Either the expert is terribly afraid of the Russians, or he thinks that “chief, everything is lost”. He even calls the delivery of arms to Kiev a belated measure.
As measures to counter Putin’s “great plan”, the analyst proposes to provide Ukraine with weapons (although he writes, “probably already too late”) to remove obstacles that stand in the way of expanding oil and gas production in the United States, use “financial instruments” thanks to which America "unequivocally" will be able to prevent Russian global trade and financial activities. Ran concludes: "Russian expansionism" must be put an end to "non-violent means."
