Is the country falling into turmoil?

671

The crisis requires centralization. The more severe the crisis (for example, the Civil War or the Great Patriotic War), the stronger the role of the central government in its liquidation. In a normal environment, democracy can be allowed. In the Russian Federation, now everything is happening the other way around. The central government is “self-isolating”, the government “criticizes” instead of clear, purposeful and efficient work, local regional “barons” begin to weird, etc. As a result, the country falls into turmoil.

Disintegration

During a crisis, danger, war, the central government mobilizes the whole people, the country, all having the resources to combat the threat. “Everything for the front! All for victory! ” That is, if there is a real threat of an epidemic, which, in essence, is equivalent to a big war, then the Russian government should have forgotten about constitutional reform, “zeroing” at the beginning of the year and taken the necessary measures. In particular, to create a system of isolation, filtration, detection and treatment of patients. Quickly organize our own production of all necessary medicines, medical equipment, protective equipment, etc. If necessary, create new industries from scratch. Mobilize the health system, take emergency measures to restore it. Connect a system of military medicine, etc.

Also, in the conditions of the collapse of the world economy and the existence model of an “energy power”, it is necessary to solve the problem of providing the population with basic necessities, food. That is, it is necessary to restore our own production as soon as possible, to switch to the autarky model.

What do we see in reality? At first they blinked their eyes while they fought the virus in China. Then they connected to the panic that began in the West (in Europe and the USA). The supreme authority has relieved itself of responsibility. An absurd “self-isolation” has been introduced. As a result, the country began to experience economic and transport collapse amid defeat in the gas and oil war.

It turned out that Putin’s RF is not able to filter and isolate several hundred (thousand) patients. The primary health care system in the country during the period of “raising Russia from its knees” was destroyed (“optimized”). If in the days of the USSR in the RSFSR-Russia there were 12 thousand hospitals and polyclinics, now now more than half! If before there were 5 thousand district hospitals, now it is less than 500! Medical staff "optimized"! The country lacks about 200 thousand people in the healthcare system! In Russia there is no full-fledged production of medicines, raw materials and equipment. Even the simplest masks are bought abroad.

We see how the authorities are engaged in self-destruction, finishing off the remnants of production and the country's connectivity. The authorities promise measures to protect ordinary people, workers, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. But in fact? The central bank allows all banks to take loans from debtors. No easing of monetary policy, lowering the key rate. No credit breaks. No freezing on utility bills. No emergency mode, that is, wages must be paid to employees by employers, but the enterprises were closed. The threat of crop failure has been created. Given the weather anomalies, very low rainfall in the winter of 2019–2020. there is a threat of drought and crop failure. Governors are trying, block roads, disrupt communication between settlements, and introduce a quarantine regime. Ahead of all are Moscow, Petersburg, Chechnya and Tatarstan. A picture is emerging of the growing influence of regional authorities, the “barons," and from there it is not far from regional and national separatism.

External and internal isolation leads to the destruction of the economy, private enterprise, management and society. It leads to the appearance of a large number of unemployed, the poor quickly turn into beggars. The people are rapidly growing hatred of the "new bourgeois." Crime is growing. Social protest is ripening. The Kremlin, evading responsibility, delegating authority to the regions, is digging a hole all over the country with its own hands. The state-administrative disruption, disintegration begins. Moscow and Tatarstan demonstrate elements of a "digital concentration camp", embitter the people. Other places show local management decisions. So, in the Arkhangelsk region to local residents allowed drive to summer cottages and chop wood during self-isolation. And can you breathe without a piece of paper?

What to do next

Now the Kremlin, copying the actions of the West, itself drives the country and people into a catastrophe. Troubles. An exit in autocratic, independent politics from the West, world financial institutions and financial capital. The nationalization of the financial system, the nationalization of land, subsoil, waters, forests and strategic enterprises are necessary. And for this, we need ideology, high goals and a program for the long-term development of the country and society. The creation of such state institutions that will serve not the interests of world capital and the oligarchy, but will be engaged in the development of the state and the increase in the well-being of the people. New industrialization, development of own industrial production and agriculture. State planning. The combination of the public sector and private enterprise.

The current global crisis of crisis, which will inevitably lead to a number of new brutal local and regional conflicts and wars, is a “window of opportunity” for rebuilding Great Russia from scratch with a tremendous backlog in the form of the Russian superethnos, Russian language, culture and stories, the enormous wealth of the Russian land (land, forests, water and bowels) and previous experience in building great powers.

