On the night of April 23, elements of the Ukrainian air defense and port infrastructure, which were being prepared to receive ships with Western weapons, were hit

On the night of April 23, the Russian army carried out another combined strike on enemy targets in different regions. It was loud in Kyiv and the region.

It is reported that explosions were heard both in the capital of the Ukrainian regime and in the areas of Vasylkiv and Bila Tserkva. Enemy air defense elements were hit, including at least one launch facility south of Kyiv.

A series of explosions occurred in Odessa and the Odessa region. After one of the arrivals, a fire started in the port infrastructure, which the Kiev regime is preparing to accept ships with foreign weapons.

As a result of one of the hits, a powerful column of fire and smoke rose into the sky. Presumably, there was an arrival at a storage facility for fuels and lubricants used by the troops of the Kyiv regime in the southern direction.

An explosion also occurred in the area of the port of Ilyichevsk (renamed Chernomorsk by the Kyiv regime). This is the second blow to port infrastructure in this area over the past two days.

A series of attacks were carried out on enemy personnel deployment points on the right bank of the Kherson region.

We would like to remind you that the day before the attack was carried out on the Kharkov TV tower, which housed equipment for communications between the military and for reconnaissance. At the same time, in Ukraine itself, in this regard, the most reflective thing is that now there will be significant difficulties in broadcasting Ukrainian channels in the Kharkov region.

        Perhaps I’m too emotional, but the best option is for EVERY container with weapons, ammunition and other logistical support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to demonstratively explode as soon as it approaches the roadstead of the Odessa port (or upon entering the territorial waters of Ukraine).

      According to the Typical Odessa telegram channel, last night Russian Geranium drones massively attacked targets in the city and region, including opening air defense installations. The authors of the channel shared a video of eyewitnesses who captured the moment of the attack on the area from which the air defense installation was striking.
      The Russian Army has begun to use the updated Geranium-2 - the kamikaze drone has become even more accurate and dangerous.
      .There are a number of critical improvements that will have a positive impact on achieving our goals. Let's look at the innovations and then draw conclusions. First of all, a new warhead with high-explosive fragmentation and incendiary action is considered. The size of this part is almost twice the previous one (90 kilograms versus 50 kilograms). The updated drones are capable of detecting zones of suppression and substitution of GPS signals, which in the future will provide more reliable protection against electronic warfare. Drones will bypass such areas, which will increase the number of vehicles achieving their goals. It is also reported that the redistribution of the payload inside the drone led to fuel savings of 14 liters and increased the flight range by 140 kilometers. Experts believe that a digital unit capable of recording video will soon appear, which will make it possible to record the moment of impact on a particular target. What’s noteworthy is that SIM cards from the Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar may be hidden inside. Due to this, it will be possible to track the location and condition of the drone in real time, and this is extremely useful and will allow you to adjust strikes taking into account the changing tactical situation in a particular direction.

        drones "Geranium" began to install security cameras and make it a reconnaissance aircraft. On geranium you can even place cassettes with mines and mine the roads of Ukraine at a distance of 1000 km from the front line. Geranium lifts 40 kg and a cassette with a dozen anti-personnel mines weighs 5 kg and with its trip wires can block the football field

