of what would happen to them and their country, it seems that the results of the memorable referendum would be completely different ...

But back to the memes. The development of meme technology was particularly developed in the 2004 year during the presidential election. If earlier memes were used in advertising and unstructured management of society, then during the famous presidential race in Ukraine they became the property of politicians. In the flock of sheep there are always several sheep that will lead the whole flock for slaughter, and trained shepherd dogs will guard and guide on this route.

Orange ribbons served as info-signals, identification marks "friend-foe", with the help of which you can mobilize people for mass protests. Further - more: primitive verbal memes "Ganba" appeared - it doesn’t matter to whom and for what, the main thing is that you can sip your throats and announce the ganba to everyone who is not with us. “Kuchmism” - no one can really explain what it is, but, probably, it is something terrible and dangerous, which means that it is necessary to fight it. "Yushchenko Tak!" - this is generally a masterpiece of political technologists: that "so" is unimportant, but still it is, and who is wrong is against democracy. For many, this in general, apparently, was one word "Yushchenko", and most importantly, that this "Yushchenko" didn’t steal anyone’s hands and that it was against the Kremlin’s hand. The fact that these hands and the good created nothing, took part in the destruction of the destructible and opened the Pandora’s box, dividing Ukrainian society into two hostile camps - also not important. The main thing - everyone went for democracy against dictatorship. By the way, democracy is also one of the successful memes, which has been used for quite a long time. We are for democratic democracy in a democratic family of democratic European nations. And the fact that democracy is actually the power of the people, and not a bunch of fat cats - no one cares. Just try to give a hint that you are against such a democracy - instantly a pack of journalists and politicians will declare you an enemy of the people and stick the label of the Stalinist and henchman to the "malicious regime" (also very successful memes).

Representatives of the Party of Regions successfully used memotechnology in the 2009 presidential election. The role of memes was carried out by candidates' campaign slogans. That only costs meme "I will smell skin". Personally, I associate it with a nettle from Viy Gogol - “Raise my eyelids for me”: I just want to exclaim in response - spread my ears. Nevertheless, "People Shaval" and massively knocked to the polls, giving a majority of votes to the representative of the oligarchic clans of the East. Then they said that people have to choose from two evils. But is there really no good in Ukraine then? And read the answer to this question above - there is no good and there is no third, if this third is not on TV. In fact, representatives, or rather owners, of the two main political forces, having taken over all property, the entire financial and economic system of a plundered country, got their hands on both the media and the political system. We closed all possible resources and full power in the country to ourselves. And the impoverished and wiser people are getting into the picture about democracy and an effective market.

Well, and after Victor Fedorovich’s victory, the last round of the struggle for resources began. “Everything has already been stolen before us,” exclaimed the new prime minister in despair and began to search for the stolen. As a result, an event occurred that threatened the existence of the current oligarchic clans. For the first time, representatives of the previous government were in prison, and not just "scapegoats". A similar fate can be expected of today's state leaders, deputies and officials.

Now we are passing the bifurcation point, for which we are waiting for either a complete disintegration of statehood, or the revival of a civilization alliance with our brotherly countries.

Today, Ukrainian politicians and journalists and activists serving them with all sorts of experts have replaced the famous slogan of the era of the orange revolution “ganba” by “bandit” and a new mantra - “associate member”. Meme "European Union" has become a symbol of well-being and the subject of lust for office plankton with Ukrainian nationalists into the bargain. Deputies and political scientists stubbornly talk about this on various TV channels, stubbornly imposing on the image of a wonderful European Union to inexperienced citizens of the country, where asphalt is washed with shampoo, where universal democracy and tolerance prevail, members of parliaments ride bicycles rather than Mercedes, respect human rights and observe laws. There is only one question for these pans - and what prevents to do the same in Ukraine, now, without any associations? Do we really need European overseers with democratic whips? No one is going to answer these questions. Everyone just screams that as soon as we sign the long-awaited agreement on the mythical association and join the FTA, everyone will be happy right there.

* * *

As the experience of history shows, when the political regime begins to crumble, the disintegration virus spreads rapidly everywhere, infecting all institutions, penetrating into all cracks. The fall of the regime is the result not only of the efforts of revolutionaries, but of decrepitude, powerlessness and inability to creatively and constructively work the regime itself. The tops can no longer, although they are still jerking convulsively, the lower classes still want, but they get nothing. Today's Ukraine exists only thanks to IMF handouts. Its entry into the FTZ will mean the final collapse of statehood. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian information space today is filled mainly with pro-Western advocates. Russia, for its part, is not paying enough attention to explaining the benefits of the Customs Union, and this could end negatively for both of our countries. Ukraine will completely lose the miserable remnants of its economy and sovereignty, and Russia will lose geopolitically when NATO bases are located in Galicia.

