Anti-corruption victory! Evgenia Vasilyeva leaves the colony for parole

519
In the Sudogodsky Court of the Vladimir Region, a decision was made to issue a sanction on the early release of Evgenia Vasilyeva, who was sentenced to a term of five years for financial fraud in the defense department. Thus, the judge granted the request of the convicted lawyers. TV channel LifeNews reports that the question of parole for Ms. Vasilyeva was openly considered, but Vasilyeva herself was not in the courtroom.

It is reported that the Sudogodsky court took into account the compensation of Vasilyeva and her father for the damage according to the existing claims, as well as the fact that Vasilyeva needed part of the term (about 2,5 years) for a decision on parole in Moscow. In addition, it is reported that representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service "positively respond to the behavior of Yevgeny Vasilyeva in the colony." The report says that it "does not violate discipline, it works and participates in concerts." Separately, it is reported that she "is always tidy herself and keeps her sleeping place in order."

At the same time, Yevgenia Vasilyeva allegedly stated (where and to whom?) That she no longer intends to commit crimes and will start working in one of the law offices of the city of Moscow.

Same tv channel LifeNews publishes information that Yevgeny Vasilyeva has been released from prison now with the “restriction of freedom” for the term of 2 of the year 2 of the month and 28 of days retained. The same information confirms RIA News with reference to a source in Sudogodsky court and the FPS.

At the time of publication of the material, there was no information about Vasilyeva’s release on the Sudogodsky court website, but judging from everything, such information will appear there soon.

The parole of Evgenia Vasilyeva can be called an impressive victory in the fight against corruption ...

This anti-corruption holiday for the country ...

Plenipotentiary representative of the Russian government in the highest courts, Mikhail Barshchevsky: “First of all, I want to note that the decision to release Vasilyeva on parole is legal. All conditions were met: she spent the required period in prison, had good characteristics, did not violate the routine in the colony and, most importantly, paid off the damage. Which, by the way, turned out to be many times less than what was stated by the Investigative Committee. Of course, you can have different attitudes towards Vasilyeva herself, or nod at the bad law if someone considers it such. But in this case, it was the law that was observed, and the myth about the largest embezzler of budget funds collapsed.”
But this is the government’s opinion.

According to Serdyukov’s explanation, Vasilyeva was let down by a bad foreman at SMU Oboronservis, who was unable to understand the drawings and, instead of a residential building for military personnel, built a two-story dacha on the river bank.

Why so modest? Where is the apology and the offer to take the post of Deputy Minister of Defense, together with the former chief? And in general, how does our Code of Criminal Procedure fit into the scheme when a dad “pays off” debts for his daughter? Did they work for the common family pot? Then why was she “sitting” alone without her dad?! And if he is not in business, where then is the money that Vasilyeva purely embezzled, because the amounts were many times greater than the judge determined?

And why are our fellow citizens yelling? It was written that this would happen already on the day of Serdyukov’s resignation. Which made me happy. There was only one gentleman, one of those who “recognized Soviet power later than Greece, but earlier than England,” who once again sympathized with the leader that he was “framed.” The rest, who shouted that “the leader has come to his senses” and “Serdyukov and the oligarchs will get what they deserve” have clearly seen the light.

The authorities are discrediting themselves in everything, losing their rating in the eyes of the people. If you love Vasilyeva, then sit in her place, someone must ultimately be responsible for billions of people’s money. They are not superfluous to us at all. It is not to tighten the law, but to punish those who are actually guilty. And what happens is that billions were stolen, but they accused only 200 million. So they also compensated from the stolen goods. And the comrades from the state company also bought the famous apartment. In short, this fucking government needs to be fucked. And where is GDP looking and why is it taking so long?

It’s not for nothing that popular rumor says that from love to hate there is one step! I'm afraid, but it looks like our president will take this step. I don't understand what this is. Fear of one’s surroundings or “the retinue makes the king.”
BUT what is curious is that maybe Putin has nothing to do with this liberation. They paid the bosses from the Federal Penitentiary Service, and then the judges. That's all!
Essentially everything is legal. And they did a lot of damage to Putin’s reputation and got their thief out of prison!

Do you want everyone in the colony where she was imprisoned, from the last guard to the head of the colony, to be mired in corruption? No one has ever refused such money. In short, now take this topic and start stealing everyone , seriously, I appeal to all ministers: steal with confidence! steal and make videos like Vasilyeva, they will still release you later. Hang out in the shops. And when they sort of imprison you, but decide to check whether you are in prison or not, instead of resonance, you will receive release.

Deputies; well done; They protected themselves well by canceling the CONFISCATION, the beauty walked under house arrest, and was released with a clear conscience. It looks like dad returned the money stolen by his daughter, in place of slurping gruel together with his daughter for these same 5 years. They just laughed at the people again. They cheated when the USSR was collapsing, they built a fair capitalist system for those in power, that’s why we are called the Crowd and not the People.

In March, the 2003 Russian President V.V. Putin submitted draft amendments to the State Duma to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At the same time, it was stated that they “are aimed at liberalizing criminal legislation” and “concern the mitigation of punishments for minor crimes.”

Indeed, most of the amendments liberalize the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. But some amendments raise serious questions. First of all, this relates to the proposal to exclude from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation all provisions relating to punishment in the form of confiscation of property.

