Anti-corruption victory! Evgenia Vasilyeva leaves the colony for parole

519
In the Sudogodsky Court of the Vladimir Region, a decision was made to issue a sanction on the early release of Evgenia Vasilyeva, who was sentenced to a term of five years for financial fraud in the defense department. Thus, the judge granted the request of the convicted lawyers. TV channel LifeNews reports that the question of parole for Ms. Vasilyeva was openly considered, but Vasilyeva herself was not in the courtroom.

It is reported that the Sudogodsky court took into account the compensation of Vasilyeva and her father for the damage according to the existing claims, as well as the fact that Vasilyeva needed part of the term (about 2,5 years) for a decision on parole in Moscow. In addition, it is reported that representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service "positively respond to the behavior of Yevgeny Vasilyeva in the colony." The report says that it "does not violate discipline, it works and participates in concerts." Separately, it is reported that she "is always tidy herself and keeps her sleeping place in order."

At the same time, Yevgenia Vasilyeva allegedly stated (where and to whom?) That she no longer intends to commit crimes and will start working in one of the law offices of the city of Moscow.

Same tv channel LifeNews publishes information that Yevgeny Vasilyeva has been released from prison now with the “restriction of freedom” for the term of 2 of the year 2 of the month and 28 of days retained. The same information confirms RIA News with reference to a source in Sudogodsky court and the FPS.

At the time of publication of the material, there was no information about Vasilyeva’s release on the Sudogodsky court website, but judging from everything, such information will appear there soon.

The parole of Evgenia Vasilyeva can be called an impressive victory in the fight against corruption ...

This anti-corruption holiday for the country ...

I want to say that we are not aware of all the drunkenness that occurs at the top of power. It's easy to think of yourself as a strategist from the outside.[

But we don’t even consider ourselves strategists, we are all adults and we understand what is fair and what is not.
And as our “Guarantor” likes to say, double standards are obvious

Putin is digging a grave for himself. Then let him not be surprised "where is 86%" ?!

I’m not a fan of conspiracy theories, but something tells me that members of Politburo-2 are digging his grave. These members can’t get to their dachas in France, Italy, Switzerland....maybe they were also threatened with expropriation of their assets. There are enough levers of influence. They took everything out of the country and invested in the West...they are no longer ours!!!- ENEMIES OF THE MOTHERLAND.

“But the king doesn’t know!” ?. Come on. What is needed here is simply political will if there is really a desire to restore order.

what In general, it’s a good idea, he most likely knows and can’t do anything about it until he starts shooting at “friends and other relatives” - there will be no order, and it’s dangerous to imprison him - dragging out his own henchmen. Recruiting other people into the team - I suppose fear does not allow - that they will betray, “colleagues and friends” promise support, but not for free, obviously.
In short, our guarantor is tied hand and foot and is far from an independent figure; they have given him authority over foreign policy, but don’t stick your hands into the economy - otherwise, what is Medvedev doing in the government?
Or maybe the boss himself has his own percentage everywhere, but I just don’t see the point - why? where so much?

Let's assume. Then the question is. Why was it necessary to make this case so public? Well, I would have fired both of them on the sly, or even now they would work further. Why unwind this process like this and then like that, brazenly let it go "on the brakes"? Explain.

One of the scandalous opposition journalists got to the bottom of it, managed to throw out the information, and they would have sat and worked like all the other thieves divorced by Vova, and then they played the play for the fools that the people think they are. I am ashamed to live in THIS country.