Inside the country, the transition to European standards will necessarily lead to higher prices for utilities, and Russia certainly will not lower gas prices.
They will also demand the abolition of all privileges and subsidies as in Greece. And it will be such a social explosion, abruptly than the Orange Revolution. Who campaigns for the European Union certainly will not become poor, what can you say about ordinary citizens. Do they need it?

There, not everyone wants to join the European Union. Half of Ukraine is yes (the western part, half is not (eastern). We need only the eastern, and the rest, even on all four sides, it will be bad if we don’t come to humiliate ourselves before them. Then there will be a picture of Rembrant - Return of the prodigal son (brother) .. .

We bought and ate! And now we buy and eat, do not want do not sell.
According to the CU, here in the minds of Ukrainians the curtain and media propaganda of the EU helps. The same Kars from our site, he fumbles in tanks, but as soon as it comes to the integration of Ukraine in the TS-ALL Ambush laughing Here is an ordinary Ukrainian, who believes that the United States is sleeping and sees rich Ukraine, the EU also needs a rich Ukraine, and they (the west) will do everything that Ukraine has become rich. My arguments about the benefits in the TS, and not only mine, but also the articles and documents that are laid out here on the site, are like peas on a wall. For all the arguments, one argument is, And Cho? The person is completely sure that he will die when Ukraine enters the CU. And this is just one person, and there are millions of such people in Ukraine who cannot prove anything. For them, the West will give East Hood, and Russia ******. They wanted to live in Ukraine in due time, as in Storage, it did not grow together, now a new slogan is, We will live, like in Switzerland laughing
Just despite the slogans at joining the EU (which they will never join) will live, as in Romania wassat But in Europe, and the fact that with naked F ***, it’s garbage, the main thing is to show the OCCUPIERS who want to take their independence. Wow, these insidious Russians tongue

In any case, Kars understands that Soviet tank building was a force, which means it understands (or understands as an intelligent person) everything else. Ukraine is not a Polish or Lithuanian province, not in itself, it is the historical core of Russia, if you will, the historical homeland of everyone who considers himself Russian. The fact that the West handles Ukraine well is a fact; we did not fight for Ukraine at all, losing the information war. It will be difficult now to confront that part in Ukraine, which of the native Russians has turned into a GMO product, but, after all, most of these Jewish women do not remember kinship, so there are chances to unite Russia. When this takes place, and this will take place, Kiev should become the capital of the new union, the ancient capital of the new Russia must be returned, that would be fair.

Below is a comment on what Karabin did, and I can support on the topic. I perceive the death of the Soviet Union as a tragedy of the whole civilization, it will come back to everyone, but we need to live on, build, correct mistakes. The division of Russia is, no matter how bitter, the mistake of the USSR. What happened, what happened, apparently, it was necessary to lose the USSR in order to realize what they had. Not forever, Kars, the bourgeoisie rejoice, capitalism does not have a worthy future, its time is running out. I am not religious, but the Communists, denying God, were much closer to the commandments of Christ than this rotten bastard, with a cult of consumerism and spiritual emptiness. I agree that the unification of the Russian lands should begin with ourselves, with Russia itself, in which thieves still do not sit in prison, and the innocent suffer, however, together we will be stronger and faster to win.

In the second round, there’s nothing to do, it’s enough to make fair, understandable and working for the benefit of society laws, have a strong popular party and a leader who is offended by the power, for whom a good name in history is more important than personal well-being. Russia has already been ill with camps and triples, we received the necessary vaccinations from history, it remains to live in good conscience long and happily, using the best from the achievements of our civilization.

Not to reproach you, but still, by and large, the meaning of the word "member" is applied not only to the external organs of the body (arm, leg, head and genitals), but also as a separate element of a whole, one of many parts, in the totality of its constituent whole (according to Efremova). laughing

God forbid that Ukraine signs this association, it will not take five years for there to be a surviving land .... There are no Lithuanian population statistics, I found only Latvian, I think it will be the same for the whole Baltic.

Such articles and equally hot TV debates take place almost every day. What's the point?
How much do you and ours depend on the will of the people? Nothing. Why? Yes, because they are prone to herd feelings and endowed with stupidity thoughtlessly following the path cunningly indicated by the rich and powerful oligarchs.
We have such a freedom of speech, you never dreamed of. Only the sense from her. Everybody already knows that it was a good "hit", that the people have long been inside the sitting place. That the oppositionists are the same coalitionists, but moved away from the trough.
Paid protest rallies were held across Ukraine. Funny elections were held, where oppositionists from Batkivshina and Svoboda in their homeland lost to the pit with a bang. Those turned out to have more money and a modernized "fuck". This clearly proves that the people for them are just a herd of no rights, which can be driven and controlled.
Revolution? Well, this is necessary so that someone needs it and is financed.
Insurrection? There is no fuse and the powder is damp.
It remains to wait. Or gunpowder will self-ignite. Or someone else’s uncle will come.
While we can "democratically" speak to the crooks from the authorities in the "Freedom of Speech" by Savik Shuster, that he is a thief, a bandit, a liar and, in general, a "radish." And that's it ...

