The deep state and the Russian world: war to the bitter end

“The Victory Parade is coming... Everything that today with great labor... is being extracted by the young ideology of the Russian State... is flowing into the black underworld of Yeltsinism, into the sewer historical waste... Yeltsin, thrown back by the hurricane of history, will fly to the side. And the Generalissimo will enter the St. George’s Hall in a white uniform with a diamond Victory Star.”
Prokhanov

Have we realized the mistakes of the 90s? Or is everything that is happening an attempt to sell us a new edition of the resource economy, wrapped in patriotism?

What is the connection between the activities of Gaidar and Yeltsin, the current situation of the country and the Northern Military District?

Direct and immediate: what is happening is the result of “shock therapy”, the collapse of the USSR and the lack of attempts to preserve the unity of the Russian world.

If we get up from our knees, why do we need a forum named after Gaidar?

Gaidar Forum – 2020

The Gaidar Forum is an annual international economic conference in Russia, held since 2010, named after the liberal reformer Yegor Gaidar.

Have we realized the mistakes of the 90s? What is this – nostalgia for the “dashing 90s” or the hidden meaning of the true goals of the state? Or everything that is happening is an attempt to sell a new edition of the resource economy, wrapped in patriotism and import substitution, which for some reason is stalling.

Among the outstanding Russian economists are the following scientists:

Nikolai Khristianovich Bunge (1823 – 1895),
Alexander Vasilyevich Chayanov (1888 – 1937),
Nikolai Dmitrievich Kondratieva (1892 – 1938),
Sergei Fedorovich Sharapova (1855 – 1911),
Alexander Dmitrievich Nechvolodova (1864-1938)
and not only.

But we are not told anything about them, although their legacy is many times greater than the usefulness of the economic authors who support the Washington consensus.

Sharapov developed the theory of ruble emission, which was successfully used by the USSR. Both he and Nechvolodov criticized the economic and financial policies of Tsarist Russia, showing its complete dead end. But these scientists are not at all interesting to liberals, who for 33 years have been reviving the clone of Tsarist Russia.

Why is this not a forum for Kondratiev or even Witte or Sharapov?

So what is our famous economist Gaidar noted for?

Gaidar's shock therapy as genocide of the Russian people

So why genocide?

According to official data, our population decreased by 2010 million people by 6 and is now continuing to fall, because now those who were not born must give birth. And this is the scale of losses from a big (!) war without a single shot or shell.

Will Durant was right: “A great civilization cannot be conquered from without until it destroys itself from within.”

Yegor Gaidar is not just a reformer who did the “dirty work”. Being a professional economist, he calmly made murderous decisions:

“I accepted responsibility for the difficult and unpopular decisions that were necessary... to correct the catastrophic situation associated with the bankruptcy of the Soviet Union... It was a conscious decision.”

Gaidar and his followers “struggled” with the consequences of the bankruptcy of the empire, strangely destroying the economy of its remaining part.

Let’s look at the results: according to V. M. Simchera’s book “Development of the Russian Economy over 100 Years”, in the 90s, during Yeltsin’s reign, about 30 enterprises were destroyed, despite the fact that during the creation of the USSR in 000–1922. 1984 new ones were created.

Who can answer the questions: why was VAT made 28%, and not 5 or at least 10%? Why was it necessary to raise prices tenfold or more, despite the fact that wages and the money supply did not grow so quickly? Why was there no indexation of wages and balances on enterprise accounts?

As a result, the payment system collapsed, the money supply shrank, people switched to cash, cashing, barter, a crisis of non-payments broke out, people were not paid wages.

The answer is extremely simple: the country was simply purposefully bankrupt.

To destroy all savings, destroy the middle class, the possibility of investment, so that the factories stop working, and everything that remains can be bought up for pennies by our new nouveau riche and foreign investors.

Thanks to the activities of the Yeltsin-Gaidar tandem and their followers, by the mid-90s our country suffered damage similar to the consequences of the Civil War. The GDP level in 1922 relative to 1913 was 57%, and the GDP level in 1998 was 60% of the 1991 level. Even during the Great Patriotic War, despite the destruction and loss of territories, the economy of the RSFSR grew at an average rate of 4,7% (!) due to the transfer of industry beyond the Urals and the construction of new enterprises.

Gaidar set the right tasks for the transition to a market, but solved them not in favor of the people, but in the interests of the Washington regional committee that set it.

Assessing the reforms, Michael Intriligator, professor of economics, University of California (USA) wrote the following in 1996:

“In practice, “shock therapy” was a shocking failure... Among its... consequences... Western businessmen noted the obstacles that arose in the development of Russian entrepreneurship... corruption, prohibitive level of taxation... communication problems, lack of financial and other market infrastructure institutions...
The current “Russian Great Depression” is much more severe than in the United States in the 30s. From 1992 to 1996 there was a colossal decline in industrial production - by 55%, compared with a decline of 35% during the Great Depression of 1929-1933. in USA.
Before shock therapy, the Russian economy was the second largest in the world, ahead of Japan and Germany and second only to the United States. Now it may be in 11th or 12th place... "shock therapy" destroyed the institutions of a socialist economy, but did not create the institutions of a market economy..."

