In the West, launched a campaign to demonize the Soviet soldier - the winner

The 68th anniversary of the Great Victory is approaching - a victory won at the cost of millions of lives and millions of crippled destinies of the Soviet people. Dozens of cities of the USSR were turned into ruins, hundreds of villages and villages - into ashes. From the people in the concentration camps, they "extracted" biomaterial for the "great race". Some were gassed and turned to dust, others were driven into slavery, and others died of hunger. The grief of the people who survived the hell of that great war is truly irreparable. And there is no gratitude commensurate with the feat of the Soviet people that could be given to the winners - the people who stopped the bloodthirsty machine of fascism and Nazism.



But the reverent attitude to the Great Victory on the part of the overwhelming majority of Russians (and all residents of the former Soviet Union and not only the Union) has recently caused a strange reaction from our Western "partners." For several years, a unique propaganda machine has been working in the West, the fruit of which is the creation of the “united” Europe’s opinion of the barbarity of Soviet military personnel in Germany in the last months of the war - barbarism that contradicts all conceivable norms of European civilization.

It is noteworthy that a number of media outlets decided to pick up this topic, “exposing the truth” about the war, which, as it turned out, was quickly put together by specialists in filling information bombs in the same West. These bombs were blown up both in Europe and in Russia with one sole purpose: to diminish the role of both the Victory of the Soviet people over Nazi Germany and its allies, and the role of the Soviet soldier in the liberation of European peoples. Like, how is it? How will the modern average mega-tolerant and megaliberal European react if they continue to tell him that by the very fact of his quite comfortable existence he may be obliged to the state, which in due time saved his ancestors and his country from the fascist contagion. After all, he does not understand how a country could, in which “human rights were violated” and “there were problems with the observance of the rights of sexual minorities,” to release someone from something. The modern, carefully detached European thinking cannot connect the concept of "Soviet Union" (and therefore Russia) with the concept of "freedom" ... And what if someone does try to make such a connection? ..

Not! So it will not work - obviously, the modern propagandists in the same Germany decided, and began gradually to unleash an information war, in which it turned out that the Soviet soldier was a barbarian who trampled on the freedom and independence of the German people, and in between fights of women and an automaton butt that killed German children ... Against this background, the already familiar bagpipes about non-observance of human rights, war crimes and even the genocide of the German people, which feeds on European (and Russian iy, too) a hot sauce table out of the need to find those who must answer for the “crimes” of Soviet soldiers in Germany of the 1945 model of the year.

At the same time, informational “confirmations” of their theory of impassable drowsiness and endless barbarism of the Soviet military (as another provocation against Russia), neopropagandists draw from their teachers during the Second World War. In the course are even the sayings of the famous "humanity" and a large "morality" of Joseph Goebbels, which are served as evidence that the Soviet soldier is a brutal killer, rapist, and certainly a bloodthirsty monster.

Imagine excerpts from this kind of materials that are being actively discussed in the European media today. At the same time, some notorious Russian media, which are distinguished by a strange desire in all Western endeavors to see an indispensable blessing for themselves, also do not disdain to discussing the theme that the Great Victory is nothing to the Great, and so ... - only historical an episode which, in addition, is stained with the blood of the German people "enslaved" by the Soviet Army ...

Obviously, the author of these sayings himself feels a sense of admiration for the work done: they say, the informational reason that the German people entering the territory of Europe Soviet soldiers hated with all their hearts was found, which means that the belief in the "atrocities of the steppe scum" more and more infuses the Germans .

After Goebbel’s material reached the masses, a terrible panic seized the German people. The words that Soviet soldiers raped and murdered women, regardless of their age and attitude towards the Nazi authorities, led to an unprecedented increase in the number of suicides in the history of Germany among the female population. However, this did not bother those who stood at the helm of the Nazi propaganda machine. The suicidal deaths of the Germans were turned into the fact that they allegedly lay hands on themselves after the atrocities that the Russian soldiers were arranging with them.

In this regard, it would be useful to cite the words of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Education and Propaganda of the Third Reich Werner Naumann.



Next, Nauman adds:


It is noteworthy that in the Western media the words that Werner Nauman wrote in his diary, who was one of the main approximate figures of the same Joseph Goebbels, are not given. Like, why debunk the myth of the "steppe scum", which is beginning to acquire quite conscious features in Western society.

