The lesson of political alchemy from Vladimir Putin

Perhaps the main feature of the message of Vladimir Putin is his emphasis on the fact that Russia and the Russians have to change. The passing 2015 year was very important in terms of understanding who we are, where we are going and what we want from the political leadership of our country. After the fateful 2014 of the year, when the elite and the people decided together that it was time for the country to regain the status of a superpower, it was very important to make sure that we - the country, the people, the political elite - are ready to pay the bills stories. Independence, self-esteem and the right to decide their own fate are very expensive. The calculation of our enemies was simple and pragmatic: the Russians, realizing that they would not enter eternity on soft pillows, would prefer the dream of Parmesan to the real black bread of the builders of a great empire. In the end, most recently the last incarnation of the Russian Empire was betrayed, in exchange for jeans and Coca-Cola - well, why is Parmesan worse? This time the script did not work. Over the 2015 year, the Russians did not repent of their choice, and the Russian management elite finally consolidated around the president. Russia, in word and deed, has confirmed its application for participation in the repartition of the world order. The decision was made and secured by the return of the Crimea. There is no way back, and now you can seriously talk about global rates, goals and methods for achieving them.

Putin made it very clear that we live during the creation of new trade blocs and the development of new breakthrough technologies, and positioning Russia in the context of these processes will determine its place in the future global division of labor. Taking up a worthy place in the world of the future is the main challenge for our country.

Despite the howls of liberal and pseudo-patriotic propaganda, the Russian authorities are stubbornly trying to convey to society one very important idea: there will be no "hot war." Western liberals frighten society with the prospect of a disarming strike by the United States and demand that they surrender. Psevdopatrioty wind up a tantrum and also frighten society with the inevitability of a global "hot war", to which Russia is supposedly not ready. They reproach Putin for the lack of "mobilization", although in the mouths of the pseudo-patriots, this only means that they are unhappy with the fact that Putin does not want to give life to the ardent gorlopan blogger, personal dacha and Mauser with the right to kill his personal ideological opponents.

There will be no hot global war, as in the present conditions it will lead to causing unacceptable damage to all participants. We will have to live and win in the era of hybrid wars, which are characterized by the equivalent value of the military, economic, technological and informational component. In order to take a worthy place in the post-war structure of the world, Russia will need to change, transform and grow above itself. The president remembered Mendeleev knowingly. The text of the presidential address is a kind of “Putin’s periodic table”. Vladimir Putin, one after the other, outlined those "elements" with the help of which the future of the country will be shaped.

These elements are worth considering in more detail.

Self Esteem and Tranquility

These two elements must be inextricably linked and balanced, because otherwise our opponents will be able to carry out successful provocations against us with grave consequences. If we are too calm and do not react to external stimuli, then we will be beaten with impunity, and if we stand up for our right to self-respect based solely on emotions, we will fall into the set traps time and again and look as stupid as now looks like Erdogan. Once again, the public was presented with Putin’s proprietary formula - “cold revenge without stupidity”, which the president put on in a half-laughable form:

"But if someone thinks that, having committed a vile war crime, killing our people, they get off with tomatoes or some kind of restrictions in the construction and other industries, then they are deeply mistaken. We will remind you again and again that they did. And they will regret their actions more than once. We know what to do. "

Army and MIC

Even the strongest economy is not worth a penny if financial strength is not associated with military force. The president has publicly thanked our military and defense industry workers, for it is through their efforts that Russia keeps itself in a small and elite club of states that have the opportunity to independently decide their own destiny and defend their interests anywhere in the world.

The Russian army and the military industrial complex are also clear evidence that the president’s evolutionary approach to solving complex national problems works despite the lack of elements of the show. This is a very important point that is completely ignored by many commentators. After each speech by the president on social networks, a sigh of disappointment is heard - these are fans of "shootings in Red Square" sighing about another missed opportunity to "finally do everything right."

Look at the Army and the MIC and compare with what was 10 years ago. If some futurologist had predicted 10 years ago that it would be prestigious to be a military man, hazing would be eliminated, and the Russian Army would become modern, prestigious, respected and fashionably good, no one would believe him. At best, they would have said something like: "if all the generals are imprisoned and shot, the ensigns are dispersed, and the generals' dachas are bulldozed to the ground and show it on TV, then yes, something may change!" Putin is a unique master of evolutionary change without showing off, campaigning and organizing uncontrolled meat grinders that easily get out of control and begin to grind innocent and even their own creators. There were reforms in the army and there were hundreds of landings and resignations, which the media chose to ignore due to the fact that it was impossible to arrange this show. As a result, there is even some kind of surprise in society. “We suddenly had a great army!” - exclaim some, and especially gifted pseudo-analysts even try to convince society that this magically happened despite the efforts of the authorities to “disrupt the defense of the country”. But the thing is that they worked on the army for many years - without hysterics, but as hard as possible. The result is obvious.

A similar situation with the MIC. No public hysteria and campaigning, and long and hard work that requires significant human and material resources.

Putin’s great service to Russia lies in the fact that he clearly showed that the country can solve the most complicated problems in an evolutionary rather than a revolutionary format. We have yet to assess and realize this, and the sooner we do it, the better.

2.0 State Capitalism

If the Army and the MIC are the lead fists of our Motherland, then the economy is gold in its wallet. In the context of a global hybrid war, the boundaries between the civil and military sphere are blurred. On the one hand, the export of security services can be an independent source of income, as well as a guarantee that once occupied markets will not burn in the fires of civil wars, external interventions and terrorism. On the other hand, even the ancients said that a rare fortress would resist a donkey loaded with gold, and this wisdom is confirmed in the current era of mass buying off of elites and the organization of color revolutions. It turns out that the army is the base of the economy, and the money is quite effective. weapon.

