Leonid Khabarov went out on parole, Vladimir Kvachkov while behind bars
Recall that Leonid Khabarov was arrested on suspicion of committing crimes under the articles: "Recruitment or involvement of persons in terrorist activities" and "Attempt to organize an armed insurrection." At the same time, the court examined evidence that Khabarov allegedly was part of the so-called military wing of the Minin and Pozharsky militia. The court was not embarrassed by the fact that neither Khabarov nor Kvachkov had more or less serious weapons, except for the pistols, recognized by the examination as incapable of firing, with cartridges that didn’t fit these pistols either, and the crossbow. The judge considered that the coup Kvachkov and Khabarov could have been accomplished without weapons, or by seizing weapons on the way to Moscow.
Khabarov was convicted in February of 2013 of the year under other articles: “Terrorist Act” and “Illegal possession of ammunition, explosives and explosive devices”, setting the term of imprisonment in 4,5 of the year.
Leonid Khabarov - retired colonel. A veteran of the war in Afghanistan. Serdyukov. He was detained at 2011 in Yekaterinburg.
Vladimir Kvachkov is still serving his sentence in prison. Initially, the term for a retired colonel, GRU Kvachkov, was 13 years in prison, but then the judges softened the sentence, reducing the term to 8 years.
