“Dizziness from success” in a modern way. Why Kyiv is pushing the topic of conscription of Ukrainian men who have left the border of Ukraine
I read the comments to the previous material and remembered one old hunter whom I happened to meet in the Siberian taiga. This is an old matter, but for some reason it popped into my head. An old hunter, a former fisherman, wandered through the taiga not for hunting, but just for the sake of his soul. The soul did not accept life in comfort. So he left at the first opportunity.
We talked to him in the evening around the fire about life. When it comes to different animals, to be honest, I’m a terrible hunter. I'm transferring more cartridges. And for taiga dwellers, every cartridge is valuable. Yes, and shooting just like that, in order to get it, is stupid. I haven’t been hungry and I’m not starving. Why should an animal just be translated?
And the old man was remembered by one saying that I had never heard anywhere else. Some people like sour and salty, and some like red and green.
It was this saying that came to mind. I didn’t read any “wise” thoughts under the article. From “Hurray, we won!” to the traditional “why did they start at all, there are already enough problems in the country.” From “we didn’t know and don’t know the goals of the war” to “politicians lead the military,” etc. It’s amazing how much pressure TV, the Internet and other information resources put on the brains of seemingly adequate people.
Where does this confidence come from, for example, that Kyiv will not be able to carry out another mobilization? Where is the confidence that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to organize an offensive in at least one or two areas? I understand that the flow of bravura information today is off scale. But read the same TG channels of the Russian military. Rarely will you see information about a weak enemy.
There the idea is completely different. It is not the enemy who is weak, but we who are strong. And we are advancing not because the Ukrainians are fleeing, but because we have learned to attack. We learned to fight in a new way. And that’s why we organize cross-country races for the “Germans.” And here Tanks and our other armored vehicles just get stuck in the mud. Artillery is similarly exposed to increased danger due to the inability to quickly change positions. Aviation operating at maximum capacity due to weather conditions...
How to restore combat effectiveness to broken brigades?
For some reason, there is an opinion among readers that the brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which were withdrawn to the rear after the defeat, simply disappear somewhere. I calculated the approximate number of such brigades. Fifteen! Fifteen bloodless, but fighting brigades, consisting of trained and fired warriors.
Now just think, if for three or four months these brigades, with half new personnel, carry out combat coordination somewhere deep in the rear, if they are replenished with weapons and armored vehicles, including tanks, will they be able to carry out a counter-offensive in any specific area? and thus provide the military-political leadership of Ukraine with additional arguments for further requests and demands for Western assistance.
To do this, you don’t need to take Simferopol or Donetsk at all. It is enough to return a couple of villages or small towns. Then the “information troops” will work. I think there is no need to write about the possibilities of an information attack. The West will hear what it wants to hear. And the leaders of Western countries relay this to their people. And with this sauce they will achieve the next deliveries to the “winners of Russia.”
I want to ask one question.
Why is Zaluzhny asking for 500 thousand soldiers?
Do you really believe the nonsense that Ukrainians are now so stupidly spreading on the Internet? Do you believe that the generals of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are going to fight only with infantry? Something like, we are learning to fight, but the Ukrainians are not. Alas, study, bloody study, is taking place on both sides of the LBS.
And what we see on the front line today is just a way to delay the Russian offensive by any means necessary. A way to give the engineering troops time to create at least some kind of line of defense. Maybe not as powerful as the Russian army was able to create, but still. Sometimes I read “humoresques” about “dragon teeth” from our bloggers. I wonder, when we installed these “teeth”, were they real anti-tank fortifications?..
The second question concerns tanks and armored vehicles.
Again, thanks to TsIPSO, we know very well that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have such equipment and will not have it until the Americans hold elections. We’ll have to recall one figure from our president’s speech. 747 tanks and 2,3 thousand armored vehicles were destroyed. Numbers are constantly heard today. But for some reason, few people paid attention to the small “addition” after the number of tanks. About "Leopards". Less than 40 units!
Where are the others? After all, Germany alone supplied 60 units! And there were other countries. Where are the American Abrams? Where are the Challengers? There were supplies, but there were no tanks at the LBS. And there is also the opportunity to repair damaged vehicles and return them to service. No one hides the fact that such repairs are carried out, for example, in Poland.