Today, the president has once again shown what the Russian economy should be in order to withstand the global hybrid war, and what’s important is not what he said, but what he didn’t say. From the official discourse, the “invisible hand of the market” has completely disappeared, the wisdom and prudence of which so used to rely part of the Russian establishment and the expert community. The state's hand comes to the fore, designed to support vulnerable sectors (construction, engineering, etc.), to allocate funds for industrial development and even to purchase up to 30% of the products of enterprises created through special investment contracts. The state will take on export support, with the help of the Russian Export Center, and even provide for the purchase of foreign technologies and patents that individual companies cannot afford. Russia is a country of wonders and non-linear thinking, and we personally observe how slowly and difficultly Russian “State capitalism 2.0” is taking shape, although it does not officially exist.

A few months ago, Vladimir Putin, responding to Yevgeny Yasin’s criticism, formulated this paradox as follows:

"We all know that even in the most market countries, countries with market infrastructure and economy, the state’s role in a crisis always rises. Well, always ... but we are not going to create state capitalism."

It turns out that there is no state capitalism, but there is an inevitable growth of the state’s role in the economy.

With the economy, everything will be fine. Not immediately and not quickly, and not easy, but the direction of movement is correct. Mechanisms to stimulate and support the economy are built, developed and gradually cleaned of corruption with the help of ONF. The result is sure to be.

Integration

Our time is the time of reformatting the existing world order and creating new trade and economic blocs, participation in which determines the future of specific countries and entire regions. The size of the available market determines the potential of production, and there is no getting away from it. Even the largest countries, such as China, are looking for economic integration in order to increase available markets, increase the depth of the division of labor and make production chains more efficient. It is impossible to isolate oneself, one cannot pretend that nothing is happening and one cannot be mistaken with the choice of an integration project. Kiev was wrong, and now about Ukraine, as about the dead: either it’s good, or not at all.

Next to Russia is the epicenter of the economic growth of our century - China and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole. In relation to the PRC, you can use different strategies. It was possible to engage in the isolation barrier that the Americans are trying to build around China, but that would be disastrous stupidity. One could pretend that China is not around, but this is not much different from the first option. And it was also possible to use the desire of China to create a reliable corridor to Europe, having secured itself from the naval blockade by the United States. Putin chose the wisest and most profitable option - the closure of resource and transit commodity flows between Europe and China to Russia. In order to finally lay down the most profitable scheme for Russia and China, it is required to win the battle for Europe, and the Chinese-Russian tandem is actively working on it. In the dry Putin's statement that "an agreement was reached in principle on the conjunction of Eurasian integration with the Chinese initiative of the Silk Road Economic Belt" there is a great deal of work and enormous potential for our country.

Speaking about economic integration projects, Putin described one more terrible nightmare for our overseas opponents with one phrase:

"I propose, together with colleagues from the Eurasian Economic Union, to begin consultations with the SCO and ASEAN members, as well as with the states that join the SCO, on the formation of a possible economic partnership."

Take a look at the map. If the SCO turns into an economic bloc, then it will have at its disposal most of the planet’s resources, half of the world's population and total GDP (PPP) - a little less than the EU and the United States combined, and if we take it honestly, it’s more than EU and USA. If you connect to this project at least part of the ASEAN countries, then the Western world in the near future will become just a periphery of civilization. This is an incredibly ambitious and very distant goal, but the path to it is quite possible to pass. Creating such an economic bloc would be the best gift to future generations of Russians.

People

People are the very element, without which all successes are meaningless and impossible. Without “human capital,” any other capital, whether financial or industrial, is nothing. Every concrete Russian is the very point where all the elements that the President was talking about intersect. For the sake of each particular Russian, rockets are created, fields are planted, bombers fly over Syria, and Russian diplomats build complex combinations. Together, we are the very alchemical melting pot in which in the fire of tests, difficulties and victories an image of Russia's future is created. Millions of individual destinies are woven into the common fate of the country. This is a great miracle - to observe and participate in the formation of a country aspiring to the future, and here it must be remembered that not everything comes down to material. Yes, maternity capital, engineering education, affordable medicine, macroeconomic stability and even myriad aspects of the material world are very important, but at least that’s what the president said in the words of the great Russian scientist and thinker Dmitry Ivanovich Mendeleev:

"Disunited we will immediately be destroyed. Our strength is in unity, in the army, in a complacent family, which increases the growth of the people, and in the natural growth of our inner wealth and peacefulness."

Our strength is in unity. It is this that is the guarantee of the great future of our Motherland, and it is about him that our president constantly tells us. In unity, our strength and, if we are united, we will surely be able to achieve everything we want.

Russia will not go anywhere. Just like that, the 1 / 5 part of the land has nowhere to go. The main thing is that people do not curl up and make friends, so that the thief is planted. To random crooks from the military-industrial complex feeder, budget, etc. flooded. As one politician used to say, God forbid us from the internal enemy, but we will deal with the external ones.

The greater evil for Russia is d * bills and unscrupulous creatures who fight with their own inhabitants of the country by covering up thieves in the housing and communal services, canceling trains, and liberal laws in relation to thieves. Against them, the Air Force, VKS, etc. will not help. Over all good Russian people to crush this trash.

Maybe it's time to do something!
After all, one must not judge by messages, but by deeds.
I remember that Comrade Stalin did not address the People's Commissars with annual messages, and the country grew and grew stronger annually.
And now the message for an hour, and for another month chewing on this message, the multi-volume works of political scientists, hourly talk shows ... And everything seems to be the case, only there are no results.
As the thesis on the fight against corruption was in the first messages, to this day it has remained the thesis.
Less PR and chatter, but more work, and people will appreciate the work.
but I don’t want to talk about annual blah blah blah ...