As they say, Europeans conduct informational brainwashing successfully, which means that all the information that, one way or another, is connected with dispelling myths about the bloodthirstiness of Russian soldiers in Germany should be properly pushed into the margins of media that no one will ever know about. But the neopropagandists who decided to turn the victory of the Soviet people into a bloodthirsty historical farce need to say: everything secret becomes clear (for example, the words of the same Nauman) ...

In order not to operate exclusively with Goebbels quotes, the propagandists of the new wave decided to attract other "historical works" and "evidence" for informational duping of their fellow citizens. In particular, the same German media began to actively use the works of some Russian writers, who (the works) allegedly directly confirm that the Russian soldier in Germany is a barbarian and murderer. One of these authors was elected Alexander Solzhenitsyn. Here are some excerpts from his well-known poem The Prussian Nights, written in 1950.

With boom, whistle, glitter headlights -
Klein Kozlau, Gross Kozlau -
That village is a fire!

Needless to say, this work of Solzhenitsyn in the West was taken away for quotations, on the basis of which entire discussion studios were organized: they say, and should Germany repent before the Soviet Union for initiating war, if the Russians won?

According to the latest data, the work “Prussian Nights” was included in the curriculum of German schoolchildren in the study of works of foreign literature. Well, the choice clearly indicates that the work of neopropagandists in the same Germany is bearing fruit and, obviously, it causes another informational blow to Russia, as well as to bilateral relations. Well, it is not beneficial for certain forces to ensure that relations between Germany and Russia remain established in the spirit of partnership.

Proceeding from this, it is not at all strange that when studying the poem of Mr. Solzhenitsyn, the same German senior schoolchildren do not acquaint themselves with the works of German authors, who describe their experience of meeting with Soviet servicemen in a completely different way. A group of German authors in their historical essay uses the words of sanitary instructor Sofia Kuntsevich:


Such Soviet people are obviously not to mention about literature classes. What for? This will also violate the fabric of the transformation of the Great Victory of the Soviet people into the "brutal breakthrough of the barbarians-Asians."

But it is noteworthy that the same Alexander Isaevich Solzhenitsyn for some reason did not mention in his work how Soviet soldiers gave the last piece of bread to German children, trying not to disturb the past with thoughts that somewhere near Tula or Chernigov, Polotsk or Leningrad they the children ate the bark and boiled the quinoa soup so as not to starve to death.

Not mentioned and evidence of the conversation of Marshal Zhukov with the head of the rear front. Here is an excerpt from the conversation of the marshal with the general responsible for the food supply of the inhabitants of Berlin:

"For children, milk must be sought ...
The general looked at the marshal and, after a brief pause, said:
- I, comrade Marshal, write from home that they are starving ...
- They also write to me that in the Soviet Union it is tight ... But this does not change things. The directive is very clear: to allocate so much food for the German population of Berlin.
- We will feed the Nazis?
“We will feed the Germans — old men, old women, children, workers ...”

Obviously, the testimonies of ordinary Berliners, who in their own words dispel the myth of the endless barbaric deeds of the Russian soldier in Germany in 1945, are not mentioned either. Says Elizabeth Steim:





Naturally, such words of German witnesses today by neopropagandists are skillfully withdrawn, so to speak, from European circulation. After all, to publish such words means to acknowledge the moral character of those who today, from their point of view, should be subjected to the most severe obstruction. Yes, the fabricated sensation from the passages of Goebbels' works, seasoned with the works of the same Alexander Solzhenitsyn, looks much more preferable for modern Europe than the designation of the real prerequisites of the actions of the Soviet soldiers, who are jewelerly delineated from the general context of the tragedy. Why frighten the younger generation of Europeans with data about the atrocities that the German soldiers and their allies repaired in the Soviet Union, if you can, keeping silent about this, put exclusively Soviet soldiers to the main villains of that war - this is the main thesis of the new anti-Russian propaganda.

In this regard, the question arises: isn't it time to focus on attempts at another distortion of historical facts that is hitting Russia's image? If we take into account that in 2012-13, the Russian Federation and Germany are conducting cross-year cultural years, it would not be superfluous to carry out a series of events during this cultural campaign that would expose attempts by certain individuals to demonize the essence of the Great Victory.
