Ramazan Ramzan surpassed by the level of people's trust

36
Not so long ago, the Public Opinion Foundation published the results of a survey that related to the assessment of the activities of the heads of the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District by the local population. It turned out that the first place in terms of positive feedback in terms of leadership, took the acting head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov. The work of Abdulatipov in his post as positive for the region was estimated by 72% of respondents, and only 2% of respondents said that Abdulatipov’s work was negative. The remaining respondents could not give an unambiguous assessment of the work of the acting head of the republic.

The second place in a kind of national rating was taken by the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov. His work on the "positive" rated exactly 50% of respondents. Almost 11,5% of the residents of KCR indicated negatively in the activity of Temrezov. The leader of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov closed the top three, gaining 31,6% "positive" and 35,4% negative votes. The remaining heads of affairs were much worse ...

As can be seen, according to the data presented, the leaders of the popular vote did not include the main persons in the charisma of the North Caucasus Federal District - President of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov and President of Ingushetia Yunusbek Yevkurov. However, unlike the FOM rating, the same Ramzan Kadyrov succeeded in the so-called citation rating. The point is that the head of Chechnya took the first place in Russia in terms of citation as the head of the region and the blogger at the same time. In terms of citation, Kadyrov’s performance is almost 10 times ahead of the remaining Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachev’s remaining on this indicator. As they say, who can ...

Ramazan Ramzan surpassed by the level of people's trust

Experts are wondering why the level of the positive attitude of work in the region of the same Ramazan Abdulatipov from the Dagestanis is much higher than the level of the same attitude of the heads of other North Caucasian republics. The riddle, indeed, is present, because by economic indicators Dagestan can hardly be called the absolute leader in the region, even the best of the worst can not be called. Yes - the fixed unemployment rate here is about 12,8% (for comparison: in Chechnya, almost 28%, in Ingushetia - all 48%). But such unemployment is still twice as high as the national average ... The economic turmoil also adds terrorist activity, which, when Abdulatipov takes office, does not go down as much as we would like. Although it is obviously not necessary to expect from the head of such a complex for various measures of the region lightning solutions of both economic and antiterrorist plans.

A high level of trust in the head of the republic, expressed by the residents of Dagestan, should obviously be taken as a kind of advance payment issued to the head. Ramazan Gadzhimuradovich himself understands this, and therefore demonstrates a clear desire to consolidate his “people's success”, which was revealed as a result of a sociological survey. Consider the actions that have been noted since the publication of the FOM Ramazan Abdulatipov data.

One of the interesting points in this vein is the desire to bring the life of the republic into the legal mainstream. And in this case we are talking about bringing the Dagestani military recruits (or, more precisely, potential conscripts) into the legal mainstream.

In particular, in the Republic of Dagestan, the creation of a so-called guarantee institution has been announced, whose work will be to control the behavior of Dagestan recruits after they get into military units of various regions of Russia. To implement this kind of project, the Dagestan authorities decided to go along the path of bringing to the upbringing of Dagestan young people of military age known and respected people in the republic. To this end, a special commission is being formed in Dagestan, which will include local deputies, spiritual fathers, elders from different localities and retired officers. It is planned that a guarantor will be allocated for a certain group of Dagestan conscripts, who will take all the responsibility for the service of their charges. The guarantor will have to regularly visit the military units where those young people do military service for whose behavior he is responsible. And if they (the guarantor) will identify violations of the statute by his “pets”, he will be obliged to put these violators of discipline in place and subject him to as yet unmarked punishment. Representatives of the institute of guarantee are still talking about the system of censures and punishments, but in the territory of Dagestan such an initiative has already gained many supporters, because the interest of young people from this particular region of Russia to do military service in the Russian army remains very high. Will this initiative be approved by the Russian Ministry of Defense? - this is a separate question.

It is worth noting that Abdulatipov is the only in recent time leader of Dagestan, who declares that it is time to withdraw the region with the richest resources from the subsidized abyss. It seems that all previous chapters of Dagestan seemed to like the subsidized niche of the republic, as there was no need to allow any special movements for the federal center to allocate funds "for development".

One of the manifestations of the economic activity of the head of Dagestan can be called those agreements that were achieved at his personal meeting with the Iranian delegation. While Europe is actively pressing Iran on with the help of sanctions, the south of Russia may well use its geographic location to increase trade activity with Iran at the regional-state level.