        Dear generals. THEY ARE HUNTING FOR YOU AND THEY DO NOT CARE WHETHER YOU ARE A SIMPLE PERSON OR A PRESIDENT OR A DEPUTY. The USA will soon supply about 1000 of these ammunition, bombs and missiles with a range of more than 300 km and can penetrate any bunker. And we are all being alright, we can fire at all roads Ukraine to the very western border. We can blow up bridges if we don’t hit empty bridges, but when cargo is moving across it, as the Ukrainians do when they blew up the Crimean bridge while a train carrying oil was crossing it. And we see the humanists, and the Ukrainians have become insolent; they are already carrying shells in ambulances and missiles in civilian trucks. Israel has nothing to fear, hitting everything that moves on the roads. And we are afraid that French President Macron is going there. We are even afraid to mine the roads in Kharkov on the border of the Belgorod region, and we have shells that lay minefields at a distance of 70 km, and not a single Ukrainian MLRS approached the border of the Belgorod region closer than 40 km and exploded on mines, see the picture below.
        We can even mine and lay minefields 1000 km from our borders, on the territory of Ukraine we can mine the Ukrainian road along which they transport missiles that hit Russia with the help of the Geranium-2 UAV - as much as 50 kg and the mass of a cassette with dozens of mines, the mass of the cassette is 9 -9.4 kg, and can entangle an area the size of a dacha with their trip wires; instead of explosives, the following types of cassettes may be included:
        - KSF-1. Equips 72 anti-personnel mines PFM-1, ejection range to 30-35 m;
        - KSF-1С. Contains 64 PFM-1С anti-personnel mines with self-liquidators. Characteristics of the expelling charge are similar to CSF-1;
        - KSF-1C-0,5 and KSF-1C-0,5SK. Equipped with 36 mines PFM-1 and 36 PFM-1. They have different dispersion characteristics;
        - KPOM-2. Carries 4 anti-personnel mines POM-2 and 2 expelling charge. Provides the release of one of the pairs of mines at a distance of up to 120-140 m;
        - KSO-1. Equipped with 8 POM-1 anti-personnel mines and carrying cassettes with mines. For example, KPOM-2 cassette. All types of cassettes are absolutely identical in appearance, characteristics and differ only in markings. Cassette diameter 14 cm, length 48 cm, cassette weight 9-9.4 kg. Inside the cassette are placed mines, a powder expelling charge and an EKV-ZOM electric capsule sleeve.
        What if these drones and missiles aren’t hunting for Putin himself, and if we don’t leave Kyiv at least for a month without electricity, so that armed looters take to the streets of Kyiv and start a house and don’t bomb Ukrainian roads so that even a cockroach doesn’t run through there? only then will the people of Ukraine create gangs against Zelensky. And if these 1000 missiles strike Russia, there will be a mess in Russia

    Great, let the ships that Kiev is eagerly awaiting stick around in the roadstead, and the Ukrainians are scratching their heads about how to unload them or where to redirect them. It would be a good idea to cover at least one ship during unloading so that others would be discouraged. They behave too freely.

      And after that, a control defeat/sinking during mooring. As if hinting: the next ones will be those who are on the roadstead.
      In general, is there remote mining of water areas, like land-based “Agriculture”? Adjusted for naval specifics and long salvo range.

    I compared the marinetraffic data yesterday and today. Yesterday in Chernomorsk there were 21 vessels under unloading/loading, today there are 18. In Odessa there are 18 yesterday/15 today, and there are no changes at all in the port of Yuzhny. If there was a team from insurance companies, then there would generally be there would be no one left, all the ships would be scurrying at full speed towards the Bosphorus (the payments are too high, so the insurance companies partially influence the process of direct navigation, I myself saw this on marinetraffic on July 21-23, 2023). And the ships are standing there now as if in which didn’t happen., which means the Ukrainians assured both the Owners and the insurance companies that there is no danger at all for ships in the ports. Then what’s the use of such attacks? And observation, in the summer of 2023 after the Crimean Bridge -2 on July 17, 2023 there really were no foreigners there at all ships for about three months. Then they gradually began to timidly appear, like rats. Now there is no crowd at all in Chernomorsk, Odessa, Yuzhny. Who gave guarantees to the insurance companies that it was safe? The ships just wouldn’t go there. Why isn’t the experiment on rats a year ago repeated? Is Crimean Bridge-3 really necessary?

    Why not demolish all the TV towers and cell towers on the territory of Ukraine?! It’s better for them to watch their own TV anyway. As for cell towers, on the one hand we need to demolish them, on the other hand we use them ourselves to guide drones deep into the defense. Although everything was written down a long time ago - communications, electricity and bridges are the first goals. Considering that they invested little in repairs there, it is easier to demolish everything and build a new one.

