Gentlemen! But now the shoulder straps on the *Yudashkin-Stoolkin* uniform will move from the stomach even lower - and this will be the essence of further *reforms*, which have already almost destroyed the Army!

The new Minister of Education, Dmitry Livanov, believes that the country needs to reduce not the number of universities, but the number of students studying at state expense.
The day before his appointment, the ex-rector of MISiS gave an interview to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, which is published today. According to Livanov, the number of state-funded students can be halved while funding for the remaining places is increased. The cost of one student should not be 60 thousand, as it is now, but 200-250 thousand rubles, Livanov believes.

“As soon as we move away from universal free higher education, mechanisms will appear that will help attract valuable personnel to enterprises. If a good education is expensive, and a person is forced to pay for it, he will be able to take out a loan, and the future employer will repay it in exchange for obligations,” said the head of the Ministry of Education and Science. Before Livanov’s appointment, the ministry was headed by Andrei Fursenko for eight years. The introduction of the Unified State Exam, new educational standards, and normative per capita financing is associated with his name, Vesti FM radio reports.

Dear citizens. What else do you want? Isn’t it clear that with the destroyer of the country, Putin, at the head of the country, all his hangers-on will follow exactly the line that they are told. Ah, the line has been visible to everyone for a long time.
DESTRUCTION OF THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER AND SECONDARY EDUCATION AND SCIENCE!

Moreover, despite all the empty and populist statements, our thieves’ government is trying in every possible way to throw off the next obligations inherent in CIVILIZED COUNTRIES!

People, whining is not the point. All this is moaning about the army, but for some reason many people don’t understand that the country has become completely different. Gorbi destroyed the USSR, Yeltsin put Russia (a fragment of the USSR) on Western loans. Everything stood still, no one did anything. Putin, no matter how you treat him, pieced together what he could from everywhere, and put a civilian splurge on the reform of the army. For one reason - not a single military man would take upon himself the responsibility of completely making something similar to a modern mobile structure out of a rusty Soviet hyperarmy. Yes, he simply wouldn’t have had enough imagination. And now on the site, smart people, most of whom, at best, know how to shoot DOSAAF category 3 from pneumatics, are discussing the topic “how it should have been done correctly.” They just forget to pick up a calculator and count the loot, and also see which of the officers (which unit) is able to take the initiative, learn and not steal the stew from the storeroom. And after that, tell us that Taburetkin - and if you were a minister, you would have ordered 1000000 tanks and asked Pogosyan to make 10000 aircraft. And - to Zhvanetsky, for comments.

Not certainly in that way. Or to be more precise. NOT SO AT ALL
1-Putin is the direct heir to the affairs of Gorby and Ebn
2-on Putin’s team, at least until now, there were quite a lot of people from the ebn team
3-outwardly and according to real results, it is almost completely following the planned course:
    -reduction of the army,
    -privatization of everything and everyone,
-all third-party assistance to the oligarchs and lobbying for their interests,
-reform of previously very worthy SOVIET EDUCATION!
-wasting our territories. Let's remember the gifts to Norway and China
    etc.
    4) and finally - the most important thing. The price of oil at EBN was $15-18 per barrel. At the moment it is 110. Not so long ago it stayed at $115-125 for a very long time.

LOOK AT THE ROOT BOY! WITH SUCH SUCH INCOME IN THE COUNTRY, UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING IS DONE!

There’s just one thing I personally don’t understand: “Why wasn’t our country “cut down”??? I mean they didn’t destroy the integrity of the TERRITORY OF RUSSIA.
    Lots of thoughts on this:
    - as the classic says, “if the stars light up, it means someone needs it.” This means that someone from Putin’s real masters - the WEST OR CHINA is interested in the integrity of the Russian Federation, so that due to the destruction of the Russian Federation, another geopolitical rival would not get anything.
    - Has the government not yet completely lost its conscience that until now the “Belovezhskaya Pushcha” has not happened in relation to the Russian Federation?
    - it seems that the remnants of our nuclear potential, as well as not a small part of the population that has not yet been zombified through the media and the promises of the main destroyer Putin, are still saving our country from destruction.

If you continue to speak normally, in Russian, then it will be possible to have discussions with you.

Victor. I wouldn't call it that... It's just expressing my opinion.
And I am always ready for discussion. But, only without epithets and praise of the existing system. Because it makes me sick when someone starts reading Edroso-Putin’s mantras. ugh.

By the way, people. I was pleased with yesterday's news. Now each of our gnomes will have their own government. One has an old, proven gang of destroyers, and the other has a technical patesh government, which seems unlikely to solve anything on its own.

But for now this government is built on positivity and cooperation. Medvedev will continue to be a “good face” in relations with the West, with which Russia does not want to quarrel. At the same time, it will be a policy that defends national interests. And it will be carried out by people like Putin himself, as well as Sergei Ivanov, Dmitry Rogozin and some others. A.Rar.