Today, Russian-Iranian trade is about three billion dollars. Given the enormous potentials of both countries, this figure looks ridiculous. To increase the turnover indicators, it is proposed to create a logistics center in Dagestan through which goods from Russia to Iran and, accordingly, from Iran to Russia will pass. Acting Head of the Republic of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov proposed to establish a permanent aviation communication between the republican capital and several airports of Iran, and in addition to open a consulate general of the Islamic republic in Makhachkala. It is planned to launch a number of joint energy and infrastructure projects that will attract foreign investments to Dagestan. Abdulatipov is going to take this work under his personal control.

Another direction of economic growth in Dagestan is agriculture. This was reported at a meeting of representatives of local authorities. So that the words about the development of agriculture in the republic did not disagree with matters, it was decided already this year to begin implementing the program for the full development of the agro-industrial complex in several districts of the republic at once. The program has already started to work in Kizlyar district of Dagestan, where recently several enterprises of the agro-industrial complex have been opened at once with a total employment level of about 900 people. This led the district to the number of districts with a minimum level of unemployment in the republic.

At the same time, the authorities say that the more new jobs will appear in different parts of Dagestan, the less desire local youth will show in terms of “going to the mountains”, and the less there will be less chances for recruiters who today are showing considerable activity in those parts of the republic where unemployment reaches critical values.

Recall that Ramazan Abdulatipov has been serving as the head of Dagestan since the end of January of this year. Despite the enormous difficulties that Abdulatipov has to face in his work, the level of his support from the population is several times higher than the level that corresponded to Abdulatipov’s predecessors in his post. Of course, before turning Dagestan into a “garden city” is very, very far away, but I would like the potential of the head of the region not to run out, and his interest in the development of Dagestan would not wear out over time in a power position.
As for small achievements, it is precisely small steps that often lead to a big goal.

A lot of shuttles from Chechnya and Dagestan come to us and here they buy goods from Iran, Turkey and China !!
Creating a center is good, but it will still be more expensive there!
*** It is planned to launch a number of joint energy and infrastructure projects that will attract foreign investments to Dagestan. *** - If they create the attractiveness of the projects, then our businessmen can easily spend money, but so far no one invests a penny there unstable!

On the territory of the Magaramkent district, a customs and logistics terminal will be created on the basis of the factory. I think customs procedures will be faster and better.

I believe that if everything is transparent and without corruption, this will be a big plus for Dagestan!
It is possible even in the future to make a special economy zone there, I am sure that the turnover will be large if they do not crush bribes and corruption!

And this is in the plans! If taken wisely, the result will be. In addition, the Tourism Cluster has been approved, the Turkish textile holding plans to place its production in the first industrial park of Dagestan, the satellite city of Cote d'Azur will be built. Implemented projects: Construction of a sheet glass plant, Assembly plant for agricultural machinery and light commercial vehicles (China), Dagagroitalia implements a large investment project in the agricultural sector, etc.

Dagestan turned into a laundry room for laundering black cash.
And as for the service of the Dagestanis, I can say one thing: as long as there is one dag in the company, there are no problems, as soon as there are more than two problems begin: in front of each other they are posing as “real men”.
"Wild divisions" must be done, as in the tsarist army.

And perhaps that is not necessary. They serve in their units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (and BB) - and that's enough for that. I think that the armed forces will do without these republics. For in fact, it’s not so good from them how much. There is strength (who argues), but they do not shine with intelligence and professionalism, and now, in addition to the simplest (like a shooter) professions in the army, people with brains are required and, most importantly, capable of training and mastering complex equipment and specialty.

As for the service with the Caucasians, I know firsthand - there are more than problems. As for the wild divisions, I have a couple of questions for you:
      - where to deploy them (not in Dagestan)?
      - Who will be the proud “warriors” to wash toilets and peel potatoes?

R.Abdulatipov is a man of the Soviet school of life, so God help him. In 1999 Dagestan all sided with Russia against the Basayev gang, and then in some 10-12 years it turned into the most "gangster" region. Why? There are many reasons. This question must be asked of our authorities.

