Islamic terrorists: the shadow of a criminal organization on world religion
Islamic militants caliph
This is the third attempt this year on the leader of the extremist group "Islamic State". In February, the Al-Arabiya Channel was quick to announce that as a result of airstrikes of the pro-Western coalition in the Iraqi Al-Qaim region, dozens of terrorists were killed, including major field commanders and IS leaders. Arab journalists have suggested that among the dead or wounded may be the "emir of the Islamic state" Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. However, a refutation soon followed. The death of the terrorist leader has not been confirmed.
A new message about the attack on al-Baghdadi came in March. News agencies reported that on the border between Iraq and Syria, Abu Bakr's convoy of three vehicles was attacked by the pro-Western coalition. It was reported that the leader of the Islamists died in the hospital of the Syrian city of Ar-Raqqah, and the militants of the "Islamic state" swore a new "caliph". Even his name was called. Later, the British The Guardian clarified that Abu Bakr was still alive, but paralyzed as a result of a spinal injury.
The attacks on the leader of Islamic terrorists are fueled by the promise of the United States to pay 10 million dollars for information that will lead to the arrest or death of al-Baghdadi. Experts cite two reasons for United States interest in this death. Public - psychologically break the main gangster grouping in the Middle East. The second reason is not advertised - Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi went out of control of the special services of the bastion of world democracy and could inflict serious reputational damage on her if the former connections of the American military and the leader of the terrorists manifest themselves in the public sphere.
The fact that al-Baghdadi is the next “son of a bitch” of the United States is indirectly indicated by their own information. According to official data from the US Department of Defense, Ibrahim Ali al-Badri (native of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi) was detained and held in Bukka, the largest American camp in Iraq, from February to December 2004. Unlike many Iraqi prisoners who were languishing in the dungeons of a long period of the US military campaign, Abu Bakr was released after ten months of treatment, and already in 2005, he appeared in the US intelligence report as an al-Qaida appointee in the city of Qaym in Iraq's western desert on the border with Syria.
This is not very similar to the miscalculation of the American special services, who have not considered a potential terrorist leader in the prisoner Abu Bakra. Experts do not claim that a quick release from the camp was the intention of the US military to take control of al-Qaeda’s actions in the region. However, they do not exclude such a version.
Most likely, life has prevented these plans. Already in 2006, the Iraqi terrorists squabbled with their Syrian accomplices and were expelled from al-Qaeda. In response, the militants, to whose assets belonged to Abu Bakr, organized a "Consultative meeting of the Mujahideen." He was soon joined by four more major groups (“Army of the Victorious Community”, “Army of the Sunnah and Community Communists”, “Army of the Conquerors” and “Army of Companions”). October 15 The 2006 of the year they announced the creation of the “Islamic State of Iraq” (ISI), which was soon enlarged by a number of other small Islamist groups.
In April, 2013, the whole of this gop company as an independent force joined the civil war in Syria and began to call itself “Islamic State of Iraq and Syria”
(according to other versions of "... and Levant", "... va Sham"). This move by Iraqi terrorists has led to new frictions for al-Qaida and the ISI. They were even demanded to return to Iraq, and Al-Qaeda’s “legal representative” in Syria was declared the “Al Nusra Front”.
Instead, the group of ISIL launched a full-scale offensive in the northern and western regions of Iraq, it became ever deeper to penetrate into Syria. I took control of major cities, oil fields and entire provinces.
29 June 2014 of the year in Sham (Levant) and Iraq, a terrorist group declared an Islamic caliphate and proclaimed Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as sheikh. A week later, al-Baghdadi, during the Friday prayer in the mosque of Mosul, called on all Muslims in the world to join the jihad under the leadership of the group and announced a claim for religious and political power over all the regions inhabited by Sunni Muslims, including Jordan, Israel, Palestine, Kuwait, Lebanon, Turkey and Russia. As a result of these claims, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant grouping, rejected the geographical binding in its name and became the Islamic State, declaring the Syrian city of Ar-Raqqah the capital.
Inspired by the July al-Baghdadi speech, foreign fighters said they no longer needed citizenship, and publicly tore up or burned their passports. Sworn to "Islamic caliphate" groups of Muslims participating in hostilities in Afghanistan, Algeria, Pakistan, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Nigeria.
The world did not recognize the IS, and a number of states, including Russia, outlawed a terrorist group and completely banned its activities on its territory.
