The computer will be used to call young people into the Lithuanian army

Russia sent Lithuania a note on deliveries by the Baltic state weapons Ukraine. Earlier, official Vilnius reported that it sees no reason why it could not supply arms to Kiev. Having received a note from Russia, the Lithuanian authorities decided to leave it without an official response. Instead, comments from Lithuanian officials appeared in the Lithuanian media.
In particular, the edition Lietuvos zinios quotes the words of Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linkyavicius:
We do not consider this (to respond to the Russian note - note "IN") necessary. Lithuania sees no reason to respond or excuse to those who constantly violate the laws.
In addition, in Lithuania they stated that those weapons that Vilnius sends to Kiev are strictly defensive.
In the meantime, legal preparations are continuing in Lithuania for the resumption of conscription. As it is known, from September of this year young people of Lithuania at the age from 19 to 26 will begin to call. At the same time, the parliament made a decision according to which thousands of conscripts from almost 3,5 thousands of eligible (excluding university students) Lithuanians who will select a computer from the list will enter into 45. This initiative was criticized by Lithuanian public activists, stating that it would not be transparent, but it could contribute to the growth of corruption. I wonder how the Lithuanian call will go, if hackers get access to the computer system - is it possible that Linkyavichyus and Grybauskaite get into the recruits? ..
