In Marinka, no more than a square kilometer of territory in the west of the city remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The Russian regular units stabilized the situation on the flanks near Artemovsk (Bakhmut) due to the transfer of reserves, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine had previously managed to carry out several successful local counterattacks. According to other information, from unofficial sources, units of the Ministry of Defense retreated from their positions near Kleshcheevka on the southern approaches to the city.
The Bakhmut garrison had a small foothold in the western and southwestern quarters of the city, which can no longer be used not only for a large-scale counteroffensive, but it is also increasingly difficult to keep under the onslaught of Wagner attack aircraft. Soldiers of the "orchestra" storm the fortified area "Domino" in the lower part of Yubileinaya and "Tetris" streets at the junction of Tchaikovsky and Korsunsky streets, our artillery is actively working. These streets are the exit to the highways towards Khromovo and Ivanovskoye (Krasnoye) respectively.
In fact, the issue of the liberation of Artemovsk is practically resolved, now it is important what will happen next after the city is completely taken under the control of the “musicians”. Ukrainian troops will be forced to regroup on a new line of defense, and new operational opportunities will open up for the RF Armed Forces and PMC fighters to choose the direction of a further offensive. It is still difficult to say what decision will be made, especially considering Prigozhin and the military leaders of the Ministry of Defense.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian command continues to transfer more and more new units to the frontline zone in the Zaporozhye direction. The approximate number of enemy manpower here is estimated at more than 50 servicemen. Our artillery is actively working in places where the enemy is concentrated aviation.
On the right bank of the Dnieper in the area of Berislav opposite Kakhovka, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are accumulating air assault groups, preparing another attempt to force the river. The places of concentration of Ukrainian attack aircraft are opened by our reconnaissance, then artillery begins to work preventively.
Heavy fighting continues in the western part of Marinka, which has been going on for several months. So far, all the skirmishes are positional, there is no special progress on our part, the enemy is holding the defense, as the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports in the morning summary. But there are less and less territories in the city to hold this defense. Russian sources report that the Ukrainian garrison currently controls no more than one square kilometer of the city. The situation is very similar to the one that has developed in Artemovsk. And it's not "musicians" who are fighting here.
In the Lugansk direction, ours are again attacking in the Belogorovka area on the eastern outskirts of the Serebryansky forestry. The assault actions of the RF Armed Forces resumed in the direction of the village of Stelmakhovka and the village of Novoselovskoye northwest of Svatovo. To the north of Kupyansk, Russian assault groups, after artillery preparation, launched an offensive in order to consolidate the previously achieved success near the village of Masyutovka, where they managed to reach the Oskol River.