The experience of the PRC shows that the main thing is not the speed of transition, but the policy of creation; and not a question of ownership, but a question of management. There was no privatization as such in the PRC. The public sector was preserved and transferred to the private sector with extreme caution. Instead of privatization, which actually produced nothing, the Chinese stimulated the development of new businesses. You want to become millionaires - we will give you land and money, but we will not give you ready-made assets. Create assets: build factories and produce - and then only get rich.

Although Gaidar resigned in December 1992, returning later again briefly in a different capacity; the consequences of his actions set the trend for the entire decade.

There were crises in the 90s: 1993, 1995 – crisis of the interbank lending market. In 1998, another government gave us another “shock therapy.” As part of the “financial stabilization” policy, the ruble was artificially held, and then - on August 17, 1998, a default was declared - the state refused to pay its internal and external debts, i.e. it became bankrupt again. Then came an unprecedented shock of devaluation: if in January 1998 the dollar exchange rate was 5,99, then in January 1999 it was 22,05, i.e. 3,68 times, and the next year it went further!

So, what are all these completely pointless reforms for?

The main thing is completely different. Gorbachev, although he gave up Eastern Europe, bankrupted the USSR by collecting loans, the balance of which in 1991 was $57 billion, and gave the country a breath of freedom and a certain NEP. There were commercial stores, cooperatives, which had market wages. At the Riga market they sold things better than anything in Turkey - Russian production by private craftsmen. Computers and equipment were imported. People paid taxes.

Gaidar's reforms completely destroyed these beginnings of a relatively white “market economy.” If not for them, we could have followed the path of the PRC, but the Washington regional committee needed destruction.

The reason for the bankruptcy of the USSR and the problems of the 90s were largely caused by low oil prices. Since the early 2000s and especially since 2004, quotes have gone up. It is easy to show that the economic growth rates of the “prosperous” 2000s clearly correlate with the growth of quotations (see chart).

Historical oil price chart, smart-lab.ru, 1998 – $20/barrel

Now let’s remember what Gaidar actually said, according to the official publication in Rossiyskaya Gazeta:

“Russia as a state of Russians has no historical perspective” (SPS congress on December 12, 2002).
“There was no responsible political force in Russia that would dare to say that from the point of view of the goals of self-preservation and reproduction of the Russian people, the collapse of the USSR was the greatest success in the last half century” (“The Death of an Empire. Lessons for Modern Russia”).
“If a nuclear superpower de facto no longer exists, because all the basic elements of statehood have been lost, then it is better to dissolve it peacefully and legally” (interview on Radio Liberty).

I think this is quite enough.

According to the official report (Geopolitical forecast from Stratfor for 2015–2025, Stratfor, USA, inosmi.ru) for 2016, now the US goal - our crushing into pieces - is indicated quite specifically.

How did the president describe the outcome of Gaidar’s life?

“The death of Yegor Timurovich Gaidar is a heavy loss for Russia, for all of us. A true citizen and patriot, a strong-willed person, a talented scientist, writer and practitioner is gone. Not every statesman has the opportunity to serve the Fatherland at the most critical stages of its history, to make key decisions that will determine the future of the country. Yegor Timurovich Gaidar adequately completed this most difficult task, demonstrating the best professional and personal qualities.”

And here’s what people like Yuri Luzhkov and Gavriil Popov, who were also in power but thought differently, wrote about the results of Gaidar’s life:

“In Gaidar’s model, no sovereign role for Russia was envisaged... Gaidar actively worked on all the documents of Belovezhiya. And he bears full responsibility for the exit option adopted there... which ignored the fate of millions of Russian people who found themselves outside of Russia...
Gaidar is also to blame for the fact that the difficulties that should have been distributed fairly and proportionally were assigned only to ordinary citizens...
Ensured the seizure of the overwhelming majority of state property by the nomenklatura and oligarchs...
This is a policy that is cruel and inhumane. This is exactly what the people understood, and this is what they will never forgive Gaidar.”

Liberals are a totalitarian sect of the world government, ruling the world from the Washington regional committee, planted in our country in 1991 after the August putsch.

Gaidar is revered there as the founder who successfully fulfilled the main assignment of their regional committee - the total destruction of the Russian economy and everything that remained from the times of the USSR.

Do we need Yeltsin Centers?

Is it possible to deceive an entire people? It turns out that it is possible - just give the political strategists the opportunity. Remember how everyone avidly read the magazine Ogonyok, which poured manure on our “red history”? Wasn't the same thing recently done in Ukraine? And now the Ukrainians, having lost the normal dimension of reality and being driven by stupidity, greed and hatred, are at war with Russia, that is, with themselves.

The peak of Yeltsin’s activity was a speech in the US Parliament in 1992:

“The world can breathe easy: the communist idol... which brought fear to the human community has collapsed. Collapsed forever. And I am here to assure you: on our land we will not allow him to rise again! [Stormy applause, jumping of congressmen, ovation]...
From this high rostrum, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the President of the United States, Mr. George Bush... for the invaluable moral support of the just cause of the Russian people during that period...
Today I tell you... “I will not retreat from reforms!”...
We invite American private capital to the unique and underdeveloped Russian market and say: “Don’t be late!” [Stormy applause]…
By the will of the people of Russia, I propose to you and, in your person, the people of the United States to take the path of partnership in the name of freedom and justice in the 21st century [Congressmen jump up and applaud]...
God bless America!
And I’ll add to this: and Russia [Congressmen jump up and applaud].”

