Withdrawal from ban treaties and nuclear testing as a response to threats of invasion and non-recognition of Russian presidential elections

Our country is now in a very difficult historical period; the events that will take place in the next few years can largely determine the place and role of Russia in the world. In addition to direct participation in high-intensity hostilities conducted on the territory of Ukraine as part of our country’s special military operation (SVO), Russia is facing unprecedented political and economic pressure exerted by countries of the global West.

The Russian presidential elections are approaching, and there is no doubt that the countries of the global West will take all possible measures to complicate their holding or declare the election results illegitimate.

Non-recognition of a leader (or group of leaders) of a particular country as a legitimate authority is far from news in world politics, such cases have happened many times in the past, like there - “the king is not real.” Almost always, behind cases of non-recognition of the legitimacy of power in a particular country, there was a desire of its “non-recognizing” neighbors to obtain some benefit from this for themselves, for example, by pushing their own person onto the throne, in order to then cut off very little territory for themselves, get preferences in trade or participation in the war on one's side. Although in the old days there was no talk of any election procedure, it is possible to question not only democratic procedures, but also, for example, succession to the throne.

Russia has faced interference in domestic politics throughout its history. stories - behind-the-scenes games were played for the royal and then imperial throne; the number of high-ranking foreigners near the Russian throne was often such that it was not always clear who ruled Russia - the Russians themselves or, for example, some Germans. For a long time, spies of the enemy, primarily Great Britain, encountered virtually no resistance from our side, which allowed them not only to buy secret information for next to nothing and destroy the economy, but also to exert significant influence on internal political processes in Russia.

The October Revolution, organized with money from Western countries, can be considered the apotheosis, as a result of which a full-scale armed invasion was carried out in our country, called an intervention, designed to return what the interventionists believed was legitimate power. However, the powerful state security system and network of special services created in the USSR also did not save the country from collapse, provoked primarily by external factors.

Thus, we can confidently say that non-recognition of the legitimacy of power is one of the most common tools, a hidden form of warfare by our Western adversary partners.

Let's digress for a moment from the problems of succession to the throne and talk about the restrictions imposed by international treaties on our country, which could potentially have an extremely negative impact on its security, namely, nuclear test ban treaties.

Nuclear test ban treaties

First Nuclear Test Ban Treaty weapons in the atmosphere, outer space and under water was signed on August 5, 1963 in Moscow, the parties to the agreement were the USSR, the USA and Great Britain. The treaty came into force on October 10, 1963, later 131 more countries joined it, however, for most of those who joined, this treaty is just an opportunity to play big politics, since they have neither the chance to create nuclear weapons nor the opportunity to test them in any case it was and isn't. At the same time, this treaty was not signed or ratified by some nuclear powers.

It is possible that at that time the conclusion of the Treaty banning nuclear weapons tests in the atmosphere, outer space and under water was fully justified.

Firstly, this made it possible to somewhat reduce the risk of a nuclear war between superpowers, for example, if one of them carried out a series of powerful explosions in the upper atmosphere or near space, then disruption of communications and radar could lead to an erroneous conclusion about the start of a nuclear missile attack.

Well, secondly, the intensity of nuclear tests carried out by the superpowers already made us think about their impact on the ecology of the planet, however, there were probably other factors.

Much later, on September 10, 1996, the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) was opened for signature. Currently, this Treaty has been signed by 187 states; only the new nuclear powers - India, Pakistan, and the DPRK - have not signed it, but only 177 states have ratified it, including the CTBT, which has not been ratified by countries such as the USA, China and Israel.

It would seem, what does Israel have to do with it? What does Israel, formally a country without nuclear weapons, care about nuclear test bans? The answer, I think, is obvious to everyone...

Geography of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Image by Wikimedia Commons/Allstar86

Despite the fact that the CTBT never came into force, almost all nuclear-weapon states have introduced voluntary unilateral moratoriums on nuclear testing - Russia and the United States introduced it in 1992, and the last nuclear power, the DPRK, in 2018, Israel did not introduce a moratorium because , again, does not recognize itself as a nuclear power.

What can be said about the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty?

The very time of his imprisonment speaks volumes - the period of maximum weakness of our country - militarily, politically and economically. At this point, nuclear weapons are the only thing that kept (and keeps) our adversaries from direct armed invasion, the thickest red line that can be drawn.