And still lock yourself at home for life .. then no one will crush anyone with a car ..
And then as many as 50 people per day die .. Compare with a "virus" .. where 50 people in just 2 months ..

PS .. the car, by the way, can stray with the same probability every day .. and half of the virus has been ill, and even they themselves don’t know about it .. but they continue to shake ..))

    In principle, I agree... Still
The mortality rate is comparable from road accidents from a virus of unknown nature and from cardiovascular complications if we take an average year. But the problem is that we control road accidents and others. And we don’t control this yet...

The collapse of power can lead to turmoil. Now there is only panic in the Kremlin. Gas pipelines and oil sales were ruined, they succumbed to panic over the virus and brought down the entire economy. While everyone is confused, the enemies are raising their heads: the Ukrainian Armed Forces will try to finish off Donbass, the Turks will try to finish off Assad... etc... But the point of no return is still far away. We need to gather our will into a fist and put everyone in their place... so that it won’t happen for a long time. The Saudis side with the Houthis, the Turks = the Kurds and drive them out of Syria, we will steal the operation to force peace.

Neither one nor the other was done. As a result, Russia shows rosy statistics on coronavirus along with other countries where testing is also disgusting. And even medical personnel lack basic masks and respirators. Against this background, they are promoting Russia’s strange assistance to other countries. In the current situation, the actions of the authorities can hardly be called adequate.
Everything here is more or less adequate, but no one in the world would have enough money to provide for everyone. Don’t fantasize utopias here, another whiner. Doesn't fall off. The budget is usually set on the basis of low oil prices. If the price is higher, and it is usually higher, all excess income goes into the reserve fund. The budget for 2020 was based on an oil price of $42,50. At the moment, the price of oil is $33,00 and continues to rise. The main thing is that it rises to $42,50, then everything will be OK, but for now we will use the reserves that have accumulated over previous years. I think it will grow, at least the trend is upward.

As for the coronavirus, it seems like God has mercy on Russia so far; it’s not nearly as bad as in Europe. The main thing is to take precautions yourself! Be healthy!

The author is an incorrigible romantic, and besides, his calls smack quite strongly of separatism. Dear man, everything is going according to plan. The country's soft reset is entering its penultimate phase. It's foolish to expect changes for the better. Not a single billionaire-bureaucratic scum will give up what they stole voluntarily. Remember Marx with his 300% profit. All more or less systemic (real) opposition has been COMPLETELY eliminated by the regime! Alas, a person, even a depressed one, but thinking, among other things, about the fate of his Motherland in his decisions and actions, is cut off from real levers of influence on the process. New revolutionaries will not mature on the sidelines of the army and the KGB. A destructive systemic shift has been made in the consciousness of society. There is no one to raise the country and turn it onto the social path of development. The decay has gone too far. I want to howl. And howl to myself. From a feeling of helplessness.

Yes, the Kremlin is not doing well:
    - during a pandemic, set days off, but pay from your own pocket, despite the fact that there is nowhere to get money from a small business for this;
    - banning the import of cheaper gasoline is also all for the people, again we have to save the business of Alikperov, Sechin, etc. from our own pockets;
    - leaves control of the situation in the regions to the governors, and Mr. Peskov is generally charming in his comments - nothing concrete, only verbiage, level 80 diplomacy - about the ban on foreign traffic by regions. governors do what they can in this situation based on their experience and knowledge, criticism of these actions comes from the government - Peskov does not see any contradictions;
    - super business - travel agencies. Pegasus, Annex - until recently they brought tourists on vacation, although in these countries there were already cases of infection at that time (March 22, 2020). Just not to return money to tourists. Why then do all these agencies provide liability insurance for travel agencies, if people cannot return their money, even without using the services of a travel agency (they paid for the tour, but did not receive the service)? Are people now offered some kind of deposit from the travel agency? There is a 99% chance that this travel agency will not survive the forced weekend and the pandemic. Even if you agree to a deposit, there are no legal documents confirming this, everything is only in words.
In total, what we have now shows our state system very well. Did my grandfathers know, one defended his homeland in the trenches at Stalingrad, the other defended Moscow - that our Motherland, what they defended, would not be equal for all citizens of our country, but only for a select few?

What to do, and then how to live and God forbid how to survive, this is something that for other countries and peoples is a critical situation, for us, alas, it is everyday life.