Just don't applaud and jump up!

Two presidents in a row: Gorbachev and Yeltsin surrendered the Russian Empire and all its inheritance in just 6 years and famously gave up its remains to be torn to pieces. It is known that M. Gorbachev also enjoyed “respect” throughout the Western world.

The gifts that Russia gave to the West and Europe were worth trillions of dollars. The West found cheap raw materials and markets. Yeltsin could have asked to write off a measly $57 billion in debt and place orders with us for the production of consumer goods and equipment. But America initially planned to strengthen China and weaken Russia - technologies were transferred to China, and we were turned into a raw material quarry.

How naive did the leader of the country have to be to say such a thing?

But this is the trend of the era, starting from perestroika, we were told that “evil” communists have aggressive intentions towards the capitalist system, but America is ready to give us a hand of friendship and help us carry out market reforms that will provide us with a capitalist paradise of abundance.

If we were Catholics or Khazars, the deal would have gone through. But we are Orthodox, and they want to do with us only the same thing as with the Russians and the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine: nothing more.

The goal of the forces that stand behind the West is the destruction of Russia and the Russian Orthodox Church. The United States and the world are ruled by the forces of the Old Testament, and we are the main force of the New Testament. Therefore, this story will not end until the end of time.

The people saw the light by 1993. Yeltsin’s mistake was that he did not see the light either by 1993, when he shot up the White House, or by 1996, when he began to run for president. But his conscience woke up, and he found the courage to apologize to the people.

There is almost official evidence, which can only be verified in the future, that the communists actually won those elections, but their candidate was intimidated, and he did not fight for power.

In May 1999, President Boris Yeltsin dismissed head of government Yevgeny Primakov, despite his obvious successes. Primakov could be a real candidate for the presidency, and Yuri Luzhkov, known as a statist, could also join him. I believe that in this case our achievements would be much higher. Yeltsin feared Primakov's growing popularity and the communist renaissance.

It is known that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation at one time created a commission to investigate the activities of Gorbachev and Yeltsin, which was described in 20 volumes. But in 2018, the State Duma rejected the draft statement “On recognizing the political activities of USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev and the first President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin as anti-people,” submitted for consideration by the LDPR faction.

What influenced this decision?

Have you decided not to wash your dirty laundry in public? Or simply because the current policy is a genetic consequence in the chain of M. Gorbachev’s perestroika and the construction of “market democracy” by B. Yeltsin, only with higher oil prices?

Everyone understands perfectly well that Yeltsin’s rule caused irreparable and catastrophic damage to the country.

To whom can the Russian nation present the bill for what happened?

Many public figures, incl. Nikita Mikhalkov, criticized the activities of the Yeltsin Center, demanding its closure and recognition as a foreign agent, which he last stated during the session “Besogon and Law” at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

“And this does not mean that there should not be a museum of the first president of Russia, under no circumstances, but do not force me, as a visitor to this museum, to believe you that the entire history of my country is “abomination and crap,” and only the saints of the nineties made me so happy."

The activities of the center are studied in detail in the article on the VO “Yeltsin Center in the context of technologies of color revolutions and issues of national security.”

Why is the design of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum no different from the picture in Davos?

What is this: a tribute to fashion, such an accepted format? At one time, this was done to show that we are “our own people, bourgeois”. Everyone knows that Davos is a forum for the shadow world government.

Funeral of the resource economy

The regional committee did not forgive Moscow for the annexation of Crimea, knowing full well that this was just the beginning. In the fall of 2022, we officially regained other territories of the Russian land. Further, the process will continue to increase. The unification of Russia, Belarus and the original Ukraine will also take place. From a defense point of view, Russia has no other options than creating the USSR-2, albeit in a truncated form.

After 2014, and especially 2022, the foundations of the structure that ensured the influence of the West on Russia were destroyed. The West imposed sanctions and restricted trade. But the fifth column and liberal economic policy remained.

Here are the Federal Customs Service data: Russian exports in January–November 2023 decreased by 40%, to $385,9 billion from $538,1 billion. Russian gas supplies abroad over the 11 months of 2023 decreased in physical volume by 34% in annual terms, revenue from Russian gas supplies year-on-year decreased by 69%, and oil by 7%.

In order to help exporters and the budget, the ruble was devalued in the second half of 2023 by approximately 30%, which led to the Bank of Russia raising the rate to 16%, which will cause a reduction in GDP growth rates in 2024 to the usual 1,0–1,5% . In turn, inflation jumped, hitting the growth of household incomes.

There is another problem: at the end of 2023, our gold and foreign currency reserves amounted to almost $600 billion, and the frozen assets of the Russian Federation in Europe amounted to $330 billion, or 55%.

What is happening now is an analogue of the late 80s, only in a milder version. There will be no catastrophe, but if current trends continue, a repeated devaluation of the ruble in the second half of the year is quite possible. What will happen to the Central Bank rate?

In other words, we are witnessing the funeral of the commodity-based economic model.

2024–2025: Operation Reboot

Russia needs to develop industry and the domestic market, nationalize the Bank of Russia so that it works for Russia and not for the IMF. But these tasks will be solved by another – the new Russia after the “Reset 2024–2025”.