Those called up in Chechnya in 1942 (13560 deserters out of 14576 called up), 1016 people, yes, heroes, fought, the rest were so-so cowards or traitors. war is not sugar, but deserters gave offspring, now alive and well. I do not agree, removing trees is not an option!
A set of measures to normalize the state of plantings includes the following actions:
          1) Elimination of the breeding centers of insect pests and diseases
trees (removal of dead trees or terminally affected by pests and diseases of dangerous trees.)
          2) Sanitary pruning of trees - removal of dry and
diseased branches (dead and diseased branches are a potential source
          dangerous tree diseases).
          3) The treatment of mechanical damage (dry holes, frost holes,
hollow and other injuries and defects) of the tree, which are the gates for the penetration of pathogens.
          4) Emergency measures for the recovery of patients and severely
weakened trees (top dressing and stimulation of immunity, normalization of the oxygen regime of root systems)
          5) Treatment of tree diseases, the destruction of pests.
          6) Preventive protection of trees from diseases and pests.
The correct approach to the problem of preserving trees, maintaining their health and beauty is based on timely planning and implementation of simple activities, and provides for three main stages:
          1. Forest pathological examination, development of a forest protection plan.
          2. Emergency measures to normalize the general condition of trees.
          3. Planned seasonal events.
          Such an approach
          • guarantees a high result
          • minimizes financial costs (enough to feed the Caucasus))))))) and the likelihood of new diseases.

And now it’s worth remembering what happened in Dagestan during the Second World War, where did all the Chechens go?

One of the decisive factors in the world-historic victory of the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War over fascist Germany and its satellites was the unity and solidarity of the peoples of our multinational and multiconfessional country. In the harsh years of the war, all the peoples of our country rallied around the heroic Russian people, who bore the brunt of the war on their shoulders.
From the very first days of the war, thousands of Dagestanis, at the call of their hearts and homeland, at the call of the party-Soviet bodies directly from rallies that swept through all the settlements of Dagestan, were sent to military commissariats with statements - to enlist them in the ranks of the army as volunteers. In just four days (from June 22 to 26, 1941), 3350 applications were received from Dagestanis, including 677 from women. Statements with a request to send volunteers to the front were received throughout the war. In the difficult days of 1942, when the Nazi hordes came close to the borders of Dagestan, more than 15 thousand Dagestanis voluntarily joined the Red Army. In the autumn of the same year 1942, a cavalry squadron of Kara Karaev was formed from highland volunteers and sent to the front in mid-October, after a glorious military route from Mozdok to Berlin. Then, over 800 female volunteers were enrolled in 744 anti-aircraft artillery regiment. In 1943, 23 people applied for voluntary membership
Red Army, of which 12 553 people were sent to the front. In addition, in 1941-1942, more than 24 thousand people of Dagestanis voluntarily joined the militia, formed from citizens not subject to military duties, mainly from men over 55 years old.
Many militia volunteered to join the ranks of the fighting Red Army. During the days of the war, entire party-Komsomol organizations and families filed requests to be sent to the front. And Abdulgamidov from the village of Urkuchi-Makhi in the Akushinsky district sent 12 sons and grandchildren to the front. T. Tagirova from the village of Akhty accompanied her seven sons to the front. The Efendiyevs from villages. Kumukh, five defended their homeland, and one of them was the head of the political department of the division, then the commander of the regiment. Six Ismailov brothers from the villages. Kakh of the Akhtyn region fought at the front for the Fatherland. Four men from the family of the megebets I. Gadzhiev fought with the enemy. One of them - Magomed Gadzhiev - the legendary submariner, under his command, the submarine conducted an unprecedented battle in the history of sea battles in a surface battle with three enemy ships: two of them were destroyed, and the third was taken to flight. From the family of M. Magomedov from the villages. Archo of the Akhvakh region, seven brothers went to the front, five of them died. wink wink wink wink winkTHAT'S WHAT WAS IN DAGESTAN. You say where the Chechens from Dagestan went? NO WORDS! Dagestan has more than 33 nations. And they say the Caucasians do not know anything, they are not friends with the head)))))))))))))))))))))) It's like at my work in Moscow, to my surprise everyone asked how you got there in Dagestan, it’s the same abroad, do you have a passport ??????????????

While everything is at the level of statements whether all this will turn into reality, we can at least judge after a year of rule and I’ll think a little, then we’ll see if it meets expectations or not. And we won’t forget about the struggle of national elites, they are Dagestan outside Dagestan, but inside these are Avars, Dargins, Kumyks, etc. And Ramadan is the Avars who replaced the Dargin president, so the show is yet to come.

Gangs of Caucasians walk around the country. Fighting, stabbing, shooting, direct crime. Some of these "Caucasian-Russians" flaunt the crusts of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, or security services. Local authorities turn a blind eye to their antics; in Moscow they don’t even notice them, such as they’re not here.