Here I am, Dear colleague, still probably closer to the supporters of GDP than to his opponents, but I don’t understand much in his actions.
And now, reading the article, he was amazed at the phrase:
... and the Russian management elite finally consolidated around the president.

and a virtual picture was formed in the brain: the President, and around the “bullshit”, the eternal loser of DAM, for which it won’t take it, all through one place, the unsinkable red Tolyan, who had already grabbed everything that’s possible, the stool, the great reformer of the Army, Kudrin, who places the state funds in American financial instruments and so on and so forth. And lonely, standing in a small group on the sidelines of the Lavrov, Shoigu and Ivanov, really respected, perhaps not only my politicians.
And it’s sad to stand on the soul, despite the rather serious patriotic direction of my worldview. winked

crying This is because you are comparing the impact on modern politics and the economy of such figures as Tolyan, Taburetkin and Kudrin, on the one hand, and Lavrov, Shoigu da Ivanov, on the other. But - rejoice !!! - you forgot "on the other hand" to add Rogozin, Tkachev and more. Can't you see the change in the right direction? DAM now, it seems, doesn’t take anything on its own, since the GDP was in its shoes and can promptly tell what and how.

An interesting thought is a colleague, in which I am ready to agree with you. In addition to Tkachev, we, in the Krasnodar Territory, got rid of him, and even a little “happy” from the absence of SASHA, because Tkachev did not use great popularity in the region, and to put it mildly. And about Rogozin, Stanislav is somewhat disappointed with his actions on Vostochny. Still, they expected more.
And do not blame me, colleague, I want to see the changes in the right direction, believe me, I sincerely want to, That's just the prerequisites for this desire are still weak.

"If the Army and the military-industrial complex are the lead fists of our homeland, then the economy is the gold in its wallet."

I agree with the first, but about the economy - eating up of natural resources. Moreover, eating is not by all the people, but by those who were the first to get to the feeding trough.
There are simply no incentives for the development of industry and the renewal of the technology park in the country. Until now, the purchased equipment cannot be included in the cost of production, which means that the acquisition is only from profit. And all games in depreciation mean only lending to the state from acquired production facilities. And it should be exactly the opposite. So without changes in the tax code - all these are just words.
About 44-FZ (for which all purchases within the country are currently being carried out) is generally a separate song. The main point of the law is to distrust the heads of state institutions. Well, they can’t buy good products at good prices. Only dumping damn thing is possible. Otherwise, it is corruption.
Corruption itself is evil. But when the legislators ride on this ground, even more evil.
It turns out that everything in the country should be done only by the President. Until it intervenes in a specific problem - no movement. So the main thing is not in the declared development of any particular industry, but in personnel. Cadres decide everything - the famous phrase is still relevant.

There wasn’t ... However, we are now so overwhelmed that without an army there can be no education and medicine at all ...

So you need to choose what we really want - sovereignty or social media ... Even 1% of these matyuks would be enough to hurt the entire Duma and the entire government ...

You are talking about the Federal Law, which is turned inside out ... So the laws are adopted by those who don’t know how and what the cars they drive on, the shirts-suits-shoes they wear, the bread, in the end, which they eat ...

Here's what kind of mug comes up with such laws that, according to your words and the letter of the law: "Until now, purchased equipment cannot be included in the cost of production, which means that it is acquired only from profit" ... ??? ...

George, and you imagine this situation. Here comes such a legislative mug in an expensive store with his wife to buy a fur coat. The wife rushes to an expensive import mink for 500 thousand rubles. But! It is impossible! Law 44-FZ. Indeed, in the same store a rabbit is offered for 50 thousand rubles. Also a fur coat, but cheaper. By law, must take it.
And not only that. For 15 years, the state will have to pay depreciation deductions.
Then the brains (or what remains of them after the execution from the wife) will definitely fall into place.

There is no country in the world where they pray for governments. Everywhere there are dissatisfied. For completely opposite reasons, but there is. It's time to learn it. And this is normal! The main thing is that the rulers can adequately (reasonably and intelligibly) explain why they did what gave rise to discontent. And “descend” with this explanation to everyone, both dissatisfied and satisfied. Here is a simple example - showed the estate of Shuvalov. Immediately dissatisfied -that c - ki live. And why not come up with explanations of where such funds came from. And not only go to the tax, but also to the masses - in more detail, more intelligible. One, only time I saw an explanation about Miller’s salary. Say managers of this level everywhere are no less! And they too. And why about the sidekick Luzhkov, the former owner of the Moscow market, only now have they concocted the transfer? And when he stole, what was impossible? Luzhkov covered? But Luzhkov was removed. There are changes, there are. But I want to quickly!

It is done at times more than I had hoped for example. If in the 90s they showed me what would happen in just 15 years, then I would have thought it was a fairy tale. The modern army, chain stores clogged with people with carts, streets in traffic jams of good cars, the country that imported food, who didn’t export it, the absence of brothers on the street, the victory in the Chechen war, the opportunity to relax in any country in the world, and much more. I answer for the bazaar - SO GOOD THE MAIN PART OF THE POPULATION IN RUSSIA NEVER LIVED, neither under the empire, nor under the union. And it will be even better and it is a FACT. At the same time, people get used to the good and quickly forget how it was before. So there will always be those who are dissatisfied and there will always be those who will seek out flaws in order to promote how bad it is in the Russian Federation. HOWEVER THERE IS A STATEMENT. THE DOG BARKS - THE CARAVAN IS GOING. GO NEXT, JACKALS - your howl amuses us. lol

I can confirm that the Army and Navy are not the same as they were 10 years ago, which means that the work done has a concrete result. Corruption - every citizen of Russia knows specific people who actually take money for their services, at every step of the social ladder, the President understands that it’s unrealistic to remake the consciousness of the whole mass of bribe takers, the work is very lengthy. No matter what, the work is ongoing and gives a result - it inspires hope. Look around - some blah blah are already embodied.