Risk a decrease in nuclear potential due to the inability to test new and, conversely, nuclear warheads that have been in operation for a long time? For what?

Environmental degradation?

This is absurd, since the beginning of the “nuclear era” several thousand nuclear explosions have been carried out on Earth, and nothing terrible happened; often, even at former nuclear test sites, the radiation background has already returned to normal. Some people are always trying to drag in the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, but this is completely different, there was no nuclear explosion, but a thermal explosion with the release of several tons of radioactive substance, carried by the winds over a vast area (out of 192 tons of nuclear fuel from the reactor was thrown out of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant about 3 tons of high-level nuclear fuel).

On October 5, 2023, at a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that, unlike the United States, the Russian Federation had ratified the ban on testing nuclear weapons within the framework of the CTBT, and the very next day, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin announced that the council would discuss the withdrawal ratification of the treaty at the next meeting of the State Duma, and on October 18, 2023, the State Duma adopted in the second and third readings a law on revoking ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.

The first step has already been taken. Image kremlin.ru

The decision to revoke ratification does not imply the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the treaty, but is aimed at equalizing the existing imbalance in obligations in relation to it. At least for now.

Should we withdraw from nuclear weapons test ban treaties?

From the Treaty banning nuclear weapons tests in the atmosphere, outer space and under water, most likely not, at least for now, but as for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, everything is more complicated.

Yes, in terms of peaceful and military nuclear technologies, Russia, apparently, is first among equals. Yes, our nuclear weapons are most likely reliable and effective. But how can you be 100% sure of this?

As we said above, nuclear weapons are the only thing that keeps the countries of the global West from directly invading our country. If not for nuclear weapons, then thousands of Tomahawks would have already destroyed all the civilian and military infrastructure that they could reach - without electricity, without heating and hot water, without gas, how long would we last in the winter, in frosts below minus twenty?

But if nuclear weapons are the key to survival for us, then it is necessary to take all possible measures to maintain and improve them, and testing of nuclear weapons is an integral part of this process, since no supercomputers can replace real tests, confirm the characteristics of promising ones and the performance of existing nuclear charges .

The only question is, what are we waiting for?

Do we want to show how peace-loving we are?

This will not help, in the countries of the global West, Russia has already been designated an “evil empire” - a kind of eternal “Mordor”, children there are taught this from elementary school (along with the study of dozens of genders and the diversity of sexual perversions), so we have absolutely nothing to lose nothing.

But we can get a lot - these are new charges with extremely long shelf life with minimal maintenance (, this is important so that a significant nuclear arsenal can be maintained with minimal maintenance costs), and possible promising “clean” nuclear charges, the radioactive contamination of the area from which will be so weak and short-lived that they can be used in local conflicts, and promising ammunition with the enhancement of any selected damaging factor, for example, electromagnetic radiation, in order to to disable enemy electronics.

Or it could be the development of a new “Tsar Bomba”, capable of, due to the combination of a number of damaging factors, making the selected territory uninhabitable for centuries, because it is said that There won’t be a world without Russia, so so be it.

Rumors of a cobalt bomb may well become reality. Image by Wikimedia Commons/DMKTirpitz

But this is not just about the technical aspects of nuclear testing - because they will have the greatest political significance.

Conclusions

At the beginning of this article, we talked about the threat of non-recognition by a number of countries of the results of the election of the Russian President, which will take place from March 15 to 17 of this year. These actions can clearly be considered an act of aggression and interference in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation.

The countries of the global West are becoming more and more impudent, crossing more and more red lines, without even noticing them and without feeling any consequences, and are preparing to move on - now the “Gallic cockerel” with a retinue of Baltic mongrels is preparing to march on Russia, apparently , I forgot how many bones of paddling pools rotted in the Russian expanses in the past.

Conducting nuclear weapons tests - a ground explosion somewhere on Novaya Zemlya will put an end to any insinuations regarding elections in our country, after which any non-recognition will look like a farce. There is a president, he has the authority to use nuclear weapons, nuclear weapons have been used, you don’t recognize the elections - are you mentally disabled?