This 906-page document exists only in English, and no one, despite the long-playing disc on European integration, never bothered to translate it into a mov.

Doesn’t resemble anything? Correctly. They also did not bother to translate the documentation on Russia's accession to the WTO into Russian (by the way, ratification of a document in this form in parliament is a direct violation of the law). I do not understand how it is possible to integrate economically into the vehicle. at the same time opening the borders for goods of the WTO countries and accepting WTO obligations on pricing in the same energy complex. The very meaning of the TS is then eroded. This is one of the factors of Ukrainian throwing. The second, and important, Ukrainian aligarhat is afraid of redistributing property according to Russian scenarios and would rather prefer to give part to Western TNCs than to lose everything. The third factor. Neither the CU nor EurAsEC took shape politically into something integral. Too different visions of the situation in the elites of the participating countries. From Belarusian post-socialism to Kazakhstani pan-Turkism.
Ukraine does not see the center of power in the CU, nor is it obvious in the EU. So it rushes between two formlessness, gradually degrading. But you still have to decide. Only one thing is clear, if Ukraine goes west, Russian politics is worthless.

I did not delve into it, as in Ukraine, but in the Russian Federation translations of the WTO into Russian - as much as you like, there would be a desire, for example: http://www.wto.ru/en/news.asp?msg_id=28771.
Whether anyone likes it or not is the third question, but the official working languages of the WTO are English, French and Spanish, and each state (159) makes translations for understanding independently if necessary. The Germans and Chinese, for example, are not offended.
And parliament will ratify originals documents, not notarized copies.
But there is some analogy of the last 3 centuries: until 1812, learning French in RI was a good form - the Cossacks traveled around Paris. Until 1941, the study of German in the USSR was compulsory - the flag of the latter developed over the Reistag in Berlin. Now the norm is accepted - knowledge of English, whose capital is in line? I don’t know, but Canberra should not be considered - I am sure of that. wassat

That is, the Duma adopted the document not officially translated by the votes of edrosov. In addition, there is still no complete translation of the annexes to the Marrakesh Protocol.

The easiest way is to fence off with barbed wire, to reinforce border troops with bunkers

Well, why are there such extremes. Enough sound protectionism and appropriate customs policy. Only in the context of the WTO does this become extremely difficult.

In other words, the original text of the document is only English, why is that? Because English is one of the working languages of the WTO, therefore, all claims or disputes can be considered only in the "working" language, therefore, in order to avoid "mixed" interpretations of the text in case of possible disputes in various instances, such an inscription is present.
          Quote: Karabin
That is, the Duma adopted the document not officially translated by the votes of edrosov.

Different countries have a different procedure for confirming the correctness of the translation of legally significant documents. For example, in France, Belgium and others, the so-called. "Institute of Sworn Translators", which are part of the legal system of the state and are subject to various types of justice. Similar, by the way, existed in pre-revolutionary Russia. There is no such thing in the Russian Federation. But even this is not the main reason for the lack of an official translation into Russian (although it was also taken into account): the official translation can be used as an accepted interpretation of certain provisions of the document by various structures and the goals may be different, which is unacceptable in case of controversial issues under international rules. Even in commercial international treaties / agreements in two languages, the authentication language must be indicated (by agreement of the parties), the interpretation of the text in another language in the event of disputes is not made.

Poor Ukraine is being dragged into two different directions by the EU and Russia, but she wants to see what happens both from the EU and the CU, and here and here she wants to remain an observer (associate member). As of now, there are no problems with the Internet and satellite TV apart from personal contacts. In fact, the standard of living in the EU is higher than in the CU and their success story has already been written and it is yet to be written in the CU. I understand the ardor of Russians who definitely want to see Ukraine in the CU, but the best agitator is a personal example when the CU will go up with rapid economic growth and level life will begin to approach the EU then the proposal will not have to make a queue as in the EU. And about the hypothetical benefits of the CU, it’s so smooth on paper and you won’t forget about the ravines. Now the CU exists and if we can raise the economy within it, this will be the main thing argument, but if there is a failure it will be a big and fat cross for any integration within the framework of the former USSR (Ukrainians seem to peep about this in their posts).
