So that leisure was full

13
How do servicemen on conscription and contract spend their free time, days off and holidays? What needs to be done so that the personnel strive to celebrate personal holidays and successes in combat training in the club of the military unit, and the premises, equipment and, of course, the specialists of the cultural and leisure institution meet modern requirements, the wishes of the soldiers, sergeants and officers themselves? You must agree that most of them are still very young people, and their cultural, moral and spiritual development depends on how and with what leisure is filled. This and other issues of cultural and leisure work is devoted to the next "round table" on the pages of the Red Star.

Clubs must become modern

Captain 2nd rank Oleg NIZIN, head of the department of outreach and cultural and leisure activities of the department for work with personnel of the North fleet, Western Military District:

- Over the past five years, in the course of reforming the Armed Forces and optimizing the number of military cultural institutions, the club system of the Northern Fleet has undergone great changes: in connection with the reorganization of military units, the number of clubs has almost halved, and the number of existing employees has been significantly reduced. As a result, there are 13 clubs left in the Northern Fleet, and each has two employees: a head and a librarian. The exception is the officer club of the remote garrison of the sea aviation Severomorsk-3. It organizes leisure not only for servicemen of all categories, but also for residents of the village, children and youth, as this is the only cultural institution in the entire garrison. Fortunately, the staff of five people allows them to conduct diverse activities.

In the other clubs, the work is reduced to holding events within the framework of the program of public state preparation, thematic matinees, contests and quizzes dedicated to public holidays, days of military glory, anniversary and memorable dates in stories parts. The bulk of the activities carried out is designed for sailors, foremen and sergeants serving in conscription. If there is an agreement with the municipal cultural institutions, the head of the club invites the creative teams of the city to perform.

For servicemen of contract service, clubs with a state interior and primitive equipment are not of great interest. Contractors prefer to relax in the cultural and entertainment establishments of the city, where you can communicate with colleagues in comfortable conditions and celebrate a significant personal date. Even if they are given a club for this purpose, located on the territory of a unit in an adapted room (in fact, in the same barracks), people will not go there, because they want to go to the city and take a break from their usual environment. But if the military unit is located far from civilization, then the sailor or soldier’s club really becomes the center of culture.

Now there are great difficulties in providing transport, which is why cultural and artistic groups do not have the opportunity to travel not only to the remote subunits of their unit, but also to other garrisons.

It is a pity that the decision was made to cut down the clubs in the hospitals, because they are extremely necessary there. The soldiers on treatment need some kind of diversity, they need “food” for the mind and positive impressions. And in the hospital, all this can be obtained only in the club.

In order for the military to strive to spend time in the sailor’s club, it must be made a full-fledged cultural institution, with all modern technical equipment, room decoration, and the availability of specialists. The progressive world has long been living by other standards, making extensive use of the Internet. People have the opportunity to communicate in social networks, read the latest news on information sites. Sailor's club is very lacking Internet cafes. For any sailor, it would be good to see his parents and friends using Skype to talk with them.

In order for the club to be popular with the military, it must be modernized: there should be good acoustics, lighting and sound equipment, and comfortable chairs in the auditorium. A staff is required up to 5-7, a person who must include an instructor in cultural and artistic work and an instructor in the heroic and patriotic education of servicemen. And the range of events organized in it will depend on the potential of the club.

Difficulties - no reason to lower your hands

Colonel Alexander RUSANOV, deputy commander of the 7 Russian military base (Republic of Abkhazia) for work with personnel:
- The organization of leisure and cultural events for our 7 military base has several important aspects. First, the specificity of the service abroad limits the possibility of dismissing soldiers and sergeants in conscription outside the garrison. Secondly, the educational process in the units for the most part goes under the conditions of the polygons, which are at a sufficient distance from the place of permanent deployment.

Thirdly, the formation of the infrastructure of the military camp has not yet been completed, and therefore our club occupies unsuitable premises. But all this does not become a pretext for gaps in cultural and leisure work. On the contrary, in the existing conditions we try to apply all forms of leisure organization as efficiently as possible. A marching auto club is quite actively used for this purpose, the uninterrupted operation of which is provided by club head Maxim Petrosyan and driver Stepan Protsenko. Fortunately, the climatic conditions allow us to show films and concert programs on weekends and holidays, right in the open air on the parade ground. Popular with the military base performances of the concert group of musicians of the orchestra of the compound. Our Abkhazian friends also perform in conjunction with concerts, organize interesting excursions to the sights of the republic for soldiers and sergeants.