The countries of the world should not be concerned about the abstract conditions of holding elections in Russia, but about the real consequences of their holding. In general, in my opinion, to consolidate the effect, regular nuclear tests on the day of the inauguration of the Russian president can be made a good tradition.

The explosion of the Tsar Bomba at one time brought many to their senses

In any case, on Inauguration Day or not, testing is vital for humanity to maintain peace. People in the countries of the global West have lost their sense of fear, have lost their awareness of the threat, nuclear weapons have become an abstraction for them, something that seems to exist, but doesn’t seem to exist. A nuclear explosion on land - with an 8K picture, with surround sound, with models of buildings and figures of people swept away by a wall of fire - like a cold shower, it will clear the heads of Western citizens, politicians, and the military.

Perhaps, the population of the countries of the global West should be more interested than we are in Russia conducting nuclear tests, since a sobering explosion on Novaya Zemlya now is better than a full-fledged sanitization of the territory of the countries of Eastern, or even Western Europe, which we may well come to in a few years, judging by the current trends.

It is impossible to understand the author's logic from any angle. Any country can recognize or not recognize the authorities in a particular country - this is only its business and its question. For a sovereign (independent) state this, in principle, should not matter. And calling the possibility of non-recognition of the outcome of a choice an “act of aggression” is the same as saying that two and two equal ten. We may not recognize elections in the United States or Burkina Faso; this is only our right and this will only lead to a severance of relations for the duration of a particular political regime.
The proposal, in response to the threat of non-recognition of Mr. Putin, to detonate nuclear bombs on Russian territory, of course, is fresh and witty, but it is unclear how it will help representatives of other countries believe in the reality of the Russian elections.
However, perhaps I am too strict with the author; looking for logic from a person who claims that the October Revolution was staged with the money of Western countries for intervention against this very October Revolution in order to overthrow it is probably in vain.
PS I would like to note the author’s inimitable vocabulary: “paddling pool bones”, “Baltic mongrels”, “mentally disabled”, etc. etc. The degradation of the capitalist Russian Federation is of course understandable, but formally we are fighting for “traditional values”, so such illicit criminal rhetoric is simply indecent.
PP S I’ll also note the author’s problems with ethics, he is so offended by Putin and Co. that he is ready to set up a nuclear test site here. Great, but it would be advisable to ask the rest of Russian citizens whether they are ready to “go to heaven” because Some foreigners do not recognize elections in the Russian Federation. And then he doesn’t have to go far beyond the devil, the author is eager to perform a patriotic feat for the sake of Putin. So there is a great opportunity to participate in brilliant (the ratio of losses is 1 to 10 in our favor) and highly effective assaults on Avdeevka, Marinka, Krasnogorovka, etc. However, the author, for some mysterious reasons, prefers not to do this.

So, in fact, it is citizens who are asked about this during elections. So everyone can speak out, but the decision is made by the newly elected president.

In fact, no one is asked about anything, there is simply a reappointment of Mr. Putin as President, they are formally asked about the candidacy of the President. This time, the Russian authorities did not even bother to write any program for Mr. Putin, but in his statements there was no idea of establishing a nuclear test site in Russia in response to the hypothetical non-recognition of it by foreigners. That is, people will not even formally vote for such ideas.
However, this does not mean at all that the issue of resuming nuclear tests cannot be considered if, from the point of view our own interests this needs to be completely renewed. The point is that it is absurd to do this in order to influence some foreigners on the issue of recognition of Mr. Putin.

          Thanks for answering.
The question is not about Putin’s program, but about voters’ trust in him. If the population trusts the President to conduct nuclear tests in response to the non-recognition of the election results, then they will vote for him and this will be the mandate of the people to conduct them.

Then it needs to be done differently. Not as a way to legitimize Putin before foreigners, but as a manifestation of our own interests and objectives. In my opinion, we need to dance from ourselves and from our interests, and not from what Uncle Vasya says about us.
In general, one real action is better than a thousand virtual threats with a nuclear baton. Before any nuclear weapons, you just need to revoke recognition of the Zelensky government and start attacking with the most ordinary weapons all those numerous targets that are “haram” for Putin and have been for all these two years. Communications.bridges, political leadership, television, etc., etc.

In general, one real action is better than a thousand virtual threats with a nuclear baton...