But I’m thinking, why is it so active in the news, everything about Ukraine and about America, and even more so the fall of markets, just all the news about them. Now everything is obvious, the fact of diverting attention from the fact that our country is in complete, excuse me, ass. Vova’s rating, I assure you, has now become exactly the same as it was before the annexation of Crimea and sanctions. IMHO

Expected ending. Just “causing damage to the country’s defense capability.” All in all, “theft of 650 million.” She spent two and a half years living in luxury apartments - they counted one to one. And yes! Even Order of Honor not deprived, but considered mitigating circumstance! Damn...! She even surpassed Khodorkovsky-Berezovsky-Gusinsky and others like them. At least they served a good amount of time or were forced to leave Russia!
And the Sudogodsky District Court of the Vladimir Region decided everything by chance. After all, he only read what previous courts, prosecutors, and investigators cooked up. Everything is clean here.
I would like to hope that for GDP this is one of the last deals with the liberal swamp, and there will be no further slack.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation's attempt to conduct a parliamentary investigation into former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov failed again - the proposal could not get the required number of votes.
    http://www.gazeta.ru/politics/2015/05/13_a_6685801.shtml
Former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov returned to business and became the owner of two luxury apartments in a building on Molochny Lane, where his protégé Evgenia Vasilyeva lived while awaiting trial for multimillion-dollar embezzlement. Previously, the apartment belonged to his sister Galina Puzikova. Gazeta.Ru investigated the new business of the former minister and his relatives.

I don’t understand one thing - why do they need this!??? I admit that there is a powerful system of liberal traitors operating in the country to discredit the authorities, create discontent and anti-patriotism in our country!!!
What happened with Vasilyeva is a clear example of the mockery of common sense at Themis, where the law is like “the drawbar goes wherever they want,” and judging by the responses, this clownery is perceived by sensible people, ordinary citizens, and patriots of Russia very negatively.
The principle of equality of all before the Law becomes a declaration of intentions, the main thing is that there is money, and if it is also huge, then you can get out of all the crimes committed, they will find all the reasons to resolve the situation!?? Let us remember Shavenkova, the murderer who was taken away from retribution, etc.
Now here’s Vasilyeva, who’s next!??? It’s a shame, it’s unpleasant and it hurts for the future of Russia!!!

Deputies proposed introducing life imprisonment for budget embezzlement.
...the authors of the bill, LDPR deputies Anton Ishchenko, Sergei Karginov and Ivan Sukharev, propose to introduce new crimes into the legislation - theft of budgetary funds and extra-budgetary funds - and punish for this, depending on the severity of the crime, from ten years to life conclusions.
...the government and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation are against the initiative of the deputies, since the document, as indicated in the reviews of the bill, contradicts the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Let's calmly figure out what happened, without emotions. Sometimes it helps. Firstly, the system worked like a Swiss chronograph. Overall, this is a +. Today I saw quick justice, quick work by the Federal Penitentiary Service, massive media coverage. I should be happy, but everyone felt that something was wrong. It’s not that today was preceded by a seemingly strange systemic phenomenon, let’s look at what it is. The court imposes the most lenient punishment for a major corruption crime, the executive branch of government, the Federal Penitentiary Service, also paternally gently implements the court’s decision, legislators in general also do not react. As soon as a draft law on confiscation appears, it is not a fact that it will be adopted. The prosecutor’s office admires the criminal genius of the defendant. The President is the guarantor, the law and the constitution have not been violated. The media is covering it. The work is in full swing. Everything is in flour, in the end... in the hand. So what was that? The system showed that it had achieved harmony among all branches of government or cynically demonstrated the caste structure of society with which we need to come to terms. I think it's both. I remember how harmoniously they sawed up the country in the 90s and all according to the law they wrote for themselves. Now we can talk for a long time about where and what needs to be edited, but I won’t do that, this should be done by specially trained people. I just want to draw your attention to how the patriotism that has overwhelmed the people, unity in the face of external threats, is being used against them within the country. Today, with the help of such court cases, the authorities are trying to find the line of permissibility. Moreover, if the line is not marked, this is already permissiveness. The permissiveness of some is the lack of rights of others.
I have always supported Putin, not idealized, but supported. I recognize the right to make mistakes, and as president, of course, he made them, but today’s situation with corruption, from laws to judicial decisions, is not a mistake, it is a clearly built system or simply an unwillingness to fight it. I am not a rogue, the authorities crossed my line and crossed it precisely with their brilliant, well-coordinated work to free an innocent, brilliant, beautiful woman from the dungeons. Personally, I decided that I would not go to elections again, and I don’t consider it necessary to go to any elections. But I believe that if the president cannot give impetus to the State Duma to adopt real laws to combat corruption, laws that will make corruption unprofitable for officials, then he should no longer go to the polls, but should nominate a successor who will be ready to do this. For fast-thinking jingoists, I’ll explain that there is no point in investing money in rearmament of the army, raising eyebrows at the USA and Europe, when there is a corrupt government behind you, see History of the USSR.
ps If today in all the comments, tweets, posts on social networks on the topic of Vasilyeva’s release, everyone questioned the legitimacy of the government that is fighting corruption so much, I am sure that by the deadline in a month the country would have fundamentally different anti-corruption laws. And so is cotton wool.
