In particular, to create a system of isolation, filtration, detection and treatment of patients. Quickly organize our own production of all necessary medicines, medical equipment, protective equipment, etc. If necessary, create new industries from scratch. Mobilize the health system, take emergency measures to restore it. Connect a system of military medicine, etc.

What do we see in reality? At first they blinked their eyes while they fought the virus in China. Then they connected to the panic that began in the West (in Europe and the USA). The supreme authority has relieved itself of responsibility. An absurd “self-isolation” has been introduced. As a result, the country began to experience economic and transport collapse amid defeat in the gas and oil war.

It turned out that Putin’s RF is not able to filter and isolate several hundred (thousand) patients. The primary health care system in the country during the period of “raising Russia from its knees” was destroyed (“optimized”). If in the days of the USSR in the RSFSR-Russia there were 12 thousand hospitals and polyclinics, now now more than half! If before there were 5 thousand district hospitals, now it is less than 500! Medical staff "optimized"! The country lacks about 200 thousand people in the healthcare system! In Russia there is no full-fledged production of medicines, raw materials and equipment. Even the simplest masks are bought abroad.

We see how the authorities are engaged in self-destruction, finishing off the remnants of production and the country's connectivity. The authorities promise measures to protect ordinary people, workers, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. But in fact? The central bank allows all banks to take loans from debtors. No easing of monetary policy, lowering the key rate. No credit breaks. No freezing on utility bills. No emergency mode, that is, wages must be paid to employees by employers, but the enterprises were closed. The threat of crop failure has been created. Given the weather anomalies, very low rainfall in the winter of 2019–2020. there is a threat of drought and crop failure. Governors are trying, block roads, disrupt communication between settlements, and introduce a quarantine regime. Ahead of all are Moscow, Petersburg, Chechnya and Tatarstan. A picture is emerging of the growing influence of regional authorities, the “barons," and from there it is not far from regional and national separatism.

External and internal isolation leads to the destruction of the economy, private enterprise, management and society. It leads to the appearance of a large number of unemployed, the poor quickly turn into beggars. The people are rapidly growing hatred of the "new bourgeois." Crime is growing. Social protest is ripening. The Kremlin, evading responsibility, delegating authority to the regions, is digging a hole all over the country with its own hands. The state-administrative disruption, disintegration begins. Moscow and Tatarstan demonstrate elements of a "digital concentration camp", embitter the people. Other places show local management decisions. So, in the Arkhangelsk region to local residents allowed drive to summer cottages and chop wood during self-isolation. And can you breathe without a piece of paper?

What to do next

Now the Kremlin, copying the actions of the West, itself drives the country and people into a catastrophe. Troubles. An exit in autocratic, independent politics from the West, world financial institutions and financial capital. The nationalization of the financial system, the nationalization of land, subsoil, waters, forests and strategic enterprises are necessary. And for this, we need ideology, high goals and a program for the long-term development of the country and society. The creation of such state institutions that will serve not the interests of world capital and the oligarchy, but will be engaged in the development of the state and the increase in the well-being of the people. The current global crisis of crisis, which will inevitably lead to a number of new brutal local and regional conflicts and wars, is a “window of opportunity” for rebuilding Great Russia from scratch with a tremendous backlog in the form of the Russian superethnos, Russian language, culture and stories, the enormous wealth of the Russian land (land, forests, water and bowels) and previous experience in building great powers.
