Washington Post: Belgorod region was attacked with American, Czech and Belgian weapons
Ukrainian attacks on the Belgorod region have recently become more frequent. And last week, detachments of militants from Ukraine invaded the Grayvoron district of this border region.
According to the American newspaper The Washington Post, referring to unnamed American officials, the Ukrainian saboteurs who attacked the Belgorod region were armed weapons from Western countries. So, Ukrainians received four wheeled armored vehicles with enhanced mine protection MRAP from the USA and Poland, and the rifles of the attacking saboteurs were of Belgian and Czech production.
In addition, according to the Washington Post, Ukrainian militants carried at least one AT-4 anti-tank system, which is produced by the United States and Sweden.
Recall that on May 22-23, Ukrainian saboteurs attempted a sortie in the Graivoron district of the Belgorod region, and on the night of May 31 to June 1, Ukrainian forces consisting of two motorized infantry companies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the support of tanks tried to attack in the direction of Shebekino in the same Belgorod region.
NATO countries continue to pump weapons into Ukraine, and it is not surprising that they are used by the Ukrainian side in attacks on the border regions of Russia.
Recall that earlier in the Biden administration they said that they allegedly did not encourage the use of the supplied weapons for attacks on Russian territory (within the borders until 2014). However, later, behind the ornate reasoning, a wording appeared that Ukraine had the right to do this.
