I do not get you. Ice on the strip is of course bad. But on the rise. Although yes, if the takeoff is interrupted at a good speed ....

Ice on the runway during flights, in principle, should not be. To do this, the take-off is dried by special machines. At least that was the case in the early 80s, when he served in the military. It was a former German airfield near Kaliningrad. Under the Germans, pipes were laid under the take-off for heating in the winter - the snow fell and immediately melted

Bully hi - in Soviet times, when he served in the army, in Kaliningrad, we had all the parade grounds with heating, we never cleared snow on them, and there was no ice there even close !!!

Therefore, the machine is intact, it was created for operation from unpaved strips too. This is not some kind of Fu-18. It's just that the modes are different, well, some kind of malfunction took place. They'll figure it out. As I understand it, even their operation was not stopped "until clarification"

The strip "conditionally bg" - only for takeoff (mainly DS). Band bg - operation without restrictions. It was checked by the long braking distance of the AP at a certain speed and mass.

This is the everyday life of aviation, it happens.
I would not immediately voice the reason - a malfunction of aviation equipment. No offense to the pilots, sometimes they are eccentric in earnest.
    Will sort it out.
It would be nice if they got to the ATU, the damage was minor, because military repairs may not be able to cope.

Probably the Krichevitsy airfield, my uncle served there, though on IL 76, VTA. But other types of aviation were also based there. I visited there, beautiful places, white nights in August and blueberries, a blueberry sea.

At one of the aviation forums appeared:
Savasleyka 2 hours ago, the afterburner took off sharply to the right, then the cabin rolled out to the left between the pilots and the navigator, the navigator broke down, they generally say it fell out. Everyone is alive, thank God...

Also note that someone mixed up the area.

No, not Savasleyka, their board, but the airfield where the state of emergency happened - Soltsy

Apparently they didn't know where it happened. Does not matter. The main thing is if it is confirmed that the pilots were not injured.

An amateurish question - if the rest of the information above is correct, is it possible for this to happen due to a tire puncture on one of the racks?

Yes, although it doesn’t seem to be “away” anymore, because Savasleika was given to long-distance people, and Soltsy is a commandant’s office subordinate to YES, it turns out one command

MiG-31 and YES? Although with the advent of the Dagger, anything can happen. Here's what I know for sure, that the airfields of various Air Force commands in Soviet times were used as jump airfields. As an example, Tu-16s landed in Khotilovo.

Do not leave braking at the end of the lane, but class confirmation for the fall. Pilots are the happiest people in the world - their luck sees the light, and the earth hides their mistakes. On takeoff, anything can happen ...

It has its own characteristics. I had to hear the radio exchange (takeoff) landing),
surprised about +0 and -0. It turned out that +0 is when snow falls from above, and on the strip it
melts. And -0 is the opposite, when rain falls from above and immediately freezes on the strip