Thank you, of course, but I didn’t want to please, but once again try to open people’s eyes to the truth. To the greatest regret of the citizens of Russia, all this is the sad, harsh truth of life. And one should not rejoice at such truth, but cry. But what’s most offensive is that for some reason the PEOPLE STILL DIDN’T CAUGHT UP WITH WHAT SITUATION THE COUNTRY IS IN!

Well, what did I say. The ghoul loves everything funny... Like a child. Now he decided to have American cowboys on Russian territory. Hmmm. It looks like our country is actively starting to become a branch of the United States and NATO countries.

Jews read all the posts correctly and competently, but you’re only the last one and not carefully!)))

Actually, this is banter. Above all of us - DEAR GHOSSIANS. SO THAT YOU TEACH THE MATTER OF THE NATION THAT RULES YOU!

But still. Thanks for the advice. Don't look like a Jew. I'll take note. Although in Rus' it is now fashionable to join the Jews. Since at the moment they are STILL RULEING RUSSIA. ROBBING AND DESTROYING IT!

Hmmm. The world turned upside down earlier in Tsarist Russia and the USSR, they did not live so freely, and hid under Russian surnames so as not to have unnecessary problems. The rogues and deceivers, as Peter called them, were afraid to raise their heads. And now, with the collapse of the country and the arrival of the Yeltsin-Putia gang, their GOLDEN AGE has come, while they also boast of their Judaism. They live happily, wear their stupid hats and sidelocks!!! Ugh, .
HAVE ANY OF YOU, CITIZENS, SEEN THAT THE JEWS IN THE USSR WEAR THEIR HATS AND GREAT PACES?
NO. AND EVERYONE LIVED GOOD ENOUGH THEN!
And now they live happily ever after. Well, of course, because in Putin’s gang of thieves, mostly all are Jews.
Moreover, I even know Russians who, as a sign of gratitude to these scraps, circumcised themselves. Laughter, and that's all.

Quote: Patriot Sho, they still pestered him. Your Valera Esaul is an adherent of Putin. Yesterday I showed up home late, looked at the branch, saw the expected picture and wanted not to “interfere,” but your comment, Comrade Patriot, prompted me. I was amused by your rollicking eloquence, which is akin to the eloquence of a white-ribbon trash. All this riffraff knows well the pain points in the minds and moods of most people and, at the slightest opportunity, puts pressure on them with all their might, pumping out maximum benefits for themselves. You, the white-ribbon pack, hiding behind words about the welfare of people, but pursuing their own petty interests, don’t give a damn. It’s a shame for my colleagues who, after they were pressed on these painful points, began to cover up everyone in a row, reminiscent of offended children who were not bought ice cream. About the adherents...I am an adherent of the line of strengthening the country and its independence from opinions from the West and preventing the interference of the Western aligarchate in our Russian affairs with its patterns. And Putin is striving for the same thing, and he is striving for it competently and consistently. That's why I support him in many of his actions. And the fact that some of his decisions run counter to the wishes of certain groups is natural! We live in a human society, where there are so many people and so many opinions, where many believe that his personal opinion is the ultimate truth. And if, as for the specific case of the appointment of Serdyukov, then there were reasons. It amuses me how the opposition made a successful move for several years by appointing Serdyukov as an enemy of the country and this card began to be actively played and, suddenly - here we go! - Putin made such a successful miscalculation for the opposition - he left Serdyukov in office! This is where you can “sleep off” on Putin’s name to the fullest! What joy the pro-Western riffraff has! I don’t have time to think that perhaps this is a thoughtful move and not to the detriment of the country’s defense, but in order not to disrupt positive processes, NOT acting on the Bolshevik principle - “To the ground, and then!...” And as for my mention in the sarcastic in the context of your comment, Patriot, you don’t know how to do anything else except, in the likeness of a farm woman, blame your neighbor for your mistakes and failures. I am grateful to the Internet fighter and Victor for not ignoring the farmer’s attack on me and correctly explaining to you what my position is. But, I'm afraid - it's not the horse's food, don't feed you bread, just let me speak disgustingly to someone else. This is your nature and there is no cure for this.

Good afternoon, I've been away a bit. So I couldn’t answer you in a timely manner. Yes, and today, Border Guard Day, is not very conducive to a fruitless discussion with the zombified followers of Putin. Anyway. Go!

Greetings again, captain. Is it okay if I write your nickname in RUSSIAN letters and not in foreign ones? I think you shouldn't be offended. Thank you for not missing my mentions to you. And I don’t always consider it necessary to respond to criticism, I also didn’t want to “get involved,” but still couldn’t resist, since your message contains so many epithets: rollickingness, white-tape trash, riffraff, petty interests (by the way, what kind of interests are these, tell me ), the likeness of a farm woman, etc. Beautiful words though. And, at the same time, are you pointing out my eloquence??? It's fun! For some reason, I immediately remember the parable about a tree in one’s own and a speck of dust in someone else’s eye.