Well what kind of stupidity and a set of stamps. It can be seen that the liberal press has already washed the brains. What, Russians do not fight, do not cut each other drunk, do not crush pedestrians on the roads, hiding behind crusts ah? It’s just that every crime of the Caucasians is brought to the surface by the liberal media, and no one is interested in the crimes of the Russians. An example is a Russian boxer intentionally beat a pensioner to death, it’s silent about this, a Russian guy in Moscow standing up for a girl hit a guy named Agafonov, he fell on a pin and died immediately, silent, and when Mirzaev shielding that girl from the harassment of a drunken boor, he hit Agafonov ( By the way, his accomplices in the robbery received 4,5 days in prison the day before yesterday and this threatened him) and he died on the 4th day not from a blow, but from falling to the ground and refusing to give help to doctors, then howl, how could he protect himself, he had to give his girlfriend, he should not beat Russian, etc. As for terrorism, it’s a terrible phenomenon, but the chance of dying at the hands of terrorists is a hundred thousand times less than that of a drunken peasant of a neighbor, or a dashing motorist, or some kind of drug addict, but for some reason the liberal media do not shout about it, but only audible terrorism, Wahhabism.
And about alleged Wahhabism. For example, the Taliban were fundamentalists, but during the Taliban’s rule in 1996-2001, they reduced heroin production to almost zero. Then came amers and the production of gerych grew 44 times. From it, more than 100 mostly Russian die in Russia every year. guys. But the American exclamations are good, great, but the Taliban are byak. That is, the Amers have killed 000 Russians since 1 and they are good, and the Taliban helped save 200 Russians and they are bad. so what ???

I don’t know about Dagestan and Chechnya, but I have three cases in the KCR over the last 2 years,
1-Russian driver crushed to death an 12 summer girl from Karachay in Zelenchuksky district, the trail and the judge were also Russian and smeared him, supposedly he did not exceed speed and drove into a frozen puddle and lost control, and this is in October in the KCR, when even in December, it happens that puddles do not freeze.
An 2-drunk Russian lieutenant of the DPS arranged a competition with drunk friends in another car for speed, drove into the oncoming lane and made an accident with a VAZ-21013, in which two Karachais, a husband and wife, were traveling at the 4 month of pregnancy, both of them died after they left the son of 3's.
3-the company was about to drink, and in the process of drinking alcohol, a quarrel arose and the Russian cut the throat of the Karachai.

That's right, that Caucasians who committed crimes should be punished according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and not screaming that all Caucasians are bandits, criminals, they need to be kicked out or evicted, etc.

Something I didn’t understand, dear, why are you bringing national gradation under common criminal crimes? What is the difference of what nationality were the suspects and victims? Everyone is equal before the law and criminals should be held accountable. There is no nationality mark in our passports of Russian citizens

A strange institution is our army, how can it solve problems if it is not able to build a gang of gangsters without home authorities? How should a fighter respect ZK on the radar and the rest after that? Not enough personal qualities? They just took the soldier, changed into a civilian and outside the gates, home with shame, for a normal fighter there is no worse. Once again, they signed large in their own impotence and nothing more! And they believe Abdulatipov because they are tired of the mess and the sale of the law by everyone and everything, but it will pass soon (faith).

Under one comb of all revenge is not the case. But there are national features. Russians do not have to whip beer, but push their women to the pole of the stripper, and create strong families, large families. In the Caucasian peoples, it turns out, and in the Russian women women whine: "What poverty can be created!" And they go to abortion together. More than a million abortions per year. When was this?

HORROR!! What kind of racists! After all, how many Russian people died in order to conquer all these territories, how many people who defended their territory died from the Russian colonialists, how many people died who defended all of Russia in place, regardless of racial prejudice, didn’t they all die in vain, and all this will be lost because of narrow-minded people ,? After all, much of the wealth that Russia has, it is thanks to other peoples, with their natural resources, culture, science, nature, etc., people who all together contributed to the development of all of Russia, what would happen to the Russians, if there wouldn’t be these territories, with their natural resources. We are all dependent on each other!

There is no bad nation, there are bad people, and if someone who doesn’t like someone, you need to tell him personally, and not his nation, or place of origin

And you don’t need to look in someone else’s eye to look for a speck, and not see your logs, let everyone look for flaws in themselves, and do not get to strangers