During the formation of the base, we inherited a good library from the 131 brigade. And now, when it is allowed to live in the garrison of families of servicemen under contract, it has become possible to take on the position of library manager qualified culturologist Natalia Zavarygin. We hope that her professionalism and active position will help to open a second wind in the work of the library. Already, she is helping subdivisions leaving the training ground to form hiking libraries, she is creatively working on the scenario of KVN competitions among subunits.

From my point of view, cultural and leisure work in military units located abroad, due to its specific content and focus, should be headed by a certified specialist from among the military personnel under the contract. This will help bring the club work closer to the tasks of combat readiness and the cultural needs of all personnel.

We hope that with the realization of the concept of building the military camp of the base, according to which we will have a modern shopping and entertainment center with an auditorium on 500 seats, it will be possible to diversify and raise to the most modern level the cultural leisure of all categories of unified personnel and families military personnel.

Verified by practice!

Svetlana Svidruk, head of the club for a separate brigade of material and technical support of the Eastern Military District (Ussuriysk):
- The club is located on the territory of the unit, in its very “heart”, which allows the personnel in their free time as part of their unit to attend events held for military personnel. There are also always open doors for anyone who would like to try their creative powers and declare their talent.

The work schedule of the club is based on the daily routine of servicemen. On weekends, the club has a library, where you can look through your favorite magazines and read the latest periodicals in a cozy room. Literary readings, intellectual quizzes, and conversations of interest are held for soldiers. Through book exhibitions in the library highlighted significant dates. There is a large amount of literature that ensures the issuance of books on the subscription.

Weekly, according to the plan of the day off, in the auditorium themed matinees, conversations, film films are held. In the evening, feature films and documentaries are shown. A large collection of documentary, artistic material with patriotic content is available, as well as a selection of interesting historical films for the military to watch.

In addition, on weekends we have amateur rehearsals. The vocal group “Vivat” is organized and successfully operates in the brigade. Her ready-made rooms are included in the program of festive concerts. The main repertoire of the group is a patriotic song, which is warmly met by servicemen of the brigade and other units. With each new call, the guys change the style of performance of numbers, genres of songs, the quantitative composition. But the patriotism of speeches and the desire to defend the honor of the native union remains unchanged. Through the efforts of each participant, Vivat became recognizable not only in Ussuriysk, but also in other cities and towns of Primorsky Krai.

Frequent guests of our scene are creative groups, as well as the Ussuri theater VBO. Artists with pleasure speak to the military, the soldiers, in turn, - the most grateful spectator.

Now in the premises of the club is being renovated, so for the leisure of the personnel while using the auditorium and library. In the future, it is planned to design the combat glory room of the brigade, to make repairs in the officer’s meeting room, billiard room, which will allow diversifying the rest of servicemen of various categories.

For the time being, soldiers mark their personal significant dates and successes in the service in their units because of the renovation of the club premises. Honoring the military is one of the most interesting forms of cultural and leisure work. It has already been verified: a competently conducted event allows children to distract from working days, culturally relax, rejoice over a colleague, which contributes to the overall cohesion of the military team.

There is a problem with frames. According to the staff in the club - his manager and librarian. Obviously, there is a shortage of an artist, an instructor in cultural and artistic work, an operator in video equipment, musical equipment, and multimedia programs. And, of course, I would like to have a photographer.

However, I note, even with such limited resources, the club is doing a great job. We try to do the festive events only on our own - this creates an atmosphere of special comfort and warmth in the hall. All categories of military personnel, civilian personnel of the unit, family are involved.

There are a lot of interesting perspectives. As the renovation of the premises is completed, I would like to try a new form of work - taking the oath in the room of military glory. It seems to me that this will create a more solemn atmosphere and a sense of pride in his brigade and service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

All of the above is a mandatory component of the successful work of the soldiers' club of our unit. Understanding the significance of this activity, the brigade command supports us in all undertakings.