As historical analysis shows, in our history there are clear 12-year and 36-year cycles (see graph - one “slide” of exactly 36 years), the maximum deviations from which do not exceed 1–2 years. The end of the liberal cycle will occur in 2024–2025, when the 36-year liberal cycle since 1989 will be completed. From a mathematical point of view, the probability of a system breakdown during this period is about 95% (for more details, see the article on VO: 2024–2025: should we expect changes). The year 2025 is equivalent to such critical (!) years as 1881, 1917, 1953, 1989. Although it is clear that the future is not mathematics, this assessment has quite objective prerequisites.

The glory and misery of the commodity economy

We had good economic growth in 2023, both due to the revival of the military-industrial complex and partial import substitution. There is a construction boom in the country, excellent roads and infrastructure are growing. There are many varieties of sausages in stores. But this is not what determines the strength of the state; real power is the army, industry and technology. And the ability of the people to reproduce, which we have now lost.

Large cities are developing - the horse is not lying in the outback. More than 60% of the population is surviving rather than living. Nostalgia for socialism is growing in society. But the people, lulled by the victorious reports of television about the “new technological” Russia, sleep, not understanding what is happening to them. The coming year will open his eyes.

The average rate of economic development of Russia for the period from 1992 to 2023 was only 0,89%, while the average growth rate of the economy of the RSFSR as part of the USSR from 1950–1990 was 6,6% (!). Average growth rate of the world economy for a sample of 250 countries for the period 2013–2021. amounted to 2,5%.

So what did we choose? What is such a strange market with an equally strange “invisible hand”, which, in a patriotic frenzy, leads us to a bright future with Chinese cars, with the absence of its own aircraft production, a high dollar exchange rate and a Bank of Russia rate that will not allow us to grow normally?

At the end of 2022, the excess of Russia’s GDP level over the 1991 figure was only 30%. Russian industry in 2023 for the first time in 33 years has crossed the mark of 100% of the 1990 level.

During the same period, China's GDP increased 14,5 times! During the same period, US GDP increased almost 4 times: from 5 to 963,1 billion dollars.

Hack and predictor Aviator

People who positively assess the activities of Gaidar and Yeltsin will never develop Russia, because its development means the loss of their power. Those who honor Gaidar need a semi-colony, and the nation needs an empire.

As the communist leader rightly said in 2017:

“We are crawling along a dirty Yeltsin-Gaidar rut,” noting that although foreign policy, defense and other important sectors are defended by “strong patriots,” all domestic policy is in the power of such well-known and convinced liberals.”

Since then, despite the SVO, we have not seen any fundamental changes.

The West is catastrophically afraid that Russia will not remember the “glory of the USSR.” This is why we so often idealize Tsarist Russia and denigrate the USSR.

Here is the opinion (2014) of the former Polish Ambassador to Russia Stanislaw Chosek:

“The West... realizes that... Russia will not become a competitive... state and... will not begin to compete with Western countries in any sectors other than energy... Russian elites, instead of investing in the development of their country, will prefer to direct funds... to events in the style the recent Olympics and the upcoming World Cup..."

The SVO is a litmus test that shows all the shortcomings of the system. Despite the successes, there are no fundamental changes happening here either. Ukraine should have collapsed by now, but, alas, it is still standing.

System bifurcation point

The liberal system is not able to solve any of the current problems: its historical time is now ending. Perhaps, as in 1917 and 1992, changes will happen quietly, in 2-3 days. In the near future, it is likely that some kind of “H” event may occur, most likely related to the SVO, which will radically change the relationship between the state and society.

A bifurcation point is a critical turning point, the probability of which may be infinitesimal, but at which a qualitative abrupt change in the system occurs.

What were our “H” points? This is the coup in August 1991, when everyone woke up and marched through the streets Tanks, and on TV on all channels is Tchaikovsky’s ballet “Swan Lake”. The second point is Prigozhin’s march, which was the last call for the system. Even then, a number of our officials used plan B by boarding planes.

Something that no one doubts will happen soon. But when those “hidden” behind the screen believe that their license to “milk” has been extended for another five-year period, perhaps an inversion will occur.

Kyiv lost the war, and for a long time.

Therefore, such an event could be a “gesture of despair” - inflicting a painful blow on us with a high-precision weapons from received F-16s, or from other carriers, or from the ground. This could be the introduction of NATO troops into Ukraine, or even a limited NATO attack on Russia, also because the situation is hopeless for the West. And the death of our AWACS is also important here.

The Deep State and Russia: A Battle for Life and Death

There is an interesting term - the deep state. According to the accepted terminology, this is a conspiracy theory according to which in countries (for example, the United States) there is a coordinated group of unelected real leaders who are able to influence public policy without regard to the democratically elected leadership. Everything is clear in the United States, and it is clear that Biden is just a “phantom” leader of the country.

Our deep state is the Yeltsin-Gaidar state. Why has there not been a single communist minister since 1999? Because he could show results like Primakov? The liberal sect does not want to share power under any circumstances.