The entire burden of rule after revolutionary Russia fell on the shoulders of V.I. Stalin. Overcoming years of devastation and hunger, after the civil war, homelessness, sabotage (both on a political and criminal scale), and at the same time raising the people to electrification, collectivization of agriculture and industrialization of the country, strengthening its defense capability, and at that in an unprecedented way pace to this day in world practice, as well as uniting and uniting peoples under the auspices of the USSR, thereby preserving the territorial integrity of Tsarist Russia and further increasing (in political terms, the CMEA countries) I.V. Stalin improved the well-being of the people in a short period of time in pre-war years (WWII). Why people believed in him and, so to speak, fell in love with him. Having defeated all of Europe under the leadership of fascist Germany, the Soviet people, under the leadership of I.V. Stalin, again in the shortest possible time restored the destroyed cities, towns, plants, factories and agriculture. The largest centers for nuclear physics and astronautics have been created, which our already plundered country is still using (until its complete plunder in the future). The inertia of growth in the welfare of the people, set by I.V. Stalin after his death, gradually lulled the vigilance of the people with an admixture of political mistakes of the ruling elites under the leadership of Khrushchev, to some extent Brezhnev, Andropov. The people wanted even more, even better, forgetting that there were enemies around them, both outside and inside. The party nomenklatura, led by the traitors Gorbachev and Yeltsin and their circles, took advantage of this. And...they got what they got. As the proverb says - What we have we do not keep, but when we lose it we cry. Great deeds, wars of liberation, revolutions without victims, no matter how cynical it may be, do not happen. And it is better to lose for a just cause than a creeping, quiet, almost casualty-free coup of power and order. Because after the coup, people, the nation, the country subsequently die. No enlightenment in the future for deceived people and their descendants - this is at best, and at worst it is possible death or complete destruction of a people, nation, country. That is what now looms until the constitutional system of the country and its rule change. Vasilyeva’s case is just small flowers, but they don’t tell us about the huge berries and hide them with all their might. How many billions, and maybe even trillions of dollars, went abroad after perestroika. What is not the governor or the mayor, or a major official with thefts of millions or billions. And what is happening at the top of this entire pyramid??? For this we need a pocket parliament serving this government, “independent” judges, and a huge army of internal troops. And the fact that the Authority is constantly defamed hourly, monthly, annually, throwing mud at the name, I’m not afraid to embellish it, of the Great Leader, Leader, Generalissimo V.I. Stalin, this is not surprising; he himself, as a perspicacious seer, wrote: “After my death. ..ungrateful descendants will pile a heap of rubbish on my grave, but after many years the winds of history will scatter them. PS

Don’t blame everything on Putin, he is not the Tsar-Emperor. Only a fool would not be clear that there are two powers in the country, one ours in plain sight, the other firmly seated in the main positions and bought by the global financial oligarchy. You can't take it away, it doesn't come easy. Remember how much effort Stalin needed to defeat the Trotskyists, and then the Trotskyist Khrushchev and his underdogs poisoned him. But even after the victory over Trotsky and his team, Western emissaries such as Litvinov, for example, continued to operate openly in the country. They want to frame Putin with such processes. I suggest gritting your teeth and not giving in to provocations. The struggle is on and the struggle is very difficult, I think. And from our seats we can only see what they want to show us. And while there are liberals in the country, a “free (from conscience) press,” agents of influence, economic saboteurs, etc., they will show us something else just to shake the government acting in the interests of Russia.

What you are harnessing for him, let Him Himself explain to the people what and how, the balance of power. In your opinion, it turns out that he is alone, struggling with all his might against corruption, but power is not yet on his side, everything is against him, and justice, and alligarchs and officials of all levels, and, in the end, the Duma does not work, how it is necessary. The people now understand everything, especially this applies specifically to millions of residents of the country, as they say - don’t swear off scrip and prison, and when you see such naked injustice, you must remain silent, wipe yourself off and endure? Let him explain why this happens all the time, why we can talk and fight about double standards in foreign policy, but inside the country, as if there is no such thing - they say one thing, but do it differently... There seem to be laws, but in this case, it seems, no, what to do? - the question remains unanswered... Let him explain, - the people will understand.