For example, it was very interesting for me to see how the Poles, during the picketing of the checkpoint with their truckers, organized the transportation of Ukrainian trucks on railway platforms. Does the kindness of the Polish authorities know no bounds? Then why did the other trucks remain in place?
No matter what our former partners write or say, deliveries to Ukraine continue. Not all announced deliveries have been completed.
Opportunities for mobilization in Ukraine
And here they are trying to mislead us. Unnoticed, many readers were accustomed to the idea that the main task of the Kyiv regime in the matter of mobilization was the return of men from Europe and other countries. Indeed, about a million potential mobilized people are a tasty morsel. But one should not think that Kiev does not understand that this issue is very complex and almost insoluble.
Theoretically, all men should be registered with the embassy after 3 months of stay in another country. What about those who left the country illegally? And Ukrainians are in no hurry to register with the embassy. Why, if you have the opportunity to roam from country to country? So?.. This is where the idea of sending out summonses by email came from. But then the question of the legality of these actions arises.
Again, theoretically, it is possible to turn emigrants into criminals, open criminal cases against them for evading mobilization and demand extradition. And this is already a violation of the law of the host country. It was this country that gave guarantees of immunity to Ukrainian men. That is why there was an open refusal of such mobilization on the part of the Germans and other states.
The West understands perfectly well that young and hard-working Ukrainians are essential to the economy. The experiment with Arabs and Africans failed. They enjoy the benefits, but don’t want to work. The Ukrainians occupied the very niche that they planned for Asians and Africans. So who will bring back the workforce, ready to do anything to stay in the country?
Of course, you can take Ukrainians for Faberge, using the most easily vulnerable part of the soul. Bank deposits can be blocked or even confiscated. Property can be seized. You can even introduce a procedure for deprivation of citizenship. I don’t think that for most of those who left, life will be cheaper than lost property. And Western courts in this case will be on the side of those who fled.
Thus, in Kyiv they understand perfectly well that it is necessary to “work with the local contingent.” And most of all in the eastern and central regions. Many have forgotten that the people living in the border regions... are not Ukrainians. They will simply throw away their Ukrainian passport and get another one. And they will become citizens of Hungary, Romania or some other country.
I talked with experts about the possibilities of internal mobilization in Ukraine. The majority is inclined to the figure of 200–250 thousand people before spring. Yes, this is not 500 thousand, as Zaluzhny asks, but it is quite enough for the beaten brigades to become combatants again. Those who are young and healthy - in brigades, the rest - in barriers - for the Russian offensive.
There is another option, which many are already talking about openly. The same one that was once implemented by the USSR. Conscription from 18 years of age! Not from 27 or 25, but straight from school or university. By the way, the option is quite worthy. With this option, the figure of 500 thousand no longer seems huge. Students will finish their studies later, if they return, of course.
So, mobilization in Ukraine will continue. They will take everyone who did not have time to hide. So my advice to Ukrainians: hide or flee the country before it’s too late.
The result?
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are now like a wounded wolf. Exhausted, bleeding, but still dangerous. Moreover, it is dangerous to a greater extent for his own people. Russian troops, as I wrote above, have learned to eliminate this danger along with its carrier. The goal of the winter campaign of the Ukrainian army is also clear.
Stop the Russian army at any cost, create engineered strongholds and defense lines in the rear, and restore combat readiness to the brigades that were defeated during the counteroffensive. This is a task for the military leadership. The military-political leadership must resolve issues with the supply of equipment and weapons before the onset of spring. It is especially important with the supply of aircraft.
As for other problems, social, everyday, economic and others, their solution is postponed for an indefinite period. Zelensky is deliberately going to destroy the country. Not the destruction of the state, but the country. Well, in a mind poisoned by drugs, this is a completely sensible thought.
“Why does Putin need a completely destroyed country with a hungry population and a complete lack of economy? It is unlikely that Russia will be able to additionally feed another couple of tens of millions of inhabitants. And you will have to feed. And the infrastructure will have to be restored. Will Russia agree to such expenses? Will another riot break out in Moscow?”
Agree, there is logic in this. Savage, but logic. From the “don’t let anyone get you” series. Sacrifice the country, sacrifice the people... For what? For the sake of the chimera “here it comes soon”? Well, we will continue our work, and we will leave it to the Ukrainians themselves to deal with the “best president of Ukraine of all time”...