Let us remember the phenomenal interview with Oleg Deripaska in 2006. When asked by a journalist what power there is in our country, he replied:

"ABOUT. D. – “We are the Russian real power. Big business is part of our technology.
N. A. - If not a secret, who is in your circle?
O.D. – What’s the secret? All those who consistently united around the first President of Russia, Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin, who took upon themselves the courage to make difficult economic and social decisions.”

And this is in 2006. It is still not clear why economic decisions in the richest country in the world must necessarily be difficult? And the pension reform is not another stage in the endless “shock therapy”. Or is this our rock?

One of the spiritual leaders of Russia, Alexander Prokhanov, prophetically and inspiredly declares the complete collapse of the “Yeltsin matrix” and the revival of the New Russia:

“The Victory Parade is coming... Hitler has returned to Ukraine...
Who will Russian history resurrect and send... to fight Hitler?..
Hitler is opposed in history by Stalin. He is the defender of Russia... He will be present at the parade on May 9, and his clairvoyant gaze will look out from the ruby stars of the Kremlin...
The Yeltsin state has collapsed and is crumbling in all its manifestations...
Yeltsin cut with an ax the blossoming unity of Ukrainians and Russians. Yeltsin destroyed the great Soviet technosphere, leaving Russia without factories, engineering schools, and research centers. Yeltsin created a corrupting, corrupt elite of traitors...
Yeltsin, thrown aside by the hurricane of history, will fly to the side. And the Generalissimo will enter the St. George’s Hall in a white uniform with a diamond Victory Star.”

Fate has touched Russia and with its powerful hand is snatching us from the clutches of the West, Babylonian captivity or the Mongol yoke. There is a struggle inside between the Russia of Alexander Nevsky, Dmitry Donskoy and Alexander Suvorov and the pro-Western fifth column, which is alien to us. The fight is to the death, the outcome is beyond doubt.

And time is now counting down in the opposite direction: from temporary decline to new greatness. For now, we are still more likely a cunningly re-shoeed remake of Yeltsin’s Russia, but Koshchei’s egg, which was brought to our country by Gorbachev and Yeltsin from the Washington regional committee, will soon be found and cracked open.

There is an old joke about a drunk who got drunk after work and led his friends home.
As a result, the wife cursed and the children were scared.

Then he realized the mistakes and after work I went to the stadium to see new friends. He led them home, walked around there, demonstrated his strength with his comrades.
As a result, the wife cursed and the children were scared.

In the early 90s, I thought that Gaidar was a dangerous maniac, but it turns out that “Gaidar saved the country from famine.” That Yeltsin ruined the country, but it turns out that there was no one to vote for except him. In a country with a population of 140 million.

I used to think that Prokhanov and Dugin were just local city crazy... ...But now it turns out that they are "prophets of the new world".... This all means that "we have realized." And everything will be different?

While we are still more likely a cunningly remade remake of Yeltsin’s Russia, but Koshchei’s egg, which was brought to our country by Gorbachev and Yeltsin from the Washington regional committee, will soon found and shattered with a bang.
the author is just a big optimist, I’ll take a look. firstly not “soon”, and secondly not current. This is how I see it.

The article lacks the final chord, it seems there is an answer (well, almost, without naming the extreme person from the series...) to the first eternal Russian question "...Who is to blame?!...", but the answer to the second eternal question begs to be " ...What to do?!... and most importantly, with whom to do it and how to do it...

If we get up from our knees, then why do we need a Gaidar forum?

And many such questions can be asked.
Why did Manturov talk about feeding on insects ----
      the black lion must come
? And something is already on Ozone... After all, this is part of the globalist “greenback”
Why talk about the monarchy in Russia?
Why membership in the WTO with the implementation of its orders that impede the growth of Russia, that very rise?
Why are there still no Russian films about the Northern Military District, but it’s unclear what continues to be made......
There may be many more questions

If we talk about conclusions, questions immediately arise.
Have we realized the mistakes of the 90s?

    Who is this “we”?
Some “we” are building precisely Yeltsin centers and glorifying Gaidar.
    Others curse.
Some call the “5th Column” those who are against Yeltsin and his heirs - others call those who are for...
There is “we” - hundreds of thousands of new Russian brothers from the Caucasus and Central Asia - and there is “we” whom these brothers cut and slaughter for a small sum to pay off...
And the second question - “well, have you realized, so what?”
As you know, the main thing is not how they vote, but how they think...

And in the offices of ministries and departments it’s not “Are we the Russian people?” And do foreigners work at the Yeltsin Center?
And they pass laws and import millions of migrants, give them passports, excuse them from crimes - the other “us”? And they do these bad things (for example, the issue with the same migrants) - because of friendship with the West?
An interesting train of thought ...

If we still lack something, it is moderation, at least in our views of ourselves. Either we castigate ourselves and repent even of non-existent sins. Then we have an attack of greatness, and we imagine ourselves as the masters of the entire planet. And the rest were born in vain. We are either told that we are too enslaved within ourselves, or scolded for our swagger. And When they say that we live on the border with God himself, the thought already creeps in whether we are going crazy.