At the moment, there is a dense discussion of this topic on many forums, where the culprit has been identified quite accurately. You can downvote if you wish, I am not going to convince anyone or justify it. But it is obvious that public opinion is forming against the authorities. Isn’t this what is “expected” of us at this point in time? There is an information war, “open” war, sanctions war, etc., and first of all not with the people, but with our government. The people at this stage are instruments. Looking for the culprit and looking for someone who benefits from it are not at all the same thing, and as a rule gives different results.....

[What a good president we have, but our court, yes, no way...[/quote]

Well, as always, you are in our country! fool The president is to blame for all our troubles! I want to say that the president does not even have the right to interfere in the work of the supreme judges! It's clear. Naturally, the fact that Vasilyeva was released (even though she paid everything) only means that someone was very hard on her behalf! And you need to ask the judge - who is this “wonderful person”? feel And all questions first go to court! The President has no role here! Yes He cannot be responsible for every thief in our country!!! De.bil.ism it is! Yes
Let me give you an example: we are suing the victims of a burned-out club with its director (who actually didn’t even live in our country), everyone who was involved in the fire that day where people died, they were all released, some on bail, some posthumously (deputy The director turned out to be guilty, but he died there in the club). request The chief director was appointed as the last. They put him in a pre-trial detention center (still in prison with breaks for sick leave). He, too, first paid a portion to the victims, and then they taught him, he transferred all his assets to his wife and got divorced. All. Naked and hungry. good And there are still a lot of people injured, especially some very serious ones. And this director either pays or doesn’t pay, then sits, then raises all sorts of objections. BUT! They never assigned him to the zone! He's still in jail!!! Who should I ask for this? Court! Yes Why is comrade still not there?!!! request So it is in the case of Vasilyeva. The Investigative Committee just wanted to show how they know how to imprison thieves from power, but the performance did not work out. The judge let us down. I decided that I would give it a ride as always! I should have given her the full sentence... Eh... No. We bet that someone will appeal the blonde’s freedom a little later?! And in the near future. Or they’ll find something for it and roll it over again. Yes It’s not for nothing that they say that we need to change the laws, write them in such a way that it is impossible to sneak in or bypass them! And then those who do not comply with these laws! Yes

laughing Yes, there are people - you really don’t take everyone for fools, all those who are now in the government did not come from Mars, someone ran the city, and before that maybe they herded cows on a collective farm, someone from sports or artists came - here awesome specialists, one of the stupid bandits - they leaked their opponents - at the top they decided that such a thing would be useful. If you examine the ministers and their deputies to see if they are suitable for their positions, it turns out that more than half are stupid managers who do not really understand their field of work, and it would be very good if they had competent specialists under their command, and not brother matchmaker and other riffraff recruited through connections.
Look at what the government is doing instead of taking real action to develop industry and grow the country's economy - it stupidly makes money on foreign exchange transactions and draining the ruble, all the anti-sanctions without real support for its sectors of the economy are a big mess.
I’m not for a revolution and a change of power simultaneously with the collapse of everything and everyone, but these S.U.K.s live here with us, is it really impossible to somehow care for the country, think about its development and prosperity?

Alternatively, the arrest pursued a completely different goal, Vasiliev is only a “key”, and accordingly there is no point in bringing the arrest to its logical conclusion, besides, we do not know all the details of the process (the situation is like with a fur coat in the film about Zhiglov).

There is probably something tightly connecting Putin and his appointee, Serdyukov...
And, apparently, this is something so serious that Putin prefers to openly violate the Law and cover up a traitor to the Motherland.
Just like that, such miracles of judicial balancing act do not happen!
The process confirmed that all Russian citizens are divided into two categories: those who live in the law and those who live according to the Law. And these two categories are by no means equal. Probably, someone would really not like Serdyukov to loosen his tongue in court!
That is why he was not even included in the category of accused, despite the colossal damage caused to the country’s defense capability, as well as major material damage to the state. He got away with publicly insulting the Hero of Russia, wearing a “jacket” in the ranks, in front of a formation of military personnel.
