By the 40 year, mattresses are planning their economy option — a cross between a lizard and the F-35. And not the fact that he will be bad. In the meantime, the Europeans are buying the F-35, for which LoHkid is very grateful to them.
And if our Sukhoi Design Bureau had such profits as those of LoHkid, we would have already flown a prototype of the 6 generation fighter for a long time.

Well, I don’t know ... The same Lockheed and 5 are not very rumored to fly, not like the 6th.

In fact, Germany and France can seriously compete with us. This is not Shakaliya, they really do things there, albeit expensive ones. But it's easier for those who catch up, they take into account the mistakes of their competitors. Although in terms of "jamming" and "hacking" security, they can no longer catch up with us.

This is true, the main thing is that the competitor’s mistakes will not get stuck, otherwise you can get stuck with the errors ..... smile
Design will begin no earlier than 2025.

It will be incomprehensible who will catch up with anyone, and indeed the race is this or just your way and vision. And judging by the time, their way and vision of the aircraft of the 6th generation ....

Firstly, the concept of the sixth generation aircraft does not exist, it is only being developed .... Although it can be said, but only to say that the sixth generation is the unmanned fifth .... But ...
Secondly, our concept of even a 5th generation aircraft is significantly different from the American, not to mention Chinese .... Americans do not consider our SU -57 a 5th generation aircraft, we do not believe that their F-35 is up to 5th in our understanding ....
Thirdly, it is not a fact that Europeans will not come up with something of their own ... and there are quite definite reasons for such a conclusion ....
About the essence of differences and conceptual views, read in my recent comments ...
If there is interest, I can repeat them ...

So it was here on the forum that the Germans refused the F-35, so they and the French decided to muddle the 6th generation airplane themselves. Well, let's see what if they even wipe their nose off the mattresses and give out something decent. That's just what performance characteristics should be in the 6th generation fighter. Probably he should fly in hypersound and go out into space and ....

Dear Boric! The cart does not go ahead ... There are new opportunities offered to the military, the military decide how they can be used to gain an advantage and order the equipment of the industry, specifying its characteristics ... There is no need to invent anything ... Our Su-57 was created as an answer they don’t know how to use it for counteraction, because they don’t understand why they made the F-35 ... The time of 1-on-1 battles is long gone ... Only we still rave about air combat .... That's why the Su-57 and do not release ...., do not know how to use it and why it is needed, there is no concept, did not come up with GSH more ....

Well, by 40, our Su-57 + group S-70 has all the chances not only to get on the wing, but also to be already quite a run-in "Russian troika". Even with all our slowness, there is plenty of time for this. It would only be enough will to achieve a real result. Enough to calm down already at the stage of creating flight prototypes.

22 years to develop an airplane? I do not believe in the feasibility of such projects. Especially international. Someone will definitely "die" earlier. Or France, or Germany, or Europe. And the development team will change more than once. And the concept. And the economic situation in these countries.

And most importantly, this project is not economically or politically-military-unconditionally necessary. Therefore, in the event of occasional economic instability in these countries, funding for this project will be cut in the first place.

Moreover, when two women take up the matter ... Bad, in general, omen.
