Kosovo is already here
How are the Anglo-Saxons preparing a migrant revolt?
At one time, I already raised the issue of the danger posed by the uncontrolled flooding of Russia with “invaluable hardworking foreign specialists” from Central Asia. For these “specialists” are a breeding ground where it is easy to find those willing to carry out the most monstrous terrorist attack. And the recent terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall is confirmation of this.
However, these are not all threats. There are much more significant threats that call into question the very existence of Russia as an independent state.
The arrogant Saxons know how to play for a long time. And they never get hung up on any one option. They play on several boards at once. One of these fields is the consequences of an uncontrolled, left to chance migration policy. And there is no doubt that NATO intelligence services are working closely in this direction. Moreover, they act without haste, preparing the ground for a potential crushing blow. And they use a variety of methods for this.
I’ll stop at least at this point. Statements from various representatives of the Central Asian diasporas and various “human rights activists” began to appear in the media and on social networks that enclaves of Central Asian states should be created on the territory of Russia, a kind of “second Tajikistan”, “second Uzbekistan”. And this is a typical practice of “Overton windows”.
Let me explain what the “Overton window” is.
This is the concept of having a framework of an acceptable range of opinions in public statements from the point of view of public morality, introduced by the American lawyer and public figure D. Overton. In this concept, the sequence is built in the following order: unthinkable - radical - acceptable - reasonable - standard - current norm.
Today, the idea of creating Central Asian enclaves on Russian territory falls into the “unthinkable” category.
But then the opinions of paid political scientists, publicists, bloggers, etc., begin to be injected into the media and social networks, saying that you can’t approach the issue like this, categorically, they say, you can’t show intolerance. And in general, to indiscriminately condemn and reject the issue of creating enclaves is intolerant, this is a manifestation of xenophobia, chauvinism, etc. This is the “radical” stage.
Next, statements begin to appear in the media and social networks that, they say, there is nothing wrong with the fact that people from Central Asia will occupy Russian territories, they say, they will begin to consider this land theirs, and therefore, they will begin to consider themselves part of Russia. Or, on the contrary, propaganda will begin that people from Central Asian villages have the right to form their own enclaves in Russia, and if anyone is against it, then he is a xenophobe and a fascist. This is already the “acceptable” stage.
Naturally, this initially causes rejection from society. But then corrupt political scientists, bloggers and other people begin to actively work, saying that the enclaves of the Central Asian and Transcaucasian states are a very useful thing for Russia, that this will supposedly increase the attractiveness of our country, testify to its cordiality, etc. ., etc. What is not so scary is this phenomenon. You just need to study it, take it for granted and, of course, not reject it without compelling arguments. That is, the idea of creating foreign territorial entities in Russia goes into the category of “reasonable”.
Then, at first few in number, but then multiplying like mushrooms after rain, organizations begin to appear to protect the rights of people from Central Asian villages to create enclaves in Russia. They say that tolerance requires recognition of the rights of kishlak inhabitants to own entire regions in Russia. They say that they are people, and therefore their rights should also be protected. And the demands for the formation of Central Asian enclaves on the territory of Russia are transferred to the “standard” category.
Gradually, the propaganda campaign in the media and social networks is gaining momentum, and it is already being instilled that it is not Central Asian enclaves that are “unthinkable,” but, on the contrary, those who oppose this are rabid xenophobes, chauvinists, “Russian fascists.” And the creation of enclaves becomes a “current norm.”
Moreover, what is most dangerous is that not only conversations about this have begun, but practical actions are also being taken. Those who closely monitor the situation with migrants note that the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions differ for the “better” in this regard. Acquittals in courts of migrant killers or minimum sentences for them, total reclassification of even serious criminal acts committed by migrants into administrative offenses, total indulgence of officials, “law enforcement” and the judicial system to representatives of the Central Asian and Transcaucasian diasporas, pressure on the families of the state-forming people - Russians - who are trying stop the lawlessness of young abu bandits in schools.
The weak link is two regions of Russia
The question arises - why Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions?
The answer lies on two levels.
