And a little more information about it - the Platon system provides for the collection, storage, processing and transmission of automatic data on the movement of the vehicle, which has an allowed maximum weight in excess of 12 tons. What really happens after the introduction of this system? The profit of truckers, which they put in their pockets, will be slightly reduced, and the proceeds will go to repair roads that the same truck drivers have broken. The possibility of so-called shabashek will also disappear. Any customer can find out online where his cargo is and what the delivery driver is doing. Suddenly he decides to dodge the route in order to podshabashiv transportation of some "left" cargo. This second part scares so many truckers, because the money they receive with this makes up a serious share of their earnings.

And what do the Truckers and the Western grant eaters who actively support them say to us? Because of the introduction of the Plato system, the products in our stores will rise in price. Unlikely. Moreover, all this happened against the backdrop of an explosively increasing passenger car fleet in Russia. Have you noticed that rutting in most cases occurs in the leftmost lane?

Regarding overload, weight control points are located on all the main transport arteries of the country, and the reason for their unsatisfactory work should certainly not be looked for in the pockets of ordinary hard workers.

Most of the "overload" is on regional roads.

The volume of consumption of transport services is significant, mainly contractors in this segment are companies with the number of transport units from 2 to 10. Based on personal experience, this company never pays anything. All the proceeds are through one-day companies, the drivers' salaries are worthless. Naturally, this is no exception and is found everywhere in any small business, but there are still specifics here - no fixed assets are needed, the trucks themselves are on fake physics, the repair base is also on the side for cash payment. As for overload - 3 years ago everyone drove with overload and no fines or checkpoints stopped them, but for the last 3 years it has been turned off, only within the limits of the permitted load, they verbally complain about the changed and increased control. Regarding the destruction of roads, our company rented part of the territory of the building materials base of a third-party construction company. After the conclusion of the contract and the formation of a flow of cement trucks and dump trucks with crushed stone through the territory of the construction base, we repair the passage 3 times a year; before that, no one touched it for 10 years, although far from cars drive through the territory of the construction base.
As for the cost - I know the cost of one flight, PLATO's tariff is the same, the growth of the transport service itself will be less than 1%, the increase in the cost of my products is about 0,2%.
CONCLUSION: The state has created a clear payment collection system based on natural and technically controlled indicators. The brethren, accustomed to relying on all obligations and lying in declarations, became thoughtful and rebelled.

Then calculate the value of the specific pressure on the road surface (kg/cm2) from the wheels of a passenger car (car weight / contact area with the road surface is usually 4 wheels) and a heavy vehicle (up to 40 tons of total weight , in most cases from 12 to 22 wheels of a large area), and you just oh.....those - it turns out to be higher for most cars than for trucks. Further, all federal roads are built for an axle load of 10 t/s per single axle. A car with an actual gross weight of 34-38 tons (14-17 tons of containers + 20-21 tons of cargo) in the vast majority of cases fits these parameters. Why the road can’t stand it is necessary to ask the road workers (how much money the big bosses put in their pockets. In the last case alone, if my memory serves me correctly, in the Voronezh region about 130 million rubles according to the most conservative estimates). But unscrupulous carriers who allow overloading must be dealt with radically, even to the point of confiscation of transport!!!!......
