In this case, the name of the entrepreneur Vladimir Fitzner, who heads the St. Petersburg company NPO Bars. It was this NGO that procured components for self-guided torpedoes without a license. It is reported that a subsidiary of Oboronservis, Remvooruzhenie, was supposed to buy components, but, due to a series of oddities in trade deals, there was also an intermediary in the person of Mr. Fitzner. This gentleman, according to investigators, bought components from the Kazakh side for 9,5 million rubles, and “Remvooruzheniyu”, which for some reason could not buy components directly, sold it for 25 millions ... Not a bad broth. In addition, a new contract for a more impressive 120 million rubles has already been prepared.
So where does this Fitzner come from? It turns out that the head of the NPO Bars received protection from the ex-adviser of the ex-minister Anatoly Serdyukov, Mr. Suchkov.