The article is absolutely disingenuous. The impression is that they want to blame all the troubles from the destruction of the USSR on the rotten carcasses of Gaidar and Yeltsin. They scolded the oligarchs a little more. They kept silent about the current government, officially headed by Putin. It’s as if Putin and his comrades have nothing to do with the catastrophe that occurred and continues. And they immediately promised that literally the other day everything would change, the country would turn around and begin to revive.
What do they want to do? I assume that after the elections a new rabid advertisement for the president will begin. They can easily announce that the light-faced person has had an insight. Officials will hang red banners around the cities instead of the Vlasov tricolors, take them in their hands, put on the symbols of the USSR and, with the appropriate slogans, lead columns of citizens on the road to a bright future.
You say I'm delusional? May be. Time will show. To stay at the top of power, these people will be able to do something else. If they deem it necessary, then NATO troops will be brought in. They can only destroy. No matter what good the bourgeois government says, no matter how it repaints itself, you cannot trust them!

“Have you confused the climatic conditions of the Far North? Have you tried to compare the climate of Siberia, the Far East and the climate of Moscow, where “gardens bloom” in April-May?” - then, according to your stupid theory, everyone south of Moscow should not receive any money at all, they generally have “summer all year round”, let them work for free, they won’t have to pay for heating and harvest all year round. By the way, open the map if you have a gap in knowledge and look at what parallel Moscow is located on, and then think before you write nonsense.

“Why, for example, in Moscow, with a subsidized budget of 400 rubles for the same amount of work ....... receives a higher salary than the same employee from the neighboring region,” - because in Moscow there are more demand than in the neighboring region. Everything is elementary. If there were the greatest demand in your village, then you would have the highest salaries. And people like you from other regions would shout that this is not fair. There will always be envy.

“It is this article that involves the abolition of various Moscow supplements to salaries and pensions and assumes an equal share of GDP for each citizen.” - you are wrong. Moscow allowances have nothing to do with GDP - this is exclusively at the regional level, and not at the federal level. Your local governments can also pay you any subsidies at their discretion and believe me, they have enough money for this. But apparently they think that you are not worthy of it and they would rather buy apartments for themselves in Moscow and abroad than give you something. And you blame Moscow. For such stupidity, they won’t give you anything - after all, you are sure that it is not your locals who are to blame, but Moscow. Therefore, you pay for your stupidity.

The term "Deep State" refers to a criminal oppressive regime that feigns government activity.
There is another term proposed by M. Delyagin: “Not a typical state” - an organization-machine designed to plunder the country’s resources.

Perhaps we should combine the definitions together to understand the essence of the matter.

The words of the well-known professor F.F. are very suitable as a review for this “historic-philosophical” stream of thoughts. Preobrazhensky:
You... allow yourself, with a completely unbearable swagger, to give some advice on a cosmic scale and cosmic stupidity about how to divide everything...

The author’s historical ignorance is especially emphasized by his quoting, in the context of his article “on the revival of the USSR,” by the American historian and philosopher William Durant. Moreover, who Durant is and what he wrote, the author does not even suspect.
In 1933, William Durant published the book "The Tragedy of Russia: Impressions from a Brief Visit."
Here are a few quotes from this book:
It was found that when the laziest and stupidest worker receives equal material reward with the ablest and cleverest, the ablest and cleverest will slack down to the productive level of the laziest and stupidest as soon as the heat of revolutionary fever subsides.

It turned out that when the laziest and stupidest worker receives equal material rewards with the most capable and intelligent, then the most capable and intelligent will decrease to the level of productivity of the laziest and stupidest
Through its doctrinaire persistence in an unworkable theory, the Soviet has allowed its people to starve by the thousands, and everything in Russia to deteriorate except some heavy.industries designed chiefly for the purposes of war

By blindly following its unworkable theory, the Soviet Union allowed thousands of its people to starve, and everything in Russia fell into disrepair, with the exception of some heavy industries created mainly for the purpose of war.

Professor Preobrazhensky - and your “friend of Russia” Durant - are talking nonsense designed to present billions of dollars in personal fortunes as “earned money”.

And “blind adherence to theory” is a mythology about a mentally handicapped society that is incapable of creating its own statehood. This is a practical retelling of Goebbels's leaflets, to which for now it is not comme il faut to directly refer to.

The purpose of your remark is to create an image of a fantastic society of idiots, whose troubles come from “... isms...”, State Planning Committees, ideas of social justice, and not from thieves and traitors, like all mentally normal people.

In my opinion, the article makes too strict a link between the individual Russian economy and the price of oil, in isolation from the global trend. For what? Your graph is out of touch with the global context (see below). The trivial statement that the growth of the economies of oil-exporting countries is more dependent on oil prices than the growth of the global economy does not seem to require special proof. Economists are accustomed to making this price dependent on some (most often political and military-political) events of global significance. But several of the largest brokers can manipulate world oil prices. Do you believe that their economic goals take precedence over their political ones? From the point of view of a country that has a printing press of a currency pegged to the price of oil, such behavior would be too apolitical. Moreover, from the point of view of the “world hegemon”. Perhaps it was my imagination, but the article builds a mythology of the “gas station deep state.”

So you yourself admit that, in essence, apart from propaganda cliches, nothing has changed.

As for the opinion of “smart people,” they already argued a hundred years ago that any bourgeois government, in practice, was bought by big capital. And behind every official bourgeois statehood there is a “deep statehood”. Russian oligarchs openly discuss this topic in their interviews.