Yes, we have nothing with which to EFFECTIVELY destroy infrastructure facilities on enemy territory, except nuclear weapons. Air supremacy was not captured, we do not know how to use strategic carriers to deliver conventional “seismic” ammunition with increased accuracy, and any demonstrations have a very weak effect on decision-makers (KNS). They know that even with the proper use of nuclear weapons, we will not be able to launch a general offensive and complete the campaign. The ground forces are not properly equipped.
So the demonstrative use of nuclear weapons or the destruction of Ukrainian officials (not to mention the white gentlemen from the West) from an international point of view, formed by Western diplomacy and the media, is state terrorism. And the first persons who gave such an order are not legitimate rulers, but international terrorists with all that that implies (remember Bin Laden).
So this is not just “haram”.

Is it this “ordinary weapon”? And remember, at one time we had fun shooting at transformer boxes. They transferred a bunch of missiles, but this shooting ended in vain.

Without any objection to the assessment, I’ll ask the minusers:
By voting for the current president, you automatically extend his right to the “nuclear button.” Why, in this case, are you trying to limit the highest will to conduct nuclear tests? You cannot know all the circumstances surrounding such a decision. Therefore, by voting FOR, you give him this right.

It seems that under the “upvsedon” Andrei Mitrofanov is hiding Margo Simonyan, they have the same thoughts. Or rather, the absence of them.

In general, the logic of nuclear blackmail according to the principle “don’t touch me, I’m mental” was quite used by the Americans. They call it the “madman’s strategy.” But it requires the presence of real capabilities and will, and implied a threat with nuclear weapons against the enemy, and not against the territory of one’s country.
Threatening nuclear weapons in the hope that they will recognize you and sit down with you at the negotiating table is not a good idea, and most importantly, it has already been used many times by Putin and Co. since 2018. The result is strictly negative. Empty threats with nothing behind them cause a backlash.
And most importantly, this meaningless rhetoric hides the absence of fundamentally correct actions for which there is no need to rattle nuclear weapons.
Not recognizing the legitimacy of power is not aggression, but is your own political matter, but if you really want to attack someone, then refusing to recognize power is the first prerequisite for war. You can’t fight with someone by recognizing their government, or rather you can, but by doing this you’re just burying yourself and making yourself an aggressor.
And that’s exactly what Mr. Putin and Co. did, and continue to do to this day. And this is precisely what has led us to the current catastrophic impasse. Over the past two years, everyone has been screaming at them: “You should revoke the recognition of the Zelensky government already.” But no, they prefer to complain that he does not want to negotiate with them.

But wasn't it the rule in the past that countries fought bitter wars with each other, even if both sides recognized the legitimacy of the other government - non-recognition is not a prerequisite for war.

Will anything change if Russia stops recognizing Selensky's government? Media propaganda in the West against Russia will continue as before, because for the Western media, Russia is always the aggressor, no matter what it does or, let’s say, until it humbles itself and gives its paw.

Yes, we should ask the population, but something else: Are you ready to send another 100 thousand of your relatives and friends to death in addition to those who have already died (estimated from 50 to 100 thousand) and to fight for another 3-5 years or you are ready to approve the use of nuclear weapons on Ukrainian territory in order to force surrender.

Well, ground tests are simply overkill, but underground tests, combined with a demonstration detonation of 0,5-1 kilotons of conventional explosives over a full-size mock-up of a fragment of a typical downtown, and with broadcasting to the Internet from many points - in my opinion, just right. For the purpose of image advertising of the domestic Strategic Missile Forces, so to speak.

real testing of nuclear weapons and is intended to show the reality of the weapon and the determination to use it

No one argues with the reality of weapons anyway, there is no need to prove this, and there is a huge gap between testing and the determination to use it. These tests will not scare anyone.

But who dares to say such a thing, when before the elections they talk on all channels that the real president is the one who...
How should we evaluate the fact that the “Against all” column was removed from the ballots?
Why does the Central Election Commission eliminate candidates for reasons of non-compliance with ideological requirements?
Where did the need to extend the terms of office of the president and elected bodies come from when there was no referendum on this issue?
In connection with what pandemic did the Central Election Commission decide to hold elections for three days (is this a new feature or under the watchful eye of observers I can’t write 146% in one day)?
Why on earth is electronic voting carried out and where are any guarantees that this is not just another fool?