But Putin also needs to “please” the “wolves” and not “let the sheep” “under the knife”. It’s also a task if anyone is able to understand, because for Putin people are not “sheep” and “wolves”, but people who are able to AGREE. So far, he believes in this, judging by himself, and through this faith he “charges” many with the same faith. But if he succeeds and the United States leads to the same faith - all earthlings will have to modulate him for world peace.) anfil, but earlier, when you lived in an apartment provided by the state, used it, that is, the state did wear out and repairs, namely, I helped repair your apartment, did you all understand? No! And now, for example, everything has become clearer to me - I live, I wear out - I repair. Right? Since we lived in the USSR, in many ways it was not entirely fair. Imagine that I wrote to you not about your apartment, but about the apartment that was rented to ten Asians, or about the apartment where the drunkards gathered, where they did drugs.

To charge this collecting the Plato system was developed, which was launched on November 15. It was then that it turned out that the mass of cars was not registered, and also that the Plato system does not work as clearly as we would like. An additional (at that time) irritant was the fact that the RT-invest transport systems company, which developed Plato, was appointed a charging operator, 50% of which belong to the son of the oligarch Arkady Rottenberg Igor, and will receive 10,6 billion from the state rubles per year until it returns its costs to the system.

You do not compare the impact on the road Lada and Mercedes wagons. And then, after all, they don’t pay Rottenberg. Take an interest.

Firstly, the roads kill not only long-range truckers.
Secondly, the road workers also immediately "kill" the road with their "quality."
Thirdly, all motorists must pay for the roads accordingly, and not twice, thrice, and to the budget by 100%.

From the run to the highest kilometers, how many on federal roads? Yes not about that conversation at you. Those fractions of a percent by which the costs of long-range fighting will rise do not bother you at all. And the fact that there will be no increase in consumer prices on this subject (read Marx) is the same for you. But only over time it will have to be brought to a reasonable charge, to reduce from small cars, to increase from heavyweights. It will be absolutely fair. After all, a heavyweight is a means of production (produces profit) and a passenger car is far from always. And if it does, it buys a license. Is not it?

tolian maybe you here misunderstood me or I did not understand you. "Respectively" - I meant that, for example, the truck must pay the amount, appropriate damage to the road caused by the truck or by other signs that the authorities will determine (excise tax, tax depending on capacity), also other cars, but not the same amount by all categories of cars. However, I believe that the amount should be reasonable, reasonable, pay only to the budget, and remove the remaining additional fees for the same.
The excise tax is a federal tax, Plato is a federal-private tax, and the regional tax is for a car tax. Now it remains that both the districts and rural settlements would accept such fees, and logically they will be right. But cho, how can they repair their roads? Indeed, according to the law, if I am not mistaken, it is their authority.

However, I would also like to say that the government did not give a reason “out of the blue”, for example, truckers. Truckers are real hard workers, and they are “milked” by introducing a third tax for the same action, and what angers most people - some fall into a private pocket - this is, anyway, a mockery.

first you look at how they are milked in Europe and then compare with Russia! are you in europe now, or don’t you know what taxation is and how much they pay for roads ???

You too buy on "truckers". And here I read the explanation here, what kind of tax it is and who these "truckers" are. If it’s a tax, then it will amount to several percent in the cost of cargo delivery, much less than 5%. But the "trucker" is not the one who turns the steering wheel. And the one on whom the drivers turn this steering wheel. And now those who are turning the steering wheel will try to save these percentages on the twisting ones. Explaining tax free. But the cost of a modern truck is many hundreds of thousands of rubles. What kind of shisha are they purchased? And who mostly destroys roads? Cars? And how things are in the "civilized" countries. I put the quotes intentionally. They are as "civilized" as we are "wild."

Yes, the Soviet Union gave the people the right to free education, medicine, housing, and employment. After the collapse of the USSR, our country embarked on the path of capitalism, and here are the consequences ... Still, US-Western propaganda did its job - it inspired most residents of the USSR that heaven and earth are in the West and the USA, and utopia and dullness in the USSR, otherwise They wouldn’t massively advocate. ALL pro *** and, democrats, thieves, liberalists !!! In the 90s, organized crime groups, the "roof", disassembly for factories, markets, factories, unemployment, the army in the anus, there is no production, etc. Yes, it was all terrible, there wasn’t enough communication .. I can’t even believe how our people could reach such a thing, the power is yes, it is to blame, but where did this power come from? After all, today's oligarchs are those who managed to get hold of in the 90s and early 00s, survived in a meat grinder to squeeze out each other's business areas, i.e. from the people! And corruption has not diminished in our time, and the concealment of sons, relatives and "friends" for serious crimes continues ... even at the government level! How not to remember Goebbels - "give me the media and I will make a herd of ****** from any people." And now the troubled times are coming, I don’t know how everyone has, and the Saratov region is full of priests with work, reductions, housing and communal services are growing, prices for everything are increasing at times, business is also natural to be scared, everyone will go to rallies soon (we laughed at Ukraine, only we we don’t want in the EU, but just live normally, and not exist).