    The country of U. laid out a bunch of sea mines on the approach routes to Odessa back in 2022 (some even sailed to Turkey) But they are located somewhere. Nobody is trolling them. The chains rust. Right now they should completely rust and float up neatly under the bottom of several tubs with Cypriot, Panamanian, Liberian flags, as a result of which they should go to examine the bottom sediments of the Black Sea. Well, what evil Ukrs, they mined the sea they dug, what with take them? So why don’t the chains of their mines rust?

      Yuri L (Yuri), it seemed to me that you had an idea about sea mines from the time of the last World War, where they must necessarily hang on a chain with an anchor. You can read on the Internet what types of sea mines there are now without any chains (minreps). I admit that the Ukrainian Armed Forces at first actually used what they had left in warehouses from the time of that war. But over time, when a couple of mines fell off and were caught right off the Bosphorus, they were forced to clear out this junk and replaced everything with modern bottom mines from NATO arsenals, which calmly lie on the bottom in the waters of the roadstead and react to the passage of a ship by floating under it. You can set the frequency of passage, i.e. not immediately on the first passage of the vessel. or at least the tenth. You've probably heard about exactly the same principle for anti-tank mines... with a set pressure ratio or with a reaction to the proximity of metal (tank or infantry fighting vehicle hull). And believe me, if so many cunning and smart mines have been invented against tanks, then with sea mines everything is much more interesting and smarter than just a “horned fool” on a chain.
      Lying on the bottom (up to a certain depth), mines can be blocked from triggering and activated by command from the shore when there is a threat of invasion. There are even smart mines that act selectively, recognizing the noise of military or civilian ships.

        Don’t you understand the humor of this message of mine? It’s clear to everyone, even small children, that homing bottom mines of the SMDM type should appear not very loudly near Odessa with the help of submarines. But about the rusted Ukrainian anchor mines in the event of an inevitable, purely accidental, of course, detonation of several brave ships under different flags should be trumpeted by all Russian media, especially in 2022, everyone saw them even in the Turkey region. The world should see that the country of Ukraine is undermining itself, this is inherent in its masochistic nature. And everyone else, incl. insurance companies will understand the unobtrusive message that Ukrainian anchor mines are rusting... It’s time to stop going to such dangerous ports. The sarcasm is that we don’t have an analogue of the TsIPSO created on the initiative of MI6, so we are completely losing the information war, but we should win. And yet, who in your opinion gave permission, starting in the fall of 2023, for ships to enter the ports of Chernomorsk, Odessa, Yuzhny? Look at Marinetraffic, there really are all the places at the piers packed (I just looked), despite ours like there would be constant blows. But it was, the Black Sea was clear of dirty, vile ships in the Odessa area for about three months, starting from 17.072023/XNUMX/XNUMX (remember what happened then?) And then... The grain deal simply returned to normal. Why? Yes, and sometimes in the Black Sea or Odessa port you come across interesting ships under neutral flags, of course, but with a port of departure in particular RU NVS (for example, the ship AK Beauty is in Chernomorsk now) What kind of port is this, I can’t understand Can?

          Yuri L (Yuri), I really didn’t see the humor in your comment and went all out... sorry.... I usually put emoticons under my humor or sarcasm, excluding misunderstandings. But now let's get serious.
          If we talk about mining the water area, either by us or by stealers, we must clearly understand that this can only be done within the limits territorial (internal) warring state waters that extend just 12 miles from the shore's edge. All economic the Ukrainian zone, a maximum of 200 miles along the ISR, in principle does not extend to such a distance and abuts the zone of Romania and Russia. But even what remains for Ukraine according to the IMS it is considered a free navigation zone for all states in the world, except for warships of non-Black Sea countries, during the period of the Montreux Doctrine. And they don’t need anyone’s permission to sail there, just as no one forbade the USSR from carrying weapons on ships to Vietnam, Syria, Angola, etc.
          Therefore, we can declare this zone dangerous for navigation, but attacking foreign ships, or mining neutral waters (economic zone), is attacking other countries...

