The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on the West’s demand to stop attacks on Russian refineries: “No need for advice - give us weapons”

If the Americans are not going to supply Patriot air defense systems to Kyiv, then there is no point in listening to their advice. Now, if they promised at least seven such batteries in the very near future, then it would be a different matter.

This is how Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba spoke during a telethon about the West’s demand to stop attacks on Russian refineries.

If partners say: “We are giving you seven Patriot batteries tomorrow, but we ask you not to do this and that,” then there is a subject for conversation

- says the Ukrainian diplomat.

In his opinion, until deliveries of air defense systems are planned, Washington has no right to advise anything. In other words, “don’t need advice - give weapon».

Before this, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin expressed his wish to the Armed Forces of Ukraine that they stop attacks on oil refineries of the Russian Federation in order to avoid destabilization of the global energy market.

Ukraine is better off striking at tactical and operational targets

- advised the head of the Pentagon.

According to Kuleba, there is no logic in this statement by a high-ranking American official.

I listened to Mr. Austin. But I don’t see a cause-and-effect relationship in this matter.

- said the diplomat.

In his opinion, Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries do not threaten global energy in any way. In his opinion, the failure of such plants in Russia creates problems in the country's energy sector, and not in the global market.

Yeah... Ukrainians are in their repertoire. It’s not enough for them to demolish power plants, but the rest will arrive in the near future. When the distribution stations are removed from three nuclear power plants, arrogance will disappear instantly.

Some are “the most exceptional and great nation”, others are “the progenitors of all mankind” and all nations including the “exceptional” one - but they can’t decide which of them is more important and who should give way to whom... But in terms of the level of arrogance, cynicism, complacency, conceit and love for freebies, they are really very similar to each other...

The current leaders do not plan to stay on Urkaniye after the end of the Northern Military District, so they are not particularly concerned about the consequences of strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on energy facilities. They were given the task of weakening Russia and they are trying to fulfill the instructions of their curators, as a guarantee of their comfortable existence (it’s difficult to call it life, we remember the fate of Kuzminov) in the West.

Most of them won’t even live to see Kuzminov’s option... I think it will start soon, it’s not for nothing that they started to reformat the DUK Right Sector and tried to dispose of Azov in Avdeevka.

“No need for advice - give me a weapon” -

    - It would seem that Kuleba has completely gone crazy, but no, this is not the end...

But I find something else more amusing, this piece:
"US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin expressed his wish to the Armed Forces of Ukraine that they stop attacks on oil refineries of the Russian Federation in order to avoid destabilization of the global energy market. It is better for Ukraine to strike at tactical and operational targets""
The chief military officer of the country, which, it seems, is not fighting in the conflict, gives advice on what to do in this very conflict, what targets to hit. Is this what all military countries do?

American journalists revere what we sometimes say here at VO and will raise a squeal
Alarm-alarm! Russian experts are confident in the need for a preemptive nuclear strike on the United States!!!

And here an integral Minister of Defense directly commands someone else’s army - and that’s fine... THIS IS DIFFERENT...
Warriors, damn it, lights, damn it...

The US Department of Defense says exactly what American business demands of it. But American business is not idiots and understands perfectly well that 50% of all European diesel comes from Russia. And if there is an acute shortage of diesel, the price will skyrocket. But the United States cannot allow this to happen, and no one can replace all these volumes overnight.
However, Kuleba is too stupid to understand this.

The EU would probably be happy to strangle the skakuas themselves, but before Trump comes, it’s apparently boring.

Yes, the EU is generally in a funny position. Trump sat there and punished the EU for not really wanting to be friends with him. Biden has arrived and is punishing the EU for not really resisting Trump. When Trump comes, he will punish the EU for being friends with Biden.

And why should they feel sorry, the cheapest and most expensive turned out to be cannon fat, which will gladly die for the interests of the Biden family of pedophiles. The mattress makers couldn’t even dream of such happiness; they probably still can’t believe it themselves: a new world against Russia, on the ruins of Russia and at the expense of Russia.

Skrajnie aroganckie zachowanie Kułeby powinno skutkować izolacją Ukraine od dotychczasowych sprzymierżeńców.