Housewife, I’ll answer that there are also workers (and mothers and fathers were ordinary workers, for example miners, sellers, drivers, etc.). The oligarchs are people who were eager for power, created and supported corruption in state apparatuses. Monstrously wealthy as a result of the predatory conditions of privatization, merging with the state apparatus, it occupied a special position in the country. And they achieved (which later became oligarchs) this again starting from the creation of organized crime groups, commercial banks, influence in the markets, bribery, privatization, intimidation, and whoever needs to, was “intimidated” forever .. Therefore, there are not so many oligarchs by the standards countries ... how many of them died for the thrones, so we won’t recognize them .. But half were certainly not the sons of the CPSU top leadership and the top leaders of all industries .. "From rags to riches" - this is about the majority ...

Slowly, slowly, step by step, and Russia will become a “new center” if (again, this damned IF) no one dies the “helmsman”, V.I. Stalin (Dzhugashvili), L.P. Beria, someone will say Beria a “demon”, and I want to ask a question: How did Georgia become one of the most developed countries during the period from the beginning of the 30s to the beginning of the 40s? republics of the USSR and how did the same “demon" "destroy the whole color of scientific thought" manage to realize the "Atomic Project"?
And it’s all just that Stalin, that Beria were strategists and statesmen, and sometimes acted harshly, but basically the “excesses” were the “policies” of the local “bureaucrats” who were ready to preserve and increase their personal wealth to ruin the people and destroy the country.
Yes, I understand, now they will begin to tell me: How such strategists could not have predicted that they would be “thrown off.” I explain: Since I.V. Stalin could not defeat the party nomenclature at the 19th Congress of the CPSU (he resigned from the post of Secretary General The Central Committee of the CPSU, they didn’t accept the resignation), it was necessary to agree on the separation of powers, and upon agreement no one expected a hit in the “back” from their own.

What is our idea? Building a fair society? This is when we build the Yeltsin Centers, we issue embezzlers according to parole and amnesty, and do we plant potatoes for the notorious bag?
"we - the country, the people, the political elite - are ready to pay the bills of history."
Not sure about the political elite. "This bad man will betray us at the first danger" (c)
"The Russian management elite finally consolidated around the president" Oh? Are all the foreign assets of our "elite" returned to their homeland? Judging by the failure of the "amnesty of capital", far from all

Explain? Yes easily. wink We are building state capitalism - this is capitalism in which the bulk of industry, services, and cx is private, but governed by the state. The state cannot order a private trader to build, for example, the desired plant, but it can make the construction of this plant private traders profitable. Well, put pressure on him - much less without that. laughing In recent years, 8 GDP has been breeding large businesses. If the oligarch is controlled from abroad or is not ready to be guided by the interests of the country - for example, to build what the country needs, then he loses property and travels to London with miserable balances of capital. If the oligarch is ready to be guided by the interests of the country and understands where his home is, then he has the right to a gold toilet and protect the state from external attacks. If he suffers because he acts in the interests of the country, then he is compensated for the damage - the Rotenberg law. OUR WORLD IS SHARED BY TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS AND ONLY THE NATIONAL LARGE BUSINESS CAN PROTECT OUR MARKET FROM THEM. Foreign corporations will trample any small and medium-sized business quite legally - cheaper products, better support, more resources, advertising, quality. Isolation is not an option either, since it only delays the inevitable and freezes progress in many areas. Isolation cannot be eternal and sooner or later it will be torn and our industry will be trampled again. Therefore, we must fight here and now - to conquer our market, using sanctions and transfer the database to someone else’s territory. In doing so, make the most of the policy. Iran does not want to be friends with the West - we are ready to sell everything that it needs, Syria has suffered from the West - this is our market and a chance for our industry. The same thing with banks - Sberbank, VTB24 and Gazprombank must go into every crack and fight for financial markets. No one will guarantee success and fast progress is unlikely, but there is no way to become a real superpower without strengthening the influence of our economy on the world around us. The USSR had vassal eastern Europe, half of Germany and 240 million of the population to sell its goods, and then he lost. We have only 148 million, Evraes and a chance to break into the markets of Iran, Syria and Egypt - it will be difficult. request

I’ll add Meehan for the European Union - Putin set a clear goal by 2020 to become a country exporter of agricultural products No. 1 in the world. He said so simply - we produce environmentally friendly products that are simply not available in many countries of the world. He also said that we need to put into circulation 40 million neglected land for agricultural use, having taken it from the negligent owner and put up for auction. And Tkachev, speaking after the State Duma, said that in the near future -14000 new greenhouse complexes are planned to be built and 5 thousand hectares of new apple orchards to be laid.
It may be difficult for us to compete in the market of household appliances or something, but - grain and other food - we are absolutely competitive.
But this is the khan of Eastern Europe, especially the Poles, Romanians, Bulgarians, the Baltic states and Turkey itself.

I quote: moneybags, um .. people work as a programmer in a foreign company, the salary is under 4000 raccoons - is he a moneybags, or where? Programmer. receiving $ 4000 in a foreign company is worthy of respect, BUT there is such a thing as a progressive tax all over the world. For example, I happened to work under a contract in Germany, where I received about the same amount of gross as you wrote, but only 2500 in my arms, and that only when my wife moved in with me and became dependent on me. And about this, no one there wring their hands. Another example: the owner of a law firm in Sweden had a monthly income of about 400000 seconds, and received 50000 in his arms. Well, yes, his wife was indignant about this, but for a woman it is natural. And we do not introduce a progressive tax. ridicule the whole world, because excuses about going into the shadows with a repressive apparatus and careful neighbors are ridiculous

I answer. There is nothing absolute. In the same seemingly law-abiding country as Germany. The director of the company where I worked asked me, in addition to my usual work, to sign acceptance certificates as a figurehead. I signed up. to me that, and he needed the services of a specialist. The fact is that they, as we have limitations for working part-time for some categories. However, in general, thanks to the progressive tax, they were able to create a prosperous economy in the absence of natural wealth if they had capitalism quite. In addition, you do not take into account the factor of an envious neighbor. Yes, he was not accepted at our place, but now I’m looking at myself. The neighbors have become attentive and are at the start. No wonder all the rich and famous are gathered in closed cottage villages.