Well, it was strange to expect anything different.
The vertical that Putin built is tailored for Putin. The system gives enormous powers to those at the top of the pyramid. All supposedly independent branches of government are unconditionally subordinate to the president. Letting the conventionally sexually preoccupied Slutsker in there is absurd. It's unclear what he'll do.
Therefore, classical democracy is unacceptable in our realities.
Thus, this whole dance around the “elections” comes down to 2 tasks.
      1. Extension of Putin's powers.
      2. When Putin becomes too old and decrepit, bring in a successor.
And these problems have been successfully solved for 25 years. And for the next 12, the problem is also solved.
An option in 2030 is possible, if something happens to Putin, such as an illness, etc., but they will think about it after the fact.

Thus, the “election” process is completely, 100% controlled. “Competitors” have been selected for a fair political struggle, electronic voting has been introduced, the “elections” themselves have been extended over several days, etc.
Those. nothing is left to chance and we have no chance of electing anything other than Putin.

I have not the slightest doubt that Putin wins in the first round with a result of 55-60%. Another question is that Putin must defeat the previous Putin in each of his subsequent elections, because it is very important to show that people are more and more unites around the leader, because he is getting closer and closer to ideal. For this, all technologies with administrative resources, necessary calculations, etc. are also used. I believe that this time the leader will get 80-81%.

In my opinion, the elections in Russia and their recognition or non-recognition by the West have no connection with Russia’s resumption or non-resumption of ground-based nuclear tests. Victory in the Northern Military District is approaching and in this short time, between the elections and Russia’s Victory in the Northern Military District, Putin and Russia must patiently be “violet” about whether the West recognizes Putin as a legitimate President or not. Then Russia, China, Iran and their allies will dictate security conditions to the West and all sorts of Macrons will run to shake hands with the President of Russia, not to mention the Poles and tribals with samurai.
Two other aspects are important. If Kharitonov and Slutsky were given the opportunity to conduct the same interviews and messages as Putin had the opportunity to do, then seeing these “state-international dummies” on voting day, “probably” no one would vote for them. And so, they both sit somewhere in the Duma, occasionally suffer a blizzard, and at some factory they chat with the workers. Are there people in the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Liberal Democratic Party who are more worthy than them? Naturally there is, but these ones are pushing them back.
With victory in the Northern Military District, it will become clear that for Russia, presidential elections should henceforth remain a thing of the past. Russia will turn towards the path of monarchism without a monarchy with a monarch without a dynasty. The moral ideals of society will be modern monarchism, and the subordination of society to these ideals will be a monarchy.
The people did not stick an aspen stake in Yeltsin's grave only because he himself appointed his successor to the highest post in the state. This was the first example of a monarch needed by Russia without a dynasty. Putin, while Russia was quite weak, will spend thirty years playing at democracy to raise the country and defeat the West based on the results of the Northern Military District, and then lead the country onto the path of monarchism without a monarchy with a monarch without a dynasty. By the way, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation will also say that so be it , if only we had at least a warm place in some office and occasionally they let us out to the plant to chat. It’s a pity that Zhirinovsky left us ahead of time. His foresight and intelligence would at least be a sparring partner for Putin in Russia.

In general, nuclear weapons are not a bogeyman, but rather a WEAPON, which one must be able to use and solve problems that cannot be solved in any other way, or the solution turns out to be too expensive. Like a hypothetical Allied landing in Japan.

Let me disagree with the author. At power unit 4, the fast neutron reactor accelerated uncontrollably. This is by no means a thermal explosion, but a real nuclear reaction, which produced an energy release of several tons of TNT. Well, logically: if you imagine that there was a thermal explosion, then steam and detonation of the steam-zirconium mixture will not give such an energy release. Although they detonated!
In general, I see that all the old professionals have already left VO, leaving only the authors at the top.

At the 4th power unit there was an uncontrolled acceleration of the fast neutron reactor

Hey, he's a pro! On fast neutrons with a graphite moderator! Well, this is Nobilevka, no less.
      Maybe not fast, but instant?
And a nuclear explosion is the overheating of nuclear fuel due to a fission reaction with subsequent destruction of fuel assemblies, including catastrophic destruction of channels due to an increase in coolant pressure?
Strong to say the least. The nature of the disaster is a nuclear chain reaction - true. The explosion itself was not even close to the formation of reaction high-temperature plasma, direct and reflected waves with the subsequent release of energy in the form of radiation and a flow of particles.
So the explosion of the reactor itself is thermal.

