“In Europe there are 800 thousand Ukrainians who have fled like cowards”: an Estonian member of the European Parliament proposed to extradite male refugees to Kyiv

Disputes continue in Estonia regarding the possibility of extraditing to Ukraine those Ukrainian male citizens who, after the outbreak of the armed conflict, left their country and ended up in the countries of the European Union. This time, Estonian Member of the European Parliament Jaak Madison made a proposal to extradite the Ukrainian men to Kyiv.

According to the Estonian politician, Europe should “help Ukraine” with the men by handing over refugees who found themselves in the European Union after the outbreak of hostilities. Madison referred to the statement of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that the Armed Forces of Ukraine need replenishment due to the death of thousands of military personnel on the battlefield.

There are about 800 thousand people in Europe who violated the law of Ukraine and fled the country like cowards. And we must help Ukraine with these men, as well as with weapons

- said the Estonian member of the European Parliament.

It is noteworthy that Madison’s point of view clearly contradicts the official position of Tallinn. Recently, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas refused to extradite to Ukraine male citizens of military age who are on Estonian territory.

Most EU countries also officially oppose the extradition of refugees. In Austria, Germany and a number of other states, representatives of the highest authorities noted the impossibility of implementing the initiative to extradite Ukrainian men to Kyiv for their mobilization, since this contradicts the fundamental principles of the European Union. Tallinn, despite the “special” relations with Kiev, like the other Baltic republics, clearly does not dare to go against the official position of most European states.

Maybe Estonia will send 5 divisions of SS volunteers? Then the state of Estonia will end faster

This will be the topic, they somehow gathered reservists for training camp, the last ones arrived at the collection point a month and a half after the end of training camp, and this is not an anecdote.

"Kaya Callas refused to extradite male citizens to Ukraine" only because the number of Sumerians on her land exceeds the number of her army

        Uv. tatarin1972,

        I have to say,
the whole point is that this heir to the Nazi great-grandfather remained at the level of thinking back in 1945 and hears in his immature skull the words - soldiers on the road, if necessary, we repeat - hence his irrepressible fear and quite possibly, he shit himself several times before saying such a thing phrase.

Well, actually it was a week, but they were late... and there were 300 people, so it would be difficult to form 5 divisions.

Those bastards, they don’t want to die for their master. Of course, the “Europeans” should help Ukraine with the disposal of Ukrainian men, so that they do not interfere with the division of the remains of the country.

So, how to jump around and yell “at the Gilyak” like they were the first, but how to fight like “what are we for?”

This is the whole point of their “heroes”. When everything gets really bad, everyone who fled will be handed over. Why do they need this burden in the form of those who do nothing...

. This is what you can present to such a person... thus giving away those who escaped to desecration, that’s it.

Let's leave the legal conflicts alone and look at the issue from the other side. , with practical implementation.
How does he imagine the detention, detention in camps and subsequent convoy/escort to the Ukrainian border of a huge number of men, almost 800 thousand people?! Or is the main thing for him to crow?

According to all canons, these are real refugees, since they are fleeing war and death. Or maybe catching Afghans so that the Taliban can mobilize them? Otherwise, a mess is brewing with Iran and Pakistan.

it’s too late to rush around, you should have thought earlier when they let everyone in, now no one will get rid of them, or how they will lead them by the hand to the border... are there 800 thousand policemen for this or whoever can do this? or wag your tongue, not move the bags...? This is your cross now, carry it as long as you can...

everything is simple here, the principle of a chicken coop, all European chickens and European chickens will sooner or later end up in borscht (maybe even in Ukrainian borscht)))), but at the same time they apparently believe that the louder you crow, the longer you can wait until borscht, and from the owner’s point of view chicken coop - it’s fun for him that the chickens and roosters are frolicking in front of the borscht...

“In Europe there are 800 thousand Ukrainians who fled like cowards”
Firstly: who said that they are “Ukrainians”? Citizens of Ukraine - yes. “Ukrainians” is not a fact.
    Secondly: they are not “cowards”.
Many left so as not to participate in the war against their own brothers (friends, classmates...)
Someone may ask a stupid question: why did they go to Europe?
I will answer: wherever possible (easier and safer) it was, that’s where they went.
You could try to get to Russia and Belarus through these same “tigers”, but it’s not a fact that you wouldn’t be returned to the Reich...
And Europe is still behaving in a civilized manner towards those who have left.

I completely agree! They didn’t really have any options, and apparently they didn’t really want to fight for the Americans either! Have you noticed that their conscription age is over 27 years old, this is so that the “ideological” and sensible ones are knocked out and those who grew up after the Maidan are left, that is, completely brainwashed!

Well, it’s clear, Estonians are the bravest, as well as the “hottest”, so we’ll see in a year, if a big war breaks out (God forbid, of course), where they will run, to attack or to England.

Do they now have a division again? Like cowards, he said, but he himself doesn’t want to go to the front? And those who, on principle, do not want to kill the Slavs or even fight with the Russians, what does he consider to be lace panties? Whistling is not moving sacks, there is a proverb in France.

If they are officially registered as refugees in the EU, then on what basis should they be extradited?
If they are not officially refugees, but arrived on, say, a work visa, even purchased, then each case must be considered through the courts. According to the laws of the given EU country. Carry out 800 thousand trials... Well, it will end in about 100 years :)

It is much easier for Ukraine to prohibit the exchange of passports or licenses, or the transfer of loot or the holding of accounts for those who have not presented a military record or other military registration document.
Then a Ukrainian in the EU will have two options:
    1. give up on property in Ukraine and renounce Ukrainian citizenship.
    2. return to Ukraine and get into the trenches.

Difficult task. The vast majority of them have documents confirming that they are not subject to mobilization by law - fathers of many children, with illnesses, disabled relatives, and the like.
Only a few of them entered Europe illegally, and it will be difficult to weed out those with official documents.

Why then doesn’t Europe itself fight with the Russian Federation, preferring to fight with the hands of Ukrainians? Damn daredevils (said the elephant stepping on the bun). Did you fit in cleverly? So dexterity and meanness are not the same thing.