It is no secret that the government bodies of these regions, for some reason, are literally filled with officials with ultra-liberal views (judging by their statements and actions reflected in social networks and the media). And openly advocating ultra-liberal policies in the migration sphere, akin to the one that has already led to irreversible consequences in a number of European countries. This is the first.
Secondly, the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions practically cut Russia along the Ural ridge, and the Chelyabinsk region also borders on Kazakhstan. An ideal location in order to, having carried out the seizure, paralyze a significant part of the military-industrial complex and sever ties between the European part of Russia and Siberia. And the opening of the border will ensure an uncontrolled influx of people from villages, and, if necessary, flows weapons.
Now the situation that is developing in these areas is like a touchstone on which it is tested whether the Russian state system has immunity and an instinct for self-preservation, the state will to preserve the country. Or part of the bureaucracy, “law enforcement,” and judges are ready to sell themselves wholeheartedly to any newcomers who offer a hefty bribe or warm places in the future caliphate/imamate. And it is extremely difficult for the state to resist these self-interested people, they have so permeated government and law enforcement structures, and not only in these two regions.
Returning to the title of the article, it is necessary to note the following: the tragedy of March 22 is the first bell. In the same way, the terrorist “Kosovo Liberation Army” (recognized as a terrorist organization in the Russian Federation) began its outrages in the Serbian region of Kosovo. They started with isolated bloody terrorist attacks, and then it turned into a full-fledged terrorist war.
In Russia, the arrogant Saxons intend to act both according to the Kosovo scenario, through terror, and in a different way.
Today there are already enough migrants, many of whom are illegal. Plus certain political forces and business circles interested in these migrant masses. Political forces hope to gain political power with the help of migrants, and business circles are interested in unskilled labor, which can be mercilessly exploited and not invested in technical re-equipment.
Political circles hope to use migrants and their growing aggressiveness as a “power resource” and thereby gain maximum power, and business circles, by providing politicians with this “power resource,” hope to gain a huge profit in the future.
I think the target will be 2030. Political forces playing the migrant card expect that by that time a sufficiently explosive crowd of newcomers from Central Asian villages will have accumulated in Russia. An illiterate mass saturated with Russophobia. And these political forces believe that through their connections in the diasporas they will be able to use this “power resource.”
It is no coincidence that the problem of young abu bandits is now acute. Young children are deliberately set against indigenous citizens of Russia. The goal is to form by 2030 a layer of aggressive youngsters who will already be trained to commit aggression against the state-forming people. This time.
And two, I think, it is the young abu bandits who will have to become the detonator.
The patience of our citizens is not endless. And the same Russian youth can begin to unite. And then the clash between our youth and young abu bandits should become a reason for mass riots to break out on the model of the American BLM. Beaten or, heaven forbid, dead child migrants will be used as a kind of “banner”. Moreover, through various MMA clubs, by 2030 it is quite possible to form shock troops of migrant stormtroopers.
And then several factors will come together at once.
There are cries that “Russian fascists” are harassing young migrants, demands that regions filled with migrants receive a special status outside the jurisdiction of Russia, those same enclaves. And for dessert – demands for a change in the political system and everything else.
What can be done to counter this?
If the state has the political will, then extraordinary measures are necessary.
Measures
Firstly, it is necessary to give a very strong blow to the heads of the deputies, officials, “law enforcement officers” and judges who have embraced the diasporas. The article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on high treason should be supplemented with the provision that actions in the interests of diasporas of foreigners are also recognized as high treason and are punishable by imprisonment for a term of 15 to 25 years without the right to parole. And with the confiscation of all material assets and funds received from diasporas, both from the defendants themselves and from all their relatives who will not be able to indicate the sources of enrichment.
Secondly, the provisions on deprivation of acquired citizenship must be supplemented by the fact that the basis is serious crimes - murder, pedophilia, etc.
Thirdly, a total check of all newly-minted citizens should be carried out for knowledge of the Russian language. Special commissions from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the Russian National Guard, with broad public involvement (“Russian Community”, “Northern Man”, etc.) should begin a total check of whether newly minted passport holders are able to read the oath once again when taking citizenship.