Well, this is just a typo - on prompt neutrons. And not the fast ones. And about “direct and reflected waves” - they wrote nonsense. All this is present in an ordinary explosion, be it a chemical one or, for example, an arc discharge. The same goes for “high temperature plasma”! Do you know what plasma is? This is a highly ionized gas! The most common flame or spark is also plasma. And the fact that it is high-temperature during nuclear weapons - well, it has a number of specific properties, it is (in principle) characteristic of nuclear weapons. The only thing that greatly distinguishes a nuclear explosion from all others is the significant energy release in the electromagnetic spectrum: from radio waves to gamma; also electrons, neutrons, atomic nuclei.
There was a “flash” or “pop” at Chernobyl. This is exactly a small nuclear explosion.
The steam-zirconium reaction exploded. Not by herself, of course.
And further. Measurements of the energy release (about 3-10 tons of TNT, the reactor lid of 2 thousand tons was thrown up) and the subsequent registration of the isotopes 133Xe and 133mXe on April 29 (!) indicate a weak nuclear explosion. And please. don’t try to be silly, otherwise it won’t be me who will correspond with you, but one serious person from the Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS. And believe me, he loves to make fun of half-knowledgeable people!

My advice, don't write about a nuclear explosion.
Especially if you don’t know the physics of strong interactions. The direct and reflected wave during a nuclear explosion occurs precisely due to acceleration by fast neutrons, when the volume of the reaction has not yet had time to grow in accordance with thermodynamics, and nuclear reactions have created a huge flow of energy in this volume. In this case, the fission wave has already passed to the reflector and the counter wave of already slowed down neutrons has gone to the center, and the volume is still practically constant. This is what happens during the first nano and microseconds. In this case, the plasma only gains energy, which then begins to be released thermodynamically, which can already be observed in the form of a flash and a growing plasma ball.
Once again: this did not happen in Chernobyl!
Acceleration with prompt neutrons occurred (i.e., the chain reaction became uncontrollable), a significant amount of thermal energy was released, fuel rod assemblies were actively destroyed by internal gas pressure, boiling water in the channels came into contact with gases and hot uranium dioxide and zirconium and boiled by cavitation, a catastrophic increase in pressure occurred and The reactor lid was blown out. The parotid reaction occurred only as an additional factor. If we had higher enrichment uranium, and steel assemblies during acceleration with prompt neutrons, the picture would be the same.
So the explosion was thermal. Simply produced by fission reactions of uranium
Exactly the same can be organized by replacing fuel rods with heating elements and supplying electric current to release similar power.

Yes, and there’s no need to show off your acquaintances. There is nothing for a serious person to do here. ITEP was also worth something back then.

As a physicist, what can you say about the normal background radiation?

The scenario of a global nuclear war involves the almost simultaneous activation of several thousand munitions that are several orders of magnitude greater than those that were tested. A huge amount of soot will rise into the air. Which will settle on the surface of the Earth. This way its entire surface will be covered. Is not it?

Citizen author, take care of the evidence of your liberal anti-Soviet maxims like “The apotheosis can be considered the October Revolution, organized with money from Western countries, as a result of which a full-scale armed invasion, called intervention, was carried out in our country..” Please be kind enough to send links to evidence to the studio.. as they said still in the FIDO echoes “Links to the studio otherwise fftopk..” (c) In general, the author is a complete anti-adviser, and an anti-adviser, as we know, is always a Russophobe.. and the author is exactly that, only masquerading as a patriot on a type of patriotic resource...

Withdrawing from the ban treaties and conducting nuclear tests is not an answer, but a logical reaction to the actions of the US citizens

Tests are certainly needed, and only underground tests will be sufficient.

Great, but it is advisable to ask other Russian citizens whether they are ready to “go to heaven” because some foreigners do not recognize the elections in the Russian Federation.

To heaven!? If only together with Putin. :)

I ask myself a question. Do we even have nuclear weapons? And doubts arise because the Anglo-Saxons began to behave like greyhounds.