Internet, gyms and swimming pool ...

Lieutenant Colonel Andrei GORBACHEV, deputy commander for personnel operations, Western Military District:

- The Cultural and Leisure Center (CDC) operates in our compactly deployed compound. He answers his name - it has a large auditorium on 460 seats, a room of military glory, a library, an officer’s meeting room, a gym, a post office. Accordingly, the range of services provided is quite wide. In one place everything that a soldier needs is concentrated when he is free from occupation and duty. By the way, practice shows that the greatest burden on this institution falls on Sunday, which is also taken into account when planning work. One can definitely say: it is the CDC that should replace the “soldier’s” club.

Of course, you need to competently and creatively approach the use of the existing base, and most importantly - to attract personnel to amateur creativity. So, some time ago we were natives of the North Caucasus. In order to popularize the traditions of their peoples, 3-4 prepared numbers in general amateur performances for a particular holiday. The soldiers, seeing a cordial attitude, were not shy - they performed songs and national dances, recited poems in their native language. For their colleagues, this became an introduction to culture, broadened their horizons. Yes, and on the moral and moral atmosphere in military teams affected favorably.

We invite you to interesting creative teams. So, recently students of the parochial school came, who prepared an interesting play on Orthodox subjects. Moreover, Muslims were also sitting in the hall - it was also interesting for them.

Popular and such a traditional form, as the holding of mass holidays. In particular, commemoration of the foremost combat training — we usually organize it every six months before retiring conscripts to the reserve. The women's council of the union, headed by Irina Melnikova, is preparing and conducting its events.

If we talk about the personal holidays of soldiers and sergeants, then the CDC is of little use here. We went on the way to the creation in the battalions of the special rooms - places for tea. There you can celebrate a birthday, some other date in a cozy atmosphere. In such cases, the number of invited colleagues is small.

It is impossible not to raise the personnel issue. Specialists of cultural and leisure work in the garrison can be found. These are wives of military personnel with a diploma from a specialized university, and reserve officers with rich experience in educational work with personnel. Another thing is that people with higher education can not pay 4-5 thousand rubles and at the same time demand full return. There is a clear discrepancy in the assessment of their work ...

What is missing? There are ways for further development, and here we are able to do something ourselves, but something needs support at a fairly high level. So, now we are going to open a certain prototype of the Internet club in the form to which many sergeants and soldiers are accustomed to the “citizen”. Here she, in my opinion, would also be in demand. In particular, it would be possible to communicate with relatives and friends on "Skype". Technical capabilities for this are. The first step is to install one computer space with licensed equipment in the library, and a visit schedule has been drawn up. Now we need to increase the number of places. To do this, we want to allocate a separate room in CDC and install 4-6 equipped computers with all the necessary equipment there. By the way, the possibility of accessing the Internet could be used in preparing for classes and the leaders of groups of public and state training.

Now there is a clear lack of opportunities for sports leisure activities. A few years ago I served in the North Caucasus, and there in the village of Troitskaya I visited a huge CDC, which among other things included a spacious, well-equipped gym, and a pool with a steam room. There was billiards, a bowling alley. We have a very small gym. Just a big room - in such a closed room do not play football, volleyball, basketball. And the current training base leaves much to be desired. About the pool generally keep quiet. Still, it’s time to seriously think about building typical large QDCs with a modern sports component in large garrisons. Moreover, it would have a beneficial effect on physical fitness.

Wi-Fi to communicate with parents

Lieutenant Colonel Sergey PROKOPOV, Deputy Commander of the Management Brigade, 49-I Army, Southern Military District:
- For us, the topic touched upon by the “Red Star” is very relevant. The fact is that after the redeployment of the brigade to the current duty station, we do not have our own club. It fetters hand and foot. Difficulties arise in conducting team events: part day, New Year holidays, February 23, general meetings, summing up, encouraging personnel, reading orders. In addition, before we have been very actively held cultural and leisure activities. These are performances of creative groups, demonstration of feature films and documentaries, the fruitful work of the library. Many dance and singing groups of Stavropol, where we have been deployed for several years, regularly come to the command of the brigade with proposals to speak to our servicemen. These are ensembles of the House of Children's Creativity, and urban art schools, and even venerable artists, including the Stavropol Cossack Song and Dance Ensemble “The Free Steppe” (artistic director Vasily Berchenko). But we have to refuse them, because we cannot provide elementary conditions for performance.