Under the black banner of terror
As eyewitnesses testify, who fled from the Iraqi city Faluj, conquered by the ISI, the militants for the first six months feared an insurrection among the population. They did not force the population to strictly follow their laws. Then they belted. Sharia form of government with its numerous prohibitions and punishments (for example, women are forbidden to move along the street without a man, you must adhere to the "dress code" of Islamists, during Friday prayers the shops must close, you can not smoke cigarettes and chew gum, without a good reason to miss prayers in the mosque, etc. For these and other violations punishable with lashes, less often - high fines.) Not only established new requirements for the Sunni Muslim group under its control. She made Muslims of other currents of Islam and especially Christians completely completely defenseless. Here, a violation of prohibitions already turns into the death penalty.
Blood has flowed. A lot of blood. This is the case for the territories that once constituted the periphery of the Ottoman Empire, in many ways customary. The janissaries committed atrocities here for centuries — they cut their heads, put people on a stake, and stripped the skin from the living. This cruelty is not forgotten and accepted by the terrorists of our time as a sign of power and rule.
The world saw and shuddered. As a result of a survey conducted among Sunni Arabs from several countries (Tunisia, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Iraq), it was found that 85 percent of respondents negatively relate to the actions of the IG and only 11 support them. In this last group, the main part consisted of people who have hostility to Shiites, a sharp rejection of the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, as well as the policies of the West. An extremely small proportion of supporters of the IG considers the militants of this organization to be defenders of Islamic religious values.
Islamic scholars echo those questioned. Even the most radical of them explain that, for example, all other cults, superstitions, worship of the elements and mythical characters are considered from a Muslim point of view a grave sin before Allah. However, it is not washed off with blood, but says goodbye with sincere repentance. In other words, even in the eyes of religious leaders of a radical sense, all these public executions have nothing in common with the true faith, but serve only as a pretext for terror.
From the very beginning of the conflict, theologians, opposition to the al-Assad regime, did not support the supporters of the IG. They declared them "heretics", Muslims who misunderstood the texts of Islam. This opinion was shared, for example, by the chairman of the Fatwa Committee of the League of Syrian Theologians, Sheikh Marwan al-Qadiri. Then the conclusions of authoritative religious figures became sharper and tougher. They felt uncomfortable alongside Islamic terrorists. Already at the beginning of 2014, theologians began to say that IG supporters crossed all borders - they blamed Muslims for unbelief, “they declared their lives and property to be allowed” (they kill and rob them).
Opponents of al-Baghdadi dispute his right to declare and legitimize the caliphate. Thus, the International Union of Muslim Scientists, through the mouth of its chairman, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, stated that “the proclaimed caliphate lost touch with reality. This caliphate has neither the support of most Muslims, nor territory, nor economy, nor recognition. He levels and discredits the very notion of a caliphate. “The Islamic State” is an organization that represents only itself and has no right to speak for all Muslims. ”
Secular authorities hold a similar position. In March of this year, the Interreligious Council of Russia at its meeting in the State Duma made a decision that recommends all Russian media to abandon the abbreviations IG and ISIL. Council members believe that these abbreviations discredit the concept of "Islam" and "state." The terrorist grouping of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is more appropriately denoted by a similar Arabic abbreviation DAISH (from Arabic - the Islamic state of Iraq and Sham).
The French Foreign Ministry went even further and suggested calling the militants of this grouping “Daesh thugs”, and the Egyptian religious department Dar al-Ifat considers it right to call them “Al Qaeda Separatists in Iraq and Syria” or ISIS.
At first glance it seems - this is a pun. The thing is that the name "DAISH" resembles some dissonant words in Arabic. It just infuriates the terrorists themselves. In their "code of laws" there is even a punishment in 70 lashes for those who dare say "DAISH" instead of "Islamic State" - despite the fact that Arabic is considered the official language of the IG.
The media did not support the “rebranding” proposed by the Interreligious Council. The point is not that the journalists were afraid of X-NUMX lash al-Baghdadi. Rather, it has not yet come to the realization that a handful (a very small number among those who profess Islam) casts a shadow on religion, with the faith in which more than one and a half billion earthlings live. But the main thing is that such an event requires organized and coordinated actions in order not to mislead its readers and viewers by teasing terms. So far, the “rebranding” has not happened either in Russia, or in France, or in Egypt, and under the black banner of terror, a terrorist group, arrogantly declaring itself “Islamic State”, flaunts religious slogans.
... Terrorism is beyond religion. His motive is to achieve his goals without political struggle and public consent, but only by coercion and force. weapons. This is how the al-Baghdadi group with its numerous branches around the world, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Afghan Taliban, act. You can continue to list groups and groups. They are even in countries where Muslims constitute a very small part of the population. As it is now in the Philippines, where riot fighters from the Moro Liberation Front are fighting for the creation of an independent Islamic state. Goals everywhere are banal everywhere - to take power into their own hands. The means chosen are bloody terror and the assigned right to religion, which is worshiped by a fifth of the world's population ...