Only the term “Russian World”... Apparently, its purpose is to create among the public the impression of some kind of virtual social movement... Although in reality there is no movement behind it, much less any organization...

It will take a thousand years for Russians to reach this level of self-organization. Of course, if after such a time Russians still exist.

    Prokhanov

In certain circles, “Carlson” is viewed as some kind of serious figure, as a writer-publicist-philosopher, but as for me, he is a prisoner of his own illusions from the religious, like many leftists, despite the fact that in words they are all such materialists..

You see, life is not a Bethesda toy in which you either press “Load” or gradually approach the positive climax of the story. Life is about energy levels - climbing up is always hellishly energy-consuming, and falling down is fleeting. A certain “fit guy who knows how” and who is always in an amphet@minous mood and has a lot of energy for everything about everything - this is a fairy-tale, popular-religious character, a kind of analogue of the “Mashiach”, for whom the Jews have been waiting for a couple of thousand years - many are waiting for him.
And he's still not there. That semi-religious perception of history that we nurture creates the image of a kind of man-driver, for many this is an iconized Stalin, who was credited with 100500 qualities that he in reality did not possess. For some it was early GDP, my neighbors even bought an oil painting of him on the floor of the wall in the early 2000s, so strong were these sacred expectations about the “Great Potter” who would come and everything would bloom because of magical passes with his hands and an iron will .
    But no.

My point is that in reality it is not at all necessary that the story should end well. History is also the story of those who will no longer tell these stories themselves. Because they also waited and waited for “Mashiach”, and then a fish swam by and grabbed them by the butt, and then another and another - and in the end all their Athonite elders go to fertilize the garden and vegetable garden with all these prophecies, and go there too and a flock of waiting people.

These expectations of the dawn “after Yeltsin” led us to today - those who wanted power played with might and main on these expectations. And those who follow them will also play on these expectations, by the way!
In general, these religious things-drukens are one of the main levers with which it is cool to move the masses, because a person pushes his mind deeper into his shell, relying on some mystical knowledge and the irrational, on the “logic of the development of events in the style of Skyrim.”
This line can continue very much. long, and its end is the disintegration of the root and the disintegration of unity.
You should never wait for some people in white uniforms who will come and fix everything. If everything is so broken that they can’t fix it for decades, then it’s fate, it means it’s a given. This means that you should direct your efforts to achieve what is achievable, something that really depends on your own efforts and intelligence.
As they say, in order not to be disappointed, you must not be enchanted.

The coup d'état of 1991 was a natural consequence of the gradual decay of the USSR after the death of I.V. Stalin, which ultimately led to a classic revolutionary situation, when the upper classes could no longer govern in the old way, and the lower classes did not want to live in the old way.
The deep state is 12 shareholders of the Federal Reserve System affiliated with the clans of the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgans, Du Ponts and several others, which predetermines the close connection of the United States with Britain, France, and through them with the EU and the pestilent dominance of the “West” as a whole.
The essence of the Washington consensus comes down to the introduction of market relations and the prohibition of trade restrictions, which are monitored by the WTO. The floating exchange rate of national banknotes and the accountability of national main banks to the IMF.
Free movement of capital through SWIFT, etc., etc.
A huge, extensive network of international institutions in all areas without exception, from ecology and healthcare to science and high technology, through which the deep state controls the world.
The essence of the contradictions between the Russian Federation and the collective “West” lies in the policies of V.V. Putin, who, without completely breaking the inheritance he inherited from Yeltsin and as V.I. Lenin taught, fully supports the capitalists, but as they get rich, subjects them to state regulation through pricing and taxation , lending, money circulation, the judicial system, etc., etc., which fundamentally contradicts the Washington consensus and brings it closer to the policy of the Chinese Communist Party.
The main danger for the Russian Federation is the lack of political support for V.V. Putin’s reforms in the person of the party and the dictatorship of the proletariat, which the ED cannot replace in principle, and this portends fun times after his departure.

    Alexander, “hug and cry”!)
All that remains is to find a political economic subject in Russia who, after 30 years of robbery and theft of the country, will judge himself, pronounce his own sentence and carry it out)...
One small addition. Indeed, the form of ownership is secondary. Legal relations between specific forms of ownership and the state are primary. That is, that the regime recognizes, protects and promotes as the main priority of advanced socio-economic development. Privatization of property, nationalization of property or nationalization of property. Almost everything in our idealized, but very “material” life depends on this.

The author made an attempt to write about a sore subject for Russian citizens. Unfortunately, in history there is no complete analogue of the destruction of the state of the USSR, through its fragmentation, with a change in the political system, socialism to capitalism, and such large-scale theft. There is no example. The author was afraid to assess the activities of Putin - Medvedev and their circle. As a result, the article turned out to be incomplete and instead of an analysis with a forecast, it turned out to be slogans, i.e. The article does not reflect reality. In any case, such articles are needed. because they stimulate the people to think and call them to political education. The main problem of the Russian people is political illiteracy.

