FBI loses battle with Beijing intelligence

19
The secret information about the American warhead fell into the hands of the PRC intelligence services.

In the special services war between China and the United States, Beijing won a number of important victories. Thus, secret information about the US Trident rocket fell into Beijing’s hands. The US intelligence services managed to arrest several agents, but, according to some overseas experts, they missed the growth of the Chinese spy network. Such an oversight occurred due to the fact that all the forces of the Americans abandoned the fight against the agents of the Russian special services.

An interesting question arises: how did the intelligence agents of China manage to obtain secret information about the W-88 warheads that carry Trident missiles? After all, these missiles are equipped with US Navy submarines, which are part of the American nuclear deterrent forces.
This case of leakage of secret information could remain completely unnoticed. According to the newspaper New York Times, it happened in Southeast Asia, a Chinese man of average height came to one of the CIA residencies and offered a pack of secret Chinese documents for a certain reward.
It remains unknown whether this Chinese received for his treachery what he wanted, but at least he was allowed to move to the United States. Among those documents that the defector had handed over, the American special services were greatly interested in documents containing information about the new Chinese warhead. As it turned out, the design of the Chinese warhead found the embodiment of the latest achievements of the United States in the military-industrial complex.

The Chinese military already in the middle of 90 wanted to get the necessary information on the design of the warhead mounted on the Trident rocket for their naval forces at any cost.

Big money and the desire to cash in always go hand in hand with treachery, and one can understand a Chinese defector who wants to enrich himself with the help of secret materials. But the question remains as to how he managed to acquire such essential documents on which the secret stands. It remains only to guess. Perhaps the Chinese defector worked in organizations that we call “mailboxes” in the old manner, and he had full access to all departments. He could simply stay up late so as not to arouse suspicion, penetrate the necessary department, where his documents were of interest. Fill your duffle bag with documents and throw it out of the window. Security at the exit of the building, of course, will not notice anything. And then everything is simple, take abroad and betray the Americans. But this is only our speculation, in reality it could be different. How things really are, we probably will not know for a long time.

It was only after this that the American special services began a real hunt for a mysterious Chinese spy who had penetrated into the secret agencies engaged in military technical developments. Counterintelligence agencies immediately came under suspicion of a certain Wen Ho Lee, who worked at the atomic laboratory in Los Alamos. One has only to admire the courage of a scientist of Chinese origin, who was held in solitary confinement for more than nine months. But the necessary confessions by the American special services were not succeeded in knocking him out of it. As a result, the investigation stalled, and the scientists had to apologize.

It was only after this failure that the agency ordered the veteran counterintelligence, Gillard, to lead the investigation. We succeeded in assembling a highly qualified team of more than 300 people from eleven federal agencies. In all institutions, laboratories, firms conducting nuclear research in the field of weapons and the production of parts of the warhead, agents were abandoned. Again and again they interrogated the Chinese defector, but he could not get information from him about how secret documents came to China. The Chinese secret has remained undisclosed by the American special services.

At a time when US intelligence agencies were looking for a mysterious Chinese intelligence officer, the Chinese services were not asleep. And they increased the extraction of secret information of the American military industrial complex. Last year, FBI and counterintelligence agents managed to uncover a group of ten people working on the west and east coasts of the United States. Led a group from Beijing a certain Lin Hong. Chinese intelligence agents were able to attract an employee of the Pentagon to collect information.

This group was able to transfer to Beijing secret information about the device, which counteracts the detection of submarines by the enemy. As well as information about the bomber B-1 and plans to sell the US weapons Taiwan

Chinese intelligence agencies even managed to penetrate the heart of the FBI, for many years Katrina Len worked as an informant, who turned out to be a double agent.

A modest success can be called the conviction of Nashir Govadiya on 32 of the year for the transfer of information about the B-2 bomber to the Chinese special services, who paid him more than one hundred thousand dollars.

According to the famous American guru in the field of espionage and counterintelligence, David Weiss, the successes of the United States in the area of counterintelligence are more than exaggerated. The PRC, becoming a powerful economic power, can equally compete with the CIA, and Washington underestimated this fact. While American counterintelligence was fighting the main enemy, the KGB and its successor, Russian intelligence, Chinese intelligence agencies had deep roots in the United States.

The author said A, but did not say B. When the Chinese stole Old on W88 and analyzed it, they found out that W88 are not combat-ready, i.e. in landfill conditions it can be detonated, but on an ICBM it cannot reach the target and explode, because it did not have thermal protection for other reasons. At first, the Chinese did not believe that amers could have a forgery of such magnitude and thought that they had mislead them, but then, when they sent us this information, our specialists confirmed their conclusions ... By the way, the last W88 was released in 1989, it cannot be recharged, draw your own conclusions.

rummaging around in the site’s archive was such a scandal, but he was quickly hushed up (we must pay tribute to the Americans who know how to do it), otherwise they threatened to turn into a global scandal.

about gold? well, that’s how it was a year or 2 ago, and recently Canada scolded that the gold purchased from Pindosia was covered with rust, then they tried to figure out if there was any gold in the knox and concluded that there wasn’t any gold so I climb into a madhouse, well, if you don’t find and interest will not disappear, then I will look

Nonsense. Obviously, the author of the article does not have the slightest idea about the organization of work in sensitive enterprises.