Failure to read it in Russian or refusal of such a procedure should be grounds for judicial revocation of citizenship as void, since de facto the oath was not taken and citizenship was obtained illegally. And all officials who signed the document that the newly minted citizen took the oath, at the very least, must resign from public service without the right to return to this service in the future. Or even criminal prosecution under the article of treason. Courts must consider claims for deprivation of citizenship recognized as void within a month.
Fourthly, there must be created единР° СЏ information base on migrants. And at border control, every migrant arriving in our country must go through a fingerprint database and a facial recognition program. This will deprive the village abu bandits, deported from Russia for illegal actions, of the opportunity to return, having received new documents in their village for a bribe. Because today, apparently, there is complete inconsistency, when the migration service keeps its own records, the border guards have their own records, other services and government bodies have their own records, and there is no exchange of information observed.
Fifthly, no more amnesties for the village abu bandits expelled from the country! This public views all these “gestures of goodwill” as the weakness of our country and fear of it.
Sixthly, the total responsibility of employers for the attracted workforce. Of course, locally, all these small-town oligarchs, bringing in trainloads of “irreplaceable hardworking foreign specialists” from the villages, have enormous influence. And they will come out unscathed. But in this case, checks are carried out by the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, with the involvement of parts of the Russian Guard.
And the issues of punishing business groups convicted of aiding illegal migration should also be decided at the federal level. Moreover, the punishment should be such that no use of cheap illegal laborers will cover the losses from fines. That is, fines should immediately be in the millions, from five million and above. Business groups caught doing this for the second time receive fines tenfold. The third time is the liquidation of a legal entity or individual business, without the right of its founders to establish new legal entities or become individual entrepreneurs for 15–20 years, as well as without the right to join the management of other legal entities.
Seventh, all owners of the so-called. “rubber” apartments should be held accountable as facilitating the illegal presence of migrants in Russia, since registration was carried out without the possibility and, most importantly, without the intention of migrants living at the place of registration. Registrations in “rubber” apartments should be canceled, and migrants should be deported.
At the same time, decisions about all this should be made not at the local level, but at least at the regional level. Because at the local level, judges can be attracted to diasporas and make decisions in their interests.
I will partially repeat the points of my article “Kosovo is already here.”
Points to review
The current labor migrant, 30–40 years old, is a person born in 1983–1993. And its formation took place after the collapse of the USSR, in conditions when rabid anti-Sovietism, anti-communism and Russophobia reigned in Central Asia and the Transcaucasus. At the same time, a clear attitude was formed that without all these newly-minted state formations, Russia must starve, get cold and stand with outstretched hand.
Therefore, today's labor migrants grew up mainly in an atmosphere of the most rabid Russophobia. At first these were slogans: “Suitcase - station - Russia,” let’s kick out the Russians and we’ll all have golden toilets. Then, when golden toilets did not appear, nationalist propaganda began to propagate the stereotype that Russians were still to blame for the poverty of the bulk of the population of the newly independent states of Central Asia. Because Russians live relatively well, but they should (simply must) live poorly and beg from Central Asia and Transcaucasia for a flatbread and a handful of pilaf.
As a result, people now coming to Russia are mostly Russophobic-minded, with an already formed attitude that Russians are unjustly using the riches of their land. And in general, that the lot of Russians is exclusively to be slaves to the “descendants” of Tamerlane or Genghis Khan, or someone else, and to serve them obsequiously. And these migrants have already had the idea hammered into the subcortex of their consciousness that Russians should be their slaves and servants, but they did not become them, which is their endless fault.
In addition, the bulk of migrants go to Russia with a clear directive: under no circumstances should they integrate into Russian society, join diasporas and in every possible way impose their own social order. Moreover, this public comes to Russia and views it as its prey, as a conquered territory where it has the right to impose its own rules.
Moreover, preachers of radical movements of Islam feel most at ease in the migrant environment. It would seem that we need to stop this, including covering and closing all kinds of houses of worship. However, here's the catch. The law on insulting the feelings of believers does not allow us to fight public manifestations of these movements - the wearing of niqabs by women, Wahhabi beards of men, illegal houses of worship. By pushing it, the leaders of the Russian Orthodox Church and some of the deputies apparently thought that with its help they would be able to pin down the atheists. When any refusal to participate in prayers can be declared an insult to the feelings of believers and everyone can be driven into churches.