The article is good and understandable. But the Kremlin inmates are unlikely to listen to her. They don’t care, they are actively exporting gold.

"The country is falling into turmoil." Is a good chant for the establishment of a dictatorship or collapse. Choose who likes what and who doesn't like what.
I personally don't like the mess.

That's how many times such people who like to wave a saber were told that Putin inherited the administrative corps, which they began to cultivate under Khrushchev-Brezhnev. Moreover, the author himself wrote quite a lot of articles about those times. And what? With the arrival of Putin, should the entire management corps suddenly change, as if by magic? Or how? By the way, such a “temporary” relaxation of dates for the regions gives Putin an opportunity to deal with many crooks in the government, because there is an opportunity to destroy previously developed vicious connections and form new ones, through other people.

"What do we see in reality? At first we blinked while we were fighting the virus in China. Then we joined the panic that began in the West (Europe and the USA). The supreme power abdicated responsibility. A ridiculous “self-isolation” was introduced. As a result, we got the beginning of the economic and transport collapse of the country against the backdrop of defeat in the gas and oil war."

    Let me comment on this:
On March 5, 2020, a decision was made to build. On March 12, development of the construction site began, and on the 19th, work on the buildings began. On March 21, builders began building a dormitory for staff. It is being built by 11 thousand people and more than 900 pieces of equipment. 70 km of utility networks are being laid, including 15 km of gas mains.

Do you know how many ventilators alone there will be? 770 devices. And this is not a prefabricated structure, as in China, this is a full-fledged hospital with all communications, which will operate for 20-30 years.
Oh my goodness, this is all not true! This does not correspond to the picture painted by the author of the article! You are all lying!!!!!

    - Provide testing, which means real, not fig, statistics. Know who to treat.

Testing has already begun in Moscow .. BUT the test costs 1200 r .. Any whim for your money ..

It’s completely absurd to test for money... in decaying capitalist Germany, the test is carried out free of charge to anyone if there is evidence, namely; Only two conditions must be met: either the presence of a high temperature or difficulty breathing. or both. The attending physician will issue the appropriate referral.
those. Any hypochondriacs who have thought of coronavirus will not be tested. and the point is not the lack of tests, there are many of them, but the fact that the laboratories are overloaded. And what they are doing in Russia is, again, absurd. This is class medicine for the rich

I join the donut hole to them all, and not the collapse of Russia. The example of the Union showed this clearly.

But there are forces stubbornly trying to repeat the success tandem ghouls (Gorbachev-Yeltsin).

First, there are rumors about increasing prices for food (pasta, fish, canned food, cereals).
And prices have really gone up!
Not for premium food, all sorts of sturgeon balyks, but for folk food, even legendary ones macaroni (with which officials offered to feed the people).
Then the antimonopoly agency recommends increasing gas prices for domestic consumers.
And this is happening at a time of sharp drop in hydrocarbon prices.
And before that, restrictions on gasoline imports, yes, we import gasoline!
It is not profitable for oligarchs to process oil in Russia.

Then we observe the reaction of the authorities.
The odious party, which had been bullied to smithereens, the organizer of the pension genocide, began to clean up its tails.

Volodin “discovered America”, publicly and boldly stated that retail (X5 Retail Group, and others) purchase products for their monopoly networks, products at a price several times lower than the selling price of the counter!

Volodin: “I was given information from retail chains... the desired purchase price for cucumbers, they purchase at 27,3 ruble per KG, and are sold at 149,9 ruble per kg, the same situation for other products."

Out of modesty, or excessive devotion to the oligarchy, the authorities, having said “A”, do not say “B”.
We know very well whose networks these are; it is their owners who, at every opportunity, turn to the government with tears: “Everything is lost” for financial help, and they receive it!

What planet do they live on? They milk the common people, and fatten the financial and food magnates and protect the apple of their eye.
Effective managers are so accustomed to manipulating the people through the Solovyovs and Kiselyovs that they have created for themselves the fatal illusion of “people's love” and “unambiguous approval of decisions.”
Mass layoffs, monstrous increases in prices for basic products.

One gets the impression that all the president’s decisions are smashed against the concrete wall of the bureaucratic fraternity, who defend the interests of the oligopolies to the death.

For those who have lost their jobs:
    The employment service website crashed:

Author, what are you really suggesting? Because the main enterprises are working. You are certainly right to worry about people. But essentially, speculators are not working now. Although those who sell products in three roads are working. I wish I could stop them. And then they get rich. other things and at your expense.