Putting a frontman in contracts is not a theft, but a way of circumventing the law. In this case, a German, an employee of a German University, whose services were needed by the company where I worked, she needed as a narrow specialist on a specific problem, but our director could not conclude a contract with him, because in Germany, as in the Russian Federation, not all university employees have the right to participate in business contracts. He did the real work and he received the money, and I signed the acceptance certificates. This practice is very common everywhere. I just wanted to show. that in Germany, not all business executives are law-abiding. I have other examples.

As for the "people" and "moneybags," both of them are citizens of the Russian Federation, and GDP, as the head of state, is with both of them. But to find a legal, moral and economic balance between these two categories of the population is the task of the government. fool

Lelek, + definitely. But to find a legal, moral and economic balance between these two categories of the population is the task of the government.
I really liked the “population category”, how many categories Rosstat has. Beggars, moderately poor, not poor at all, very poor, well-to-do, unsecured, very well-off, very very well-off, employees of state monopolies. I do not write others in this special category.
        Of course you hurried.
Better answer your opponent like this:
In Russia, work is constantly being carried out aimed at the gradual increase in the minimum wage in order to bring it to the level of a living wage.
The state plans to achieve such indicators by 2018.
According to data provided by Rosstat, in the Russian Federation about 17 million people live on incomes that are significantly lower than the minimum subsistence level established by law for their category.

But, we dare to hope that thanks to the work done according to the development plan within the framework of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, drawn up for 2013-18, both indicators will achieve equality, which will ensure the implementation of the principle "Decent work - fair salary!".

No need to cry about OUR Peter. Travel prices rose every year at exactly the same time - for public transport from January 1, and for minibuses from about April 1. Moreover, this year, bus fares rose much later. Moreover, fares rose just as much as they rose every year. I note the dollar has risen in price by 2 times, and fares as usual by 10 percent. For products, of course, in different categories in different ways, but I have not seen a product that would have risen in price by more than a third. Plus, there are places where the prices of some products have not risen at all to my surprise. Despite the fact that prices rose by 10 percent every year and so on. That is, the dollar has risen in price 2 times, but there is no price. Why EVERYTHING has not risen in price 2 times? Maybe because prices controlled? Well, about the passage I will reveal the secret. It will rise in price as usual in this and next year by about the same amount and at the same time. hi

Look at the Army and the military-industrial complex and compare with what it was 10 years ago. If 10 years ago a futurologist predicted that it would become prestigious to be a military man, hazing would be eliminated, and the Russian Army would become modern, prestigious, respected and fashionably fashionable, no one would believe him

Often before visiting the same Turkey, from year to year it became more noticeable how much the Turks did not respect us. They even ceased to hide it, especially against the background of their attitude towards the Germans.

We may have begun to live, perhaps worse, but we will endure these temporary difficulties. But we can say: "Man - it sounds proud!"

Why did you often visit Turkey where you are not respected? Or in order to warm your belly and look cool against the background of those who have never been anywhere, were you ready to humiliate yourself and your country where you are openly disliked and simply treated like a cash cow? (Hey Natasha, go to court, huh?)

          Tpruuuu ..

I’ll say it for myself - I hadn’t been able to go on vacation for 10 years (I didn’t have time stupidly, although I went around a half-ball to work), I wasn’t in Turkey either. There were a wife with a child.
          - a normal hotel - and no "Natasha, go" to you
          - respected, not respected - it is also an extensible concept. The Germans are calmer. Russians more often thump and in this state .. difficult to manage laughing
          - and many other similar factors.

It’s for me personally - deeply in parallel, whether the attendants respect me or not. It is enough that she conscientiously and without obvious closures does her job.

And as for the “warming up the belly” - when, finally, there was a vacation in 2005, it was November (censorship). And exactly why - it was Egypt.

Nothing quite like that, by the way. Voooot ...

Minuscule, give a concrete example of a breakthrough in domestic politics, real support for small business, healthcare, social services, import substitution, can engineering work, or have specialists begun to train specialists for working specialties in large quantities? You can list endlessly. I forgot to add that our "economists" have long been saying openly that it is beneficial for them to drop the ruble (which means the standard of living of the population, because income has not been increasing recently), at whose expense this "holiday" of life inside the country! I don’t call for unrest, everything is clear that nothing happens just like that, and personally, no matter how I survive, but what about those who are purely on the salary that many structures have now reduced?

The reduction in hospital beds, the reduction in the provision of medicines (going to the hospital — you have to buy medicine for treatment), the queue for a free operation has to wait for months (young doctors go on an internship and run away to paid clinics), the food in the hospital is disgusting, they cook it from scratching susekam, almost from the landfill. A list of diseases is attached. Sorry, but age is not being treated. In the hospital, the bed is expensive. Therefore, what grandmothers are treating with, it is quite possible to “treat” them in DS. In the budget, this position is called: deputy. chief medical officer. But, let's not quibble. About the personnel issue, absolutely, you are right. The internship was done at two years old, but was sent to the department. Employees of the department, these interns are not needed. They have their own mouths full of problems. Paid consultations, operations, trips with lectures from pharmaceutical companies. Therefore, whoever comes "to the ground" is usually with zero knowledge. In 10-15 years, when the generation that studied in the USSR leaves, it will be seriously ill. But, in general, “Moscow wasn’t built right away,” I hope that hands will reach medicine. Just as soon as officials stop collecting watches and pens for millions of dollars, then Russia will begin to revive. And so, more like an imitation. By inertia from the USSR, we can still produce some high-tech things, including weapons, but with this attitude to our people, our rulers run the risk of gaining territory inhabited by cattle, by analogy with Ukraine. Where will the country go, the population of which consists of traders (speculators) and lawyers grown up on the American education system? Our Chief took a great interest in foreign policy (I don’t mind, this is the right thing), but we also need to do something inside the country, and urgently, otherwise we will soon run like Papuans on reservations of foreign zones of influence, but with iPhones, and they will arrange a safari on us white gentlemen (or yellow), in order to regulate our population.

