51
As it has already become clear, the Ukrainian side decided to use the large quantities of Western weapon and accumulated reserves for the counter-offensive in the Zaporozhye direction.
According to the data provided by the representative of the Zaporozhye regional administration Vladimir Rogov, Kyiv concentrated at least 100 troops on the Zaporozhye front. Rogov reported this RIA News.
The total grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aimed at the Zaporozhye direction, is more than 100 thousand fighters
- said the representative of the administration of the Zaporozhye region.
At the same time, Rogov noted that so far the Armed Forces of Ukraine have involved a relatively small group of these troops in the offensive. According to Rogov, a significant part of the Ukrainian troops is located far from the line of contact in the Dnipropetrovsk region and in the northern part of the Zaporozhye region, which is under the control of Ukraine.
Recall that for several days on the Zaporizhzhya Front, the Ukrainian counteroffensive, which was promised back in winter, has been unsuccessfully going on. Earlier, Rogov reported that the Russian Armed Forces managed last night to repulse another attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine south of the city of Orekhov in the Zaporozhye region.