I’ll say right away that I’m relatively new to this site. It seems since autumn of last year. And, as a reserve officer, I was initially interested in articles on exclusively technical, military and geopolitical topics. And, at first, this forum did not interest me at all, and I did not even look at the messages of local regulars. By the way, I still can’t understand how they have so much time to write so much on so many topics. One of two things - they are either trolls or don't have a job. Anyway. These are their problems. However, one day I came across some article in which a certain fan of Edrosia and Kremlyadiya with Urta foam tried to prove to all his interlocutors that WHITE IS BLACK! I was shocked by the unprecedented cynical lies and substitution of facts. And, entered into dialogue. Perhaps my statements are often characterized by excessive emotionality and eloquence, there is such a thing, but I have never stooped to humiliating my interlocutor. And, I always communicate exclusively in “YOU”. I expect to see similar communication from my opponents. The truth doesn't always work out. Not long after my appearance on this forum, I tried to describe in very vivid and seemingly harsh images my extremely negative opinion of the current government. And I remember that soon you could not stand it and decided to write to me. As I remember now, that day you even wrote to me personally, but you never said anything worthy to justify the Medvedevs or in response to my criticism. And, so far, excuse me, you have also not given any worthy answers to your opponents’ criticism of the current government. This is my personal opinion. Meanwhile, I am always ready for dialogue.
First of all, I want to say right away that, in turn, I, too, like you, am an adherent of the line of strengthening the country and its independence from the opinion of the West and preventing the Western aligarchy from interfering in our Russian affairs with its patterns. But judging by the actions of Putin, whom you so reverence, and his team, you can’t say that he is achieving this competently and consistently. Because in reality it turns out to be completely the opposite. And I don’t understand at all how you can support it. We are completely dependent on prices for energy resources, for the supply of consumer goods and food, and now they want to make us even more dependent by joining the WTO and purchasing various types of military equipment from our potential opponents. And, at the moment, you will agree that the geopolitical situation in the world suspiciously more and more resembles 1939-1941. And, it seems, there is more to come.
Believe it or not, the overwhelming majority (if not all) of Putin’s decisions go against the wishes of Russian citizens. And now regarding the specific case of the appointment of Serdyukov. As you said: “then there were reasons.” Tell us what these intricate, mysterious and unknown reasons are that led to the complete disintegration and state of incapacity of our once mighty army. How can you not understand that sooner or later our descendants will curse all these destroyers of Russia? And, by the way, tell us what a thoughtful move this is and not to the detriment of the country’s defense capability, but in order not to disrupt positive processes. What are these positive processes? You probably don’t want to notice reality, but during the time your idol Putin was in power, and especially in recent years, at the hands of his “faithful six-son-in-law” Serdyukov, our army suffered the most significant damage to its combat effectiveness. On this site, Comrade Dubler described the real situation in the Russian Army as clearly and in detail as possible. Don't consider it a humiliation - read it. Moreover, given the fact that the overwhelming number of Russians HATE Serdyukov FIERCELY, Putin tried in every possible way to show that he does not care at all about the opinion of his people. For, any other head of state would try as quickly as possible to get rid of a person in his government who exclusively attracts the anger and criticism of the Russian people, in whose interests the leader of the Russian Federation should act. Trusting their vote to Putin in the last elections, and GOD GIVE that they were his last, and hearing beautiful words from Putin’s lips about changing course and working for creation and other pleasant lying babble, the Russians hoped that this ghoul should in no way enter the composition of the new government. But it was not there.
WE WILL NOT DRINK THE SON-IN-LAW!
As a result, the Russians were once again so blatantly deceived that even many of Putin’s adherents and supporters were extremely disappointed. Including those present on this forum. But as they say:
"THE PEOPLE DID THEIR JOB ON MARCH 4. NOW THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER NEEDED."
Although, with such a “shaman” as Churov, it seems that people will no longer be needed. Churov himself will vote for the whole people. Once again I want to remind you of the good old biblical truth: “By their works you will know them.” And, deeds, that is, the results of reforms in the army are evident and are of an exclusively destructive, destabilizing and disarmament nature. However, just like in all other areas - education reform, pension reform, medical reform, Ministry of Internal Affairs reform, housing and communal services reform, reform of the fuel and energy complex, etc.
THERE ARE CONTINUOUS AND COMPLETE FAILURES OF THE CURRENT AUTHORITY EVERYWHERE. NOT A SINGLE REAL ACHIEVEMENT FOR MORE THAN 12 YEARS.
And, by the way, it is here that nowhere else is it more appropriate to use the concept “To the ground, and then...!”
The fun with the teams alone is worth it.
And how many military units, military institutions this... destroyed.
    TO THE FOUNDATION?
And lastly... I never simply and unreasonably speak negatively about anyone.
And, about my nature... Don’t try to judge it. It's none of your business!
Thank you for attention. Always happy to have a dialogue!