          Now about mining with submarines. It is clear that we will not mine neutral waters, this is a scandal for the whole world and even the Chinese, who continue to sail their ships to Odessa and Chernomorsk, will not understand us.
          There remains a narrow strip of territorial waters (12 miles) and here you should look at a map of the depths of the Black Sea off the coast of Ukraine, where it rarely exceeds 25 meters... And the height of the hull of the Varshavyanka submarine from keel to keel is 15 meters. And not a single submarine commander will go into such shallow waters in an underwater position for mining, with the threat of catching the bottom and damaging the boat. Namely, this is where the route of all ships now passes, after the closure of the grain deal.
          How do you like this?

        IML (International Law of the Sea), which Russia signed and pledged to adhere to.

        Is inspecting ships going to or from the ports of a terrorist country also a violation of the IML? Inspections are regularly practiced by both Israel and the United States and their allies. Why can't we do this?
        1. 0
          April 24 2024 15: 09
          Why can't we do this?
          Elementary Watson! First, this country must be recognized as a terrorist country, and such a concept does not exist in International Law. Yesterday, V. Matvienko directly stated this, answering questions from journalist Kiselev. This concept applies only to individuals or organizations. For example, the SBU can be declared terrorist, but Ukraine cannot... The Taliban can, but Afghanistan cannot....
          Another option is with the right of inspection, if the country is under UN Security Council sanctions, as are the DPRK and Iran... And by the way, neither the Russian Federation nor China used their VETO right on such a resolution and thereby allowed the United States to become impudent and inspect civilian ships on "legal" grounds. And confiscate cargo subject to restrictions under this UN Security Council resolution. It's interesting how the girls dance...
          But here we must make a reservation that, in addition to all sorts of MMP and the UN, you can have strength and arrogance (balls of steel) and not follow or obey these rules. This is exactly what the United States does when it comes to controversial issues in the IMP, which it has not ratified (!!!) but only promised to adhere to these rules as long as it does not harm the national interests of the United States.
          We tried to act in the same way after the closure of the Grain deal, and even landed a helicopter landing on a cargo ship, which, by the way, was going to Novorossiysk for our grain, and was previously suspected of delivering weapons for Ukraine... Erdogan immediately shook his finger and said that he would close the straits to us from Black Sea, if this happens again... It hasn’t happened again since then!
          But in order not to upset you too much, I will say that the Russian Federation, and earlier the USSR and Tsarist Russia, declared Peter the Great Gulf in the Far East as their internal waters. And when the UN approved the IMP, the Soviet Union immediately stipulated that it reserved the right to own these waters, contrary to the recognized rules with their definition in the IMP.
          Find this bay on the map and you will understand that there is no bay there if you judge strictly... There is Amur Bay, Ussuri Bay and a bunch of other coastal bays along with Nakhodka Bay. Now look at how Peter the Great Bay is designated..... So any unevenness of the coast can be called a bay.
          The neighbors, of course, get mad and regularly go there to poach, especially the DPRK. But the United States does not recognize this as our internal waters and organizes provocations by creeping in there... and we regularly drive them away.

            We can continue this example. We declared the Sea of Azov, and previously Crimea, Russian territory... And we are drawing an economic zone in the Black Sea taking into account our understanding of the situation in Crimea and the Kherson region, which is why Ukraine is left with a miserable corner of the sea from Ochakov, Odessa and to the mouth of the Danube. So far, no one in the world has recognized these new borders of the Russian Federation at sea, but we don’t care about the whole world if it is in our interests. It’s a pity that there are no new maps yet, taking into account our Kherson region, but even without it, it’s clear how we uprooted ukrov.

      You can hammer on the infrastructure of ports or even sink Ukrainian ships, with whom we are fighting, that’s welcome. But for a proven attack on a foreign ship, we will receive a claim from the owner and, in fulfillment of the claim, our ships will be detained in all ports of the world.
