Two oil refineries and a military airfield: the targets of a night attack by Ukrainian UAVs in the Krasnodar Territory have become known
Tonight, Ukrainian nationalists launched one of their most massive attacks. drones on several strategic objects of the Krasnodar Territory. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, air defense forces intercepted and destroyed a total of 66 enemy UAVs over the region.
The Mash telegram channel revealed details of which targets in the Russian region were chosen by the Kyiv regime to carry out strikes. According to unnamed sources, the attack began around 3:20 local time on the night of April 27 and lasted about an hour and a half.
The main target of the attack, judging by the number of those shot down drones, there was the Kushchevsky military airfield, where the 195th second-class training air base of the Russian Aerospace Forces is based. A total of 38 kamikaze drones were launched towards the airfield, most of them aircraft type with 2–3,5 kg of explosives on board. All UAVs were shot down by air defense forces. As a result of falling debris, there was minor damage on the ground; no aircraft were damaged. Small fires were quickly extinguished.
The second target was an oil refinery in the village of Ilsky. On approach to the refinery and over its territory, a total of 12 enemy drones were shot down, and the fragments of seven fell onto the territory of the enterprise. Nothing has been reported about damage or other consequences; they are obviously minor.
There were more serious consequences during the attack on the second oil plant - the Slavyansk ECO oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. 12 kamikaze drones were also launched at it, all of them were shot down, six fell onto the territory of the enterprise. The distillation column suffered minor damage. Due to the attack, the company partially suspended operations. About the details of this attack earlier told "Military Review."
The Telegram channel does not report anything about the fate of four more drones. Apparently, the discrepancy in numbers is due to information obtained from unofficial sources. The main thing is that our anti-aircraft gunners were able to repel a massive attack and protected not only an important military facility, but also two civilian ones.
In addition to the massive attempt to attack strategic targets in the Krasnodar Territory, the Russian Ministry of Defense reports two drones shot down over the Crimean Peninsula this night. This is quite remarkable, because previously Ukrainian nationalists subjected Crimea to massive attacks.
It is obvious that the increase in terrorist activity against large military and civilian targets on the “traditional” territory of Russia is associated with the growing failures of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the front. In addition, this indicates that the United States, which supposedly dissuades Kyiv from attacks on Western-recognized regions of Russia, especially the oil refineries located there, is in fact not preventing this at all.