In Stavropol there is a garrison officers' house. But even at its base you can hold only some of the activities. Due to the reduction in the staffing level of the GDO team, its management has limited opportunities to organize such events. There are problems with the transportation of personnel from the location of the unit to the Officers' House and back. The time costs, the engagement of serious forces and means, the timely execution of an application for the provision of motor vehicles by the enterprises of the outsourcing system - all this complicates the holding of mass cultural and leisure activities. We will have our own “soldiers' club - these problems will be solved exactly. I am sure that conscripts and contract servicemen will gladly go to the club. Moreover, civilian personnel, in particular, the head of the club and the librarian, are actively working with us. There are always not indifferent guys among the personnel. They would be an asset to the “creative headquarters” of the brigade, which will contribute to holding cultural and leisure events that are interesting for the military team. A good argument for the soldiers and sergeants to spend their free time at the club would be to set up a Wi-Fi point. Life does not stand still - the current generation of defenders of the Fatherland does not write letters by hand to relatives and friends. And free, though not for long, access to the Internet will allow them to communicate with their parents more often and more fully. In addition, the command of the unit will be able to create clear feedback to the parents of servicemen. Moms and dads will be able to send an email at any time asking them all their questions about their son, his service, living conditions and so on. And we, in turn, will be more fully informed about the concerns of the relatives of our subordinates.

It would be correct and the revival of the brigade brass band. The charter did not make any corrections about this traditional military ritual, but now we are forced to assemble an orchestra of enthusiastic musicians serving in different parts of the garrison.

It was high time to think about the leisure of the military. and it’s very good that the Russian army began to protest the great traditions of the Russian army

Thematic mornings, conversations, film lectures, libraries ... The soldier wants to fuck, fuck !!! The legend says that mattresses made a $ 2 bill so that the soldier could pay the prostitute. I'm afraid to disappoint you, but this is just a legend. Even in the most obscene places, the most base, ahem, a half-light lady will not do a blow job in less than $ 20. Although the information I have is very long ago, so due to inflation, today it can be more expensive.
Although maybe in 1862 when a $ 2 bill was first published, and there were such prices. wassat

a $ 2 bill was specifically introduced so that a soldier could pay with a prostitute
, considering that only she is backed by silver and is confiscated in every possible way (which is so rare) - the prostitute, in mattress, is still not averse to her ...

I am a contractor. Talk leisure? He left for service at seven, came home at half past seven in the evening from service. While I washed / ate (and some still cook it myself) \ got ready for tomorrow - it's time to sleep. And the children and wife ??? No time.
There is a weekend! Great, Saturday - PCB until 14 p.m., after 14 p.m. (who needs it on x ... need ???) and home at 16-17 p.m. We need to tidy up the house, help my wife, work out with the children .... And, it's time to sleep.
Okay, Sunday (if not outfit). Sleep off ("Well, let me sleep !!!", as in the movie "12 chairs" !!!) at least until eight, if the children allow. These add ... ki from the command again came up with something, you have to go to some event, fix the chiffoner and replace the glass in the door in the kitchen .... - again for later. Pancake!!! We still need to break through the sewer, otherwise the water in the bathroom goes off for half an hour! Forgive my wife, I only managed to make the door and walk with my son for a couple of hours, to the cinema again next time ...

The restoration of labor is not an economic term; you cannot do without it. I think that no one has ever been involved in leisure activities, and that’s really scary. But you could organize a business in such a way that your skills would grow and your rest should be ... oh dreams ...

It’s not possible for us to do so, alas ... Russia simply didn’t have such a period in history that everyone won peacefully, even if we live in peace .. And we have such an army ... Because at any moment the soldiers will have to be sent to death .. And by persuasion fail .. alas .. Maybe I'm wrong and yet ...

In my opinion, most of the article was hopelessly behind with the organization of leisure activities for military personnel somewhere in the 80s. It then still had some significance showing films, the work of the library, etc. Now all this is quietly replacing access to the Internet. But the fact that the organization of service and recreation of servicemen is a problem is a fact.