I do not agree with the opinion expressed that the 90s were decisive for the collapse of the empire called the USSR; rather, they became the final stage in the implementation of the communist idea in the former Russian Empire. The communist idea “burned out” in the minds of the country’s leadership back in the late 70s and early 80s, and as a result, the same thing happened in the public perception of the surrounding reality. The leaders pretended to lead and direct according to the behests of the founders, and society pretended to implement these behests. The foundations of building communism have been replaced by philistine needs for enrichment and the use of official position to acquire material and social benefits. As it turned out, promises and dreams of a happy, prosperous life alone will not satisfy you; you need more tangible incentives in the form of a growing standard of living, qualitative and structural changes in the consumption system. Life has shown that building a society based on communist ideas and postulates is a dead-end path of development. We need a balance between private initiative, the desire to make a profit and the social responsibility of business to society, formalized legislatively in the constitution and in the judicial law of the state. Now perhaps we as a country have managed to “find” this balance and we are moving along this path. True, as usual in our country, the role of the individual takes on exaggerated forms; we either extol all the deeds of the supreme one, or begin to hate everything he does. It has not yet been possible to find a balance in society, I hope that after the end of the war (NWO), society will be able to come closer to the balance of accepting the direction of the country's development. A lot depends on the state’s ability to mobilize resources in the most important areas and achieve obvious success in the near future. One example of the need for such mobilization is the restoration of our civil aviation industry; the result of such “mobilization of efforts” should be the return of our aircraft to our skies. And there are a large number of such challenges facing the country and society.

The USSR degenerated because it had new ideas. The system needed to be updated. Gorbachev started the right things, but the idea was initially in the collapse of the country. Now you are right, there are a lot of challenges, but the efforts of the authorities are insufficient. They are hampered by the connection to liberalism. This is what is written about

The USSR degenerated because it had new ideas
Is capitalism in Russia, which replaced the USSR, a new idea?
The USSR has not degenerated. The descendants of slaves who did not want to live according to the laws of the USSR degenerated. And they returned to the search for “truth” and the good Master. Like the heroes of N. Nekrasov..

The idea of a socialist state will not soon become obsolete. Because the democratic slogan “All power to the councils” means expanding the powers of the elected government. Compared to parliamentary Learn the math part.
But the fact of the matter is that slaves have no future. Because they cannot live without the Master and the Tsar. And the new Master would have to be an idiot to come and again - it’s great to restore everything that was stolen after 1991. There is no point in stupidly repeating the cycle!

      Some social statistics.
According to opinion polls (September 2022), almost two-thirds of Russians (62%) sympathize with socialism and this is the maximum in the entire history of polls. According to VTsIOM data at the end of 2022: almost 50% of Russians want the restoration of the USSR, and 58% of citizens regret its collapse. According to monitoring data from the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences: about 80% of the Russian population give a negative assessment to the scenario of “inertial” economic development, which, in their opinion, leads the country to a dead end. As RIA Novosti writes with reference to the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), about 15 million people (about 10% of the population) in Russia are in a state of depression.

Can we start shouting HURRAY? :)
People who positively assess the activities of Gaidar and Yeltsin will never develop Russia, because its development means the loss of their power.

...Yeltsin introduced himself in 2007. Gaidar died in 2009. Many years have passed since then, but things are still there... Oh, well, yes, people who continue the course of Gaidar and Yeltsin remain in power. So, maybe the author will name these people? Who has been at the head of the country all these years? Maybe Navalny, or Lenin with a bonboy, or maybe the Pechenegs?
P.S. In short, the article is pseudo-patriotic nonsense.

When the author says that “we” need or don’t need something, he probably means the majority of the population and, perhaps, even the Russian population. Indeed, this very majority does not need much.

Only this majority has never decided anything, does not decide and will not decide. And if we talk about the Russian majority, soon it will not exist at all due to demographic processes. Therefore, the article may be funny, but it is completely meaningless.

The struggle that the author talks about takes place for the most part in his mind and in the minds of a not very large number of people, and nowhere else.

Russia needs to change the flag to either black, yellow, white or red. These are the banners of our victories, only Tsushima is under the current flag. We need a banner of victory and liberation. Historically, the flag of Russia is white-yellow-black. It’s just that foreigners really didn’t want Russia to become stronger in Europe, so they asked Peter to make a flag like the Netherlands. As far as I remember, the Netherlands set a condition for Peter to introduce the tricolor into circulation. But Peter the Great did not establish it as a state flag, but made it the flag of the merchant fleet. The main flag was yellow and black, this is the flag of victories of the Russian Army, the flag of Suvorov and Kutuzov. Only Nicholas II approved the tricolor as the main one, in spite of his father and his victories. In 1991, the United States persuaded Borka Alkash to make the tricolor the Russian flag in exchange for the Red Banner of Victory!

The main question of the article is why the liberal reforms of Gorbachev and Gaidar failed and what to do with our resource-based economy. The author gathered together historical facts and, manipulating them, appointed the culprits: Gaidar, the 5th column and the Washington regional committee, just in the style of Mr. Prokhanov. This point of view certainly has a right to life. But then, to complete the picture, it is necessary to consider another 2000-2023, otherwise the picture turns out to be somewhat one-sided and so are the conclusions.

The author writes and looks around to see if the notorious one is following him... Eltsin’s conscience is generally the bottom. Today the authorities in Russia are happy with everything. It’s funny to hear and read about some kind of Russian World, where it is and what they eat it with. The NWO is the difficult childhood of its leaders. Until the Russians themselves organize for their own defense, all sorts of Eltsins and others will not help him .......