Patriotism (Greek πατριώτης - compatriot, πατρίς - fatherland) is a moral and political principle, a social feeling, the content of which is love for the Fatherland and readiness to subordinate its private interests to its interests.

As for me, I want to bring us to Turkey! I agree there are such opinions. But it’s worthwhile to continue the conversation on the topic that in Turechin, evil Turks can get their face on the beach or “cut” it specifically, the desire to go with people like that disappears right away. The fact that girls 18-22 say that you shouldn’t take much into account is a woman, in principle, is focused on herself, her child and reacts to factors associated with her personally. My wife does not know where Syria is and how the ship differs from the ship, but it’s great in I’m aware of how much the food basket and bills for light have risen in price. And young people have completely different opinions and there is still more patriotism than in 90.

"when the elite and the people decided togetherthat it was time for the country to regain superpower status, it was very important to make sure that we - the country, the people, the political elite - were ready to pay the bills of history "...

Um ... embarrassed me, however, this phrase ...

"We are a country, people, political elite" .... I don’t think that we are united ... Cutlets (country and people) - in one direction, and flies (political elite) - in the other ...

If I support Putin in many respects and a small group of HIS like-minded people, this does not at all indicate my support for the rest of the political establishment, that in the Duma, that in the government ... Yes, and in Putin’s circle many are not worthy of popular respect ...

Well, when we really - the elite and the people - become one, then we will become truly invincible, and the country will not be afraid of any troubles ... We will survive everything, not for the first time ...

At least it’s worth considering a change of government or a partial rotation. Mr. Prime Minister is just one of his kind annoying a significant part of the population. The Cabinet thoughtlessly (or intentionally?) Issues deliberately stillborn and causing excitement bills. One “Plato” is worth it, this is the work of the “cabinet”, nothing but the bitterness of the population + the ability to promote and gain cheap popularity for such characters as bulk and K. I quote: In order to take its rightful place in the post-war structure of the world of Russia, it will be necessary to change, transform and grow above itself. Gold words. But the elite should teach Russia an example of change, transformation and growth above itself. But all our failure consists in the fact that neither our bourgeoisie, nor our masters of culture, nor our government do the first. neither the second nor the third. There is a crisis in the yard, and the income of the oligarchs is only growing, while they do not want to abandon the calculation of their income in hard currency. For them, God is still a dollar. With such a war, neither hot nor hybrid, we will not win. As the geniuses of Soviet art become extinct, indistinct lovers of a new interpretation of history and great creations take their place. As if they could create something greater than The Quiet Don. Others, with foam at the mouth, assert their right to show their ass on the stage, as if their whole mind is concentrated in it. They measure the value of one or another of their works in box office dollars. Rare exceptions in the form of honest artists and writers are ridiculed. Our government, represented by officials and deputies, is mired in corruption. They are already rich, but like the Pushkin old woman they want MORE. As for the deputies, their symbolic “victim” in the form of a cut in salaries by 10% is ridiculous. Assign yourself gentlemen, at least 150000 per month, this is quite enough for you. Without the introduction of a progressive tax scale, people do not believe in your calls. So, comrade Putin is not a warrior alone in the field.

And I think it will be. GDP should reassure people, even if it is on the nose. Do not be surprised at the number of sudden inspections and exercises in the army? The best peace for people is when the president’s orders are carried out clearly and on time, at least the dismissal of the post is not fulfilled. Why, if you do not fulfill your functions in a private company, you instantly find yourself on the labor exchange. And the blockage in the responsible sector of the public sector does not threaten anything ??? Why are the government officials on "relaxed" - Mr. Medvedev (well, I don’t know, maybe he personally pisses me off .. I beg your pardon) he listens to the order and yawns, and with rare exceptions, there are other bureaucrats with shiny faces .. There is a feeling, that Putin has become too soft lately with the "statists" (several years ago, at least not outwardly observed) what is the reason - maybe he got old? maybe sick? I quote: the army is the basis of the economy, and money is a very effective weapon. All is correct. But why then in our economy the money of our adversary is an effective weapon. Figuratively speaking, our economy will be colonial until the director of the pasta factory stops talking in an interview that his profit over the past year has increased by ... DOLLARS. In our economy, it is not the state that rules, but the Central Bank, separated from it, which announced that its main goal is not to develop production, but to fight inflation. So be it. But why does inflation flourish, who does not believe, let it go to the store. To defeat inflation, the Central Bank made money, which means taking loans is expensive. But the manufacturer inevitably transfers the price of loans to the price of goods, if loans are expensive, then inflation accelerates. The budget is full of holes - why they do not introduce a progressive tax. Everywhere he is, and everywhere they have come to terms with it, and everyone scares us that the business will go into the shade - it will go away, so punish it in the shade. Punitive tools are now enough.