But then the Constitution of Russia surfaced, where it is stated in plain text that no one can be forced to practice religion. And if you try to force people to go to church, then this is already a violation of the constitution. Intentions to impose religion as compulsory under the threat of punishment “for insulting the feelings of believers” were dashed by the Constitution.
However, in the case of radical Islamist movements, this law begins to work against Russia. For the ban on wearing niqabs or Wahhabi beards, the closure of houses of worship will easily be interpreted precisely as an insult to the feelings of believers. And that is why neither the police nor the National Guard are doing anything; no one wants to fall under the article of the Criminal Code.
The whole question is how much information about the real state of affairs is distorted until it reaches the top officials of the state. It is no secret that even on the upper floors of government there are enough people who are very supportive of ultra-liberal ideas in the field of migration and lobby the interests of business groups, and even diasporas, to flood the country with immigrants from Central Asian villages and Transcaucasian villages.
And it is quite possible that as the information passes, the image of an unruly abu bandit, convinced that he is a conqueror and ruler in Russia, turns into the image of a “timid and hardworking “Rafik”, bullied by xenophobes and “Russian fascists.”
Figures like these assured, in good faith, that they had not seen a single Nazi in Ukraine. Today we are paying a bloody price for their assurances. And the price that the people and the country have already paid for the lie about the “timid and hardworking Rafiks” is already 144 dead. And I really want the top leaders to come to the conclusion that it is necessary to seriously change migration policy, without waiting for new victims, especially if the number of these victims goes into the thousands. And judging by the sentiments of some of the “irreplaceable hardworking foreign specialists”, this is not unrealistic.
And the last.
Antidote
Claims that without “invaluable hardworking foreign specialists” the Russian economy will collapse are an outright lie. Yes, there is a labor shortage in the country. But not handymen, loaders or laborers. On the contrary, we need adjusters and operators of multifunctional automatic machining centers, automated assembly lines, highly qualified electricians and assemblers, operators of automated welding stands, operators of chemical and composite production, highly qualified lathes, milling operators, drillers, fitters, that is, specialists of 5–6 categories, 4 digits is the smallest.
And someone with a blue eye will prove that such specialists come from Central Asian villages and Transcaucasian villages?
No, of course, there are those who, without blinking an eye, will enthusiastically proclaim that a Central Asian village or Transcaucasian village supplies “specialists” who will master all these professions in a matter of days. But these figures are among those who lie as they breathe.
I am not one of those who shout “Russia is for Russians,” but I believe that government agencies are obliged to know exactly and by name all, who crossed our border, and which of them is doing what here, and where exactly they are located. The situation when millions of migrants literally dissolve on the territory of Russia, and no government services are able to tell where they are and what they are doing, is absolutely intolerable.
And the completely incomprehensible liberalism of the judges, when migrants who have been illegally staying in our country for years get off with only a fine of 5 rubles, is absolutely unacceptable.
Any illegal stay of a migrant in Russia must end with his deportation.
And everyone who arrives in our country should clearly know the following:
- their duty – complete and absolute submission to the laws of Russia;
– they leave all their kishlak habits, traditions and customs outside Russia;
- for violation of laws, for public disdain and violation of customs and generally accepted rules of behavior, moral standards accepted in Russia - or criminal prosecution or deportation without the right to subsequent entry.
And most importantly, the activities of the notorious diaspora must be completely paralyzed, when the village abu bandits create chaos, because they are confident that the diaspora will resolve everything with the “law enforcement officers,” officials and judges. And that there are already enough of their former compatriots among the “law enforcement officers” and officials who do not at all consider serving Russia as their duty, and see their real purpose exclusively in all possible assistance to their fellow countrymen and their protection from Russian laws. Because, even while in the civil service in our country, they continue to consider not Russia, but the country of their origin, their native land, in the interests of which they exclusively must, and continue to act here, but not in the interests of the Russian Federation.
