General Staff of the Armed Forces: Ukrainian Air Force "replenished with" six "new" aircraft
71
The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs that the Ukrainian Air Force has "replenished" with four MiG-29 airplanes, which were originally called "modernized" in the Ukrainian press. As a result, it turned out that there was no question of any modernization. MiG-29 fighters were restored by Odessa and Lvov aircraft repair enterprises.
In addition to the four MiG-29, the Ukrainian Air Force received two combat training "Elki". Speech about the aircraft "L-39", which are called "modernized" the language did not turn even among representatives of the Ukrainian press Maidan ...
Ivano-Frankivsk brigade tactical aviation replenished with four MiG-29 front-line fighters and two L-39 combat training aircraft, restored by the Lvov and Odessa aircraft repair plants. Flight shifts are ready to fly on new technology.
The phrase “team has replenished” in this case looks a bit strange. After all, if we consider that MiGs and “Elki” were already in service with the “Independent” Air Force, how can we replenish ourselves with having just been sent to factories for repair at one time? ..
By the way, the General Staff does not report how many other aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force had to be disassembled for parts in order to restore these.