It’s important that this money should be used for road repairs, and not in someone’s pocket. Do not forget that we are gradually consuming money from the funds, we’ll soon have to decide something with pensioners. But what = defense? Either taxes from certain sectors, or go back to the West. Rude, but true.

I completely agree with the article, I myself see the future world in just such a way, but with a specific case, not everything is so clear. Why is China developing? Back in the 80s, earthen rickshaws and endless bicycles drove through earthen streets, today even in regional towns modern cars drive along well-asphalted roads, skyscrapers rise instead of shacks, and high-speed trains developing 300 km / h sparkle with the fantastic splendor and aerodynamics of an airplane. All this is possible because there they do not believe the words, they do work there - hour by hour, day by day. Starving, getting pennies, people turn their backward Country into a miracle of the 21st century, and the future lies with them! Why is this not happening in Russia? Yes, Moscow and other large cities today can boast of skyscrapers, but literally a hundred kilometers from the center of the Russian world there is still no gas, roads are broken, and prices rise to the skies. Deputies and state. officials at State expense rent expensive cars, build palaces, and dilapidated high-rise buildings and stinking garbage can continue to frighten with their otherworldly appearance. Does this all seem strange to you? In a country with the richest resources, unsurpassed minds and a rich past, almost concrete cases are invisible. Beautiful words must be put into practice, today there can be no illusions, and even Putin with his excellent foreign policy and the right word is worthless if all that he says is just irresponsible chatter!
I’m not a politician, but a simple person, maybe I don’t see everything, I don’t understand everything, but I love my Motherland and wish it future prosperity ...

Ask how it is with the environment in China. Are there areas where it is impossible to live worse than the Chernobyl zone? What area? Are there empty cities and where did they come from? How do peasants live, do they drive in beautiful cars and in what houses do they live?

Friends, it’s good that we have such a Russia, albeit with broken roads, but this is not the most important thing in life. Do you really think that our presence on Earth is a full, big belly and so as not to move, and the gingerbread men flew into their mouths? Or a washable cellphone? Maybe, after all, a right life, from a moral point of view? For example, I am for the pristine nature, and not concrete boxes. On a regular train, you’ll get there, you’ll see more, but if you jump off the rails, you can stay alive.
Envy the West and China less, we have everything and will be. We are original and self-sufficient. Find the good in life, and not seek out the bad.
The main thing is to protect our lifestyle. There will be a pipe for you, there will be a whistle.

Yeah, where to get it? Who pays taxes?

To begin with, the state must learn to fulfill its duties and not complain that it cannot recover some tax from the next bourgeois, and the people should not be blown away for the impotence of the state.

Do you understand that in the West, tax-related crimes are in second place, after violent against the person? Yes, and that is the question. Remember Al Capone, who was imprisoned for life to Alcotras, namely, for not paying taxes. If, you, thinks that the state can live without collecting taxes, this is naivety. In the USSR, there were no taxes? Ha !, even for childlessness. Simple, then it was easier. Evasion is almost impossible. True, it is impossible to evade, because it performed its functions properly. As for 120 rubles, taking into account the communal apartment 2 rubles, driving at 5 kopecks, you could have lived quite normally, knowing that you would not receive 10 bills from various "bloodsuckers".

(I'm not talking about jeans, all this is the corrupting influence of the West). I write, "sew", because if you don’t live in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other capital cities, as well as in the "box", then you can’t find it in the store. "Beware of the car," didn’t you look ?, "twenty from above?" I was born in the USSR, and I am very good by that time, but I began a conscious life from the beginning of the 80's. Dear, I'm not lying, the rent was really 2 with a penny, with the services of housing and communal services it came out in the region of 6 rubles. which is 5% of the salary. The average salary in the Russian Federation is 25-30 tr with the cost of utilities on average 6 tr, and this is already 20 percent of the family budget.

Our strength is in unity. It is this that is the guarantee of the great future of our Motherland, and it is about him that our president constantly tells us. In unity, our strength and, if we are united, we will surely be able to achieve everything we want.

    I agree, holy truth.

The only thing I agree with the author of this opus is that our strength is in unity. But this is clear to the hedgehog (not in terms of the fact that the hedgehog is slow-witted). And the main relying force is the people (when the lower classes do not want, and the upper circles cannot). But such a revolutionary situation has a twofold fundamental one. Where will the pendulum of history swing towards capitalism or socialism? The whole vector of the historical development of society indicates that socialism is a higher period of the existence of mankind (where each according to his needs from each according to his abilities). Since, at first there was chaos, then the primitive communal system, slavery, feudalism, capitalism, imperialism and with the destruction of socialism, we again came to capitalism (in Russia, its worst phase is “wild capitalism”).
As long as there will be private ownership of the means of production. there will be exploitation of man by man, and therefore there will be inequality, which will ultimately lead society to resolve this antagonism through the following actions: a democratic revolution (election-referendum), civil war, intervention.
At the expense of entry into eternity, I will say this. Russia was, is and will be. “two Romes fell, the third - Moscow, the fourth cannot happen”, as if Washington with its capitol did not puff. Something like this.

"Our strength is in unity. It is precisely this that is the key to the great future of our Motherland, and it is precisely about it that our president constantly tells us. In unity, our strength and, if we are united, we will be able to achieve everything we want."

Everything is correctly said, but on the way to achieving the goal it must be remembered that unlimited by laws private ownership instinct of some citizens can ruin the unity of any state! As demonstrated by the multinational corporations that control all western states, headed by the SGA. This is where the legs of the anti-human policy of the EU / NATO countries, covered by the venal press, grow. This threat in Russia is not eradicated and can seriously hit all over Russia, and we have enough guides for the affairs of the devil without his foreign servants. hi
